A Scream in the Quiet

All his training could not have prepared Gilan for this man's ruthless attack. All of his training disappeared as the club whistled down towards his head. Unable to do anything about it, Gilan did the one thing he could. He opened his mouth and screamed.

Y'all... Writers block is a serious issue... I could think of nothing. My brain had quit working on this plot. I couldn't think of anything to further this plot. I am requesting assistance.

I need help from y'all on how to keep this story going. I came up with four ways that this story could go:

1) Ferris' plan succeeds (for a little while)

2) Ferris' plan fails completely

3) Ferris' plan works differently from how he intended it. For example; instead of Halt being forced to kill Duncan, it's Crowley or Gilan

4) one of y'all suggests something totally amazing that works with the plot and is a fantastic plot twist

I really love this story but I need y'all's help with keeping it going. So, leave me a review or PM me with your ideas or suggestions please!
