Shantae panted as she was chasing after the Ice Climbers, who kept jumping up as she used her genie magic to suddenly appear in front of them, shocking the two climbing youngsters.
"Whoa! You're a genie!" Popo and Nana exclaimed in unison as they both gulped and stumbled back a bit.
"That's right, and I don't appreciate you two jumping on me!" Shantae exclaimed as she wiggled her hips, placing her hands on them as she smirked. "So now, you're gonna know what it's like to be stomped on...!"
"I got a bad feeling about this," Popo remarked as he turned to Nana.
Nana nodded her head in agreement as she dusted off her parka clothing. "I agree, and I can't even think of a reference."
"Yeah, well get this reference," Shantae stated as she felt her stomach grumble, making her even more excited to plan her revenge on the jumping kids.
And lo, with that explanation, Shantae pulled out a ripe yellow banana from her purple hair, eating it as she chucked the peel behind the Ice Climbers. Popo and Nana were confused at first, until Shantae's stomach growled, with her turning around and letting out a big bassy fart that scared them, causing the two to tumble down the hill they were climbing on, with Popo slipping on the banana peel Shantae tossed earlier, with it being part of her plan.
