Chapter 3:

Pappiliodya

Miranda Holbrooke sighed as she sat in her office as she had an emergency meeting with the school's staff. Miranda was a short, older woman with short pale green hair and blue eyes. She wore a red jacket over her Luna Nova uniform. She also wore a necklace with green stones, a white scarf and she wore rectangular glasses. Finally, her witch hat is bigger and more curved than the other teachers, showing she was the headmistress of the school.

A lot had happened in the last 24 hours as one of her students was attacked and in turn revealed she had the Clow cards.

Ever since she was a little girl and learnt about the cards, she had always wished to see them. And now her wish had come true, though she would have never guessed that a young girl with no magical background would be the one to get them.

"She shouldn't be allowed to keep the cards." Said Finnelan as Holbrooke sighed again. The whole point of this meeting was Because of Miss. Kagari revealing the cards to the school.

"Shouldn't we focus on what caused the incident in the first place?" Asked one of the teachers as Miranda couldn't see who said it.

Soon chaos erupted in the room as everyone was talking at the same time. Holbrooke was about to bring order to this when a high-pitched whistle rain through the room. Everyone stopped and turned to the source and saw Eriol standing there with his fingers in his mouth.

"Ladies please calm down." Eriol told all of them.

"Why are you even here?" Asked Finnelan rudely as she never liked that they hired him as a teacher.

"I am a teacher here, and this is a meeting for the school staff." Countered Eriol with a clam tone as he then added something. "And I am an expert on Cloud Reed."

"Then what do you say we do?" Asked Holbrooke curious as to what he had to say.

"I believe we let her keep the cards." Said Eriol as he saw Finnelan was about disagree with him, so he continued. "When Cloud Reed died, he made it so Cerberus would select whoever he deemed worthy and train them. Yue would then test them and if they succeeded, they would be the new master of the cards. If both guardians are with Miss. Kagari that means she passed the tests."

Hearing that Holbrooke put her hand to her chin as she thought about it. "Then what do you suggest we do then?" She asked him curious to what he had to say.

"We let Miss Kagari stay here with the cards and treat her like any other student." Eriol told her as everyone talked amongst themselves at that.

"You can't suggest we leave the most powerful items in the magical world to someone with no magical background?" Questioned Finnelan as Akko was on of her worst students.

"Yes." Eriol calmly said as he continued. "She knows how the cards work, and she has the guardians of the Clow with her."

"But she can't even use her magic right." Finnelan countered as she was getting annoyed by this.

"That is why she's here, to learn." Retorted Eriol with a calm demeanor.

As the two bantered back and forth the other teachers could only stand awkwardly to the side as they watched the fight.

Soon Ursula walked over to Holbrooke. "Maybe we should talk to Miss Kagari about this?" Suggested Ursula as Holbrooke agreed with her as she dismissed the staff. Everyone then left the room, expect Eriol and Finnelan, who were still arguing.

Meanwhile with Akko she was asleep in the infirmary as Kero and Yue kept watch over her. After she collapsed last night, they brought her there to recover, as Kero and Yue never left her side, except to get the book of the Clow before the teachers did.

As Akko slept her eyes were moving under her eyelids as she was dreaming. In her dream Akko was standing in the school's courtyard with both Kero and Yue in their real forms. Above them were four shadowy figures as the sun and moon disappeared.

Akko then woke up as she slowly got up.

"Why do I feel like I ran several marathons?" She asked herself as she got her bearings.

"Maybe it had to do with last night." Someone said to Akko as she turned her head to see Rebecca sitting at her desk looking at her.

"Rebecca, where am I?" Asked Akko as her head a fuzzy.

"In the school's infirmary." Rebecca told her. "You collapsed last night."

There was an awkward silence between the two, until Rebecca spoke up. "So, you have the Clow Cards."

Hearing that caused Akko to gasp until the event of last night came rushing back to her. 'Oh boy.' Thought Akko as their plan was worthless now. But then another thought came to her.

"Where are Kero and Yue?" She asked as she was worried about them.

"We're right here." Said Yue from behind her as Akko turned and saw them both on the book of the Clow, though Kero was asleep. And right next to the book was her staff.

Seeing them made Akko feel better, but she didn't know what to do now, especially after that dream she had.

Rebecca saw the look on her face and spoke up. "Why don't you get something to eat in the cafeteria? From what I can tell you just suffered from magic overuse, so eating something will help." She suggested as she then added. "But just know it is lunch time."

Hearing that Akko thought about it, but it was taken out of her hands when her stomach growled. Akko gave a weak laugh as a blush came onto her face.

"I guess I should eat something." Said Akko with a nervous chuckle.

And with that she got up and changed clothes. She then went to the book and her staff. Akko held her staff as it then glowed and returned to its key form.

"Amazing." Said Rebecca in awe as she watched it happen.

Akko then put her key around her neck, but instead of going under her cloths it stayed on top. She then grabbed the book and the sleeping Kero as Yue floated beside her.

"Have a nice meal." Said Rebecca with a smile as she watched her leave the room.

Once gone Rebecca asked herself once more if she made the right decision in revealing Akko to the school so soon. But what happened has happened and she must make do with what she has.

As Akko walked through the halls of Luna Nova, she saw students and staff stopping whatever they were doing and look at her and whisper. Seeing this Akko didn't know what to say or do, so she continued on to the cafeteria.

"Don't worry." Said Yue as he floated next to Akko's head.

"I'm not, it's just overwhelming." Said Akko with a sigh. "The plan was to gain allies first and then reveal my status. Now that plan is gone."

Hearing that Yue nodded. "That's true, but we can't change the past." He told her.

"But what if I use TIME or RETURN?" Asked Akko with a grin in a joking manner.

Seeing the grin Yue knew she was joking. "Sure, if you have the magical power for it." He told her in a joking manner.

Hearing that Akko stopped and faked gasped. "Yue did you tell a joke?" She asked him.

"I guess you're a bad influence on me." He told her as he flew off.

At that moment Kero woke up. "Huh, where am I?" He asked himself out loud as he saw Akko as floated up.

"Akko you're ok!" He said in joy as he then saw her surprised face. "What did I miss?"

"Yue told a joke." Akko told him as she then walked off.

Hearing that Kero was shocked as his mouth hanged open. "I take one nap ands everything changes." He told himself as he flew after the others.

As this happened the students and staff who had just witness this, wasn't expecting such an interaction between the three.

In the cafeteria many of the students were eating and talking, as Lotte and Sucy sat near the back as they tried to understand things.

In a matter of minutes, they found out their roommate had the Clow cards and that the guardians of the Clow were living in their room.

But they were brought out of their thoughts as they heard people gasping. Looking over they saw Akko with Kero and Yue entering the room. Nearly everyone watched as Akko went into line and got herself some food. Once done Akko saw her team and went over to them and sat down, as she placed the book of the Clow on the table.

"I'm sorry." Said Akko as she sat down. Hearing that confused Lotte and Sucy.

"I wanted to tell you about the cards, but I didn't know you well enough at the time." Said Akko as she bowed her head to them. "But I was planning to."

Hearing that Lotte spoke up. "I understand Akko." She said with a sullen look. "It's just a lot to take in."

"I understand." Said Akko as she started to eat.

At that moment Barbara and Hannah marched over to their table. Seeing this Akko looked up at them.

"Give Diana the cards back." Said Barbara with a serious tone and face.

"Someone like you doesn't deserve them." Added Hannah with the same look.

"No." Said Akko like they weren't even there.

"What!" Barbara and Hannah said at the same time.

"I passed the trails set up by Cloud Reed, so why should I give them up?" Asked Akko as she took a bite out of her potato.

"Some would say you're too inexperienced for them." Said Holbrooke as she and Ursula walked up to Akko's table.

Hearing that Akko swallowed her food before speaking. "I know what every card can do and what they can't do. And if things go wrong, I have Kero and Yue to help me."

"Then explain last night?" Asked Diane as she walked over to the table.

"I don't know what caused that to happen last night." Akko honestly told them as she wasn't sure.

Holbrooke nodded as she was about to say something, when Diane spoke up again. "I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about how you tossed the cards around last night."

Hearing that Akko stopped eating and looked Diane right in the eyes. "I have a new staff that I only used once before that. I had to find new words to get everything working." She told Diane in a no-nonsense tone.

Hearing that impressed Holbrooke and Ursula as something like that would take weeks to do. Akko then realized something as she looked at Kero and Yue.

"What did happen to FIREY last night anyway?" Akko asked them as both guardians looked at each other, before Kero spoke up.

"Last night you truly began FIREY's master." Said Kero confusing everyone.

"What do you mean by that?" Asked Sucy voicing everyone question.

Kero looked at the book of the Clow as it then opened up and the new FIREY card floated out.

"Last night Akko rebirthed, the FIREY card." Explained Kero as everyone was confused as he continued. "As you all know the Clow cards were made from Clow Reed's magic. But last night Akko pushed that magic out of FIREY and replaced it with her own."

Hearing that no one said anything as they were all surprised by this, even Akko.

"But it's still a Clow card, right?" Asked a worried Hannah.

"No." Said Akko as everyone looked at her. "It's no longer a Clow card. I can't explain it well, but I feel more connected to the FIREY card then the other cards right now."

"So, it's now an Akko card?" Asked Sucy with a hint of sarcasm.

"Yes." Akko said without a moments hesitance or worry.

Hearing that Diane stood there with a straight face, but on the inside, she was a storm of emotions and theories. Akko saw this and was about to say something when Barbara yelled.

"You wrote of the cards!" She yelled as she pointed to the Clow cards in the book.

Everyone then looked in the book and saw 'Akko' written on the bottom of the ILLUSION card. They then looked at Akko wanting an answer.

"It's so the cards know she was their master before the final trail." Said Yue as he spoke up.

Diane heard enough as she had to contact her family, no matter how much she didn't want to, as Hannah spoke.

"Well no one is going to accept you as the cards new master." She said with a bit of a smear in her voice.

"The Li clan accepts me." Said Akko as Diana was shocked to hear that.

"That can't be true!" Diana said as she wasn't sure what to believe anymore.

"It is." Said Akko as she then explained. "You see when I found the book an accident happened, and the cards were scattered. When the Li clan found out and sent Syaoran over to collect them. Long story short we became good friends and the Li clan supports me as the new master of the cards."

Hearing that Diane looked like she just watched her parents die in front of her. "That can't be true." Was all she said as she rushed off somewhere. Seeing this Hannah and Barbara ran after her.

Seeing one of her best students rushing off like that caused Holbrooke to stare for a second, before collecting herself. "Well since this problem is now over with, I see no reason to take the cards away from you."

But as soon as Akko heard those words, she was conflicted, and it showed on her face as Holbrooke saw this. "It is over, right?" She asked Akko as she was worried.

"I don't think so." Said Akko as she then explained. "You see I have prophetic dreams and I just had one that worries me."

"What is it Akko?" Asked Ursula as she had heard of prophetic dreams before. They were very rare and sometimes hard to understand.

"I was in the courtyard of the school with both Kero and Yue in their real forms. There were four figures in the shadows above us as the sun and moon disappeared." Explained Akko as the teachers looked at each other in worry, unsure what that could mean.

"We'll look into this Miss Kagari. But for the meantime we will let you keep the cards, but do know that if you misuse them, or anything of that sort, we will talk." Said Holbrooke as that last part Kero and Yue could tell it was more of promise and a threat then a warning.

And with that the two teachers walked away. Once out of the cafeteria and away from the students Holbrooke turned to Ursula.

"How accurate are prophetic dreams?" She asked curious to the answer.

"Very. The hard part is figuring out when they will happen." Ursula told her as Holbrooke didn't like that.

"I see, then if what Miss Kagari says is true then who knows what could happen if the sun and moon are gone." Holbrooke said with a worried tone.

"I'll look into it once I'm finished with my current task." Ursula told her as Holbrooke nodded.

Ursula then took off heading to the library as Holbrooke stood there, wondering what is to come and if they can deal with it.

Later that Day Akko and her team were outside as classes had ended. It was a hard afternoon for Akko as she could feel everyone was looking at her in some form or another. And to be honest she hated it. Sure, she wanted to be like Shiny Chariot, but by her actions and skills, not because she has the Clow Cards. Currently everyone was near the river by the botanical garden on the school grounds.

"I thought today would never end!" Cried out Akko as she laid on the ground looking up.

"Come on it wasn't that bad." Said Kero trying to cheer her up.

"I could feel everyone watching me." Retorted Akko as she looked at Kero.

Lotte just chuckled at them as it was apparent the two had spent a lot of time together. That's when she realized something.

"Where's Yue?" Lotte asked Akko as she didn't see him anywhere.

"Oh, he went to get the shiny rod." Akko told her confusing Lotte.

"The staff Shiny Chariot used?" She asked Akko wondering why she needed it.

"The very same." Akko told her.

"So, you wanted a toy?" Sucy asked her as she sat nearby reading a book.

"No, it's the real one." Akko told Sucy as she and Lotte looked at her confused.

"How do you know that?" Sucy asked her as Akko looked around before whispering to them.

"I can't say it out loud, but I might have the fate of magic in my hands." Akko told them as both Lotte and Sucy gave her weird looks.

Akko them laid back down. "This isn't the attention I wanted." Complained Akko as she went back to her original problem.

"What type of attention did you want then?" Asked Lotte as she wanted to know how Akko had the fate of magic in her hands but decided to wait until they reached their room.

"She wants to be like Shiny Chariot." Answered Kero as the two girls looked at him.

"You'd better be careful who you say that to." Warned Sucy as Akko looked at her confused.

"What do you mean?" Akko asked them confused.

"You see, she's not very well liked in the magical world. There are many who see her as a sell out and a fraud. While others say she wasted her talents on her shows." Explained Lotte as Akko took it all in.

"She didn't waste her talents." Akko told them as she brought out some cards. At first Lotte and Sucy thought they were the Clow cards, but they turned out to be Shiny Chariot cards.

"When I saw her show, she showed me the wonders and delights of magic. After that I wanted to be just like her. Then I found the Clow cards and saw how dangerous magic can be. While I was resealing, them I decided that I would use magic be bring smiles to everyone, be it by shows or using it to better lives." Akko told them as neither girl said anything as they felt the passion behind Akko's words.

"That's my girl!" Cheered Kero with a big grin on his face.

Meanwhile in the botanical garden Holbrooke and Finnelan were looking at a large tree resting in the middle of the garden. It was a large tree with a twisted body and what looked like a face near the top of it. This was the Jennifer memorial tree and for some reason it looked like it was ready to die.

"It is very unhealthy." Said Holbrooke as it pained her to see the tree like this.

"How long until Professor Ursula find out the cause?" Asked Finnelan as she was still a little miffed that they left her like that earlier.

"She said she nearly found the cause and that she believes it temporary." Holbrooke told her as she got an idea.

"Maybe we could ask Miss. Kagari to use a Clow card to help the tree?" Suggested Holbrooke as Finnelan didn't like that.

"I still can't believe your letting her keep the cards." Said Finnelan with clear disapproval. "Someone like her doesn't deserve the cards."

"I have made my mind up." Said Holbrooke as she wasn't going into this.

"Principal Holbrooke." Said Diana as she and her team came up from behind them. "I can't believe the Jennifer memorial tree had weaken like this."

"Yes, Diana this tree quite old now." Said Holbrooke as she and Finnelan turned to face them. "It might be to the end of it's time."

And with that both Holbrooke and Finnelan left to check in with Ursula. As Diana and her team stayed behind.

"The Jennifer memorial tree." Said Diana as she looked at the tree. "This tree is said to have inherited the spirt of the great witch Jennifer. It is the tree of life at Luna Nova."

And with that the three of the got to work as they place stones around the tree in a particular order.

"I've finished this side." Said Barbara from the other side of the tree.

"I'm going to try to use revitalization magic on this tree." Diana told them as they all stepped back from the tree.

"It will give this large tree strong nutrients and revitalize it. This is secret magic that has been handed down for generations by my family." Continued Diana as she casted the spell.

"Louperial Ral!" Said Diana as her wand glowed as she spun it in a circular fashion making a circle of magic. The circle then broke apart as energy flew to the stones and sent the energy into the tree.

The effects were instant as the tree flourished with life once more.

"The nutrients mush have soaked in." Said Diana happy her spell worked as Hannah and Barbara looked on in awe.

"Amazing Diana!" Praised Hannah.

"I don't think that clueless Akko could have done anything, even with the Clow cards." Said Barbara as she took a shot at Akko as she added. "Lets got tell the professors."

And with that the two ran off, leaving Diana alone. At first, she was happy she could help the tree, but when Barbara brought up Akko her mood turned sour.

'How could she get the cards, when I'm more worthy then her.' Thought Diana as her aunt had yet to reply to her.

Diana then heard something below her. Curious she looked down as saw the ground moving as something glowed.

At the same time in Luna Nova's library Ursula was checking something in an older book as a picture of the Jennifer memorial tree was in it.

"Just as I thought." Ursula said to herself with a smile. "I don't know why I didn't realize it until now."

"What is it?" Asked someone behind her as Ursula turned and saw Eriol there.

"I found out what's wrong with the memorial tree." Beamed Ursula as Eriol looked into the book.

"Is that?" He asked as he recognized what was wrong.

"Yes it is." Confirmed Ursula as Eriol looked worried.

"Then we better inform everyone soon." He warned worrying Ursula. "Many people have mistaken what these are in the past and have killed them without hesitation."

Hearing that Ursula gasped as the two left the room in a hurry.

With Akko's group Lotte and Sucy were looking at the cards with Akko's permission.

"To think I'm holding a Clow card." Said Lotte as she never thought she would as she looked at the LOOP card.

That's when the ground below then broke apart as a tree root came out before them.

"What the!" Cried Kero seeing this.

"What is this?" Asked Akko as she thought for a second WOOD got loose or something.

"Look Akko." Said Lotte as they saw tree roots everywhere leading from the botanical garden.

"Let's go." Said Akko as she held out her hand. And to Lotte and Sucy amazement the Clow cards flew into the book and then into her hand. Akko then took for the garden with Kero following behind her. Seeing this Lotte and Sucy followed her.

Inside the garden Diana watched as roots came out all around her. Then to her horror the Jennifer memorial tree started to turn white before her.

"What is happening?" Diane asked herself out loud as she had no idea. Her spell was meant to help the tree, not make it go out of control.

It was then Akko's group entered the room as a tree root popped up before them.

"Stay back!" Warned Diana as she saw them enter the room.

"Diana, what's going on?" Asked Akko confused as more roots came up.

"Look!" Cried out Lotte as they all saw some sort of pod on a root. The pod glowed green with spikes pointing out from it and what looked like a star on top of it.

Then more pods came out of the ground as they were all over the place.

"What are those things?" Asked Akko as she felt like she saw them somewhere before.

"They look like pupa." Answered Sucy.

"I feel like I've seen these before." Said Kero as he flew closer to one of them.

"You have!" Said Akko. "Where and what are they?"

"Give me a second. It's on the tip of my tongue." Kero told her as he tried to remember what they were, but when you lived as long as him you tend to forget some things.

At the same time Diana had her own ideas what they were. "There were parasites in the roots. That's why the tree got sick." She said to herself.

Then to her horror the roots turned white as the pupa grew.

"My spell gave the nutrients to these vermin instead of the tree." Diana told herself as she brought out her wand. "We need to exterminate them! Murowa!"

Diana then fired a blast out of her wand as it hit one of the pupas as it then stopped glowing and looked dead. Diana then used the spell over and over hitting more and more pupa. As Diana took care of the pupas Akko looked closer to what she was hitting and gasped as she thought she knew what it was.

"Wait! I wonder…" Trailed off Akko as she knew she had to stop Diana.

Diana was about to blast another Pupa when Akko stood in front of her.

"Wait Diana." Said Akko as she shielded the pupa with her body. "Theses might not be vermin."

But Diana wouldn't hear any of it. "You're in my way! Move!" Ordered Diana as Akko held her ground.

"I'm not moving!" Akko told her as Diana looked angry bordering on furious.

"Just because you have the Clow cards doesn't make you better then me." Diana told her in a harsh tone.

Hearing that Akko took a step back in surprise. "I'd never thought I was better than anyone." Akko told her as Diana looked unconvinced.

Diana then looked at another pupa and fired her spell at it. Akko watched as it hit the pupa as she then took off her necklace. Then her magic seal appeared under her surprising Diana, Lotte and Sucy.

"Oh, key that hides the power of the stars, reveal your true power before me. I, Akko command you under our contract. Release!" Chanted Akko as her staff appeared before her as she took it and gave it a quick spin.

She then grabbed one of the Clow cards as she held it close to her. She then turned it revealing the SHIELD card as she then tossed it before her as it spun in place.

"Card created by Clow, abandon your old form and reincarnate, under the name of Akko, your new master!" Said Akko as pointed her staff at the card as the wings grew and the Clow card then transformed into an Akko card. "SHIELD protect the pupas!"

Then around all the pupas a barrier appeared protecting them. Diana saw this and fired off a spell at the dome, but all it did was bounce off it.

Seeing that she couldn't do anything Diana turned to Akko in anger. "What are you doing! Theses vermin must be dealt with or else the tree will die."

"But I don't believe they're vermin." Akko told her as she brought out her Shiny Chariot cards and then held one in her hands.

"See I believe they're Pappiliodya pupa." Akko told Diana who gasped at the notion.

"That's it!" Cried Kero as everyone looked at him. "They're Pappiliodyas!"

Hearing that Diana looked around in horror at what she did just.

'What have I've done?' Diana asked herself as her eyes landed on Akko. She could see that she was leaning on her staff as she looked out of breath but was doing all she could to stand up.

"Pappiliodya hatch once every 120 years. It's a magic butterfly that gives hope to those who see it." Said Akko as she read off the card.

"Then what do we do?" asked Lotte as she didn't want to see the Pappiliodya's die in front of her.

"The spell on the card." Kero suddenly said gaining everyone's attention. "If we cast it, it will heal the Pappiliodya's and help them hatch."

"Then let's do it." Said Akko as she got her staff ready.

"I'm afraid after transforming the SHIELD like that Akko you don't have the energy for it." Kero told her with a grim face.

"Then it's a good thing I brought the Claiomh Solais." Said Yue as he floated down with the shiny rod.

Seeing this Diana eyes widened as she never thought she would see this staff in person like this ever.

Akko then shrunk her staff and then grabbed the shiny rod as it lit up as she was ready to cast the spell, but then stopped as she realized something.

"How do you say it properly?" She asked everyone as she never tried any of the spells on the cards before.

"It's Papillio Fillio Nymphodya." Said Diana surprising everyone, but Akko who smiled at her.

"Thank you, Diana." She told her as cast the spell as her magic circle appeared below her again. "Pappiliodya that can fly across five continents, speared your wings, magic butterfly! Fly towards hope! Papillio Fillio Nymphodya!"

As she finished saying the spell magical energy flew from the shiny rod as the energy went straight for all the pupas. The SHIELD quickly dropped it's shields around them as the energy entered all the pupas as they all regain their life and to everyone's joy they hatched.

Out from the pupas came what looked like humanoid butterflies at glowed a golden color. Everyone watched as more and more hatched all around them.

"I'd never thought I'd see this again." Said Kero with a grin.

"Neither did I." Said Yue as both guardians were glad to see Pappilodya's hatch again.

All over the school both students and staff a like watched as the Pappilodya's flew through the air as they watched on in wonder and joy.

Seeing this some of the staff quickly made their way over to the botanical garden where Diana stood before the Jenifer memorial tree.

"The memorial tree!" Said Holbrooke as she was filled with joy seeing it was aright.

"How splendid." She continued as she and Finnelan along with Hannah and Barbara entered the room.

"It's because Diana cast a spell on it." Said Hannah unaware what really happened.

"Thank you, Diana." Holbrooke told her as she meant it form the bottom of her heart.

"No, I didn't do this…" Stared Diana as she tried to tell them the truth but was cut off.

"Who else could do this other then you?" Asked Finnelan as she added. "Because I doubt even Miss. Kagari could do this."

Hearing that Diana lower her head. "Well…" Was all she could say as it was her.

"Excuse me." Said Diana as she left the room as she passed Ursula as she rushed into the room.

As Diana walked someone spoke up. "I doubt Akko wanted the attention anyway."

Turning Diana saw Eriol standing there. "How did you?" Asked Diana as she had no idea how he knew the truth.

"I have my ways." Was all Eriol said as he walked forward as he then stopped. "Also, I think I was noble of you to try to set things straight."

And with that Diana stood there alone with her thoughts as she had no idea what to do.

After a few minutes she headed outside as she saw the Pappilodya's still flying about. She then saw Kero in his true form flying along side them. And on Kero's back she saw Akko and her friends.

Akko then saw Diana as she waved to her. Seeing this Diana waved back to be polite, but on the inside she felt like crying.

Not only did she almost kill all the Pappilodya's, she got praised for doing nothing right. And with that she rushed off to her dorm room as she held back tears that were ready to fall.

Frist off I want to say just because Finnelan doesn't believe that Akko is deserving of the cards that won't last forever. But it will take some for her to come around.

Next with how Akko held out her hand for the book and cards, I figured since the cards could float out of the book themselves why couldn't they go into the book the same way.

And finally, Diana. Right now she is going through a really hard patch and it's starting to affect her. This is something I plan on addressing this in the next chapter so I hope you look forward to that.
