AN: I do not own My Hero Academia or Red Hood

Jason and Izuku looked at each other.

"Want to team up?" Jason asked. "Our Quirks work well together."

"Sure!" Izuku said before turning to Ochako. "Hey Uraraka! Do you want to team up with Jason and I?"

"Sure, thing Deku!"

Jason cringed at the nickname but decided to wait till after the festival to deal with that mess. "Let's find Tsu and see if she wants to join us too." Jason said.

"All right." Izuku and Ochako said as they went to find Tsuyu.

"Hey Tsu." Jason said. "Want to team up with us?"

"Thanks Jason, but no. I want to see what I can do without you and Izuku. Kero, Kero."

"Oh. Okay." He said feeling a little hurt as Tsu walked away. He pushed that to the back of his mind. "Let's see." He said, looking around until he saw a pink haired girl. "Hey Mei!" He called out.

Mei turned around to see Jason, Izuku, and Ochako walking towards her. "Hey guys!" She spoke. "Want to team up?"

"If you want." Jason said.

"Can you help me show off my babies?" She asked.

"Sure!" Ochako said.

"Great! I have just the Babies I want to use!" She said pulling a box over before pulling out three jetpacks, a pair of rocket boots, and a utility belt. "Sorry Jason. I know that you wanted me to work on the Tumbler baby, but I hit a snag and so made this while it unsnags. I hope that's okay." She said handing him the belt.

Jason looked at the belt and put it on before he felt a shiver climb up his spine.

"Are you okay?" Izuku asked.

"I'm better than okay." Jason said. "We're going to win this thing." He spoke.

"Oh." Mei said. "I hope you don't mind, but I asked my aunt to help me with the utility belt. She told me the materials to use for the belt, the inside of the pouches, and the dispersal capsules."

"Dispersal capsules?" Ochako asked.

"Oh yeah!" Mei said excitedly. "Jason asked me for a utility belt filled with all sorts of gadgets and things. It's so cool."

"Suit up." Jason said pulling on his jet pack and looking at the others who put on their jet packs and Mei put on her rocket boots.

"Times up!" Midnight yelled. "Go to the field for the second event."

Everyone walked to the field.

"In order!" Midnight yelled. "We have Team Gear! With 10,205,000 points!"

The crowd applauded as Shun Gear, Neito Monoma, Tenya Iida, and Rio Busujima walked onto the field.

"YEAH TENYA!" Tensei yelled.

"You can do it Tenya!" His parents yelled.

"Team Ikeda! With 5,003,040 points!"

Akari Ikeda, Honjou Kaede, Kristoff Bjorgman, and Kurt Wagner walked onto the field.

"Go Akari!" The pale girl with purple hair, the tall, slender woman, the dark grey Fox kid, and the person with mint-green hair cheered.

"Come on Kurt!" A blue skinned woman cheered. "You'll do great!" "You've got this son!" A red skinned man cheered.

"Go Kristoff!" Elsa Cheered.

"GO KRISTOFF!" Anna yelled into her mic.

"MARTIN!" Aizawa Sensei yelled.

"NOT SORRY!"

Meanwhile.

Agnarr and Iduna looked at each other. "Is Anna already interested in someone?" Iduna asked.

"Is she already dating?" Agnarr asked.

"I don't know. Do you guys know anything about this?"

"No." Raven said. "Maybe it's just a crush. You know how girls Anna's age can be."

"True." Iduna said. "I had a crush when I was Anna's age."

"You did?" Agnarr asked.

"Yeah."

"What happened?"

"I married him."

"Oh." Agnarr smiled. "OH!" He said when comprehension hit him. "It looks like I'm going to have a talk with that young man then."

Iduna hid a smile. Agnarr might have thought that he was an intimidating figure, but the truth is that he wasn't that intimidating.

Raven on the other hand had no problem laughing at Agnarr's expense. "I'm sorry Agnarr." She laughed. "But you aren't as intimidating as you think."

"What? What do you mean?"

"I mean. You aren't going to intimidate that boy. You might want to ask Jason, Johnny, Rogue, me, or hell, even Izuku or Elsa."

"Wh-what!" Agnarr yelled. "Are you saying that our children are more intimidating than me?"

"Yeah." Raven said.

"Yup." Barton said.

"Sorry." Clara said. "But it's a good thing that you aren't intimidating... right?"

"Oh, I don't know. How am I supposed to know whether or not he's a proper young man?"

"Invite him over for dinner, and we'll all go out. It's not like he can lie to all of us."

"And if he does." Raven continued. "Jason will be able to tell. 'Hellfire Creation' is one hell of a Quirk."

The other adults groaned at the terrible pun.

"Team Midoriya! With 1,530,000 points!"

Izuku, Jason, Ochako, and Mei walked onto the field.

"Izuku!" Inko cheered. "Jason! You guys can do this."

"Kick ass and take names!" Raven yelled.

"You've got this!" Iduna and Agnarr cheered.

"Cause some Chaos!" Barton cheered.

"You guys will do great!" Clara cheered.

"Use what I've taught you and you will succeed!" Jason Blood said.

Raven gave Jason Blood a sideways glare. She wasn't happy with how he'd handled Jason, and she hated that Nezu had already offered him a job so that he couldn't get the hell out of Jason's life, but there wasn't anything she could do. She looked back at the field and went back to cheering Jason and Izuku.

"Team Himura! With 1,120,075 points!"

Shoto Himura, Momo Yaoyorozu, Eijiro Kirishima, and Ojiro Mashirao walked onto the field.

"SHOTO!" The Himura family shouted.

"YOU'VE GOT THIS SHOTO!" Touya yelled shooting blue flames into the air, getting scolded for Quirk usage again.

Natsuo stuck his head into his Pocket dimension and out through the Pocket dimension he'd given Shoto. "Hey Shoto." He spoke. "You've got this. We're rooting for you."

"Thanks?" Shoto asked.

"Oh. I forgot that you don't know what it's like to have people support you. That's going to change from now on. We are rooting for you."

"Thanks, I guess."

Natsuo disappeared back into his Pocket.

"You can do anything you put your mind to Momo!" Her parents cheered.

"Eijiro!" His dads cheered. "You can do this! Just do your best!"

"Remember your training, Ojiro!" His dad cheered.

"You'll do great Ojiro!" His mom cheered.

"Team Shinso! with 205,040 points!"

Hitoshi Shinso, Akio Kuzco, Launch Roshi, and Fumakage Tokoyami walked onto the field.

"SHINSO!" Miss Joke yelled. "YEAH SHINSO! YOU'VE GOT THIS!"

Shinso went as red as a tomato.

"SHINSO!" Ichiro and Honoka cheered. "You've got this!"

"Fumikage!" Fumikage's parents cheered for him. "You can do this! Do your best!"

"Come on Kuzco!" His family cheered him on. "You can do it!"

"I believe in you Launch!" The man with three eyes cheered. The smaller kid still just sat there with his arms crossed.

"Team Shishida! With 65,690 Points!

Jurota Shishida, Juzo Hononuki, Hiryu Rin, and Setsuna Tokage Walked onto the field waving at them.

"Team Kendo! With 20,600 Points!"

Itsuka Kendo, Ibara Shiozaki, Pony Tsunotori, and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu walked onto the field.

The class 1B students waved at the crowd who cheered them on.

"Team Yanaki! With 19,000 Points!"

Reiko Yanaki, Joni Tesuto, Kosei Tsuburaba, and Shinra Kusakabe.

"You'll do great Joni!" His mom cheered.

"Do your best son!" His dad cheered.

"Don't screw this up for us Joni!" His sisters called out at him.

"Girls!" Their parents scolded.

"Team Gero! With 18,800 points!"

Lapis and Lazuli Gero, Rikido Sato, and Kevin Wendell Crumb walked onto the field.

"Just do your best Lapis. You too Lazuli." The tall 6'9", low voiced man cheered them on.

"Let's take him to the aviary after this." Lapis said.

"Yeah, okay." Lazuli said. "I was thinking of getting him a parrot for his birthday next week anyway."

"Yeah, all right. He deserves it."

"Rikido!" His family called out. "You can do it!"

"Team Kamikiri! With 13,450 points!"

Togaru Kamikiri, Masashi Kishimoto, Kojiro Bondo, and Zen Bushida walked onto the field.

"COME ON MASASHI!" Kushina called out. "YOU'LL DO GREAT!"

"Kushina!" Minato said trying to calm his wife down.

"CHEER FOR OUR SON MINATO!" Kushina yelled.

Minato sighed. "Go Masashi!" He cheered, though not as loud as Kushina.

Masahi waved at his parents before crossing his fingers together and making ten copies of himself and making a human pyramid before yelling. "I'LL DO MY BEST AND MAKE YOU PROUD!" He yelled. "BELIEVE IT!" Masashi and his copies all gave his parents the peace sign.

Zen crouched on the ground and tried hiding. "No, no, no!" He cried. "I'm not supposed to be here! Can't I trade places with someone? Why me! Why me! Why me!"

"Team Shoji! With 12,600 points!"

Mezo Shoji, Denki Kaminari, Hanta Sero, and Tsuyu Asui walked into the field.

"You've got this Mezo!" His family shouted.

"You made it this far Denki!" His sister shouted. "You've proven that you aren't that dumb! Prove it again!"

Denki rubbed his shoulder and bowed his head.

"Hey." Hanta said. "Don't pay attention to her. She's just jealous."

"No, she's not." Denki said. "She's telling the truth."

"No, she's not. You're a capable student, and you're going to an even better hero."

"Do you really think so?"

"Yeah. Your sister doesn't know what the hell she's talking about. Fuck her."

"Um. Let's not and say we didn't."

"Huh? Oh. Oh! OH! NO, NO, NO! That's not what I meant!"

"I knew what you meant, and thanks for cheering me up."

"You're welcome."

"You can do it Hanta! Do your best!"

Hanta waved at his family.

"Go Tsu!" Her family cheered.

Tsu waved to her family.

"Team Ryu! With 6,020 points!"

Kamiko and Isami Ryu, Kichiro Fukushima, and Rin Rimuru walked onto the field.

"You can do this Kichiro!" The girl said.

"We're here for you Kichiro!" The mom said.

"Yeah. We're here for you son!" The dad said.

"All right!" Midnight called out through the mic. "If all of our teams are ready..."

Team Midoriya got ready.

"Get set..."

Team Midoriya went to activate their jet packs and rocket boots.

"GO!"

Team Midoriya activated their Jet Packs and Rocket Boots while Jason threw a series of pellets covering the field in a thick smokescreen.

"AND TEAM MIDORIYA IS OFF TO A STRONG START!" Mic shouted.

"YUP!" Anna joined in just as loud. "THE OTHER TEAMS MIGHT AS WELL GIVE UP NOW BECAUSE TEAM MIDORIYA IS GOING TO WIN!"

"Martin!" Aizawa growled.

"NOT SORRY! I'M CHEERING FOR MY FRIENDS!"

Jason and Midoriya laughed. Jason took a visor out of his Utility Belt and put it on. He could see the other teams. He reached into the belt and pulled out several small pellets.

"What are those?" Ochako asked.

"Foam pellets. They will coat the others in foam so we can grab their..."

He was cut off as the smokescreen dissipated by a blue blur.

"Shit!" Jason swore. "Izuku! Mei! We've got a speedster! Start planning on how to take it down."

*BAMF* Kurt appeared next to them, and Jason lashed out at him only for him to teleport again with a *BAMF*. Jason looked around and saw Kurt next to Izuku. He threw a pellet that coated him in foam and dropped him.

"Thanks." Izuku said with a nod.

Jason gave him a thumbs up and flew down and caught Kurt so that he had a softer landing than if he'd just plummeted to the ground.

"Look at that folks!" Mic yelled into his mic. "Just because they're on different teams won't stop Haywood from being a good sport."

Jason looked around and flew back up. "Mei. Can you see if you can see Team Gear? They are the biggest threat since we took out Team Ikeda's Teleporter."

Mei looked around and couldn't see Team Gear. Team Himura had created an effective defense of having Himura and Yaoyorozu hidden in an ice base backed into a corner with a moat of ground where Kirishima and Ojiro were keeping anyone out, and they were surrounded by a moat of ice.

Team Shinso had also taken a defensive strategy where Akio Kuzco had transformed into a Llama, while Launch rode on his back shooting at people with, hopefully, rubber bullets while Shinso and Tokoyami would walk up to people close to them and get their points.

She looked around and saw Team Gear stop, and hand points they'd stolen to Gear who put them on his neck and took off again leaving Busujima as a rally point.

"Good news!" She shouted. "Team Gear is using Busujima as a rally point! If we hover over her then we can just wait to grab them when they come back."

"No good. Her Quirk allows her to see two minutes into the future giving her the advantage... unless. I have an idea."

"How bad of an idea?" Izuku asked.

"Let's just say that it involves me being bait."

"Is there any way around this idea?"

"It looks like Team Gear, Team Midoriya, Team Himura, and Team Shinso are the only ones in the race now!" Mic yelled. "Team Himura's Defense can't be beat, Team Gear's speed is unparalleled, Team Shinso's strategy is unbeatable, and unless you can fly Team Midoriya's Strategy is for the birds!"

"Seriously Mic?" Aizawa growled.

"Oh, I get it!" Anna said. "It's because they're flying."

They could hear Aizawa facepalm into the mic.

"Ten Minutes!" Midnight called.

"I'd say no." Jason said. "Here. You guys take some of these foam pellets and when they stop to rally and help Busujima throw them at us. I'll dive out of the way, and then you can swoop in and grab their points."

"Sounds good to me." Mei said.

They flew down and Jason dropped in front of Busujima who swung her wooden Katana at him. He rolled out of the way and created a crowbar. He swung it at Busujima who blocked but was pushed back by the overwhelming power behind the strike.

"You're Plan won't work." She spoke. "I know what you're planning?"

"Oh really? And what am I planning?"

"Your plan is to distract me so when my Team comes back to me, your Team will swoop in and take their points."

Jason realized that Busujima's Quirk had one glaring hole in it. She had to wait for her Quirks cooldown before she could use it again, and when she saw what she saw she thought it was what was going to happen. There was no room for change. He was going to exploit it ruthlessly.

"Well." He spoke. "It looks like we'll have to change our strategy to beat you guys. I'm still going to fight you though. The crowd deserves a good fight."

"Agreed." Busujima said.

They swung their weapons and connected. Swinging their weapons like the warriors they were. Advancing, deflecting, dodging, fading, feinting, guarding, lunging, parrying, pivoting, retreating, shedding, striking, and eventually they were both breathing a little heavier.

"You know what." Busujima panted lightly. "You're not a bad swordsman."

"Neither are you." Jason returned the compliment. "I'd like to spar more frequently if you have time."

"Hey Busujima!" A voice called out.

Jason dove out of the way, and Team Gear was caught off guard as several foam pellets fell from the sky and enveloped them.

"Bet you didn't see that coming." Jason taunted as he walked up to gear and pulled the points from around his neck and flew back up to Team Midoriya.

"LOOK AT THAT FOLKS!" Mic yelled. "YOUNG HAYWOOD AND BUSUJIMA GAVE US A SHOW OF SWORDSMANSHIP, AND THEN TEAM MIDORIYA PULLS OFF A STUNNING STRATEGY AND... WAIT! WHATS THIS?! TEAM GEAR WAS ABLE TO KEEP THE 10,000,000 POINT HEADBAND!"

Jason looked at the headbands as he passed them to Izuku. No 10,000,000-point headband. He smirked. It looked like Team Gear had taken precautions to stay in the race.

"Five minutes!" Midnight yelled into her mic.

"Should we try and get the other points?" Ochako asked.

"Himura has the ultimate defense, Gear is stuck in foam, and Shinso is heading for Gear." Mei said.

"What do you want to do Izuku?" Jason asked.

Izuku began muttering before he got an idea. "I have an idea, and if it works, it could be a combo move."

"What is it?"

"Hellfire Bullet." Izuku explained.

"I like it. How do we pull it off?

"I throw you, and you power up your armor afterwards."

"Let's try it." Jason said. "Ochako. Take my gravity away."

"Right." She said touching five fingers to his exposed arm.

He shut off his jet pack as soon as it was done and just floated there. He went prone and Izuku placed his hand on his feet before pushing 27 percent of 'One for All' into his arms. "COMBO MOVE! HELLFIRE BULLET!" They yelled in unison before Izuku threw Jason.

"WHAT IS THIS?!" Mic yelled. "HAYWOOD AND MIDORIYA ARE ATTEMPTING TO PULL OFF A COMBO MOVE!"

Izuku threw Jason with 27 percent of 'One for All', at the dome of ice that Himura had set up. Jason activated his Hellfire Armor and slammed into the dome of ice.

"What!" Himura yelled as Jason shattered his dome of ice. He threw up an ice wall to protect him and Momo.

Jason Spartan kicked the ice wall, shattering it. He reached through and grabbed Himura by his shirt. He began pulling the headbands.

Himura grabbed Jason's arm and froze it in place... or tried too at least. Jason's Hellfire armor melted his ice. Jason pulled Himura and threw him out of his ice dome. Himura jumped to his feet, and ice formed up his left side.

Jason charged at Himura who shot balls of ice at him. He dodged and reached into his utility belt before he threw a smoke pellet at the floor shrouding him in the thick white smoke.

Himura looked at the smoke cloud and shot ice into the cloud.

"TIME!" Midnight yelled.

The smoke cleared to show a solid block of ice. Jason was nowhere to be seen.

"Hey Himura!" A voice yelled from the sky causing him to look up. What he saw shocked him.

Jason was flying in the sky. "You missed!" He yelled.

"LOOK AT THAT FOLKS!" Mic yelled. "TALK ABOUT AN EXPLOSIVE FINISH!"

"That's Jason!" Anna said. "He's the most over dramatic drama Queen I know!"

"HEY!" Jason yelled at Anna. "I resent that!"

"Drama Queen!" Anna yelled.

"Martin! Haywood!" Aizawa yelled.

"But he is!" Anna defended.

"Am not!" Jason yelled.

"MOVING ONTO THE THIRD EVENT!" Mic yelled before things could get out of hand. "It looks like Team Gear will be moving onto the third event with 10,000,000 points. Along with Team Midoriya with 4,109,600 points, Team Shinso with 2,784,640 points, and Team Himura with 1,120,075 points. Let's hear it for them folks!"

The crowd applauded the four teams that would be moving onto the third round.

"We are going to take a lunch break before the third event. So, take an hour, and be back here at 12:30 so you can experience the third event."

The crowd began dispersing.

Jason walked around and met the other contestants.

He walked up to Team Gear. "Hey." He spoke. "You guys did pretty well."

"Better than you 1A snobs at least." Monoma said.

"Yeah. You can take your inferiority complex and shove it." Jason said.

"Jason!" Iida scolded. "As Class 1A's president you need to have more self-control than that!"

"I haven't punched him yet." Jason snarked. "Keyword being YET. Keep it up Monoma, and I'll make sure that you don't make it to the third event."

"JASON!" Iida snapped. "What did you come here for? If it was just to antagonize Monoma, then I must respectfully ask you to leave."

"Well, I did come here to ask how you guys were doing, but then Mr. Inferiority Complex started yapping'."

"We are doing fine." Iida said. "Now, please Leave."

Jason walked away to check on the next Team. He walked up to Team Ikeda. "Hello." He spoke. "How are you guys doing after that event?"

"I have been better." Kurt said. "Zank you for not letting me hit ze ground. Zat would have hurt."

"You're welcome. What about the rest of you?" He asked.

"Well, we were hoping to make it to the next round." Akari said. "Well. I guess that we'll just try harder next year."

"Yeah." Kristoff said. "I wasn't expecting to get to the third event anyway."

"No negativity!" Akari scolded. "Think positively, and anything can happen."

"I agree." Honjou Kaede said. "A positive attitude can make all the difference."

"You're Honjou Kaede." Jason said.

"Um... Yes."

Jason bowed. "I haven't had a chance to thank you for healing my back last month when the Villain broke it."

"Oh... You-you're welcome."

"AKARI!" The purple haired girl shouted. "You were amazing."

"But I didn't win."

"That doesn't matter! You did amazing! You'll do better next year."

"You're right! I'll train harder, and I'll do better next year!"

"YEAH! Let's go get lunch."

Jason looked at the others.

"Lunch sounds pretty good right now." Kristoff said. "I'm going to find Anna."

"Be careful." Jason said. "After those announcements? Agnarr and Iduna are going to be on a warpath."

"Are you kidding? I've faced Eternal Winter Elsa. If I can face that, I can face anything."

"Okay. If, you're sure."

"I'm going to go find Rogue." Kurt said.

"Bye." Jason said.

"Goodbye."

Honjou looked at Jason. "I'm going to go get lunch now."

"Enjoy." Jason said walking away to find the next team. He found Team Himura on their way out of the Arena. "Hey." He called out.

Team Himura and Team Shinso stopped on their way out.

"Hello." Himura said.

"How are you guys doing."

"I'm just psyched that I get to go to the next round." Kirishima said.

"It will be a little intense." Momo said. "You will be a tough Competitor."

"I'm not going to make it easy." Jason replied. "You'll have to earn the right to pass on to the next bracket."

"Well." Kirishima said. "We might as well give up now. You're the strongest member of Class 1A."

"Is that how a Hero would act?" He asked.

"I'll beat you." Shinso said. "I'll prove that you aren't as tough as you think you are."

"Whoa." Kaminari said. "You don't know what Jason is capable of."

"Yeah." Kirishima added. "He's like the strongest kid in class without his Quirk."

"Then is that why he got his back broken by a Villain?" Shinso asked.

"Nice alliteration." Jason said. "But keep this up, and I'll have to treat you like an actual threat."

'Yes.' Shinso thought. 'Keep it up. You're making it too easy for me."

"You'll make a great underground Hero someday." Jason told Shinso. "Maybe we'll cross paths in the field sometime."

Shinso looked at Jason in shock.

"What?" Kirishima asked. "You're not going to be an above ground Hero?"

"With my tactics?" Jason asked. "No Thank you. My tactics are better suited for an underground Hero."

"Suit yourself bro."

Shinso looked at Jason before someone else caught his eye.

"Hey Jason!" Mei yelled.

Shinso looked at Mei, and he felt conflicted. Did he stay here and talk some more, or did he run for it?

"Hey Mei." Jason said. "I was just talking with Shinso. He's trying to get into Heroics, and I think you might be able to help him with some gear."

"Ooh! You want me and Shinso to make babies together?"

"WHAT!" Everyone yelled.

Shinso went from being dead tired to fully awake in an instant, he didn't like it. "WHAT!" He yelled.

"Yes." Jason said. "After the Sports Festival will you help him make some Hero Gear? Even if he doesn't make it into Heroics, I'm pretty sure that he'll need Hero Gear."

"Eraser Head Sensei already asked me to make babies with Shinso. What did you have in mind?"

"What did Aizawa Sensei have in mind?"

"He swore me to secrecy. So, I can't tell you."

"Well. All right then. I guess there's not much you can do till after the sports Festival then."

"Okay. Talk to you later."

"Actually, I was going to get some lunch too. Want to meet up with the others?"

"Sure. I want to talk to you about our babies."

"WHAT!" The group yelled.

"Let's go." Jason said.

They walked away leaving the group confused.

Jason and Mei walked into the cafeteria and grabbed lunch from Lunch Rush before going to sit down at the table with their friends.

"Hi Tsu." Jason said.

"Hello Jason." Tsu replied. "Congratulations on getting into the third event."

"Thanks." Jason said not sure what else to say.

"Can we talk." Tsu asked.

"Yeah. Sure. Let's go."

They walked out as Team Himura entered. Himura walked over to Izuku and looked at him. "Midoriya. Can I talk to you?"

"Uh... Sure."

They left the cafeteria and found an empty room.

"What did you want to talk about?" He asked.

"You're All Might's secret love child, aren't you?" Himura asked.

"Um... no. What made you think that?"

"You have a Quirk similar to his."

Izuku had brainstormed with his friends about how to handle people finding out about 'One for All'. So, he was ready for Himura when he asked. "My father's Quirk is 'Fire Breath', and I have a mutated version of it called 'Dragon'. It gives me enhanced strength, speed, agility, and the ability to breathe fire. I was a late bloomer because of how strong my Quirk is. I needed to train my body in order to be able to handle it, but I still have trouble handling it because my body is still getting used to it."

"Oh. Then I suppose that I was mistaken... unless that is a lie to give you peace of mind."

Izuku wasn't ready for that, and he believes that he handled it in an appropriate manner... "WH-WHA-WHAT! NO!" He shook his hands in front of him. "NO! WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT THAT!?"

"Because. Like me you are embarrassed of who your father is. I can understand that. Having the Number one Hero as your father must be incredibly stressful, and I can understand why you would want to hide that. Nonetheless I will beat you using my left side so that people do not confuse me for Endeavors son. I will keep your secret. Just know that I will not hold back."

Izuku looked at Himura in confusion. How could someone be that... "Hey!" He called out. "If you aren't going to use your fire then how do you plan on not holding back?"

"I don't need my fire to beat you."

"Fine." Izuku said putting his foot down. "If you're not going to use your fire, then I won't use my Quirk."

"What?! Why?"

"Because. I don't need to use my Quirk to beat you. If you come out swinging with everything you've got, then so will I, but if you hold back... so will I."

Himura looked at Izuku and hardened his eyes. "Fine." He said walking away.

Izuku headed back towards the lunchroom feeling conflicted.

Nezu watched Izuku and Shoto talk and was intrigued. He began typing away at his computer. This was going to be interesting.

When he finished with that, he turned to look at another conversation happening in another classroom.

Jason and Tsu looked at each other for a long while. "Jason?" Tsu asked.

"Yes?" Jason replied.

"Are you okay? Kero, Kero."

"Yeah. I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be?"

"Well... You know that I tend to speak my mind."

"Yes."

"Well. It just seems to me that you have become hyper focused on becoming a Hero since... well since you lost your mom. Kero."

"And that's a bad thing?" Jason asked. "We are at a school to BECOME Heroes."

"Yes. I know that, but it seems like you are trying to fill the void left by your mom with becoming a Hero."

"And that's a bad thing?"

"It is when it's all you focus on. Kero. You need to do more than train, go to school, and train."

"I do. I eat, I sleep, I'm not falling behind in school, I'm still in the top five students, what else is there?"

"What about your social life?"

"Every spare second I have is devoted to helping my friends and taking care of Himiko and Eri."

"Exactly. Himiko is older than you, but you treat her like a little sister. You need to let her do her own thing rather than watch her, every spare second of your life."

"But..."

"No buts!" Tsu snapped. "She is at the school. Give her some space. You don't need to coddle her."

"What about Eri?"

"You are not the only one here! She is with Himiko, and she has an army of Heroes, and Heroes in training in front of her. It's not like you need to be holding her hand every day. Kero."

Nezu thought about that and typed up a memo.

Jason looked at Tsu. "What do you want me to do?"

"I want you to take care of yourself. Kero."

"I will. Once everyone is safe from the Villain who killed my mother."

Tsu shot her tongue out at Jason and caught him. "I'm thorry Jathon." She spoke. "But I won't let you hurt yourthelf or put yourthelf in danger. There are people who care about you, and they would hate it if anything happened to you. They would thank me for doing thith." She took out her phone and text Aizawa Sensei.

Aizawa Shota and Emi Fukukado were sitting in the teachers' lounge when Shota's phone chimed with an alert. He took out his phone and looked at it.

Asui Tsuyu: Aizawa Sensei. It's Tsu. I need your help with Jason. We're in the lounge next to the cafeteria.

"Damn it, Haywood." Aizawa swore.

"What's wrong?" Emi asked.

"Apparently Haywood is being irrational again."

"He's the one who lost his mom, was forced to accept a Quirk enhancement, and is still just an average teenager?"

"There is nothing average about Haywood, but yes."

"Do you want help?"

"Yes, but stay back. I don't want him thinking we are threatening him."

"Okay. Let's go."

They got up and headed for the lounge area next to the cafeteria.

When they arrived, they saw Haywood tied up in Asui's tongue.

"Okay." Shota said. "Asui. What happened?"

Tsu explained her findings and her fears of how Jason was acting, and why she was worried about him.

"Haywood." Shota said. "Why are you acting this way?"

"Because. The longer that Villain is out there, anyone who is seen with me, anyone who has been seen with me, and anyone who might be seen with me is in danger."

"Your reasons are invalid and irrational."

"What!?"

"You are training to become a Hero, correct?"

"Yes."

"Are You planning on having any kind of relationship, whether it be with a partner or spouse?"

"Y-yes." He said caught off guard.

"Why don't you think they would be in danger?"

"The chances of them being a Hero are rather high."

"And Himiko, Eri, and your friends aren't Hero potential?"

"No! It's just..."

"It's just what?" Shota asked.

"I don't know. I'm a Hero in training and I couldn't do Jack shit to save my mom."

Shota rubbed his face. "I want to see you here tomorrow talking with Hound Dog or Miss Black about this. If you don't, I will expel you and Asui. Asui."

"Yes, Aizawa Sensei?"

"Make sure that Haywood meets with one of the counselor's tomorrow, or you will be expelled along with him."

"Yes, Aizawa Sensei."

"What!" Jason demanded. "No! You can punish me but leave Tsu out of this!"

"You have proven that you value your friends more than yourself. This will ensure that you visit with the Counselor's."

"This is another logical ruse isn't it!" Jason demanded.

"No. I will be talking to Hound Dog and Miss Black on Monday morning. If they tell me that you did not visit with either of them, I will expel you and Asui at the start of class. Am I understood?"

"Yes Sensei." Jason glared at him.

"Good. Now get back to lunch and proceed back to the field for the third event."

Jason and Tsu walked back to the cafeteria.

"Tsu." Jason said. "I am so sorry."

"Don't be. So long as you get help, I'm fine with being there for you. Kero."

They walked back to the cafeteria and finished eating.

The sixteen students walked out to the field when it was time for the third event, and we're waiting for it to start.

"Good afternoon!" Present Mic shouted. "Are you ready for the third event!"

The crowd erupted in applause.

In the Stands Inko's phone rang, and she took it out to look at the caller I.D.

"HISASHI!" She answered happily.

"Hey Inko." Hizashi said over the phone.

Inko could hear noise over the phone. "Hisashi where are you?" She asked only to hear an echo.

"Turn around." Hizashi said from behind her.

Inko turned around to see a tall man who looked like an older Izuku, her husband and Izuku's father, Midoriya Hizashi. "HISASHI!" She yelled running at him and hugging him before planting a kiss on his lips. "When did you get in?" She asked.

"Just now. I came straight over from the airport."

"Are you on vacation?"

"Kind of."

"What do you mean?"

"I Uh... I got let go."

"What! Why?!"

"Lay-offs. I did get to keep my pension though."

"Well... that's good, I guess."

"Yeah. Don't worry. I'll find another job."

"We can worry about that later. Let's just watch the sports Festival, and we can go out to dinner later."

"Sounds like a plan." Hisashi said.

Inko led Hisashi to their seats where everyone greeted him, and they sat down to watch the tournament portion of the sports Festival.

AN: Sorry if this chapter had less fights in it than you were expecting, but there were three speedsters in it (More like two speedsters and a copycat), so they were going to take out a lot of people very quickly. So that's why I wrote the chapter the way I did. It also allowed me to do a bit of world building and some character development. Enjoy.
