After the release of Masters of the Universe: Revelation on Netflix, I am doing my own spin on Masters of the Universe, taking inspiration from the Donald F. Glut stories from the initial run of 1980s mini-comics that came with the vintage action figures, the Filmation series, the 200x series, and more... It will tell He-Man's first adventures and battles with Skeletor.

An ancient and powerful artifact must be recovered and delivered to Grayskull before Skeletor takes possession of it. I wrote this in 2009 as a simple experiment: A He-Man adventure written in the style of Robert E. Howard, of whose works the franchise is so derivative. Draws on the minicomics, w/ some Filmation elements. Final two chapters added in March, 2022.

Evil-Lyn comes up with a plan that allows Skeletor to pose a bigger threat to Eternia than ever before. Due to defeating Skeletor hundreds of times, He-Man fails to prepare for the danger that awaits him.

In this 200x version. Adam is on a journey to become more wise, while learning more about his powers and about his and Teela's destinies, facing obstacles which would nearly destroy everything he has fought for as Prince Adam or He-Man unless he embraces a part of himself he didn't know existed. Keldor and Randor are two Princes, worrying after their father, King Miro, who's health is failing. Keldor goes searching Eternia for powerful magical artifacts to heal him, and along the way meets Beastman, Mer-Man, Trap Jaw, Evil-Lyn, etc. Meanwhile, with Miro ill and Keldor gone, Randor has to run the planet and he gets his first taste of what it's like to be King.

The follow-up to my previous fic "No Hiding Place": As the life of Queen Marlena hangs in the balance, an arduous trek is made by the royal family to Castle Grayskull in search of aid, but can the wisdom of Eternia save her? Dr Zoog and Dyebi already knew each other before. The two were nemesis for quite some time. Zoog took Dyebi as a nuisance while Dyebi was in love with the doctor and did not hurt him, she only pushed him away on the defensive but Zoog never noticed this until they met personally after a long and very important battle.

Nine years after Skeletor sends He-Man to the Crossroads of the Universe, Adam returns home to find life has moved on without him: friends have died, a new heir had to be found, and his once-best friend seems to despise him. Based loosely on "Quest for He-Man," AU.

The adventure group decides to sit down and have a movie night together and watch the live-action movie based on He-Man. However, the movie experience turns into a brand new adventure as they end up in Eternia with Lionel (for his first time on such an adventure) and go with He-Man, She-Ra, and everyone else and end up in a whole new world: on Earth in the year 1987.

Before Castle Grayskull reached out to Adam, he had some formative experiences.

Pain. He felt something hit his back and through his stomach. Adam could feel the blood trickling down his chin and he looked down.

Orko once said that Trollans never have to wash themselves. They use magic to keep themselves clean! The only proof of this has been Orko himself, certainly this pile of rags wouldn't lie about something so easily debunkable?

The saddest thing about "Masters of the universe revelation 2021." Is that it had MASSIVE potential. There are many good ideas there. But none of them realized. So let's try again! A re-write to give the lore justice! All in good fun.
