Samus' gunship is flying towards a wasteland. Above it is a giant ship where Fabius Bile is using as a laboratory. The team sees it is being attack by Devil Kazuya as he fires lasers from his third eye and wings, striking the ship.
Bowser Jr is flying as well with his clown vehicle and firing missiles at the ship. Multiply fighter planes come out of Bile's lab ship to go after the child and devil as well as the new ship. One of them hits Junior but luckily it hits his clown ship. Samus is flying her ship and dodging the missiles and bullets trying to shoot her down. "Hang on everyone!"
She rolls the ship, making some of them dizzy. "I need some of you to help Kazuya!"
Corrin in her dragon form and Dark Pit jump out of the gunship to take on the gunship while Junior crashes into the ship. The son of Bowser is exhausted and exits his clown vehicle. He gets anger once he sees his favorite toy and the damage on it. "That little jerk! I'll make him pay for this!"
"Junior!" Rosalina levitates to the child. Once he sees the princess of space he jumps and hugs her.
"Aunt Rosa!" He shouts as he latches to her. She holds the child as the ship is being hit. They hold themselves from the shakes with Samus trying her best to dodge. She squints once she sees something large come out of the lab ship.
"Is that- Everyone we got a problem!" The giant shadow tackles the ship. It latches on it and hits it with giant claws. Samus takes her paralysis pistol and aims and the figure only for her eyes to widen once she sees who it is. A giant dragon with cybernetic enhancements. The bounty hunter glares at her arch-nemesis. "Ridley…"
Meta Ridley shrieks at her as she fires at the mechanical dragon. Meta Ridley's claw go through the ship and grabs Zero-Suit Samus. She yells at her friends as she is being taken. "Everyone off the ship! Find Dark Samus!"
Without the pilot, the ship goes down and everyone jumps out. Junior is in his clown ship and fixing it while he is falling. "Oh no! Oh no!"
Rosalina sends her Lumas to hold the clown ship while Junior fixes his ship. A fighter jet is coming towards him however Fulgrim lands on it and hits it with his Forgebreaker to kill the pilot. He grabs the controls and plunges it towards Fabius Bile's Lab Ship. The clone of the Primarch Daemon looks up to see Zero-Suit Samus transforming her pistol into an energy whip and swings at Meta Ridley, letting go of her. She grabs Meta-Ridley talon and climbs on him. Fulgrim crashes into the ship with Junior behind him. The child wipes the sweat off his head and his clown ship takes out boxing gloves. "That was close. Alright big guy, let's go find Dark Samus."
Fulgrim nods and they run around the ship. Emperor's Children Astartes come out and go after the intruders. The cloned primarch looks at his former children, all corrupted by the Prince of Pleasure. He is disgusted by all of them as they all gave in to decadence and rape. He moves his Warhammer back and swings with all his might. It crushes through three Chaos Marines. Junior hits another in face with his boxing gloves, knocking him out. "Eat that giant jerk!"
Suddenly the ship rocks back and forth, as if something was crash into it. The clone and child run towards the sound and open the door to see Devil Kazuya uppercutting a Chaos Marine and the corrupted marine falls out of the ship thanks to the hole Kazuya made. He turns back to normal and looks at the two only to scoff and walk away.
"Hey buddy, what's the big idea?!" Bowser Jr shouts at the martial artist as he follows him. The wielder of the Devil Gene keeps walking however.
"Stay out of my way brat. That scientist is going to regret trying to kidnap me." Kazuya keeps walking only to stop in front of a giant door. The entrance to Fabius Bile's lab of abominable creations. Fulgrim grabs Kazuya's arm before he can open the door.
"We cannot go in. We must work together if we hope to defeat the vile scientist." Fulgrim tries to convince the Devil Gene wielder but he breaks his grip just by slamming his fist into Fulgrim's chest. The clone groans in pain.
"Touch me again and there will be consequences." Kazuya warns the clone but he is outrage by his actions so he shoulder tackles the Devil Gene user and he crashes to the ground. Fulgrim glares at the down martial artist.
"No one strikes me and lives to tell it!" Fulgrim growls while Kazuya gets up and dashes at Fulgrim. The Clone Primarch slams his Warhammer down at the Devil but he spins to dodge and backhands Fulgrim's hand which makes him drop Forgebreaker. Kazuya transforms into Devil Kazuya and slams into the clone in blinding speed. Fulgrim grabs him as they are slammed into the gate, breaking it as they enter. Fulgrim punches him to stop his flight. They get up and are about to hit eachother until they hear laughter. They look forward and see Fabius Bile, who is next to a pod. "Well well. Welcome back my son."
The clone looks at his creator and looks for his war hammer. He looks behind to see Junior trying to pick up Forgebreaker. Fabius touches a button on his gauntlet which causes another gate to appear and close it. Junior freaks out as he tries to break the gate but it won't budge. "Oh no! What should I do?"
The child of Bowser then stares at Forgebreaker and has an idea. He dives into his clown car to look for some tools.
Fabius mocks his creation. "You have returned my son. Come back to me Fulgrim."
Fulgrim roars enrage at this corrupted fool for daring to call himself his father and charges at Bile. He is about to punch the scientist with no morals and yet when his fist is stop by a metallic hand. It clutches his fist and punches him with their other fist, hitting him in the face. The force gives him a pain that is familiar. He stares into the eyes of another. Fulgrim can't believe who it is, the one Fulgrim knows all to well. "Ferrus?"
The Gorgon doesn't answer. The Primarch of Iron Hands' body looks more machine than man. The only piece of flesh is his face. He hits his brother again, knocking him to the ground. Ferrus Manus raises his metallic hands, ready to finish his murderer when Devil Kazuya suddenly strikes him, crashing him into the pod next to Fabius. The door to the pod opens and a blue sludge escapes from it. It slithers towards dark blue armor. Kazuya insults Fulgrim as he takes on Fabius while Ferrus stands and walks towards the clone.
"You better fight fool. These two will not show mercy."
Fulgrim however has tears in his eyes. "How can I fight him? I killed him… What have you done Bile?"
"I bring him back." Fabius explains with a vile smile, proud of his greatest accomplishment. "His corpse in Istvaan V was desecrated. Mangle and beaten but it was still whole and I took it for repairs. I have given him his greatest desire: No more humanity or flesh, just machine."
"Damn you Fabius! This isn't what he wanted!" Fulgrim shouts back as he regains the spirit to fight and delivers a powerful right hook to the brother he killed. However the fist doesn't even hurt Ferrus and strikes Fulgrim with his own metal fist. The force propels the clone primarch and is slam into the wall. Ferrus runs at Fulgrim however he grabs the revived primarch and crashes through the wall, letting both fall off the ship.
Kazuya fires a laser at Fabius which hits the scientist and goes through his chest. The Devil than grabs the Fabius and breaks his neck, only to then throw his corpse to ground. "Hmph… For an insane scientist, he wasn't that dangerous."
"I would disagree Devil." Another Fabius reveals himself and Kazuya is stab by a needle which injects something into him. The Mishima collapses due to sudden dizziness. The clone of the scientist reveals himself holding the needle.
"My stock of clones makes me immortal." Fabius reveals his secret as syringes spring from his back. Clones of Bile surround Kazuya. "Now to dissect you and get that marvelous power."
One of his clones is struck by blue cannon, revealing Dark Samus.
Zero-suit Samus is holding onto Meta Ridley and fire on his metal parts. The cybernetic dragon spins in the air making Samus fall off him. She uses his whip to latch on to his neck, stopping his movement. Rosalina is still flying and uses all of her telekinesis to latch onto Fabius' ship and smashes it into Meta Ridley.
Meanwhile Fulgrim and Ferrus are punching eachother as they fall to the desert. They crash on the sand but they both quickly get up and punch each other. The two primarchs, one cloned and another revived, hit each other with all of their might. As they both strike with all their might, the ship crashes next to each other. This creates a desert storm but they still fight, wanting to let their emotions known to eachother in the only way they know.
