Okay, we are here! It's Phil and Jessica's wedding day! This is an exciting chapter for me, more than just finally seeing the deal being done, but in 4 months I'm getting married! I hope you enjoy this as much as I do! WWE owns their people, AEW owns theirs, and I own mine! Thanks for reading!

~Jessica's POV~

"You look stunning." My father said to me as I came down the stairs. I forced a smiled as I held as much as my ball gown as I could to prevent falling.

"Thanks Daddy." I forced another smile. I hadn't seen Phil since that night, never got an explanation, nor did I even hear from Phil…I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous that he wasn't going to show up.

"Now, " my father started again, "I know this situation wasn't ideal for you in the beginning, but you've handled everything with such grace and maturity that I couldn't be prouder." He beamed, "Plus I think you and Phil have actually formed a beautiful relationship with each other, it actually worked out!" He laughed. I let out a nervous chuckle.

"Funny how things work out." I said. We began to take more family pictures in the front hall of my house, after a bunch of flashes my father led me outside to the awaiting limo that would bring us to the church.

"Wait, my phone…" I said looking back towards the house.

"Oh I'm sure someone has it, don't worry sweetheart you don't need it." He said pushing me into the limo.

I'm going to need it if Phil isn't at the church.

The ride was silent and before I knew it we pulled up to the church. My family helped me out, Dean and Seth were there to open the church doors. His guys were here, but was he. He could have sent them to just watch me. I forced a smile at them and they followed us in. Seth went into the church fully while Dean went to guard me.

"Is this necessary?" I whispered to him.

"Very."

"Is he here?" I asked.

"Why do you think I'm standing here?" He asked back, I smiled.

"He's making you." I said with a giggle.

"Can't have anything happen to his blushing bride." He said chucking back. I exhaled feeling much more at ease knowing he was here. The organ hit and people began to line up to enter the church. Dean backed away as my father took his place by my side.

"Show time." My father said squeezing my arm. I took a deep breath and approached the double doors. I held my breath as they opened.

~Phil's POV~

I exhaled impatiently. I was looking forward to this day from the moment I cut the deal with Vince, but now I'm wishing that it was a week or two later with all this shit going on. I feel very uneasy being out in the open like this, and I get even more tense thinking about how Jessica is also going to be here and in clear view somewhere. Sensing my stress Roman leaned forward.

"The perimeter is secure sir." He said.

"No sign of anyone?" I asked.

"No sir…just your future wife." He said. I could hear the smile in his voice as he told me that she had made it to the church safely. I looked down the aisle and saw Seth approaching.

"All good, boss man." He said smiling.

"Why doesn't it feel that way?" I asked them both.

"Prewedding jitters?" Offered Seth.

"Sir, I told you, no one is here. The church is surrounded by our men. This wedding will happen."

"I just don't know how the Carter's found out about Jessica. She was to stay a secret for her safety."

"Sir, we're working on finding out who informed them." Roman said.

"You don't think Dixie is crazy enough to crash the wedding, do you?" I asked uneasily.

"If she does, can I assume it's a shoot on sight?" Seth asked. I let out a nervous chuckle and nodded. All of a sudden the music started and the wedding precession began. Seth took his place at the middle of the church, Roman took his place beside me acting as best man. I put on my best "nothing is wrong, I'm not stressed" smile as I watched my new in laws make their way down the aisle and to their seats. Then the tell tale song began and the double doors opened. I immediately lost my breath at the sight of my bride.

She was stunning.

My smile grew into a real one as she beamed back at me. My stress and worry faded. If I got shot right now and this was the last thing I saw, I'd die a happy man. Vince brought her to me and lifted her veil. She kissed his cheek and he placed her hand in mine. I gave it a squeeze as we approached the alter.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union between Phillip and Jessica." The priest began. Jessica giggled at the sound of my full name. I laughed too…her laugh was infectious.

I kept stealing glances at Jessica through the entire ceremony. I wasn't even listing until my attention was called by the priest.

"Phillip, turn and face your bride." No problem, god man.

"Repeat after me," he started, "I, Philip…"

"I, Phillip…"

"Take you, Jessica…"

"Take you, Jessica…"

"To be my lawfully wedded wife."

"To be my lawfully wedded wife." I repeated with a smile.

"Alright Jessica, your turn." he said, "I, Jessica…"

"I, Jessica…"

"Take you, Phillip…"

"Take you, Phillip…"

"To be my lawfully wedded husband."

"To be my lawfully wedded husband." She said beaming up at me. My smile grew bigger knowing that we were about to officially be husband and wife.

"By the power vested in me, I know pronounce you husband and wife, Phil you can kill your bride!" The crowd started clapping as I pulled Jessica close and kissed her for the first time in a week. I put every emotion I had today into this kiss and she kissed me back with just as much. Definitely wasn't a church or family appropriate kiss but I didn't care…she was mine now…officially mine…she was a Brooks now. We finally pulled away and headed down the aisle. Once we were back in the lobby of the church I kissed her again.

"Hello, Mrs. Brooks." I said as we pulled apart.

"Well isn't it my husband after a week." She teased.

"I know baby, but now it'll never happen again." I said holding her close.

"You owe me an explanation." She said.

"Not now." I said, kissing her nose.

~Jessica's POV~

Not now? He really won't tell me. I looked at him and pouted.

"Do you really want to ruin today?" He asked me, I shook my head. "I'll tell you tomorrow." He promised me. That was all we were able to get out when our family came and began to congratulate us. From there the entire church emptied and it was an endless blur of faces and voices. No matter what Roman, Seth, and Dean were always in view. Before I knew it we were in the limo and driving off to Phil's…now our home…where the reception will take place. The backyard was being completely transformed into an outdoor reception and I couldn't wait to see it. Phil squeezed my hand.

"Excited Mrs. Brooks?" He asked, I smiled back.

"Very, I can't wait to see how it all turned out." I replied.

"Me too, I saw some but not all. Just remember to take it all in…we only get one wedding."

"And now it feels like I'm back at prom." I said laughing.

"Well, it was only a month ago." He said laughing with me. He placed a kiss on the back of my hand. We pulled up to the house and were taken around back. I was immediately taken back at the sight of the yard. Everything was lit up, tables surrounded a square dance floor, and my and Phil's table was placed under the tree. Never did I think I would be so taken back by our reception, let alone my groom. I couldn't ask for anything better.

We were taken around the grounds to take pictures together and with family. I made sure to get Dean, Seth, and Roman involved too. If Dave, Randy and Paul were like brother's to me, they would be the same. A majority of the night went by in a blur and it was time for Phil and I to have our first dance. He led me out to the dance floor and "Smother Me" by the Used began to play.

"Was this everything you wanted?" Phil whispered in my ear.

"Everything and more." I said, smiling warmly.

"And me?" He asked.

"What about you?"

"Are you happy with me, happy to be my wife?" He asked. I could sense his venerability.

"Of course I am. I wasn't at first, but you showed me you're not like other mob bosses." He laughed.

"Do you have feelings for me?" He asked. That's an odd question to ask at your own wedding.

"What do you mean?" I asked, unsure of what he was looking for.

"Like, does your heart beat faster when I'm around, do you get butterflies in your stomach when you see me, do you instantly feel better when we're together?" He asked. I looked at him raising an eyebrow.

"Because that happens to me." He finished, my eyes went wide and he leaned in closer. "I'd even say I love you and that scares me. I don't do weaknesses, but you're definitely mine." I put my chin on his shoulder processing what he said to me.

"You don't have to say it back, but I figured this would be the perfect time to let you know how I feel." I nodded and pulled him closer. We finished our dance and headed back to our table. The rest of the reception was a blur. Between the courses, the dancing, and the people constantly pulling Phil and I aside to take photos or just talk to us, Phil and I never had another private moment until the last guest had left. Phil and I headed upstairs to his room. Our bedroom furniture still hadn't arrived. Phil helped me unzip my dress and I took my bag and shuffled into the bathroom to change. I slipped into the sexy slip nightgown my sister bought me. I looked into the mirror and took a shake breath. This is what people do the night of their wedding right? I fixed my hair, put some cold water on my face and walked out. Phil was laying on the bed and his eyes nearly popped out of his head when he saw me.

"Wow." Was all he managed. I blushed and climbed on the bed next to him. He sat up and kissed me. He leaned in a second time and kissed me deeper. I sighed into the kiss and he pulled me close to him, his hands tangled in my hair as I placed my hands on his hips.

"I love you." He said softly when he pulled away, "Are you sure you're ready?" I looked into his eyes and saw all his feelings reflected back. He meant what he said, he loved me. I moved my hands to around his neck.

"I love you, I'm ready." The words barely left my mouth before his was back on mine.

I've decided to leave the details out this time, but I hope you liked it! They are Mr. and Mrs. Brooks! They had there bit of bliss, but remember…danger is on the horizon!
