Dino Charge with a Twist

I have always loved the Power Rangers and I have truly loved the Dino Charge and Super Charge series. So in my first TV fanfiction story, I use my own character, who will become a Power Ranger. I do not own this series. It belongs to Saban Brands and the Toei Company.

6. Worgworld - Part 2

Episode 6 - Worgworld (Part 2)

Back on Sledge's ship, Conductro and Screech are on the ground, begging for a second chance to the mighty destroyer of Sentai-6, Lord Arcanon. The conductor begins by saying, "Give us another chance, our debut wasn't a total fiasco." Arcanon then says, "Explain yourself." The conductor continues with, "We've learned the Rangers won't attack the zombies." Snide then says, "Perfect, that's how I'll destroy them." Arcanon says, "Hmm, you want to fight the Rangers, when you couldn't even keep Heckyll from escaping?" The evil half monster growls and the powerful overlord says, "You're useless Snide, get out!" and Snide leaves furious at his treatment. Arcanon continues ordering Conductro and Screech, "We need to play your evil music over the whole city, then those zombies will overwhelm the Rangers." and he laughs maniacally.

Back at the Dinosaur Museum, Kendall calls for the others, "Gather round everyone, listen to this." as they all gather around her laptop. She plays a high frequency sound and everyone covers their ears, and tells them, "It's okay, it won't affect you. I filtered out the frequency that was making you obey Conductro." Tyler then asks, "But why didn't the trumpet music affect Koda?" Kendall says, "Well, the headset that controls Worg happens to transmit at the same frequency." Chase says, "And mine blocked out all the music, I couldn't hear a thing." The intergalactic silver Ranger Zenowing then says, "In other words, Koda, Chase, you were lucky." Ivan says, "We need to construct a new headset like Koda's, before they return. Then at least we can hear each other." Damon than says, "Well maestro, let's make some headsets."

Riley then says, "Sounds like we've got some work to do."

Later that night, Koda is then seen in basement storage where he places Worg into a crate and says, "I not like to do this, you remind me of my old friends. Do not feel bad Worg, this world not easy to live in. When I first get here, I make many mistakes, just like you." and it shows many of Koda's mishaps, including him walking into plate glass, spilling drinks, then hitting Shelby's phone and a computer screen with his spear, breaking them. He then goes on about how him and Taku hunted a mammoth, until he dropped his spear, he then says he already told Worg this story and then closes the door to his crate and walks away, but hears a groaning sound.

Back in the secret base, Shelby is finishing creating a headset to avoid Conductro and Screech's zombifying music. She says, "Four pairs down, two to go." Chase then says, "So how do these work?" Kendall says, "They'll filter out the evil music, but still allow you to communicate." Tyler simply says, "Great." Damon says, "It certainly is." Then all of a sudden, an alarm goes off. Kendall goes over to the security cameras, sees the threat, shakes her head and replies with, "Looks like we're out of time. The evil music is being played downtown.", she also removes her glasses and says, "It's being heard all over the whole city." Riley then says, "That means the entire city is filled with zombies?" and Kendall reluctantly nods to confirm it. Tyler then gives out orders, "Okay. Riley, Shelby, Chase, Koda, we'll head to the center of the music. Ivan, Zenowing and Damon, join us as soon Ms. Morgan finishes the headsets." Ivan says, "Yes, as fast as we can Tyler." Damon says, "We'll be there asap." and Kendall gets back to grabbing pieces to finish said headsets.

Back downtown, zombified citizens are wandering around, as the music is played. The five Rangers arrive with their headsets on. Shelby says, "Don't hurt them, their just innocent civillians." And Tyler exclaims, "Come on!" and they all run after him. After seeing more civillian zombies, Chase then says, "Follow me, I know another way.", as he jumps over the railing as do Tyler and Koda, while Shelby and Riley run the other way. Tyler is holding a tracker that has the exact location of the music, he says, "We're getting closer." They then see a frequency beam from the music, appearing to be past where another bunch of zombies are. "The music is just past those zombies." Chase says, "Yeah, we have to get through them." Shelby says, "But we can't hurt them." Koda then says, "What we do?" Riley says, "We need to find a way to distract them." Koda says, "I know who can help. Wait." and Koda makes a beeline past the zombies, and raises the antennae on his headset, and he says, "Worg turn on. Run."

With the swarm getting closer and them out of options, Chase reluctantly says, "We're gonna have to fight them." Tyler then says, "No, we can't." Riley says, "There is no other choice." and Shelby says, "They're after our energems." while not agreeing with his judgment, Tyler reluctantly says, "Okay, let's fight." and they begin to crowd together ready to fight, until out of a fog, they see a caveman figure and Shelby exclaims, "What's Koda doing?"and the real caveman appears beside her and says, "That not me, that Worg.", this is Koda's plan, to distract the zombies by using Worg's actions. Koda gives the command, "Worg run." and Worg begins to push through the zombies, start running and they start following him. Tyler then notices them running by, so to keep them following Worg, he yells to the others, "Duck!" and they duck under.

Once they are safe, they all come out, Chase simple says, "Yes." and Shelby says, "Amazing." and the skater says, "Worg saves the day." Riley says, "Good work Koda." However, they are not out of the woods just yet, as when they turn around, our frequent threat - the Vivix have returned for battle. Koda says, "Now we fight." they stand ready to fight and the caveman says, "It's morphing time. Dino charger." and they all exclaim, "Ready!" and their 5 chargers appear on the screen, two on two rows - Chase's in a purple square and Shelby's in a pink square on top, Tyler's in a red square and Riley's in a green square on bottom and lastly, Koda's in a blue hexagon in the middle. The voice says, "Dino chargers, engage." and they all exclaim, "Energize ha! Unleash the power!" and they transform into their Ranger costumes, and Koda exclaims, "Let's do this." and the battle was on.

The vivix began attacking them and Chase says, "Our headsets are still protecting us, we can take care of these guys." Tyler says, "Shelby, come on!" and the pink Ranger says, "Right behind you!" and they go off to find the source of the music. The red Ranger says, "The music is coming from over here." and going out a pipe, you see a giant speaker on a record machine with a record of the music and Conductro and Screech beside it. The conductor saying, "Yes yes, this truly is my masterpiece."

Back in the fight, Riley says, "I think it's time to turn up the volume on this fight." Koda exclaims, "Dino steel!" and in the screen, their seperated as just Riley and Chase on the left side and Koda on the right side. And they all exclaim, "Armor on!"

Shelby exclaims, "In here." Tyler then says, "Hold it right there, you composers of cruelty." and a beam appears from the machine. Conductro says, "Quiet in the cheap seats!" and Shelby says, "Tyler, the music, it's coming out of that machine." and then the others Chase, Riley and Koda arrive. Chase asks, "Mind if we join you?" and Tyler says, "The more the merrier!" Shelby says, "Let's nuke these musicians." and they exclaim, "Dino steel, armor on!" Tyler says, "Let's finish this, dino charger, ready!" and holds up the Number 13 charger and exclaims, "Weapons combine!" and all of their weapons combine to the Dino spike charger, then all of the other four Rangers join side by side and launch Tyler into the air, they exclaim, "Red Ranger, launch!" and once airborne, Tyler exclaims, "Dino spike, final strike!" and the weapon flies toward Conductro and Screech, however the conductor says as he holds up his baton, "Not so fast. I can conduct anything." as a forcefield prevents them from being destroyed by the Dino spike. Screech laughs maniacally, but then suddenly our silver Ranger Zenowing arrives to fight, the silver Ranger says, "My turn, time to end this malicious melody." Tyler says, "Good timing, buddy!" and they begin combat with the masked musicians. Once they have them restrained, Tyler says, "Got you. Now's your chance, Zenowing." and the intergalactic Ranger says, "Indeed.", as he takes the record machine and slams it onto the ground, destroying it. Tyler says, "Nice one Zenowing.", then he takes the record and adds, "Let's scratch this record. For good." as he breaks it in half, also wrecking it. The others come out and Riley says, "Tyler, the monsters disappeared." Then out of nowhere, they hear a sinister voice, that belonged to Lord Arcanon, standing between the masked musicians. He proclaimed, "Foolish Rangers, you think you've won. Ha, I have you right where I wanted you all along." He opens his case and inside it is a glowing item, this is similar to the Rangers' energem, it is the infamous Dark Energem. Arcanon exclaims, "Transform me with your power! Now you will experience it's true purpose! There is no way of stopping me, soon your energems shall be mine! Prepare to witness true power!" and he is then transformed and unleashes a rain of fireballs onto the Rangers, and says, "It's over." Until the other 2 rangers - Ivan and Damon jump in, the knightly Golden ranger says, "On the contrary, fiend." Damon says, "The fun's just getting started!" Ivan also adds, "My apologies for the delay." The orange Ranger also adds, "Yeah, a few hiccups along the way, but we're ready to fight." The Gold ranger says, "Let's hit this oaf with all we got!" and the other Rangers join beside him, some sore from the attack before. Tyler says, "You got it." Arcanon says, "Fools."

Ivan holds up his sword and says, "Ptera super volt!" and beams are blasted towards Arcanon and the musicians, weakening them and then Tyler exclaims, "Activate! T-Rex super charge, ready!" Ivan says, "Altogether, Ptera lightning!" and Zenowing says, "Silver prism, blast!" The voice says, "Dino victory charger, engage!" Tyler exclaims, "T-Rex super charge..." and the others exclaim, "Victory final...STRIKE!" and with all of the dino charges including Damon's and Ivan and Zenowing's blasts, they appear to have destroyed the monsters. However, when the smoke clears, nothing happened. The transformed Arcanon says, "Nice try." and Tyler says, "That's not possible." The powerful overlord then exclaims, "Magna beam!" and it is aimed from the fallen ship onto a satellite which hits Arcanon and he becomes giant, then exclaims, "This will be amusing." Koda says, "Arcanon big trouble." Tyler says, "We need ultrazord power." Damon says, "You've got that right, buddy." Tyler says, "Dino charger, ready! Summon, Titano-zord!" The voice then says, "Dino chargers, engage!" as all 13 chargers appear in the zord. "Zords, combine! Dino charge ultra-zord, ready!" Koda then holds the Super drive charger and says, "Dino charger, ready! Dino super drive saber, activate!" and it places the super drive armor onto all of the Rangers and they appear on their platforms. The caveman says, "You and your pretty face going down, Arcanon!" The powerful leader says, "I am unstoppable!" and Koda says, "You know one energem cannot beat the power of 11!" They keep delivering attacks, but none do damage to the overlord. He then wraps them in a green beam and begins firing at them. They are disoriented by this, the overlord exclaims, "My victory is now certain!" Zenowing then says, "Not as certain as you think. Rangers?" Riley says, "What are you thinking, Zenowing?" The silver Ranger says, "Time to quit playing games and use our most powerful attack." Tyler says, "You read my mind." Damon says, "I've never seen this before, but it sounds promising." Shelby says, "Yeah! Let's do this." Koda exclaims, "Plasma blast, dino super charge saber, activate!" and the voice says, "Dino charger, engage!" and they all exclaim, "Dino super drive saber, ultra plasma final blast!" and just before the blast hits him, Arcanon says, "What? No!" and is seemingly destroyed by it. Zenowing says, "We did it, Rangers!" Koda says, "Monster extinct." Tyler says, "Awesome!" Damon says, "Heck yeah that was, it was really amazing!"

Then it transitions to the forest, where Arcanon, in his normal form, lays in pain, but he makes sure only one thing didn't get destroyed, he says, "The dark energem, where is it?", then he sees the anagramed case several feet away from him and exclaims, "Yes!", then painfully crawls his way over to it and gripes breathlessly, "When I'm done with the Rangers, they'll be history." And just before Arcanon can pick up the case, a metal boot stomps on it, and another figure says, "Speaking of history, guess who's back?" and it reveals Sledge, the ruthless bounty hunter. Arcanon then finally pulls himself together and says, "Sledge, I thought you were destroyed, it's a relief to see you, my friend." Sledge then takes hold of the Dark energem and says, "We aren't friends, I've caught outlaws for you for a millenia, now it's time to collect the bounty!" as he raises his blaster. Arcanon says, "Of course, I'll gladly pay you in space brillion." The bounty hunter then says, "No thanks, I'll take the Dark energem instead." as he places it inside the blaster. The overlord says, "That wasn't our deal and besides, four against one is bad odds." as he is joined by Conductro, Screech and Singe. Sledge then replies with, "Good thing I got the band back together!" and joining him are Poisandra, Wrench, Fury, Curio and Snide. The overlord says, "You betrayed me, Snide?" and the evil half monster says, "I've always been two-faced." and just like that, all six of them fire at Arcanon and his goonies until a red explosion appears behind them and destroys them all. After the cloud dies down, the villians cheer and Wrench says, "That'll show him!", but behind a log, another figure, the no longer evil guardian Heckyll notices their destruction of the others and runs away.

Back outside the Dinosaur museum, the Worg standee still stands outside and passers-by say, "Let's go check out Worg." Shelby and Ms. Morgan walk in together and the pink Ranger says, "Everyone thought Worg was useless, except Koda." The curator says, "I guess everybody has a purpose. Maybe we should try a little harder to find something for Worg to do around here." And then the girls hear Worg and dance music, and go to where it's coming from. They go into the restaurant and see several guys and girls, including fellow Rangers Tyler, Riley, Chase, Ivan and Damon, wearing workout clothes and caveman pelts while holding clubs as you see both Koda and Worg on a stage in matching caveman outfits, also holding clubs moving in beat to the music, as a Caveman Fitness class. Shelby says, "Looks like somebody found Worg the right job." and they all hold their clubs up at the end and exclaim, "Worg!" even Shelby says it and Kendall is smiling, impressed with Koda's compassion to Worg.

And there you have it, after 2 parts, we have our second tweaked episode of the "Dino Charge with a Twist" series. This one took a while to get through and I'm sorry if at the beginning, I threw Sledge in too early, I hadn't seen all of 'Freaky Fightday' or this one before seeing the ones leading up to the finale, so I assumed he was already back, not when they were destroying Arcanon and his goons.
