Shortly afterwards, Captain Kiddie decided to give Mandy and Robyn a tour of his carnival.

The girls looked around at the scenery of the carnival in awe.

"Wow," breathed Robyn. She was carrying a yellow-green balloon with her. "It's... it's really neat! It's like a fairy land!"

"It really is fascinating," agreed Mandy.

Captain Kiddie pointed to a ship's wheel styled Ferris wheel in the distance. "How about a ride on the Captain's Ferris wheel?" He suggested. "Tallest one in the county."

"It's the only one in the county," said Squawk. He frowned at his boss, putting his hands on his hips.

Captain Kiddie gestured the girls over to the Ferris wheel. "Great view from the top. You can see the whole of Captain Kiddie's Carnival."

"You can see it all from right here," Squawk told the girls.

Robyn beamed. "I love Ferris wheels!" She ran over to one of the carts, and took a seat in it.

"Okay, okay!" Mandy chuckled. She caught up to Robyn, and sat down next to her sister.

"You'll love this one," said Captain Kiddie. "Let's make sure it's safe."

He lowered the bar over both the girls, to make sure they couldn't get out.

Squawk leaned in towards the girls. "We wouldn't want anything to happen to... Mandy and Robyn Starling," he added.

Mandy smiled. "Well, thank you. That's very-" she stopped in a double take.

Robyn gasped in shock, as well. "Wait, how did you know our names?"

But Captain Kiddie was already at the lever to the Ferris wheel. "Sorry girls," he said, before pulling the lever. "Gotta keep you here 'till your aunt arrives to fetch you."

The Ferris wheel started to move up backwards, with Mandy and Robyn trapped in their cart.

"What?!" Mandy flinched in horror.

"I thought you were a nice man!" Robyn wailed, as they went up.

"But I am, my dear!" claimed Captain Kiddie.

"But he'll be even nicer with a million smackeroo!" Squawk declared.

"Enjoy your ride, my dears," Captain Kiddie told the girls, as they went higher up on the Ferris wheel.

"It's on the house!" said Squawk.

Once the girls' cart reached the very top, Captain Kiddie pulled the lever again, stopping the Ferris wheel.

Mandy and Robyn held onto the bar as their cart rocked in midair.

"Please!" begged Robyn. "Oh, please let us down! Don't send us back to Aunt Figg! She hates us! Please don't send us back!"

"You've gotta believe us!" cried Mandy. "We can't go back to Aunt Figg! We can't!"

But Captain Kiddie wouldn't listen. "Just relax!" He simply said. "Look around! You're on top of the world!"

Robyn felt the string to her balloon slip out of her hand. She tried to reach out for it, only to make the cart rock again, nearly causing her and Mandy to fall out.

"Ah!" both girls complained.

They looked down at the ground beneath them. Now that they were pretty high up, they couldn't get down, and were forced to take cover in their cart.

Robyn hopelessly watched her balloon fly away.

Captain Kiddie stretched and yawned in his little wheeled stool. "The sun is over the yardarm, which means..." he put both his feet up on the Ferris wheel's lever table, "nap time for the old captain." He moved his captain's hat up to cover his eyes, and then fell asleep.

Squawk fell asleep on the Captain's chest, with another squawk.

This could not be happening to the girls. This seemingly nice gentlemen had taken them under his wing, only then for him to betray them and turn them in to Aunt Figg. And they've worked so hard to get away from their wicked guardian.

"Oh, Daddy, where are you?" Mandy wondered, worriedly. "Robyn and I need you more than ever, now..."

Elsewhere, Michael Starling finally arrived at his base, Starling Enterprises, where he recently received terrible news that both his daughters had been planted on a $1,000,000 reward by Aunt Figg and Lickboot.

As soon as the propellors on his helicopter started to wind up, he quickly boarded inside.

The helicopter rose off the ground, and flew away in the distance, out to rescue his daughters.

As well as stop Aunt Figg and Lickboot from their evil schemes.

As the minutes ticked by, Robyn and Mandy were still trapped on the top of Captain Kiddie's Ferris wheel.

They sighed hopelessly in their cart.

Just then, Robyn noticed a red balloon fly up in front of her. "Oh!"

"What?" Mandy opened her eyes, nearly freaking out. "What is it, Robyn?"

Robyn quickly grabbed onto something attached to the balloon, before it flew away, and looked at it. "My locket!"

Mandy looked for herself to find Robyn's locket in her sister's hands. "Didn't you already...?" she didn't finish her sentence, as she and Robyn looked down.

Tom and Jerry were just below the Ferris wheel, waving up to the girls.

"Tom! Jerry!" Robyn cried, happily.

But Tom put a finger to his lips. "Shh," he whispered, before pointing to the sleeping Captain Kiddie.

"You've got to get us down from here!" Mandy called down, quietly.

Nodding, Tom rushed over to where Captain Kiddie was resting, and climbed on top of the booth just above him.

Once there, the cat took a fishing rod and lowered the line, with Jerry riding on the hook.

The mouse landed on Captain Kiddie's leg, and fastened the hook underneath his boot. Then, Jerry made an A-okay sign to Tom, signaling him to lift the sleeping man's legs with the fishing line, revealing the lever that controlled the Ferris wheel.

Tom slowly did as he was signaled.

But then, Jerry realized that Tom was pulling in too high. Before he could stop the cat, Captain Kiddie suddenly woke up and fell back in his chair, crashing to the ground.

Captain Kiddie looked up, and found Jerry on top of him. "What the...?!" He cried. "Pirates off the port bow! All hands on deck!"

Jerry sprinted away as quick as he could.

"Awk!" cried Squawk. "Get that varmint! Don't let him get away!"

"Oh, hurry!" Captain Kiddie cried, as he chased after Jerry. "Oh, get him!"

The man pounced down and grabbed the mouse in his hand.

"Whoa!" Jerry nearly squealed.

"Gotcha!" Captain Kiddie cried.

He and Squawk glared at Jerry.

"Hey, ugly!"

Captain Kiddie turned to see Tom approaching him; the cat had an angry glare on his face, and was readying his claws.

"Drop the mouse, you freak!" Tom demanded. He pointed his sharp-clawed finger in the captain's face. "Nobody picks on Jerry, but me!"

Captain Kiddie and Squawk both exchanged a glance, and simply laughed.

Tom grimaced, and prepared to attack them. But before he could, the sound of a car came in the distance; Aunt Figg and Lickboot had arrived.

Aunt Figg stepped out of the car, carelessly closing the door on Ferdinand as the obese dog tried to get out, himself.

Lickboot stepped out, himself, and followed her.

Realizing he was wasting time, Tom quickly rushed back over to the Ferris wheel lever.

Captain Kiddie got up with a smile to greet Aunt Figg, immediately allowing Jerry to fall to the ground.

"Oh!" Jerry landed with a small thump, before following Tom to the lever, himself.

Aunt Figg approached Captain Kiddie with a frown on her face. "Where're the girls?" she asked coldly.

"We wants to see the money, honey," said Squawk. "Awk!"

Captain Kiddie nodded.

"Only after I see Robyn and Mandy," Aunt Figg falsely promised.

Just then, the sound of another vehicle pulled over by the villains.

They looked to see the Straycatchers stepping out of their truck.

"You're too late, boys!" Aunt Figg smirked at the Straycatchers, before glaring at Captain Kiddie, repeating her question, "Where're the little brats?"

"They're both safe and sound on the Ferris wheel!" Captain Kiddie answered, pointing his thumb behind him.

"There they are!" The tall Straycatcher pointed up to the girls.

"The million dollar girls! We're rich!" exclaimed the short Straycatcher.

The two rushed over to claim Robyn and Mandy for themselves, nearly knocking Aunt Figg over.

"Stop them!" Aunt Figg pointed to the Straycatchers.

Lickboot and Captain Kiddie rushed over to do so, eventually knocking Aunt Figg over.

In the meantime, Tom grunted as he struggled to pull the lever to the Ferris wheel.

Jerry came into action, and pushed the lever himself.

Tom nearly fell over, but he gripped onto the side.

The cat and mouse watched and smiled as the Ferris wheel started to move forward.

"Tom! It's moving!" cried Robyn.

"Yes!" beamed Mandy.

Tom waited until the girls' cart reached the ground, and pulled the lever again to stop the Ferris wheel.

The Straycatchers suddenly approached the girls, and leapt forward to abduct them.

Robyn and Mandy quickly lifted their bar, got up from their cart, and narrowly dodged the Straycatchers on each side of the cart.

The bar fell down on the Straycatcher's rear ends, trapping them within the cart.

"Whoa!" they both exclaimed.

Smirking, Tom pulled the lever again, causing the Ferris wheel to move once again.

Joining their heroes, Robyn and Mandy watched in amusement as the Straycatchers complained as they went up in the Ferris wheel.

But then, something caught Jerry's eye. "Uh-oh! Don't look now, but here comes the Dragon Lady!" He warned, gently tugging Tom's ear.

Tom, Robyn, and Mandy looked in horror to see Aunt Figg approaching them, with Lickboot and Captain Kiddie both running aside her.

"Robyn, Mandy," Aunt Figg called out sweetly, "come to your dear Aunt Figg, darlings." She pushed Lickboot and Captain Kiddie aside. "Spread out, and don't let the brats get by you," she demanded, before continuing for the girls.

"Oh no!" cried Mandy.

"What do we do?!" Robyn wondered, worriedly.

Tom shuddered for a moment. Until something else caught his own eye, giving him an idea. "I'll get us outta here!" He proposed, and ran. "Come on!"

Robyn and Mandy followed him.

Jerry pulled the lever, once again, to stop the Ferris wheel, before catching up with the others.

The Straycatchers were now trapped at the top of the Ferris wheel, just like Robyn and Mandy were before.

The quartet rushed onto a boat dock, and climbed onto a small paddle steamer.

"They're getting away!" Aunt Figg pointed out, and continued to chase after them.

Tom began pressing all the buttons to start the boat.

"Push the red button!" Jerry told him. "It's always the red one!"

"I know it!" Tom fussed, already irritated with the mouse. "I was just gonna push it!"

"Tom, Jerry, hurry!" Robyn interrupted their argument, as she untied the rope which held the boat to the dock.

"Less talking, more moving!" Mandy gritted, as she twitched her head towards the dock.

Aunt Figg, Lickboot, and Captain Kiddie were approaching the group on the dock, preparing to recapture the girls.

Flinching, Tom pushed the red button.

The propellors in the water began to spin away, making the little paddle steamer sail away from the villains, and down the river.

"Lickboot, get the car!" demanded Aunt Figg. "We'll head them off up the river!"

"Aye, move it Captain, move it!" Squawk shouted in Captain Kiddie's ear. "We're in a race for a million!"

"Not to worry!" Captain Kiddie assured. "This old captain still knows a trick or two!"

Climbing down a ladder on the dock, Captain Kiddie boarded a small orange lifeboat in the water. He pulled on the engine, starting the boat up, and began to control it in order to chase after the group.

"Let me steer! Let me steer!" exclaimed Squawk.

But Captain Kiddie rebuffed his parrot puppet. "Out of the way, birdbrain! I'm the captain here!"

Aunt Figg and Lickboot got back in their car, preparing to give chase to the girls.

Dr. Applecheek eventually arrived, riding in the stolen ice cream cart. He looked in confusion as Aunt Figg and Lickboot were preparing to drive away.

"You're too late, doc!" Aunt Figg grinned nastily, and laughed.

With a smirk, Lickboot drove right past the doctor, leaving a trail of dust in his face.

"Hey, doc!"

Dr. Applecheek heard the Straycatchers calling him, and looked up to see them trapped on the Ferris wheel.

"Doc, we're up here!" The Straycatchers shouted down. "Hey, doc, get us out of here!"

But Dr. Applecheek just smirked at his former henchmen, refusing to assist them. "Sorry, boys! One good turn deserves another!" He laughed wickedly, as he rode away on the ice cream cart.
