Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Horde of Horrors. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own She-Ra, Mattel and a few others do.

Adora looked at the Horde Camp. They had pulled back which Adora found confusing, it was clear they were up to something.

"Where are they?" Adora asked while she started to look back into the city. "I know Catra. She wouldn't come here without a plan." Adora said before Bow opened his mouth to speak.

(With Catra and Adora)

Brennus quickly dropped the soldier to the ground and turned towards Catra. He hummed as she leapt to a taller pillar.

"I am not used to stealth missions such as these." Brennus said as he slowly turned and continued onward. "Your friend is well aware something is going on, correct? They would not expect you to just keep everyone at bay?" Brennus asked a moment later.

There was little concern at the moment anyway. It wasn't like they had been spotted. Catra was far silenter then the rest of the Horde's army, and despite Brennus's looming visage? His jet black armor helped camoflage himself in the darkness surrounding them. Still? It was not enough to lighten his mood considering they were knee deep in enemy terrain with almost nothing keeping them safe or such. He knew for a fact that things were quite serious. Their army was still busy battling the resistance or would be soon enough. Something was going to break sooner or later before this ended. Either the city…. Or them, and frankly? Brennus didn't wish to consider the fact that they'd become POWS if this failed… Mainly because his people didn't much understand the word and all it's meaning.

"You know that the longer they stay here? The more dangerous they will become." Brennus stated as he flipped his sword from hand to hand. "We must either strike when we have the moment to…. Or cut them down before they do something stupid and thus make a tactical error we can make use of." Brennus said as he cracked his fingers and shook his head while looking around as he paused to make a sigh.

Brennus was well aware the princesses were looking for them. It was be stupid of them not to. They were the enemy, if you were smart? You would have sentries out like the ones Brennus had been busy dispatching. It was NOT amusing to him considering how much his people HATED the concept of stealth.

"Why don't you stay here? Let me draw them out." Catra questioned as she hummed and then started to think about what the next move was.

"And miss the battle you are walking into?" Brennus questioned while he hummed and then he pointed towards the city. "You do not know my people. We do not shy around from battle, we never do. We face it… Even if it will bring us our death. You should know this…. If you do not? I must tell you our people's history at a later date." Brennus said before cracking his knuckles as the sounds of more guards slowly grew louder.

Brennus would mourn the dead when they were done here. For now? He was focused on the mission. They were still hunting the princesses here and that came before his feelings.

"I hear them." Catra stated which got a nod from Brennus as the prince drew his sword from his back and spun it. "Let me handle Adora." Catra ordered as Brennus hummed and rolled his eyes under his armor.

He knew for a fact that She-Ra could take down Catra. However? On his honor as a warrior? He would not stop that fight unless he was allowed down to it. Brennus simply stared forward while he closed his eyes to think for a moment as he was curious about the fight on the horrizon.

Brennus shook his head before drawing his sword as he lunged towards the rest of the guards. He slashed the first one to the ground, then kicked the next one to the side as he stopped a sword from the third guard.

"Would you like to tell me where the princesses are?" Brennus asked while he cracked a smile as he hummed once more.

He watched the guard's face contort into a small single snarl as he chuckled before he threw the guard to the ground. Brennus twirled his sword before trying to stab the guard only for another blade to pause it.

He leapt backwards while he chuckled and looked at Adora as Catra leapt next to him.

"Hey, Adora." Catra stated as Brennus aimed his sword towards the woman a moment later.

"This will be interesting." Brennus said before leaping forward a second later.

Adora went to strike back as Brennus flipped over her blade.

Phew. Another chapter done! I want to point out I'm sorry this chapter is a bit short. My computer was glitching out and such. Next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will show more about the fight and both Brennus and Catra fighting the princesses and such. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!

P.S: Next chapter is 900-2500 words and such soon hopefully. It might be a bit longer, i hope so at the moment.
