The next morning, Marinette saw that Blanc wasn't looking too good and that the Akuma in his heart is killing him. She needs Ladybug to take him to the hospital quickly. No akuma has ever entered in a human heart until now. She climbed down the ladder and gets her earrings on and Tikki came out.
"Tikki spots on!" She transformed into Ladybug, "Hang on, kitty" She carried him out through the trapdoor and swung from building to building, hearing her kitty purring in so much pain.
"Princess…" He moaned with his closed eyes.
"Hold on, Kitty. I'll help you" She ran on the rooftops to the hospital.
There were a few victims that have been turned into white cats but she had to focus on Cat Blanc. She came to the entrance of the hospital and told the receptionist that her kitty is dying because the Akuma is in his body. The doctors quickly took him to the MRI to scan his body, hoping that he won't wake up in a state of panic.
It's been 20 minutes and Ladybug waited anxiously for answers, "How is he?" Ladybug asked the doctor.
"His vitals seem to be draining but we don't know the cause. Scans picked up a butterfly in his heart and surgery seems very risky. His heart rate is somewhat….active but weakening" The doctor explained and looked at Cat Blanc resting on the hospital bed with his upper body exposed so that the instruments can read his heart rate on the monitor.
"Whatever the akuma is doing, it's affecting his heart rate. We don't know what can happen" The doctor said.
"Unless I can help him," Ladybug said.
"Pardon me?" The doctor asked in confusion.
"I never faced an akumatized person with an akuma in the heart. Perhaps he just needs a bit of love" Ladybug said.
Suddenly, the heart monitor was increasing louder and Cat Blanc growled angrily that he's gonna lash out.
"Rrrrrrgh!" He struggled only to find out he's strapped down, "Let me out of here!"
"Kitty! Stay calm!" Ladybug tries to reason with him.
"YOU!" He broke free, sky blue eyes went yellow and his pupils became slanted.
"STOP! The akuma is killing you!" Ladybug screamed but Cat Blanc lifts her up.
He threw her against the hospital bed and roared like a lion going savage. The akuma hurting him makes him extremely dangerous.
"Security!" The doctor ran away.
"Kitty! Please! Calm down! You're hurting yourself!" Ladybug begged.
"HRRRRGH!" Cat Blanc growled, looking at her with pure rage.
"Kitty! Please calm down!" Ladybug begged but the feline was not Cat Noir.
He clawed everywhere in fear and ran in the halls like a cat.
"Cease hostility!" The guards ran in.
Blanc roared and touched them, turning them into white cats.
"Oh no!" Ladybug followed the now feral Cat Blanc.
She can hear him snarl like a panther, metal screeching from his claws, and doctors screaming.
"Stand down Kitty!" Ladybug threw her yoyo around him.
Snarling savagely, he started clawing everywhere. He wanted out of this place and the pain to stop.
"Cat! Look at me! Calm down please!" Ladybug begged.
Growling viciously as he circled her, sensing that she's a threat. He jumped out the window to cause panic in the city. Ladybug has to get the Akuma out before it hurts him too much.
"I need some backup ASAP!" She ran out.
She needed Carapace, Polymouse, Vesperia, and Viperion. So she called each of them to be prepared to take down Cat Blanc before his heart goes like a bomb. Little she knew Nino has learned Cat Noir's identity.
"You four meet me at Notre Dame, that's where Blanc is heading!" She said.
"Got it" Nino nodded, "Hang on, dude. We're gonna save you" He said determinedly.

Cat Blanc either destroys or turns people into white cats. The Akuma was killing him inside and it was making his feline tendencies savage and dangerous. He was heading to the cathedral while running on all fours. He climbs up on it and stops at the left tower. He spots a pigeon and he sure was hungry for one but as he got close, he sneezed aggressively. He has forgotten he's allergic to them.
He then spots a red laser dot on the roof, "Rawr!" He leaps at the dot, giving into his cat instincts.
It was leading him to the bell tower. He tried to grab it but it was circling him and he chased it.
"Meow!" He pounced at the bell when the dot got there.
"He's distracted now" Carapace whispered while Ladybug used the laser pointer.
"Shield him, Carapace" Ladybug whispered back.
"You got it. Shell-ter!" Carapace used his special ability to catch Cat Blanc.
Cat Blanc was trapped inside and he tried smashing it but the shield was too impenetrable.
"Good job Carapace" Ladybug said.
"GGGGRRRRRRR!" Cat Blanc punched the shield in anger.
"It's not gonna hold for long" Carapace said.
"Keep trying! He'll get exhausted!" Ladybug said.
"I'll try!" Carapace said.
Viperion prepared for his second chance. Minutes passed and Blanc got exhausted and collapsed but that was only to pretend that he's passed out so he can attack.
"Coast is clear," Polymouse said.
The shield fades and the team carefully walks up to the passed-out feline that was breathing hard.
"I'm sorry, Cat. But we had no choice" Ladybug said.
"Now what?" Viperion asked.
"Multitude" Polymouse shrinks and multiplies so that one can go in Cat Blanc's ear to go inside his body.
"Okay now to make sure he doesn't wake up," Ladybug said.
Polymouse inside Blanc's body was going down to the chest area to find the Akuma in the heart but there was a problem. The akuma created a shield along with his immune system to keep intruders out.
"Oh great. I see the akuma but it's shielded" Polymouse reported.
"If we don't get it out, he'll die," Ladybug said.
Cat Blanc woke up just before Vesperia tried to use Venom, "GGRRRRRRRR!"
"Oh no! Second chance!" Viperion turns back time.
He returns from seconds in the past, "Wait. He's pretending to be passed out"
"Shell-ter!" Carapace imprisoned Cat Blanc again.
"He's too strong!" Vesperia said.
"There has to be a solution! But what should it be?" Ladybug thought desperately.
"A kiss. It stimulates the heartbeat" Viperion said and Blanc punched the shield.
"Okay, but we have to restrain him first," Ladybug said.
Blanc keeps bashing the shield but it wouldn't break.
"Polymouse! Do something inside him!" Ladybug said.
"Okay but this is gonna kill him a bit" Polymouse bit the tissue of the brain.
Cat Blanc screamed in pain and fell down, Polymouse only caused him to pass out from a minor headache. Polymouse got out through the ear. Ladybug only has one shot at this to calm his heart with a passionate kiss for the Akuma to leave his heart. She cups his face and kissed him on the lips. The feline hesitated and tried to push her off but the kiss was just too strong and addicting that he can't fight this feeling. The love was conquering his hatred and rage. He eventually gave in and relaxes his body.
"It's working!" Carapace smiled.
The akuma inside his heart couldn't sense negative emotions and it phases out through Blanc's chest.
"No more evilizing for you!" Ladybug caught the akuma to purify it, "Bye bye little Butterfly" She set it free.
Cat Blanc turned back to Cat Noir. He collapsed on the ground due to having the akuma drain his body.
"Oh, Cat Noir" Ladybug fell on her knees.
She checked his pulse and he had one. She sighed in relief that he's still alive but he has to go to the hospital just to get better.
"Come guys, let's go" She carried Cat Noir.
