The Tiberium War has ended, Kane is dead, but the fighting hasn't stopped. The Brotherhood of Nod has fractured but they still continue to pose a threat to global peace. Now it is up to GDI to hunt down and stop these dangerous terrorists, and ensure lasting peace. At any cost.
