Chapter 13: Heinous Recruits

welcome to the final recruiting chapters. In case you didn't know I am planning to do chapters with eclipsa and marco starting on chapter 15 I believe… if not then chapter 18. the good thing about these short chapter stories is I can get the chapters ot quicker.

The hekapoo used her magic to open the portal right on top of the car on the floating isle. She landed gracefully on top making the old beat up drifter shake… awakening those within.

"whose out there!" an old crotchety voice asked from inside the car. The door snapping open as a woman in a long grayish blue dress with what looked like clubs on her cheeks. She was old with gray hair and looked like she belonged in a tea party with the queen of england.

"Miss heinous… we meet again." Hekapoo gloated her eyes glowing red.

"Ah! Magic high commission! Rasticor protect me!" Heinous yelled pointing at the demon over her.

A chainsaw pokes out of the car between hekapoo's legs. The demon crosses her arms unfazed by the clear threat.

"really?" Hekapoo raised her foot and crushed the chainsaw with one stroke and shook her head.

"Gah, I'm not gonna be crystallized… I'll die first." heinous took a couple steps back shaking from the apparent lack of joy in Hekapoo's eyes. "what's happened to you. Your normally cocky and confident but you seemed… well bored."

"Because, this is time that could be used helping my queen's plan come to fruitition." hekapoo looked at her nails then flicked them.

"queen? Have you quit the magic high commission to work for moon?"

"Not for that queen… how would you like revenge on queen moon." hekapoo jumped off the car and floated down on the ground then speed toward the old woman with celerity until she was uncomfortably close to her.

"what happened to you?" Heinous asked she looked like a rabbit who is within biting distance of a wolf.

" a transformation, a revelation for my beautiful queen… now I ask again do you want revenge on queen moon and her family?"

"and what of princess marco?" Hekapoo raised an eyebrow.

"She's off limits." Hekapoo's tone brokered no argument.

"then I respectfully refuse… now leave." Heinous turned her back to the demon, crossing her arms and pouting,

Hekapoo rolled her eyes and then elbowed rasticor in the gut as he tried to sneak up behind her with a sword. "your too nosy for a vampire dear."

Rasticor gasped "noted."

"you can leave now unless your here to fight." heinous turned her arms glowing green. "I'm fine either way."

"I Don't want to fight you… but you must understand that I can't leave without you." hekapoo then scratched her chin. "so your saying you don't want to make queen moon your obedient servant and make a proper queen outta her… and star to be punished for stealing your place at the school… all because of princess marco."

"Yes, now go."

Hekapoo knew she was convincing the old woman this was what was best for her and then the girl smiled. "Okay, I'll go but remember this. I gave you a chance to prolong your life and never have to steal souls again and you spat in my face."

"what do you mean?"

"simple, if I beat you and embraced you then you'd be a vampire… you'd be immortal as long as you served out queen. If you do this I can promise you that you'll have a long happy life."

It didn't take long for the old woman to see the benefits. "you have a deal!"

Hekapo smiled then bit into heinous neck draining her and giving the old woman a bit of her blood. "rise and be entitled."

"Yes my countess."

"I hereby name you miss heinous the baroness and thus you are third in command to my queen."

Miss heinous bowed and smiled. "thank you countess."

"Now turn rasticor and bring to us our scourge." hekapoo pointed to the trembling lizardman.

Heinous wasted no time and jumped on her biting him and draining him. Hekapoo then used the same rite to bring him back to life.

"I live to serve my countess." he said an obedient tone.

"Good, now come with me while I meet our black knight… she has the final recruit." the girl then opens a portal with her scissors and heads into the fallen monster temple where mina waited and beside her was a red eyed buff frog.

"so we have everyone now."

"Yes… we are a full court of vampires."

All they needed was their sorcress and fury… and eclipsa was very clear… the queen and king of mewni are to fill that role… to hurt their precious princess even more.
