Wealth, Fame, Power, Gol D. Roger, The King of the Pirates attained everything this world has to offer, and his dying words drove countless souls to the seas.
Gol D. Roger: You want my treasure? You can have it! I left everything together in one place, now you just have to find it.
These words lure men to the Grand Line and pro suited their dreams greater than they ever dare to imagine, this is the time known as the Great Pirate Era.
Sora, Donald, Goofy, and the Straw Hats arrived at Erumalu while Maleficent and Crocodile have plans for the heroes. Arriving in the city of green Vivi told about the city's past, framing the King, and the dance powder. After some time traveling to the desert, Luffy went up ahead to get some shade but ran back to the group claiming that the birds are injured, but unfortunately he was trick by Evil Swindlers. Luffy chases the birds and sometimes later ran back with the crew with the camel he was riding on while being chased by Great Sandora Lizard, after their battle Sora summon Nimbus and the girls ride on the camel know as Eyelash. They took off leaving Donald, Goofy, Zoro, Sanji, and Ace heading to Yuba-Oasis.
Chapter 2 part 3: Traveling Through The Desert part 2
Donald: *groaning duck sound* So hot... Water...
Goofy: Gah don't worry Donald, we'll be there soon.
Sanji: Nami-san! How far did you go!? That side of you is wonderful too!
Donald: *groan and sarcastic* Wonder how Sora doing?
Meanwhile with Sora.
Sora: Luffy! Slow down!
Sora lends Luffy to control the Nimbus, but Luffy was having too much fun flying around with Nimbus.
Ussop: Luffy! You're going to kill us like that!
Chopper: Please stop!
Luffy: Whoo-hoo!
With Nami and Vivi on Eyelash
Nami: Tch, lucky...
Vivi: Are the others going to be all right? *concern the others they left behind*
Nami: *look at Vivi* Yeah, They'll just follow the footprints.
Suddenly the girls heard a loud rumble and look to their left, then a pirate ship rises from the sands. Nami and Vivi scream in horror, while with Sora and his friends they finally stop.
Luffy: Aw, come on Sora. I was having fun.
Sora: *pant* dangerously fun.
Ussop: What the heck, Luffy! You almost kill us!
Chopper: *hears screaming* Huh? *look over and saw the girls and Eyelash been kidnap by pirates* Ahh! Guys Nami and Vivi are being kidnapped by sand pirates!
Ussop: Sand Pirates?!
The group look over and saw the ship sailing away.
Sora: Oh wow, a pirate ship on the sand.
Luffy immediately took control of Nimbus.
Sora: Luffy! What are you doing?!
Luffy: Saving my crew!
Sora: Luffy, no!
At full speed fly straight at the ship, but crash the gaff and the main mast of the ship.
Sora: *gets up* ow *rubbing his head*
Ussop: I think I'm going to be sick.
Luffy quickly gets up and in front of Nami and Vivi.
Luffy: Nami! Vivi! You guys okay?
Nami: What the hell you idiot! You could've hurt us!
Sand Pirate: Hey what the hell!
The group get up and saw the sand pirates surround them.
Sand Pirate 2: Your gonna pay for that!
Vivi: Luffy, Sora! Help, they're gonna eat Eyelash.
Luffy: Camels are edible?
Ussop: There's no time for a question, the sand pirates are mad!
Sora: Then I guess we might have to fight.
[Gameplay of Sora, Luffy, Ussop, and Chopper Vs. Sand Pirates]
Sora and his friends are putting up a good fight until some big guy steps in. The group look over and saw the big guy standing there with a pink umbrella on his head.
?: We, the Barbar Sand Pirates, have a saying.
Sora: Saying?
?: Aside from friends, nothing alive in the desert can't be eaten!
Luffy: Haha, right on! I'll even eat stuff off the ground!
?: Huh? Then you'll get sick.
Luffy: Then I'll be careful.
?: Hahaha! Your a funny little pipsqueak!
Luffy: Hahaha, You're funny too. Okay, let's eat.
Luffy cheerful smile and point at Eyelash, while Eyelash cries in horror.
Sora, Ussop, and Chopper: What!?
Nami: Why!? *bonking Luffy head with her foot*
After they apologize and settle down, the big guy introduces himself.
?: Haha, I'm Barbarossa, captain of the Barbar Sand Pirates! And your Sora and Luffy, was it? I'm sorry for our rough treatment of your friends. It's just that we're all so hungry, we got carry away.
Sora: It's oka-
Luffy: Hahaha, Nah I don't mind at all.
Nami fist slam Luffy's head.
Nami: That's not for you to say!
Sand Pirate: Captain, We don't have any wood at all to repair our mainmast. Without the mainmast, we won't have enough thrust.
Sand Pirates: Yeah! What are we gonna do?!
Sand Pirate: If we don't do something, we're going to die like dogs in the middle of this desert.
Sand Pirates: We're gonna die like dogs! This is the end! The Barbar Sand Pirates are gonna die! *shouting words*
Barbarossa: We sand Pirates are born in sand pirate ships, and we'll die in sand pirate ships! Abandoning our ship is unthinkable.
Sand Pirates: Yeah! That's right! We'll die on our ship! We'll die like dogs in our ship!
Sora: (I thought they didn't want to die...)
Barbarossa: That was fate, this was fate! We sand pirates will never do anything to defy the flow of sand! Fate aside, there is timber at the Mariyasu Oasis.
Sora: Where is it?
Luffy: Please tell, I'll rush there real quick!
Barbarossa: Bad idea, the sands changed lately. It's dangerous for outsiders.
Luffy: I'm responsible for it! I'll do it!
Barabarossa: Hahaha, all right, You will?!
When the crew got off the ship they saw their friends arrive.
Sora: Donald, Goffy!
Luffy: Hey Zoro, Sanji! Huh? *notice Ace is not there* Hey, Where's Ace!?
Zoro: We somehow got separated.
Goofy: And we heard a big explosion and came running what was the noise and turns out it's you guys, ah-yuck.
Sora: Yeah, we're going to have to fix Luffy's mess.
They heard something and turn to look something is luring down.
Barbarossa: Bring back wood with this sand-sled.
Nami: I'd say this is more of a canoe than a sled.
Barbarossa: Zaba and Rasa will show you to the Meriyasu Oasis. Rasa is our ship's finest sand-sledder.
A sand-sled can carry two people. What'll you do?
Luffy: I'll be fine on my own don't worry.
Sora: I'll better follow Luffy to make sure.
Luffy: Come on, I told you. I'll be fine on my own.
Sora you crash the ship with the Nimbus I let you borrow.
Suddenly a weapon was coming straight at Vivi until Goofy step in and block the attack with his shield.
Goofy: You okay there, Beebee?
Vivi: is Vivi and thanks Goofy.
Sanji: Okay, who threw that!?
The crew look over and saw a feminine figure standing on the broken mainmast. The woman jumps, flip over, and land in front of the Straw Hats.
Barbarossa: Oh! That was cool, Rasa!
Rasa glares at the crew.
Rasa: The pirates are outsiders and the others, something about them don't belong here, but her *point at Vivi* you're from here.
Sora: Huh? How can you tell?
Rasa: *ignore Sora and focus more on Vivi* You must have some experience with a sand-sled. You'll come along.
Sanji: Vivi-chan can't do anything that dangerous!
Nami: Yeah! That's crazy!
Vivi: All right. I'll come with you.
Sora: I should come, just to be safe.
Rasa: the sled only fit enough for two people.
Barbarossa: But, Sora is a small guy and seems light enough, so he can probably fit in.
Sora: Thank you, Barbarossa.
Barbarossa: Hahaha, No problem kid.
Sora, Luffy, and Vivi got their sled ready.
Sora: How does this sled work?
Vivi: I'll pilot the Sled. I did this once long ago.
Sora: But, does that mean you'll be rusty?
Sora and Vivi were chatting when Luffy holds found something.
Luffy: Oh, it's not too different from a ship. This goes like this. *pull the rope*
As Luffy hoist the sail, he fled off with the ship over the sandhill in an instant.
...
Luffy came running back, pushing the sand-sled.
Luffy: Okay! *panting* I'm back! *panting and flop on the sand*
Nami, Ussop, and Sanji: Will you stop messing around! Let Vivi ride the sled from now on!
Luffy lies down on the sled exhausted.
Vivi: You can rest there, Luffy.
Sora: We'll take it from here. Right, Vivi?
Vivi: Right, now if I do this... *gently pull the rope*
Immediately they rode off over the sandhill.
Rasa: ... Zaba, Let's go!
Zaba: Ready, Rasa.
Luffy: Yahoo!
Sora: Wow, if we have something like this, this should be easy to get to Yuba.
Vivi: The sand-sled it's hard to control sand-sleds. It's not something easily mastered.
Luffy: Then how come you can control it?
Vivi: I used to practice with a sand-sled I received when I was little.
Suddenly Rasa splashes them with sand and bumped them into the quicksand.
Zaba: Hey, Rasa! What are you doing!?
Luffy: Hey! What was that for!?
Sora: *rub his eyes and look* Umm, we're getting pullover!
Vivi: It's quicksand! If we get swallowed into the sand, we'll never come back out!
Sora: Wait, she trying to kill us!?
The quicksand is pulling them harshly.
Luffy: Vivi! You are okay!?
Vivi: We're in trouble if we don't do something!
Sora: You guys make a plan! I need time to change something!
Vivi: How?! We're done for!
Luffy: Leave it to me! "Gum-Gum...
Sora: KA-ME-HA-ME... *point his Keyblade towards the center of the quicksand*
Sora/Luffy: -HA! -Pull"
And in an instant they boost way up to the sky, passing Rasa's sled and lands in front of them.
Rasa: What!?
Luffy: Hope you weren't waiting long!
Once they made it to their destination they look around the place and Sora spoke.
Sora: This oasis is completely buried in the sand...
Rasa: It was once a flourishing city, but...
Luffy: You ever been here before?
Rasa: Yes, the people of this city gave me a small sand-sled as a memento. That was a very long time ago, though. I stopped by here once with my father when I was little when he was traveling around the country. I've been waiting all this time. Back then, the king made this town a promise, "If anything happens to this oasis, I will come rushing to help. The kingdom won't ignore any voice, no matter how small."
Vivi: So you were that girl!
Rasa: Eventually this oasis was buried in sand and abandoned. Every last person in town left. Even so, I stayed behind and waited for you, but the king never came. Nor you, of course.
Vivi: That's because similar incidents were happening all over the country and the king was busy every day trying to combat it!
Rasa: *turn to Vivi* I don't want to hear your excuses! I waited all alone in the middle of this vast desert! *look down* Eventually, I couldn't differentiate between dawn and dusk. By the time Barbarossa took me in, I couldn't feel anything, not even the midday scorching heat or the freezing cold after sunset. The fact I was even alive baffled me, but inside my head, the king's words continue to ring. To this day, I don't understand it. Things were so difficult, so what exactly was I waiting for? Just what kept me going? *start crying* Was it hate? Anger? or inexistent hope? Why did I stay here?! Someone tell me! *crying*
Dead silence as Rasa cries.
Vivi: I'm sorry, I am so sorry to make you wait. *crying* I'm so sorry...
...
After some time they gather the wood and rode back no one said anything until...
*Blast*
Rasa: What was that!?
Suddenly dark blobs flew over them.
Sora: It's the Heartless! (And the same form back from Namek)
Zaba: Heartless?
Vivi: How did they find us?!
Sora: It's probably because of Rasa feelings, Heartless is attracted to negative emotion *bring out his Keyblade*
Luffy: Then I guess we'll have to fight.
Sora: Right!
[Gameplay of Sora and Luffy Vs. Heartless; Gimmick: There are the sand-sled HP meter and another meter showing the Sand-sled to the ship. Fight through all the Heartless wave by wave. Sora will shoot his fire magic and can charge his fire attack bigger at the Heartless, but have MP meter and will take time to recharge so switch to Luffy to use Gum-Gum Pistol but will only use two times at once and will take time depends on Luffy's arms stretch to reel back. If you fail then your Sand-sled will collapse and be Game Over.]
As the battle was over, they arrive at the ship.
Luffy: Hey Guys!
Donald and Goofy: Sora!
Sora: Donald! Goofy!
Goofy: You won't believe what day we have!
Sora gave a cheerful smile as they return with wood to fix the ship.
The Next Day. The crew arrives near the village.
Barbarossa: Ahead there's a village called Ino. You should be able to get water there.
Sora: So, you're not coming?
Barbarossa: We sand Pirates can't go any further ahead. This land belongs to my people who've lived and died here for generations, you see.
Luffy: Oh yeah?
Barbarossa: Yeah, the desert is the land of freedom, but not everyone can survive in the harsh desert. The village ahead is a place where such people eke out a living.
Sora: So, what're you gonna do?
Barbarossa: *umbrella open* Nothing much. We've freely lived as we pleased on this ocean of sand, and that's what we'll keep on doing!
Luffy: Hehe that's just like us, then!
Barbarossa: Yeah? That's great!
Luffy and Barbarossa laugh together. Sora and his friends got off the ship and wave goodbye as they set off to the village. Vivi cry as she saw Rasa wave goodbye.
Sora: Toodles!
Toodles pop out of Sora's pocket.
Sora: Can you locate where's the Dragon Ball?
Toodles show Sora the radar and it still shows it in the direction where Yuba is.
Goofy: Still that direction.
Sora: I guess we have no time to lose.
All: Right!
[Gameplay of Sora and his friends traveling to the village]
As the heroes are close to the village they saw someone heading towards them.
?: Hey!
It was Ace.
Luffy: Ace!
Goofy: So that where he was.
Ace: Oh! So you're the sand pirates?
Sora: What do you mean? We just left the sand pirates.
Ace: Really? Well, whatever. Anyways, great news, Luffy! I brought plenty of food and water!
Sanji: Oh, Much appreciated. This should be enough for us to last a good while.
Ussop: Ace is incredible...
Nami: That's for sure, he's nothing like someone we knew.
Ussop: You can say that again.
Chopper: I was so thirsty...
Donald: Me too...
Luffy: Same.
Vivi: Excuse me, Ace? I assume you don't have the money for that. Don't tell me you stole it from that village...
Ace: Nothing of the sort, the rebel army gave it to me.
Vivi: The rebel army!?
Ace: Well, I should say "clearly fake rebel soldiers" to be more precise.
Donald: Fake?
Nami: What do you mean?
Ace: Basically, they call themselves rebel soldiers and were hired to protect the village. The villagers are so grateful that they've been completely fooled. They're really just some hoodlums.
Sora: And they're bodyguards?
Nami: Wouldn't they get found out right away?
Ace: Apparently, the mere mention of the rebel army will send most bandits running. It's really convenient. Makes money and prestige come rolling your way on its own.
Vivi: Rebel soldiers aren't hoodlums, nor does the title serve as decoration.
Sanji: Vivi, should we teach 'em a lesson?
Ace: I dunno. Duping the villagers isn't so different from what bandits do. At the very least, the villagers live in peace with them around. Should we get'em just the same?
Sanji: I understand what you're saying, but you got to consider it from Vivi's perspective. Surely you'd want to pulverize people like them.
Ace: Yeah, she should do what she wants. I only gave my own thoughts.
Sanji: There's no reason to cover for these bas*****.
Ace: I'm not, I just know you guys are in a hurry here.
Vivi: Now that the kingdom can't keep watch over every little place, there's nothing wrong with villages upholding public safety on their own whenever possible. I want to test them first.
Sora: You mean like are they worthy enough?
Vivi: Yes. If these imposter rebel soldiers truly wish to protect the villagers, I don't think it matters what they call themselves.
Goofy: So it's a test of their hearts.
Vivi: Yes. So, I hate to ask, but there's something I'd like you all to do.
Sanji: No sweat, Vivi-chan.
Luffy: Alright! Things are getting interesting now!
Chopper: What do you mean by interesting?
Nami: Hold on, Luffy! This isn't going to be a game, understand?
Goofy: What if it is?
Luffy: Yeah, we're basically gonna beat these fake rebel guys up, right?
Sora: Luffy, That isn't a game...
Sanji: He doesn't understand a thing. Someone do something about him!
Sometime later they show up near the village, preparing for their plan. The fake rebel shows up and the Straw Hats surround them. The Straw Hats try to intimidate the fake rebels. While there's a commotion of Straw Hats against the "Rebel Army," Sora and the rest stay behind the boulders.
Sora: Are you sure we should let this play out?
Donald: Yeah, these are chicken.
Goofy: Not to mention, they're shaken like they're cold.
Vivi: Just a little longer, I want to see how it plays out. Just remember the plan.
Sora: Don't worry, Donald and I, remember the plan just in case.
Donald: We sure do.
?: Listen, you!
The crew heard the fake rebel shout.
Fake Rebel: Don't be shocked by what I have to say! We're not the only rebel soldiers here! In the village, there are 100 million more soldiers like us!
Sora, Donald, and Goofy face fault on the ground.
Sora: There's no way they will fall for that...
Nami: Yeah no kidding, lie trick like Ussop back at Syrup Village. Like Luffy will fall for th-
Luffy: 100 MILLION!?
Nami and Vivi Face fault with Sora, Donald, and Goofy.
Nami: Are you kidding me?! How is that idiot, didn't fall for that when Ussop made the exact lie?!
Luffy: "Gum-Gum Pistol!"
Luffy strike at the fake rebel leader's head. Luffy starts to walk menacingly close to the leader.
Sora: What is Luffy doing?!
Nami: What is that idiot doing?
Suddenly the rebel leader grabs Luffy's arm, stopping him. The Rebel Leader shouts out the truth and his dreams to protect and become the king warrior guards heroes follow by the others standing up and ready to fight by the leader side.
Sora: Whoa, all this hope just from Luffy punch. Luffy is a special guy for a pirate.
Vivi: Then I guess we'll give the signal.
Sora: Donald now!
Donald: I want to try this "Heat Haze"
Sora: "Blizzaga"
As they collide their attacks between the Straw Hats and the Rebels, it creates a thick mist as the Straw Hats retreat.
Sanji: Bas*****! That's rebel soldiers for ya!
Ussop: I've never seen such strong people before!
As they run as far away as they can, Ace caught up to them.
Ace: Hey Luffy!
Luffy: Oh, Ace!
Sora: Luffy, how long are we gonna run?!
Zoro: The way they abandoned their lives was scary!
Luffy laughs as they kept running.

Sometime later they're slowly walking tire and saw some kind of rocky area, when they got there, someone riding on ostrich land in front of the crew.
Sora: Whoa! Who are you!?
?: I'm Scorpion, the indomitable hero! and I am here to challenge you Fire Fist Ace!
Ace: So you're the one I'm looking for. *smirk*
Goofy: What do you mean?
Ace: Him, Scorpion has defeated Blackbeard before and that's why I'm here to see it's true.
Ussop: Him? *looking at Scorpion* He doesn't look like the type who defeated Blackbeard.
Ace: I'm about to find out. *crack his knuckles*
Sora: Wait don't you need his help to fight blackboard?
Ace: Yeah, I do, but I want to test his strength against me to see if it's true of what people say.
Scorpion: You will see when you see my Compressed Extinguisher Gun! *got off the ostrich and connect his machine* A compressed air gun filled with extinguisher foam!
Zoro: A what?
Sanji: Does it work?
Scorpion: I'm gonna use this to fill you full of compressed extinguisher foam!
Ace charge in as Scorpion tries to shoot him, but Ace kept dodging until Ace strike Scorpion's gut. Scorpion collapse on the sand.
Donald: Wow, that was underwhelming...
Ace: I expected as much. You lied about beating Blackbeard, didn't you? You figured using his name would get me to show up. Am I right?
Scorpion: *tries to get up* Hehe, that's right. Not too shabby of a plan, huh? *coughing* We've fought on even terms this far. Now I'm gonna get serious!
?: Stop! That's enough, Dad!
Sora, Donald, Goofy, Ace, and Straw Hats: Huh?
Suddenly the two kids show up running to Scorpion.
Scorpion: Dip! Chip!
Goofy: Did he said, Chip and Dale?
Scorpion's kid: Farther! You don't need to do this! Fire Fist Ace is too powerful!
Scorpion: Wh-What are you two doing here?! When did you leave the Badlands?!
Scorpion's kid: The world's greatest battle is too much for you! We came to get you, Dad!
Scorpion: *laughs* Don't be silly. I'm the world's greatest bounty hunter. I've fought epic battles with everyone from Double Barrel Danny to Hellbattler Luther and they all begged for their lives.
Scorpion's kid 2: Father, you don't have to lie.
Scorpion: Ah! Hehehe, you found me out, huh? The truth is that I'm a terrible liar and a terrible father, but there is one true thing! Even the most insignificant person can still challenge the world's greatest hero if he tries hard enough. That's what I wanted! I wanted to show you two a grand dream! Men need dreams burning inside their hearts. Even if it means struggling every day, never give up! Stand tall! Live every day with a laugh! As long as you keep challenging the impossible, life will be paradise! But there's no way to show that without putting my life on the line! Yes, if you stand up, the path will always open!
Scorpion's kid: Father...
Scorpion: Now! Watch your father's unconquerable spirit! As long as I hold on to my dream, I won't back down! Do you hear me, Ace! Popo, Bazooka!
The ostrich drops the Bazooka in front of Scorpion and Scorpion aims the bazooka at Ace.
Scorpion: Fire Fist Ace! This is the end!
Sora: Stop! *step in front of Ace and spread his arms protecting Ace*
Donald and Goofy: Sora!
Scorpion: Move out the way kid! Ace is my only dream! I want to show my kids what is like to have dreams!
Sora: But didn't you prove them enough? And what good if you die trying to achieve your dream? What would be left for your kids? who will guide them?
Scorpion: ...! *turns to see his kids crying* ... *drop his bazooka* I'm so sorry! I love you, boys! *crying*
Scorpion's kid: We're sorry, you prove to us that there are dreams! *crying*
Ace: Your really something, hotshot. Just like Luffy.
Sora: Hehe. *scratches his head*
Sometimes later at sunset.
Ace: Well, then...
Chopper: Are you really leaving, Ace?
Ace: Yep, seeing Blackbeard isn't in Alabasta, I have no reason to be here.
Luffy: You sure? Where will you go next?
Ace: Scorpion says there's a man who saw him in the west. Guess I'll check it out. *toss a folded piece of paper* Here, Luffy.
Luffy: Huh? *caught it*
Ace: Hang on to that.
Luffy: It's just a scrap of paper.
Ace: That scrape of paper will bring you and me together again sometime.
Luffy: Yeah?
Ace: You don't want it?
Luffy: No, I'll keep it.
Ace: *cheerful smile* It's natural for a big brother to worry about his bungling kid brother. *look at Luffy's friends* He might be a bit much for you to handle, but take good care of him. Luffy.
Luffy: Huh?
Ace: When we next meet, we'll both be top pirates.
Luffy: Right.
Ace: And Sora.
Sora: Huh?
Ace: Thank you so much for everything.
Sora: Heh, it what friends for. *smile*
Ace leaves the crew as Luffy waves goodbye.
Sora: You have a nice brother, are you gonna see him next time?
Luffy: *smiles as Ace is almost over the horizon* You bet I will.
