Marcus' kid chose Dauntless and Marcus is furious.
A few weeks after Choosing Day, I got a letter from Amar. We have been talking since he was an initiate three years ago and needed help to cover his tracks. Everything was going well until he told me that Jennine and Max are onto him. I told him that there is a body that they could assume that it's his and that he could escape within the week. He also told me that there was a transfer that is Divergent. I told him to tell him to hide it and not to tell anyone. When he "died", I gave him instruction on how to get to the Bureau and to find Matthew, he would be able to help that is anyone asked, to tell them that Natalie helped him (I was not supposed to know about it). Turns out now he has a boyfriend and I'm happy for him.
I asked Natalie to show me some Dauntless fighting skills so that I can defend myself if ever I need it.
Andrew has helped me with some more hypothetical situations and I have been able to get around their systems without being detected.
David gave me a call last week telling me that I will have to go onto Erudite, he said "it's the best option to help with the damage" I still hate to use the word "damaged".
I did my Amplitude test and was able to have my results come out as abnegation. I was able to take the test again after everyone was done with Natalie helping me with. It turned out they were inconclusive. Like not "oh you fit into multiple factions" but the test could not work. Turns out that when they made the test they didn't take everything into account.
Caleb has been hiding books in his room. Most of them seem to be from some of the Erudite. He has transferred to. Natalie and Andrew seemed sad if anything but I got it, they lost the only kid they had left.
I did not choose Erudite, I can't stand there with them trying to outsmart each other. I chose Dauntless, David is going to kill me.
