Episode 7 - The Rangers Rock (Part 1)
Back at a broken down ship just outside of Amber Beach, we see our surprising non-destroyed bounty hunter Sledge with his crewmates and fellow saboteurs Fury, Poisandra, Curio, Wrench and Snide. The bounty hunter bellowed, "No, my beautiful ship, she's still a wreck! How could you not fix her after the crash?"
Poisandra then grabs her fiancé and says, "How could you not tell me you survived?" , then angrily slaps him and he then falls to the ground. Before Wrench and Fury can pull him back up, the pink vixen then says, "You better have a good excuse." Sledge replies, "I can explain." Poisandra adds, "Spit it out then."
The bounty hunter then begins to explain his absence since he did survive the crash, "Well, I barely survived the crash. As I was trying to escape the ship, I found something very special in one of the abandoned cells. A plan began to hatch in my mind, it was bold, it was brilliant, but if I wanted to destroy the Rangers for good, I would need the help of one bad egg." As he says this Heckyll appears on the screen, confirming he was necessary to taking down the Rangers.
He continues as it shows him leaving the ship with a sac full of the green eggs, "I had to secretly put pieces in place all over the world. So I fired up the old jetpack and made for the sky.", him hitting his armor and flying up to the sky.
He then says to his pink lover, "As soon as I was done, I came right back to make sure you were okay." Still upset, Poisandra says, "I cried myself to sleep every night dreaming of you, meanwhile you were off having fun.", again she pushes him to the ground.
He tries to salvage the situation by saying, "Not at all Poisy, I wasn't having any fun.", to be honest in this next tale with pictures, show that yes the bounty hunter was absolutely having a good time. "Hawaii was awful.", showing him in a flowery shirt with a lei, fins on his hands and a drink, and to top it off, a smile on his face.
"Oh, and China, boy that was miserable.", again showing him standing in front of the Great Wall of China, holding a cotton candy and licking an ice cream cone, again no sign of any regrets.
"Oh and Japan, no one has any fun there.", third time, it shows him in a club by a DJ, then all of a sudden, he takes a microphone and is doing karaoke, clearly enjoying himself. In fact, the memory makes him randomly start singing the same song until Snide angrily interrupts him by saying, "Uh, can we just get to work?"
Sledge says, "Wrench, how are the ship's fuel cells?" The ship's engineer says, "Oh, we're using all the power we have left to cloak the ship from the Rangers." The bounty hunter says, "We need to get the ship in the air.", while none of them is looking, in the background overhearing the evil group of 6, happens to be once-missing figure and our Aqua Power Ranger James Navarro.
Snide then jumps in with, "If we need more power, we've got this.", and shows Sledge that he is holding on to the Dark Energem. Sledge adds, "Hmm, good point, I was right to trust you Snide, finally our plan is in place, and the Dark Energem is going to make it all possible.", he holds up the Energem and laughs maniacally. After looking through binoculars, James puts them down and gasps in shock, over the news he has just received.

Back at Amber Beach Dino Museum, we head down to the base of the Power Rangers, where Shelby is doing some research and Zenowing comes in holding a geode, and says to Shelby, "Look at this beautiful specimen I discovered in the storage room." The Pink Ranger then says, "Oh it's just a geode, they're pretty common around here." The Silver Ranger then says, "In the past, I've used these as incubation chambers." Shelby asks, "Incubation chambers, it's just a fancy rock." Zenowing states, "Wrong, the crystals form a harmonic echo chamber, and as I mentioned when Damon first arrived, by combining elements of the physical and spiritual world, it helped me to create our Zords." Shelby said, "Yes yes, now I remember, you did say back then that you made our Zords." Zenowing said, "It works just like your Energems crystal beds, I can even teach you how to build a Zord." Shelby says, "Really?" He replies, "Of course.", and they begin.
Back up in the restaurant, it shows that Tyler, Chase and Koda are taking part in a cake-eating contestant, where Tyler and Chase are neck and neck, Koda however is far ahead of the two of them, with Riley and Ivan serving as commentators and Damon standing by with a towel to clean up their mess. Just then, a now unimpressed curator and Purple Ranger Miss Kendall Morgan walks in to the fiasco. "Oh good grief." and then Koda stands up and cheers with his mouth full, "I won!", only proceeding to get a bit of whipped cream on Kendall's glasses, her forehead, her nose and cheek. Damon says, "Oh no we are so sorry Kendall."
She angrily pulls her glasses off her face and says, "Anyways, your dad found what we've been looking for, get cleaned up and meet us at the base, Prince Phillip and James are on their way.", as she takes out a cloth from her pocket to clean her glasses. With his mouth full, Tyler begins to cheer, "My dad is back.", and runs into the kitchen. The Orange Ranger also adds, "Wow, I can't wait to meet them." Riley says, "Ah right, you weren't here before Phillip and James began their searching." Chase was also excited to here James was returning, but as his mouth was also full, you could assume what he said.
We then transition back to the base where Keeper has a message to deliver to our heroes, "Welcome Power Rangers, although we have all 10 energems, and our mysterious Orange energem. To unlock their ultimate powers, we must first destroy the Dark Energem." Kendall then says, "And now thanks to James, we might be able to do just that." James, Kendall and Keeper are standing on one side of the base, while the other 9 rangers are in a circle around the opposite side. James says, "I've discovered the monsters' base, their spaceship crashed, but it wasn't destroyed. That's where the Dark Energem will be." Shelby says, "That's great." He also adds, "That's not all great, Snide has a new partner - Sledge." Riley then says in shock, "Sledge, he's still alive?" and this makes everyone in the room feel very uneasy. Damon says, "You mean the bounty hunter you guys said was destroyed in a crash before, is actually still alive. Oh shoot!" Koda asks, "And he's working with Snide now? This very bad." Ivan then asks, "Whatever do we do now?" Chase adds, "I say we hit them with everything we've got. Every megazord, destroy the monsters, destroy the spaceship and the Dark Energem all at once." Shelby then adds, "That might work, but there's no way to be sure we'd destroy the Dark Energem." Zenowing then says, "Then what do you suggest, Shelby?" The Pink Ranger says, "We sneak onto Sledge's ship, and crush the Dark Energem, as a surprise attack." Tyler says, "We've been on the ship before, at least we'll know our way around." She also adds, "It's the only way to be sure that we've destroyed it." Chase says, "She's right." Kendall then says, "Okay no megazords, we go on foot and we infiltrate them quietly." Damon says, "Looks like we have a real adventure on our hands." and everyone nods in agreement.
Back on Sledge's ship, the bounty hunter says, "Oh Poisandra, these are for you, sugar plum.", he comes out holding a bouquet of intergalactic flowers and gives them to the vixen. However, she then exclaims, "Not good enough.", throws it on the floor of the ship and Curio retorts, "Yeah you tell him Poisandra." and starts stomping on it. She also says, "If you liked it, then you should have put a ring on it, I want a wedding!" On the last straw with his evil lover, he then says, "Okay okay, we'll get married the minute the ship is in the air, my precious pickle toes.", and picks up the bouquet. And Poisandra and Curio cheer with the bride-to-be saying, "I'm finally getting married, oh there's not much time, we've got so much planning to do Curio." and takes her best friend to the back where they can plan her wedding. Sledge then says, "I love you Poisy.", but then groans, "Uhh, oh brother!" and also just then both Snide and Fury arrive to tell news to the bounty hunter, the former personality monster says, "The Rangers triggered our hidden sensors in the woods, they're coming." The bounty hunter says, "Send in Badussa, he'll stop them with his amulet." Fury says, "Yes, Master Sledge." Snide then says, "So, this is the first time the Rangers will come up against both of us." Sledge adds, "And it will be the last.", and both begin to laugh maniacally.
Just like that, all of the Rangers make their way to the forest leading to the ship, but all of a sudden, out comes everyone's favorite nuissance The Vivix. Ivan then says, "Well there goes our sneak attack." and they all charge in, ready to fight them. And then also out comes our true villian during this battle - a red monster with black snakes on his head, and since he is a parody of Medusa, he has a stone figure on his outfit. He then says, "Things are about to get rocky, Rangers." and aims a beam from his amulet and in no time, since Zenowing notices it first, he has his eyes open and the beam hits him and it proceeds to turn him to stone. Tyler exclaims, "Zenowing!" Koda asks, "What you do to him?" The monster says, "I am Badussa, and I am petrifying.", he aims the amulet again and this time, with Koda's eyes open, he turns the caveman into a statue. He then says, "Gaze into my amulet.", and proceeds to turn another 3 Rangers to stone - Kendall, Ivan and Riley. Through a stroke of luck, Shelby is thrown away from the field by the Vivix, as Badussa says, "Look into my amulet.", and then turns Chase to stone. The Pink ranger says, "I've gotta destroy that amulet." The villain then says, looking at the Red Ranger, "You're next." and aims at him, turning him to stone as well. Shelby exclaims, "Tyler!", then she runs over to the other 3 non-petrified Rangers - Phillip, James, and Damon. She then says, "Don't look at the monster's amulet, it will turn you to stone." She pulls them behind a tree, until Badussa begins to search for them, "You can't hide from me, soon you'll be stone, just like the others." Phillip says, "We're trapped."
He then says, "I haven't had this much fun since I destroyed the Karucha Galaxy." Deciding now to fight, she puts her hand over her eyes and begins to shoot her dino blaster at Badussa. He then says, "Come out and face me Rangers." Until they get a visitor from a certain figure, this being none other than Heckyll, no longer actually evil, wearing sunglasses to prevent from being turned to stone by Badussa. The monster says, "You. What are you doing here?" and when Shelby sees Heckyll get a beam charged up, she believes he wants to shoot the Rangers, until after all 4 Rangers hide from the blast, it is actually targeted at Badussa himself, knocking him to the ground. He says in anger, "How dare you attack me?" Heckyll says, "I know what it's like to lose an entire world, it's time you pay for your crime." The villian then retorts, "You're the one who will pay.", he readies his club for battles, but then Heckyll charges another beam, but before this one hits, he escapes. The former bad guy says, "He escaped.", then he leaves, but not before Shelby notices his actions.
Well once again, it seems we've hit another cliffhanger, so we'll see this in Part 2 and you see how we made Damon part of the fight. Again, sorry for putting Sledge back in before hand, I got some episodes mixed up, but now everything is back in order, especially with the geode earlier, we already did the explanation, so we just used it as a refresher. Anyhow, I'll see you all in Chapter 8 when Part 2 of 'The Rangers Rock' begins.
