They flew through the skies and came across large clumps of floating dirt; some with trees growing on them.

They came to a large floating mountain that was miles off the ground.

"We'll make a pit stop here," Zeon said.

The vehicle landed on the mountain, and they came out of the vehicle.

"This is quite a view," Kirby said. "But how is this mountain floating?"

"I made the laws of physics in this world very unusual," Zeon said. "There are even certain areas in this world where if you fall down a hole, you will come down from the air."

Jake got a little too close to the edge, and the edge broke off.

Jake didn't fall, but he floated around with the broken debris.

"Although this is kind of fun," Jake said trying to get back, "I would like to be back on the ground."

Cadence pulled out her tail, Jake grabbed it, and was pulled in.

"Thanks, I owe you one," Jake said.

Just then, a figure came swooping down and wrapped its wings around Cadence.

Cadence fell to the ground while the monster was still holding onto her.

"Monster 1,091, a Huggie Bear," Zeon said.

"Not just one," Hayley said. "Look." She pointed toward the sky and a lot more of them came gliding down toward the mountain.

They latched onto the sides of the mountain and let out a slurping sound.

"Their feeding on cliff algae," Zeon said. "They use their feelers to sense through the rock and use their sucker like mouths to remove the rock and suck up the algae."

"Excuse me," Cadence said struggling. "But could someone get this huggie bear off me."

"In a moment," Kirby said taking a photo of her.

"You better delete that when we leave," she said with frustration.

"Hang on, I'll get it," Zeon said. He pinched the Huggie bears two feelers, and it let go of Cadence.

It crawled toward the mountain side to feed on the algae.

"Don't say a word about this," she said to the others.

"But I'll say a word about that," Kirby said pointing towards a flock of giant silver birds.

"Monster 604, Stymphalian Birds," Zeon said. "We must be in their territory."

"Not good," Cadence said.

The birds came in and began to attack the Huggie bears.

The huggie bears then sprayed a sticky liquid from their mouths that knocked the birds down.

Most of the birds changed direction and attacked the Troop.

They flapped their wings with force that caused most of their feathers to shoot off and pierced through ground.

"Be careful," Zeon said. "Their metal-like feathers are sharper than knives."

"I've got an idea," Jake said. He ran back to the vehicle and came back with the Circutron.

He fired a single blast at one of the birds.

The blast reflected off their feathers and each of them were hit by the blast, one after another.

Most of the fell to the ground below while the rest retreated.

"Nice move, Jake," Hayley said.

"And I've got enough shots of this battle," Kirby said.

"You've really got good timing," Zeon said.

They climbed onto the vehicle and took off while the Huggie bears went back to having their feast.

"Where too next?" Jake asked.

"It's getting dark, and night is the time where night monsters hunt," Zeon said. "We better land somewhere safe for you and make camp."

"Alright," Kirby said. "Our first day in the monster world was good, and now our first night."
