The biggest mystery is whether or not if Gwen's death was an accident caused by the family doctor, Doctor Iscariot. Sherlock helps John to take care of Destiny & investigate Gwen's death.

Everyone thought that after Moriarty there would be a somewhat resemblance to a calmer life in London, that there would at least be a breather before Sherlock sunk his teeth into another mission.
