Come What May
~ September 16, 2034 ~
Charlie Donovan was slowly waking up as the bright Arizona sun struck him in his eyes. Several facts slowly made their way into his head as he rubs the sleep from his eyes with his right hand. Firstly it is Saturday and he is up fairly early for him. Working as a senior police officer for the Phoenix P.D. He has most weekends off due to seniority. He gladly works Monday thru Friday so that he can have the weekends off to rest or go out with his best friend Jackson Fuller. He remembers that yesterday was the wedding of his best friend and cousin and that the ceremony and reception were both amazing. This brings him to the second thing he realized... he was not in his own bed. The reception was help in his hometown and the hall itself was less than twenty minutes from his apartment so he did not rent a hotel room. He knew he was not home as this was not his bed. What was terrifying him at this moment was that he felt a very soft body wrapped against his own. He knew that he drank quite a bit in the evening but stopped early enough as he was planning to drive home.
Please tell me I didn't sleep with some random girl... please tell me I didn't sleep with some random girl. Charlie prayed over and over in his head.
Holding his breath, Charlie opens his eyes and allows his vision to come into focus. Releasing his breath, the youngest Donovan slowly turns his head and looks at the woman beside him. Her long brown hair is covering her face and from the way she is breathing Charlie knows that she is still sound asleep. Taking in her appearance he suspects he knows whose bed he is sharing but does not know for sure who she is. Saying another prayer, Charlie moves the brown bangs from his bedmate's face and sees the beautiful sleeping form of Ramona Gibber.
"Oh thank God..." Charlie Donovan says aloud as he sighs at the revelation that not only was it the girl of his dreams that he was sharing a bed with, but that he had not had another fictitious encounter with her in his dreams. Charlie smiles at the realization that he and Ramona not only spent the night together in bed but they made love. As Charlie reveals in the memory of last night's events as they came crashing back to him he heard Ramona intake a deep breath of air.
"Mmmm..." Charlie heard Ramona say as the morning light now hit Ramona in the face after Charlie moved the bangs from her eyes that had been shielding her from dawn's light.
Ramona's left hand was resting on Charlie's bare chest, her left leg was resting on Charlie's legs. The two were completely naked but wrapped snugly in the hotel sheets and blankets. Sensing that she was going to wake up and not sure if alcohol played a large factor in last night's events Charlie decided to go for broke and wrapped his left arm around Ramona's waist and laid his hand upon her hip. With the famous racer now wrapped in Charlie's loving embrace, Charlie placed a soft kiss on Ramona's brow as he turned, captured Ramona's legs between his, and pulled Ramona against his chest. His heart was pounding as his mind memorized the feeling of the sexy Latina pressed firmly against his body.
"Good morning," Charlie whispers to Ramona.
"Mmmm... Gd Mrnig..." Ramona murmurs still sleepy. Ramona turns her head and her lips land on Charlie's bare chest and he hears her kiss.
Charlie kisses her brow again and his lips plant small soft kisses on her head. "Please God, don't let this be a dream."
"Uhh uhh," Ramona announces. To hopefully prove that this is not something he is imagining, Ramona runs her teeth along Charlie's right peck to let him feel how real this encounter is. Ramona opens her eyes and stares Charlie Donovan in the face for several long moments. She is real, and he is real. At times Ramona has a hard time believing her life has changed in such a short amount of time.

Ramona Gibbler was sitting at a pub called Timothy O' Toole's with her surrogate brother, his fiance, and her cousin having a meal and a few drinks. After they were seated Jackson immediately volunteered to be the designated driver and opted to only drink Coca-Cola. Jackson's fiance ordered Mike's Hard Lemonade for the duration of their time at the pub. Ramona and Charlie were drinking domestic beer from a local brewery that she found to be quite tasty. While she was not a big drinker, the occasion merited it in her opinion. The day had been spent with Chloe at the dressmakers as Chloe's dress needed an adjustment and the bridesmaids all needed to try on the dress that Chloe had selected ages ago. The style was almost three years old by this point but Chloe like it and it looked good on her two previous bridesmaids when they first tried it on so she didn't feel the need to select a newer dress design.
The woman who owned the dress story was an older woman in her fifties by the name of Raquel. She reminded Ramona of her paternal grandmother. Raquel had her measuring tape around her neck and as she measured Chloe she watched as a younger woman, a red-haired girl in her teens, wrote down the notes that Raquel gave her concerning Chloe. She then moved to Ramona as Ramona had never been fitted for the dress Chloe selected. Ramona stood up straight as Raquel measured her height barefoot, in the shoes that went with the dress, her waist, Ramona's bust, total height, neck, and arm length. Ramona had never been sized up so thoroughly in her entire life.
"Wait until you get measured for your wedding dress," Chloe tells her friend.
Once Raquel was done with Ramona she moved on to Chloe's other maids and the soon-to-be bride took that moment to show Ramona the wedding dress she had selected. Ramona's eyes bulged out of her head as it was the most stunning design that Ramona had ever seen. As her mother was a caterer she had traveled with her to the wedding expos quite often so she has seen a wide variety of dresses but again, this was by far the best one she has seen to date. The two talked about how Chloe found this amazing dress, Ramona took down the name of the designer and she was going to spend quite a bit of time pursuing their designs.
When the girls were finally finished Jackson and Charlie picked up the pair from the dress shop as they wanted to take the girls out to relax after their busy day. Jackson knew that Ramona would definitely need something after spending all day at the dressmakers as her body was still on a European time zone. Jackson and Charlie selected this pub as the food wasn't fancy (or pricy) and was very good. The girls liked the place and after appetizers, once their entrees arrived they had to agree that the pair had selected a good place to eat.
Jackson had chosen to have them seated in a booth and of course, he chose to sit beside his fiance, thus Charlie slid in beside the wall to give Ramona as much space as she desired. The two old-time friends gravitated towards one another as the evening progressed. As food and drinks kept coming the quartet spent the night catching up on their lives over the past thirteen years. Ramona told the trio how she was a professional dancer for only three years after college before she suffered an ACL tear due to the rigorous strain she put her body through. After she recovered her surgeon recommended she not continue dancing professionally.
"At the time I was at the lowest point In my life and was feeling very depressed at the news. I went home and cried for some time but then my father inadvertently helped put me on my current career path. We flew to his old sponsor and as chance would have it, they were looking for a new driver. My father had trained me since I was in my early teens how to drive so I was given a try-out. The sponsors weren't serious about it until I crossed the finish line in record time. That's how I got into racing." Ramona tells the trio.
"Aren't you normally racing during September?" Charlie asks Ramona concerned she won't be able to be in the wedding.
"Normally yes but they altered the schedule this year for some reason. It's just my luck that September isn't a racing month this year. I don't have to be back until the first week of October. Then I race for two straight months until the end of the season." Ramona informs Charlie.
"How did you get this weekend off?" Chloe asks her old friend.
"My alternate raced. The sponsor wasn't happy but I told them I had something very important to attend to. I won't get paid but I can live with that. This weekend was much more important and I'm glad that I made the decision to come." Ramona says. What Chloe and Jackson can't see is that Ramona is resting her left hand atop Charlie's right hand. His hand is currently on the bench and he is just sitting quietly as she traces her finger along the vein between his fingers.
"I will be busy most weekends but if you need me Chloe please let me know and I will fly out and be at your disposal Monday thru Thursday," Ramona explained. Out of the sight of the engaged couple, Ramona slid her fingers between Charlie's. With a sly grin on her face, she interlocks their fingers and Charlie closes his hand around Ramona's hand. The two sit like that for most of the night, with the pair of old friends just enjoying one another's company.
Ramona's hands claim Charlie's face and she pulls him to her for their first-morning kiss. Charlie returned his lover's passion for all he's worth. The girl, now a woman, that has occupied his dreams for thirteen years has fulfilled every one of his dreams in one night. The two kiss for several moments before Ramona breaks contact. "I'll be right back, I have to take care of something."
Charlie gets Ramona's implication and reluctantly allows her to slide out of his grasp. Ramona leaves the bed and makes her way to the bathroom knowing full well that Charlie is watching her every step. Charlie sighs as he hears Ramona turn on the bathroom light and fan and placing his hands behind his head he says several thank you's to the man upstairs for allowing this to happen. When the toilet flushes Charlie climbs out of bed and makes his way over to the bathroom to take care of his own business. Surprisingly, he hears Ramona turn on the shower. Being polite, Charlie knocks on the bathroom door and when Ramona tells him that he can come in he does so.
"I decided to take a nice warm shower since I'm up." Ramona states. "Feel free to use the bathroom, it's not like we have any secret from each other anymore," Ramona explains.
Charlie walks over to the toilet and relieves himself. After flushing the toilet he walks over to the sink and washes his hands. While doing so he can see the outline of Ramona's magnificent form through the semi-transparent shower curtain. Charlie collects the mouthwash that Ramona stationed on the sink counter and after filling the cap with the purple mouthwash ingests the liquid. He swishes it thoroughly for the recommended thirty seconds before spitting it out of his mouth into the sink. After running the water to clean up his mess he hears a seductive voice say, "Care to save water and join me?"
Not needing to be asked twice as Ramona held the shower curtain open for her lover, Charlie steps in. Ramona allows him to rinse off his body before she places her right hand and his chest. The bar of soap is pressed into Charlie's chest as Ramona slowly begins to soap this defined form. Charlie just stands with his eyes closed as Ramona soaps up his upper body before turning him around. Once his back has been sprayed down adequately she goes about sensually soaping up his back. However, instead of allowing him to step back into the spray once he is all lathered up, Ramon presses her body against Charlie's to soap up her front. Charlie groans as Ramona's protruding nipples press into his back and the trimmed hair above her sex graze his ass cheeks. Ramona places the bar of soap on the shower tray and her hands creep around to Charlie's front and begin soaping up his lower region. As her soapy hand travels up and down Charlie's very stiff shaft Ramona thinks back to how she and her now lover got to this particular point.
Ramona has had several lovers in her adult life and while she didn't have anything to really complain about performance-wise as she looked back on those encounters/relationships she had to admit none seemed to care about her needs or how she felt. They simply cared about the fact that their needs were met or that they managed to sleep with Ramona Gibbler, the world's first female Formula 1 racer. Charlie Donovan however was nothing but the perfect gentleman and close friend during the short time they have been reunited. This was the man she wanted in her life.

It was just over three months until the big day was finally here. Ramona was back in town after receiving a frantic phone call from Chloe the night before. Chloe didn't want to get into the details over the phone but as promised Ramona was catching a flight back to Phoenix, Arizona as quickly as possible. Claire Donovan picked up the race car driver and brought her to the hospital that Chloe was currently at. Claire assured Ramona that Chloe was not in the hospital herself, she was visiting a dear friend. Claire directed Ramona towards the ICU (Intensive Care Uni) ward. Chloe's maid of honor had been hospitalized after a car accident. The poor thing looked horrible all bandaged up, wearing a neck brace, and doped up to help deal with all the pain she was in. Chloe's friend shed tears that she would be unable to be in her wedding but Chloe just shushed her and kissed her bandaged forehead.
"Your priority is to get better. I wanted you there but you need to focus on yourself. If you need anything you just call." Chloe told her long-time friend.
Later that evening at dinner Ramona and Chloe were talking about the wedding. Jackson was out of town on an assignment so the two were free to talk about anything and everything they desired. "Thank you for catching this flight, Ramona," Chloe stated. "Deena's injury means I have to not only find a third bridesmaid on short notice but a new maid of honor," Chloe says letting her statement just hand there.
Ramona was taking a bite of her shrimp egg roll as Chloe was speaking and while she heard what was said it did not register right away. It took several long quiet moments before those words finally clicked in her head and Ramona replied, "Me?" Pointing her finger at herself
"Of course you silly. I've known you longer than I've known Elaine my other bridesmaid and we have been friends even longer than that." Chloe says with a smile.
"It would be my honor," Ramona replies.
"Of course... that means that you're going to be escorted by Charlie up and down the aisle at the wedding," Chloe states matter-of-factly. Ramona choked on her eggroll at that statement as Chloe laughed.
After the lover's shower, the pair took their time drying one another off with Charlie even helping Ramona with her hair. As she brushed out her hair Charlie thought about their situation. While normally not this paranoid Charlie couldn't help but think about how many people in life find that special someone so early in life, lost them, and then reunite with them. Charlie knows it's a very small number, hence his paranoia. Ramona led Charlie back to her bed and dropping their robes the two climbed back into bed to just lay about for the moment. Once Charlie was in the middle of the bed on his back Ramona rested her head on his chest, mashed her 32-inch breasts against Charlie's lean chest. Draping her left leg over her lover's legs Ramona sighs as she breath's in Charlie's clean smell.
"I get why you do this now," Ramona says through closed eyes.
"What's that?" Charlie asks relishing the feel of Ramona against his body.
"Scent memory. I noticed back in March that when you hugged me you inhaled deeply when you hugged me. At first, I thought it was kind of odd but as I noticed you doing it more and more I finally realized what you were doing... and no I didn't find it creepy."
"Yeah... it's something I've always done from a young age. To be fair though usually, it's not such a big production but with you... I hadn't seen you in over ten years. Everything came rushing back to me when we hugged so I took in an unusually long whiff. You felt the same as you did that final goodbye in Cancun." Charlie explained.
"Tell me." Ramona says kissing the side of Charlie's face."
"Well, that last afternoon in Cancun when we were hugging goodbye I didn't want to let go of you. I wanted you to come back with us to Phoenix... but as I never even found the courage to tell you I liked you that was very unrealistic." Charlie admitted aloud. "Anyways as I was holding you and you were getting teary-eyed. I inhaled and at that moment and well... I memorized everything that I had ever learned about you up until that time. Your height, your smell, the feel of you in my arms, your beautiful eyes, the sound of your voice, how you sing... all of it."
"I believe it," Ramona replies.
"I went on with my life but the image of you was with me forever from that moment on." Charlie declares.
"So, if that is true... how many girls did you date between then and now?" Ramona asks very curiously about the answer.
"I honestly can't tell you how many dates I've been on during the years as for a good while Chloe and my mother and my Aunt Claire were trying to get me to connect with just about every available woman that they knew. I can count the actual women that I dated for any length of time on one hand." Charlie says and held up four fingers on his right hand for Ramona to see.
"There was Naiomi after I returned from Cancun. We went to prom together but broke up after graduation. There was Kristen during my junior year of college. I dated a co-worker six years after I met you named Tina. I now see why people say never date a co-worker..." Charlie says almost laughing at how bad that relationship turned out. "My last relationship was two years ago. It was also my longest. Her name was Beatrice."
"Beatrice... really?" Ramona asks as that is her middle name.
"It was a fluke, trust me. You can actually blame Jackson for that one as he introduced the two of us to one another." Charlie informs Ramona.
"Was she a spy too?" Ramona asks Charlie as he was long since let in on Jackson's secret past.
"No. She was a spy's secretary. She got farther than every other girl I dated because she reminded me the most of you physically. However, like always, she wasn't you. As close as she looked she didn't talk anything like you. She couldn't sing, she didn't look at me like you did back in Cancun. After a few months, I broke it off as I was constantly comparing her to you and it just wasn't fair to her. You were the bar that I measured everyone against and despite them all being special in their own way, they were never what I was looking for in life."
"And if fate had not brought us back together?" Ramona asks waiting to hear Charlie's answer.
"I would have lived a solitary life. My brothers have finally been whipped into shape by the girls that they are dating. They will eventually propose to them and give my parents the grandkids they've always wanted." Charlie tells the beautiful woman in his arms. "What about you Ramona. Tell me what your life has been like since Cancun. And I mean besides the parts you have already shared with me."
Ramona kisses Charlie's cheek as she decides how to tell her tale.
"Let me start from the beginning. I dated two very different kinds of guys in high school. The first was Bobby Popko. He was your typical bad boy delinquent. Nothing illegal, just bad. The second was his polar opposite, Ethan Edwards. He worked for Post Mates, he was an environmentalist that actually believed in the causes as well as supporting them. We broke up because he was going to be on this coast while I was going to school on the east coast. I didn't date during school as I didn't have time with my dance classes and dancing semi-professionally. After my injury and physical therapy, I started dating again. Nothing long term, Ethan had set the bar fairly high himself and most of the people that hung around the races were into partying all the time. I only saw three guys over the last few years... but of those three none have made me feel as special as you have since we have been hanging out together." Ramona admits to Charlie.
She moves up and kisses him for a good thirty seconds before she draws away from his lips. "Do you remember our first date?"
~ June 8, 2034 ~
It was Thursday night and Ramona was due to fly out of Arizona in several hours so that she could make her upcoming race this weekend. Jackson was still out of the country and Chloe was held up at work due to an upcoming audit for one of their clients. Charlie showed up at Jackson and Chloe's home much to her surprise to collect the lovely Miss Gibbler.
"What are you doing here Charlie? I thought Claire was going to take me to the airport." Ramona asks with her bags in the middle of the foyer.
"She was, but I talked her into allowing me to do it. Besides, I thought we could go have dinner before you catch your flight." Charlie says, almost bashfully.
"You did. Just the two of us? All alone by ourselves?" Ramona says now replying in a playful tone. She loved how Charlie could go from assertive to downright bashful in such a short time.
"Well if you're not comfortable with just me I suppose we can go collect my aunt..." Charlie was cut off by Ramona walking past him with her carry-on bag leaving her large suitcase for Charlie to grab.
Charlie knew time was relatively short so he selected the Outback Steakhouse that his family was at when they ran into Jackson three years prior. It looked like almost every other Outback restaurant but Ramona appreciated the fact that it was special because of the history.
"So when do you think you will be back to our happy state?" Charlie asked as he cut into his 10 oz sirloin steak. He had already eaten the side dishes and was now about to take a bite of his savory medium steak.
Ramona had ordered a ribeye steak, also cooked medium. She had followed suit with Charlie and devoured her side dishes before biting into her main course. She was grateful for her high metabolize as this steak had quite a bit of fat on it but it smelled delicious and only hoped it tasted the same. I will be back towards the middle of July and then one last time the second week of August." Ramona says before taking a bite of her ribeye. Charlie smiles as Ramona vocally murmurs how good her steak is. "After my last race in August when the month-long break is in effect I will be flying back here and staying till the end of the month."
"Wow... the whole month... that's great," Charlie says almost choking at the realization he will have the chance to spend quite a bit of time with the lovely Miss Gibbler. "So where will you be staying during that time?" Charlie asks. He is pretty sure he knows the answer but it's best not to assume.
"I'll be bringing a lot of my personal belongings with me on my next trip. Chloe says I can leave them in her old room as she never uses it anymore. That will save me the hassle of bringing luggage back and forth. Plus Chloe says we are going shopping on my next trip as I am in need of a new wardrobe." Ramona informs Charlie. "In addition, I will have the house to myself while Chloe and Jackson are on their honeymoon so feel free to come keep me company," Ramona says just leaving that in the air to see how Charlie reacts.
As she expected Charlie just about chokes on the ice tea he was drinking. As Charlie wipes his face and tries to regain his composure Ramona leans over and kisses Charlie on the cheek. "Thank you for taking me out Charlie. I know we haven't spent a lot of time alone due to everything that I needed to do with Chloe, but I promise to carve out at least one day for you the next time I'm here." Ramona tells her companion.
"It's a date," Charlie says touching Ramona's hand softly.
"No, this is a date Charlie," Ramona says and then gives him a soft kiss on the lips before she returns to her meal.
"I thought that was the best day of my life until each day we spent together topped the one before it." Charlie tells Ramona as he rubs his hand up and down her smooth back.
"Mmmm. Charlie Donovan... I didn't know what I wanted in a man until you came back into my life. You are the sweetest, the kindest, the most generous man I have ever known. I love how you drove me around on our second date showing me the sites and then let me drive us back to Jackson's house. The day before I left in July you took me biking and swimming at that fancy resort. It actually took me a while to get that you were courting me without the pressure of actually dating. You let me pick where we went to eat with the exception of the day you took me to your parent's home." Ramona says tapping his chest with her left index finger.
"Now to be fair, we brought Chloe as well because I didn't want you to feel pressured or trapped." Charlie reminded Ramona.
Ramona smiles and says, "Yes, and thank you for that. Your mother was very restrained I must add. I got the feeling she wanted to give me the fifth-degree several times but she was very nice and she didn't hammer me with questions."
"Actually she and dad tag teamed you as my dad has a way of questioning people without them feeling like they're in the Spanish inquisition," Charlie tells his lover.
The pair are about to continue when Ramona's phone rings. As Charlie isn't supposed to be there Ramona rolls off of him and onto her right side. She reaches over with her left arm and picks up the room phone. "Hello?"
"Good morning Ramona." Chloe Fuller says into the telephone.
"Mmmm... good morning Mrs. Fuller," Ramona replies into the phone. Charlie has pressed his body against her backside and his stiff member is resting between the valley of her ass cheeks while he playfully nibbles on her earlobe.
"I was calling to remind you about brunch at the house. It's at 10:30 and as it is 9:55 and I haven't heard from you I wanted to make sure you weren't still passed out." Chloe states into the phone.
"Thank you... for the wake-up call Chloe. I... have actually... already showered. So I will make myself presentable... and be at your house for brunch." Ramona tells Chloe as her lover's hands capture her breasts and tease her nipples till they are fully erect.
"Did Charlie say anything to you last night? He isn't answering his house phone and cell phone and his parents haven't seen him since the two of you left." Chloe states.
"I'll call him, something tells me... if I give him a ring... he'll answer." Ramona tells Chloe.
"Ok. See you in half an hour." Chloe says.
"Half an hour," Ramona says putting the phone on the handle. As soon as it clicks Ramona grabs her cellphone and says, "Alexa, set a fifteen-minute timer." The electronic voice repeats the command and before it is done speaking Ramona has turned in her lover's arms and wraps her arms around his neck. The two kiss passionately and with an intensity the two have never shared with another.
"Make love to me like you did last night," Ramona asks her lover.
"But in Fifteen minutes," Charlie states thinking about how he was going to accomplish that feat.
~ September 15, 2034: 11: 27 PM ~
Charles "Charlie" Donovan escorted the lovely Ramona Gibbler out of the elevator to Ramona's suite in the hotel she had booked for the night. Ramona's belongings were at Jackson and Chloe's home but she knew that the newlyweds would want to be alone on their wedding night so she rented a room and brought a change of clothes for the following day. Charlie lived in town so there was no need for him to pay for a room when he could just go home. Ramona invited Charlie in for a moment to talk before he went home. In the back of her mind, she knew what she wanted to happen, she just hoped that Charlie did as well.
Charlie was suddenly various nervous. After the ceremony, he was seated to Jackson's left while Ramona was to Chloe's right front and center for all to see after entering the reception hall. The pair danced with various partners but occasionally they found their way back to one another and danced a few fast dances but primarily slow ones. It was the dance that he shared solely with Ramona after they each caught the item from the bride and groom that had his hormones running wild. As they dance to the music, Charlie couldn't help but hear the lyrics and feel them resonate with how he felt about Ramona.
Charlie had known that he was in love with Ramona Beatrice Gibber since Cancun. He loved her and no one has compared to the lovely, vivacious woman dancing with him. He held the woman in red close to him as the song told the story of how he felt.
To really love a woman
Let her hold you
'Til ya know how she needs to be touched
You've gotta breathe her, really taste her
'Til you can feel her in your blood
And when you can see your
Unborn children in her eyes
You know you really love a woman
As those lyrics rang through the hall Ramona Gibbler rested her head above the heart of Charles Donovan and she could feel his heart pounding in his chest. It was only when the song ended that Ramona lifted her head, opened her eyes, and kissed Charlie's cheek that she knew what she wanted.
Ramona steps into her suite and Charlie didn't notice that she had pulled out her cell phone. Ramona steps to her nightstand and places the phone down on the stand. Charlie sees her tap the screen and the song that they danced to comes on. Charlie is about to ask Ramona why she is playing it when Ramona reaches behind her back and unzips her bridesmaid gown. She lifts the red spaghetti straps of her dress and it slides off of her revealing her naked breasts and red Brazillian-style panties. Kicking her shoes off, she moves to Charlie and unfastens his tie. Charlie is too stunned to do much but helps Ramona take off his tux. He barely remembers how they got him out of his suit but she was soon leading the man she desired to bed.
Charlie was sure the alcohol he had consumed at the reception impaired his higher brain functions but his baser instincts kicked in and the soon-to-be lovers climbed onto the bed, pulled the covers back and Ramona laid back on the bed and pulled her legs apart. Charlie didn't say a word, mostly because words could not convey what he was feeling right now. He slid into Ramona who warps her legs around Charlie and holds him in place. She has not been with a man in over a year and her lover feels like he is splitting her in two. Charlie claims Ramona's lips and kisses her once, then twice, and then thrice before he moves his lips to the right side of her chin. As he begins peppering kisses along her face Charlie begins to move his hips. Ramona moves her arms around Charlie's neck and begins to kiss his face until her mouth reaches the side of Charlie's neck and she nibbles and sucks on it for a short time. Ramona having had to hide a hickey in her teens knows roughly how long she can do this before she needs to stop and only after a short time does she release her mouth from Charlie's neck.
The two make love like this consistently. Charlie tries to change positions but Ramona stops him. "No... tonight is about making a connection. I want to remember this moment forever." She tells him. Charlie thinks about it for a moment and realizes what it is that Ramona is asking for. As this is her wish he is more than willing to comply and simply speeds him his tempo and the power of his thrusts. Ramona feels her lover thrust forward with even more force and she moans to let him know that she likes it. Charlie can feel himself quickly building to his crescendo and Ramona senses this as well so she pulls her legs back and grabs her ankles The slight change of position gives Charlie a better angle to bottom out and Ramona tells Charlie, " Give it to me Charlie, please..."
Any restraint Charlie was holding in is lost as his hips collide with Ramona's. "Ohhh god... ohhh GOD!" Ramona cries out and then she screams as Charlie holds his hips against hers and unloads in the woman he loves. Ramona gasps for air as she feels his member twitch as it releases with her vaginal passage. She can no longer hold her legs up and Charlie feels her feet land beside his legs. Once he is finally spent the sweaty Charles Donovan rolls onto his back and tries to refill his lungs with air. Once Ramona has caught her breath she rolls into Charlie's warm embrace.
"You really love your woman... don't you?" Ramona asks the almost delirious Charlie.
"I... do," Charlie says wrapping his arms around Ramona. The slow rhythm of their breathing causes Charlie to pass out first but Ramona is not far behind him. Their day was long and hectic with the best way to ending it making love to the person they want most in life.
Ramona decided just to throw on her bridesmaid gown as Charlie had to go home and change as he didn't bring a change of clothes as he had not planned to spend the night. The two actually complemented one another as they walked out of the hotel in their formal wear. Once inside Charlie's Dodge Avenger, the pair raced from the hotel to Charlie's apartment. Once inside Charlie allowed Ramona to use the bathroom to change thinking she might want to put on makeup or do something different with her hair. Charlie took a quick rinse off in the hotel shower before the lovers checked out so all he had to do was change his clothes. Today he pulled out a pair of Rock and Republic blue jeans and slipped on a navy blue one-pocket t-shirt. Grabbing his sunglasses, he hung them from the shirt pocket and yelled, "Ready hunny?"
Ramona steps out of the bathroom seconds after Charlie calls for her. Ramona has put on a black dress with floral patterns and is adorned with sequins. "You look stunning," Charlie says automatically. It's true, she did. Ramona opted not to put any makeup on as Charlie always told her she didn't need it. She simply combed out her hair (which she started to do during their ride to his apartment) and just finished touching it up in front of his big mirror.
"Shall we?" Charlie asks holding out his hand.
"Let's," Ramona replies taking her lover's hand and making their way out of his apartment back to Charlie's car.
"Do you think Chloe suspects?" Charlie asks Ramona as she turns the key to his ignition.
"Probably... but if anyone knows for sure something happened it will be Jackson." Ramona reminds Charlie.
"So what do we tell everyone," Charlie asks with his hand on the shifter. He was more nervous about Ramona's answer than if this was a dream earlier in the morning.
"Well... I don't know about you Charlie Donovan, but I will tell my parents that I have found the man that I love. That I have known him for thirteen years and want to spend the rest of my life with him." Ramona tells Charlie. "I'm just waiting to hear him tell me himself how he feels about me."
"I think this speaks for itself," Charlie says pulling out his phone.
When you love a woman
You tell her that she's really wanted
When you love a woman
You tell her that she's the one
'Cause she needs somebody to tell her
That you'll always be together
So tell me have you ever really
Really, really ever loved a woman?
"I love you Ramona Gibbler... please be my wife," Charlie says. He knows it's sudden, that he doesn't have a ring, but it is how he feels and is caught up in the moment.
"You better drive or Chloe's going to send out the hounds to find us," Ramona says looking at the time.
Charlie drives in nervous silence until he pulls up in front of Jackson's home. He sees his parent's Suburban SUV in the drive which means his brothers and their girlfriends are here with his parents. DJ Hale's family came in a Purple Kia Sedona and they were parked beside the Donovans. The Katsopolis and Gladstones the pair later learned, were dropped off by the hotel shuttle. Ramona's aunt, uncle, and cousins came in their Chevy Equinox. Ramona's parents drove themselves, Jackson's Aunt Michelle, and Claire who they picked up on their way. That left Charlie and Ramona as the last to arrive.
"Yes, Charlie." Ramona finally answers her lover. "I will gladly marry you." She leans in and Charlie holds her face as he kisses this beautiful woman before him.
"Shall we?" Ramona asks after the two have made out for several minutes.
Charlie sighs and says, "Let's."
The lovers walk hand-in-hand around the house, they are arriving only fifteen minutes late but it might as well be an hour as everyone stops talking when they arrive. Charlie can feel his parent's gaze on him and the fact that he is holding Ramona's hand. Ramona sees her extended family's eyes on her and the co-joined hands as well.
Jackson and Chloe Fuller walk out each carrying a tray of food. Jackson looks at the pair and says, "Told ya."
