Back in the States
They had to get up at 9 am, grab their luggage and go to the airport. Hans started to realize how exhausting the life of a popstar really was. The constant travels, performing, fan meetings, charity and sponsor events, they all took a toll on the artists. Of course you were traveling and working under the best possible circumstances…first class tickets, 5 star hotels, private driver, but without all these perks, it just would have been impossible to do this job for more than a couple of years.
The two flights went by without any incident, and Miley spend most of the time from London to Los Angeles sleeping. Hans usually wasn't able to really sleep during flights, so he was watching a couple of movies, reading, and just enjoying the culinary treats he got from the kitchen. At 4 pm local time, they arrived in LA, and an hour later, they were on their way to Hans' house in the Hollywood Hills. They spend the rest of the day relaxing and recovering from the trip, as tomorrow, Miley would start shooting the video of the first single from her new album, and Hans would meet with Will and a couple of producing managers from his company to finalize the casting for the movie Suicide Squad.
Billy Ray was staying in Nashville, and Miley felt like he would move back there for good in a few years, latest. Until now, this had never been an option, because he had to stay in Los Angeles to take care of her, but now that she finally seemed to have found the right balance in her life (and finally found someone that her father trusted to look after his little girl), he started to feel homesick about the city where everything had started for him. Nobody didn't mention it yet, but Miley had basically moved in with Hans, it just wasn't made official yet, which only seemed to be a question of time.
So Miley called her father and told him everything about her trip to Europe. Afterwards, they didn't feel like doing much anymore, Miley did a short yoga session while Hans was going through a light workout to get his body working again after the long flight. Later on, they ordered some food, laid outside at the pool and went to sleep at 10 pm.
