Casper was sitting on the grass, fiddling with a dandelion. He was in the woods waiting for the school ship, sadly summer break was over and it was time to go back to Scare School. He was excited to be going back, but also dreading it. On one hand, he loved being around his friends all the time. But on the other hand, to be blunt, he hated the school. He didn't like using the word hate, but the school was so frustrating. Dash and Alder were jerks, Franken Gym teacher was rude, and Mr Burns was absolutely awful. Then there was the actual curriculum, which consisted mostly of incorrect knowledge. But, he supposed it was what it was, and there wasn't anything he could do to fix it.

The pirate ship came into view and hovered a few yards above the ground. Casper blew away the white fuzzy dandelion and got up. He grabbed his bags and flew up to the ship.

"Welcome back Laddie!" Cap smiled at the young ghost, or rather he smiled where he thought the ghost was, which was a tad to left of where he actually was.

"Hello Captain." Casper greeted warmly.

Ra waved from his seat, the ghost quickly walked over and sat down at the bench.

"Yooo, have you seen the Underworld news?!" The mummy asked excitedly.

"No, what's going on?" Casper raised a brow.

Ra pulled out his phone and turned on a video, Casper leaned over and watched.

News anchor; "After almost a year of attacks, finally we get an image of the assailant!"

A still from a security camera is displayed on screen. It shows a thin humanoid in a black costume and a red poncho, with a ninja mask and a black witch hat.

News anchor; "This figure is likely the one who has been attacking political buildings across Under World City, Kibosh has labeled this assailant highly dangerous. If you see them, or know anything, you are required to report them to law enforcement.

"They finally got a picture of the dude who's been doing all that attacks and stuff!" Ra smiled excitedly. "And they look like a ninja!"

Casper smiled and rolled his eyes. "They are also a dangerous criminal." He chuckled.

Ra; "My point still stands."

The rest of the morning went normally; the ship picked up Mantha, Casper and Ra greeted her happily, they chatted and laughed, then eventually they got to the docks and headed for their first class of the day. That's when things became different. The students walked into Mrs Hoppers classroom and stopped for a moment.

In Triclops's usual seat was a lilac colored girl, with long fluffy, grey purple hair, her bangs being a lighter shade of purple. Her eyes were sour apple green with vibrant blue eyeshadow. She wore a long sleeved violet colored dress that went down to the floor, with black flats and sash belt to match.

Whispers could be heard spreading throughout the class. The girl didn't seem to notice them at first, she was busy writing something down in a notebook. When she did notice them, she smiled faintly and gave a quick wave hello. (Casper of course waved back with a smile.)

Mrs Hopper turned to look at the arriving students.

"Welcome class! As you all can see we have a new student!" She greeted the class. "This is Sibella Lucar, a vampire exchange student from a girl's school. She will be trading places with Triclops for the next month!" she continued happily. "and she's already making you look like slackers. She was here an hour early and has been taking notes since then." Hopper laughed.

The rest of the class exchanged glares with each other and whispered among themselves. Casper couldn't tell if they had decided the class hated her or liked her.

Mantha leaned over to him and whispered.

"Quite the over achiever, isn't she?" the zombie smiled.

"We all need hobbies." He chuckled quietly.

Class proceeded as usual.

After school many of the students were in the main hall, chatting and ect. Casper had been heading to the library to meet Mantha and Ra, but then he saw Sibella walking over the Thatch and his friends group.

He then decided he would sit on the stairs and organize his notes real quick. Yep, that was totally the reason. Not at all that a very attractive girl was approaching his cru- Thatch. And he totally was not pretending to organize his notes while listening into their conversation...

"Hello, Thatch, right?" Sibella asked with a calm smile.

Casper noted she had a rather strange accent, almost like a cross between Romanian and French.

"Yeah?" the vampire boy crossed his arms in casual way, raising a brow.

"I was wondering if you'd show me around the school? It would be nice to have someone to stretch my wings with." She asked with an almost flirty smile.

Dummy Girl pushed Thatch a towards Sibella with a snicker. The grey vampire blushed as he stumbled forward.

"I'm sure he'd love to." Dummy smiled with a glint of mischief in her eye.

Thatch looked back at the short girl with a glare. He turned his attention back to Sibella.

"Alright, let's get going." He smirked at her, and in a puff of smoked shifted into his bat form.

Sibella following suit. Her bat form was grey purple like her hair, and she looked rather fluffy. The two flew off.

Casper couldn't help but feel rather…disappointed. Thatch didn't do anything for anyone, he must have liked her, at least a little bit. "Why are you sad? You were never going to ask him out, and he would never ask you. So there is no point in feeling sad." He internally scolded himself. He supposed he never had a chance anyways. Sibella was extremely attractive and a vampire. She was also liked by most of the teachers. She was skilled and athletic. She was perfect. She'd make a great match for Thatch. The two even looked right standing next to each other.

The young ghost sighed and picked up his papers, then headed for the library.

Thatch and Sibella flew into the cafeteria to get something to snack on. He had just gotten done showing her the school. Tours go much faster when you can fly.

"This school is so much larger than mine!" She exclaimed before turning back into her usual form.

"What's your school like?" He asked casually, putting money into the vending machine.

"It's an all-girls boarding school, it's very small and very informal. The headmistress is also the teacher for most of the classes." She explained, handing Thatch a dollar. "A6 please."

He raised a brow but punched in the numbers. "Any other vampires at your school?" he asked.

"No, just me. In fact, there are only 5 students in total." She explained.

"Wow, that is small." He answered back, grabbing the items out of the bottom of the vending machine.

He grimaced as he handed her the drink she asked for. It was a neon green soda that tasted as bright as it looked. He had tried it before, it was so damn sour and tangy. And he liked sour things! It was supposed to be Kiwi, green apple, and crab apple flavored.

"How can you drink that stuff?" he stuck out his tongue in disgust as she took a sip. "It tastes like battery acid." At least he assumed that's what battery acid tasted like.

"I love sour things, especially if they are green apple flavored!" She smiled brightly. "Sour Fang sodas are the best." She smirked and sat down at a bench.

He shook his head and sat down, opening a bag of plasma chips.

"If you like pain." He chuckled.

"Perhaps I do." She winked at him in a flirtatious way.

He blushed and looked away.

He had to admit she was quite pretty…maybe he should ask her out? His father would certainly like her. She was a skilled vampire, and a very elegant one at that. A picture of a certain friendly ghost flashed through his mind and he suddenly felt very guilty. "No, no! I will like my own species! I will like a vampire! I will like a vampire girl who's got scare skills! Not some friendly ghost who can't scare a fly, not a sweet, kind, cute- NO! I will not be attracted to his adorable face!"

I know the first chapter is short, but it is just the first chapter XD. And yes, I did just add a Ghoul School character XD
