Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Horde of Horrors. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own She-Ra, Mattel and a few others do.
Hordak turned to look at Brennus and Spyder who were surrounded with dozens of soldiers.
"I must admit that I'm surprised… And impressed." Hordak stated as he took the Spirit Ember from Catra. "But I must ask who these creatures are…" Hordak said as Brennus shared a look with Spyder.
"Prince Spyder and Prince Brennus of Voruta, Lord Hordak!" Spyder stated while he looked to the side. "Your commander found us at that city." Spyder said as Brennus hummed.
"We were busy defending ourselves from hostile forces, little brother." Brennus said and grasped his chin. "Father will probably wonder where we went." Brennus said as Hordak looked at Catra who shrugged.
"Voruta… I've heard of that planet." Hordak put in as he descended the steps to his throne. "Both of you are rulers on that planet?" Hordak questioned which got a hum from Brennus.
"Brennus is the crown prince." Spyder said, earning a glare from his brother.
"Do you want to tell them everything, little brother?" Brennus questioned as he hummed and looked to the side. "Don't forget father told me to take care of you…" Brennus said while cracking his fingers.
"THAT ARMOR IS STILL PERFECT…." Eclipsa said as she advanced on Brennus who took a step backwards.
"How do we know they aren't with the rebellion?" Catra asked Hordak which made Brennus roll his eyes.
"I would sooner sheath my blade in my heart then work with insurgents." Brennus said and turned to Spyder. "Speaking of rebels? I told you that we should have checked the other houses… One of them had to have lowered the planet's shields, Skeletor…" Brennus started to say before Hordak's eyes narrowed.
"Skeletor?!" Hordak growled which made the siblings turn to him. "He lives still?!" Hordak put in as Brennus nodded.
"I wished to kill himself…." Brennus said while clenching his fist. "His bombardment of our planet. I will bury him myself when I find him." Brennus put in and cracked his neck.
"If you are opposed to Skeletor." Hordak said and pushed himself to his feet. "And you are not aligned with the rebels, why not serve the Horde? Put your talents to good use." Hordak said as Brennus tapped at his chin.
"Bren, I know you don't like a lot of people." Spyder put in as Brennus turned to his brother.
"I don't like people I don't trust or know, Spy." Brennus responded before pointing an armored finger at Catra. "But I know her. She's a warrior, like me. She's the second in command of the Horde?" Brennus questioned and put his hands on his hips.
"And, you want a rematch?" Catra asked, her eyes narrowing as a smirk parted her lips.
"As a matter of fact…" Brennus said and drew his sword. "I'd rather enjoy that challenge." Brennus said before the Horde soldiers and bots aimed their guns at the duo.
"ENOUGH, this isnt the place for such a thing." Hordak said while Brennus stepped backwards. "That isnt a yes or no answer." Hordak said as Brennus nodded.
"I will." Brennus said and pointed at Catra. "But I have a few things to do first. Besides, it isnt like we have many allies here anyway." Brennus added while shaking his head.
"I'm honestly surprised you agree to that, Bren." Spyder said and watched his brother sheathe his sword and cross his arms.
"It isnt like we're in a position to bargin at the moment." Brennus said while cracking his neck. "We have plenty to do at the moment anyway. I'm going to hunt down Skeletor and slaughter him. He will pay for how he burned our planet." Brennus stated while he turned to leave.
"We are not done talking, yet." Hordak said as Brennus nodded.
"I am aware, but I noticed something at that city." Brennus said as Hordak raised a eyebrow. "Your scientist and I both noticed it. I'd like to see what it is." Brennus said as Entrapta turned to Hordak.
"Oh yeah, there's some First one writing in that city." Brennus heard from Entrapta said while Hordak looked at the Spirit Ember he grasped in his hand.
"Then we shall secure the city for the Horde." Hordak said and turned to Entrapta. "Take what you need… I will await your return." Hordak said as Brennus turned to Spyder.
"We should depart before the insurgents find the city." Brennus said and walked out the door.
"He's right, Adora and her stupid friends probably know about the city." Catra said and left the room with most of her soldiers following after her.
Hordak sat on his throne as he watched his troops file out after Catra. He turned the Spirit Ember over in his fist, interested in the object that Catra had retrieved.
Still? There was plenty to do at the moment. Yes, such things would fall in line sooner or later.

Phew. Another chapter done! I want to point out that next chapter will be delayed a bit. Next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will show more fighting and such. Next chapter will be 900 words as well. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
P.S: The chapter after that might be 900 words or so word at the moment for now at the moment.
