My attempt to merge all of the King Kong movies and TV shows (and 2 books) into 1 cohesive timeline.

Based on the King Kong video game made back in 2005, my OC is on board one of the smaller boats setting off for land when all goes wrong. Luckily, he survives the initial mayhem. But how long can he keep it up?

I originally published this story in 2006 but took it down for a rewrite. So here we are again, 14 years later. The story explores the gaps between scenes, and fills out all of the characters more, especially Jack and Ann. The story begins a few weeks into the voyage, and will continue beyond Kong's fall. A short tale of Jimmy's first days as a member of the crew on The Venture, during which he does some exploring around the ship, makes some mistakes, and bonds with Mr. Hayes.

However, there was one person in New York he makes a note to visit whenever he returns. She lives a rough life and maybe that's why he is drawn to her. She is not a well kept beauty, with soft eyes and kind words. She is as rough and wild as the sea itself.

Sadie Englehorn has not yet forgiven her father for abandoning her five years ago, and things get even more awkward when her stubbornness quickly clashes with Jimmy's.
