Sorry everybody if this is a bit late…It has been just one thing after the other with me. In September I had started to develop insomnia. By mid-October I fully had insomnia, and because it was October I tried to also watch Halloween movies on Fridays, so I had little time for writing. Then November hit, and my stress levels went through the roof. My insomnia was starting to get better, but then the stress made me backtrack. So November was really bad for me. Then December rolled around, and I had to put up decorations, wrap presents, make presents, ect. Plus, I still have issues with insomnia. It's getting better though.

The reason this makes writing hard is because my main habit was "Wright from 11 PM till like 1AM." To get chapters done…buuut now I gotta have a super strict evening schedule in order to sleep. This includes avoiding bluelight, aka, computers….so. BUT after Christmas I'm gonna get some bluelight glasses, and that should help.

SO TO RECAP. I haven't gotten bored and quit writing, my life's just been shit lately XD.

EDIT; turns out my computer has a night setting that cuts out bluelight…I'm an idiot.

In Casper's formed a battle ax made of ice, much like Kibosh's. In between the blades was a snow flake symbol. He gripped the handle tightly and grinned menacingly.

Wendy stared at her friend, wide eyed.

"Well, that's new…" she muttered to herself.

Kibosh stared on, bemused. He raised a brow boredly.

"So you're the creature that burnt down Scare Schools office. I never would have guessed. I'll be sure to tell the teachers who it was." he mused.

Casper growled.

He growled again as ghost guards descended from the sky and ascended from the ground, surrounding him and Wendy.

"I told you that you were outnumbered. Any last words before I eviscerate you?" Kibosh smirked with a chuckle.

The red devil creature frowned and growled again, looking at the army that surrounded him.

Suddenly, there was an explosion overhead, along with a blinding light. Kibosh growled as he was temporarily blinded. He couldn't see Wendy grabbing Casper and creating a red shield around the two of them. His sight came back just in time to see himself and his minions getting covered in iridescent ashes. He scowled, knowing exactly what they were.

"Angel Ashes." He growled bitterly.

Casper looked around at the glittery powder as it fell onto the army, it evaporated once it touched the ground. It was very pretty, but he had to make sure he didn't touch it. Wendy was very clear earlier;

"And when there's an explosion overhead, hide for a minute. When backup arrives, they'll weaken Kibosh's army by blowing up a big thing of Angel Ashes overhead. The powder takes away ghosts ability to phase, or turn invisible."

Kibosh looked around and saw a colorful cast of characters surrounding him and his army. A demon, a blond fairy on a white unicorn, several werewolves, a mummy, a few stitched together monsters, two ghosts, though one of them had a human skin tone, another blond girl, an albino she-vampire with red hair. Plus a few other monsters who were clearly anti ghoul agents.

There was a roar overhead. He looked up to see a red dragon with green hair. Add a dragon to that list.

He then spotted a woman standing on top of one of the castle buildings. She had long sky blue hair, silver knight armor, and a dark blue cape. In her hand was a blunderbuss. He narrowed his eyes at her bitterly. He knew exactly who she was.

She was the head of antighoul.

Casper and Wendy looked around before grinning at each other. The red creature helped his friend up and they prepared for a fight.

The green tyrant growled as he looked around, before turning his attention back to Casper and his daughter.

"If you all wish to die, so be it! ATTACK!"

From that point on, it was chaos.

Kibosh growled as Casper barely missed his head with the ax. Then he deflected a power shot from Wendy. He had deflected so many shots at this point, his hands were starting to burn from it. Wendy and Casper were proving to be a good team. She hit hard and fast and didn't let up, meanwhile Casper did everything in his power to cause chaos that worked in his and Wendy's, favor. He'd try to trip Kibosh, hit him unexpectedly, throw random objects at him, distract him by making insults or tricking him into blocking nothing. He even managed to hit Kibosh over the head with a wooded chair…

The red witch shot a dozen bolts of lightning towards her father, he deflected them with a crash of his ax. Then he sent out a strong green shockwave of energy that sent Wendy and Casper flying away.

The witch got up and charged at her father, stopping short of him and whipping up a twister right in front of him. He quickly dispelled it and sent out a barrage of lightning towards Wendy. She dodged and deflected to the best of her ability. Then knocked him back with a blast of energy. Casper smoothly tripped him, and he found himself sliding several yards away on a sheet of ice.

He was losing. He realized if he was going to turn this battle in his favor, he was going to need to be clever. As he got up from the ice, seeing the two traitors charging, he noticed Wendy's bag and smirked.

As expected, the devil creature charged first. And as expected, he phased through Kibosh, landing on the ground behind him, then back kicked him much like how a donkey would.

The green ghost pretended to be taken off guard. As his daughter came jumping towards him, he dodged to the side and let her fly past, smoothly cutting he bag strap with his ax as she did so. He grabbed the bag and flew like a bullet several yards away. He rifled through the bag quickly before shifting his gaze upwards. As expected, he didn't see the little red ghost anywhere. Wendy was charging towards him, but Kibosh wasn't worried about her at the moment. He had flown quite a distance away, she had to run to get to him.

Abruptly he dropped the bag and pulled out a bottle, shattering it in his grasp with lightning. It smoked through the air, landing on the invisible Casper, who had been making an attempt to get the bag back. The pink, iridescent ashes' forced the little ghost visible again. He coughed at the powder went into his face. Kibosh grinned.

If he couldn't phase or turn invisible, nether would Casper.

"CASPER!" Wendy yelped.

The green tyrant grabbed the creatures neck and held him out with a smirk.

"Now watch your friend die his second death because of your scheming." He smirked darkly.

The little ghost squirmed in his grasp before growling and clawing at Kibosh's face. The green ghost growled in pain and stumbled back, dropping Casper. The little ghost grabbed the bag and ran to stand with his friend.

"Can you still phase?" she asked panicked.

Casper shook his head with a frown.

"Damn it! Sorry, I should have been more careful." She cursed.

Casper gave an understanding look.

"Yes, you should have." Kibosh growled, his eye already healing.

"You need to shut up before I seal your mouth with a stitch spell." The witch cursed.

"Big talk from a little girl." The king taunted.

Wendy summoned her pitchfork and charged at her father. Their weapons clashed again, sparking green and red as they did. They were pushed away from each other as the energy's boomed, Wendy landed a few feet away, her pitchfork no longer in hand.

Kibosh smirked, he had managed to get her pitchfork stuck in his ax, which is exactly what he had hoped to do. Casper came from behind and brought his ax down on top of him, but the king moved out of the way just in time and punched the young one in the chest, sending him flying into a wooden beam.

Casper hit it with a painful *twunk* and then fell to the ground. He coughed as the air was knocked out of him. This 'Krumpus' form was very useful, it was more agile and sharper (both in senses and claws/teeth) but it also was more solid. In this form he had bones and lungs, things that could be hurt and broken. And being touched by the angel ash's meant he couldn't phase or turn invisible anymore ether. He struggled to get to his feet.

Kibosh smirked at Wendy then glanced at Casper for a quick second. Her eyes snapped wide open and she leapt, pushing her friend out of the way just as a huge bolt of lightning stuck the spot. Her scream of pain was drowned out by the thunder. She fell to the ground like a rag doll, a small crater surrounded her.

"WENDY!" her friend screamed, running to the spot.

He knelt down and checked her pulse. He sighed in relief, she was ok. He was so worried, that for a moment his fur threatened to change back to white. But it flared red again when he saw Kibosh walking towards them. He growled with a glare.

Just then a little portal opened up next to Wendy, an orange scaly talon grabbed her and pulled her in before shutting again. Casper concluded it must be Mabon, taking her to the safety of the nether realm.

The little Krumpus creature turned his attention back to Kibosh and leapt at him, slamming his ax onto the ground. He then used the handle to vault himself over Kibosh, who attempted to hit him with his own weapon, but only managed to nick his lower leg. Casper ignored the sting and flew off, attempting to lead the green ghost to the castle entrance…

Casper got inside through the kitchen, slamming the door behind him and sealing it with ice. Immediately there was a banging at the door, ice cracked and shattered as Kibosh hit it with his ax.

The little ghost ran out of the kitchen, sealing that door with ice as well. He recalled a study on the map he used earlier, when first getting into the castle. He flew up the stairs, leaving a bit of ice on the railing to lead Kibosh to the hallway he was going to. He got to a hallway of doors, the one on the far left was the study. He quickly flew to it, and gently closed the door behind him, trying to calm his breathing, afraid Kibosh might hear it despite the fact he wasn't even out of the kitchen yet.

He looked around the room. There was an unlit fireplace with wood, an empty cauldron on a table to the right, and a wallshelf to the right of the fireplace. He quickly looked though Wendy's bag. There was a needle and thread, as well as a bunch of potion bottles.

Ok, he could work with this, right? Yeah…totally. He could do this…

He didn't have much of a choice. Ether he somehow figured out a way to incapacitate Kibosh in this little room, or he died a second death…or worse, never see his friends again. Never see his uncles again…never see Thatch again

His fur started to pale as panic threatened to take hold.

"No, no, you can't panic! Think of how mad your friends would be if you didn't come back to them! And you promised you'd talk to him later! You can't break you're promise! And you promised yourself that you'd live through this! So damn it, get yourself together! Be that devious little bastard that set Alder and Dash's office ablaze! You can do this damn it! Think of all the awful things Kibosh has done to you, to everyone! Andget mad about it!"

He shook his head and took a second to settle. He shook himself again and gave a big exhale. His fur flared red and stood on end, his grin returned and the gears started turning in his head.

He lit one office on fire, how hard could it be to do it again?

Kibosh went to the hallway, seeing a patch of ice on the wall, and a few drops of Casper's blood on the carpet. He found it quiet odd that the blood was blue. Ghosts have neon green blood, or as it's often called, ectoplasma. Why would the brat have sky blue blood…?

He walked slowly down the hall, listening for even the slightest sound.

A slight thud come from the room on the far left. He smirked.

"Casper, Casper. You disappoint me. You had been so clever up until now. Now what did this attempt get you? You're going to die a second death; one you will not come back from. No wait, I think I'll seal you away for eternity. Put you in a jar, laugh at your loneliness as your friends live on without you. Your uncles will be punished in some way, perhaps a public execution would be the best? And Wendy…I'm still deciding, I can't think of a punishment awful enough…" He chuckled cynically.

He slammed open the door and walked inside. There were open potion bottles on a shelf, below them a cauldron full of fire. A table was overturned, boxing the right corner of the room.

Suddenly the door slammed behind him, he whipped around and saw it become covered in ice, trapping him inside.

Casper braced himself from behind the table as he pulled on a string of thread, pulling the potions off the shelf and into the fire. They mixed and made a sound like a firework shooting off, and then exploded instantly in a blinding white light. The entire room was engulfed in it.

Outside, soldiers from both sides stopped as the ground shook. The top left half of the castle exploded in white, lighting up the entire area. Then, almost all of Kibosh's green minions disintegrated away. The few who were left tried to flee, but antighoul quickly started rounding them up.

Casper pushed the rubble off of himself and coughed. His fur was white now; he was in too much pain to be enraged. His side hurt, his leg hurt even more now. Actually, everything hurt now. His eyesight was hazy and blurry, he felt lightheaded. He looked around and realized he was on the first story now, as opposed to the second story, which he had been on a moment previous. Apparently the explosion had been so bad it destroyed the floor and knocked down him, debris, the roof, and presumably Kibosh, to the first level.

Wendy was right. Don't mix random potions and fire.

Unless trying to take down a tyrant. Then it's helpful. Painful, but helpful.

The room was covered in dirt and smoke. His fur looked more grey than white at this point. It was also a bit concerning that he couldn't hear anything, well, anything aside from the ringing in his head. He tumbled over bricks and wood to a surprisingly intact doorway. Out of the corner of his vison he saw some rubble moving. If he had been coherent enough, he might have thought or said "God dam it." But he was too dazed and simply limped away through the doorway. The doorway opened into a long hallway with a large, round, decorative window on the right, centered in the middle. Along with several smaller windows on either side. Below the window was a little shelf.

He limped over, crawled onto the shelf and began drawling symbols in ice. He grimaced as pain shot through chest. For a coherent moment he wondered if he broke a rib. He'd never broken a bone before, he hadn't had them in so long…

He completed the ice design just in time, as a large green hand grabbed his throat and yanked him off the shelf. Casper yelped.

Kibosh dragged the little creature to the door at the far end and pinned him to it.

"You little son of a bitch. You think you've won? I'll get my kingdom back!" the tyrant screeched.

Casper held onto the green hand strangling him, weakly squirming. He watched on as Kibosh yelled at him, unable to actually hear any of it.

The green king was extremely weakened. His side was badly burned from the explosion, and he had many cuts that bled neon green ectoplasm. The bizarre mix of potions was keeping him from healing properly.

"I will end everyone you've every cared about! DO YOU HEAR ME!"

No, he didn't, but Casper got the idea. He started to cry. He wasn't even coherent enough to think about what he was scared of, he just knew he was terrified. Tears started to roll down his face.

"Crying huh? I'll give you something to cry about!"

Kibosh raised up a fire poker and stabbed it through his shoulder, Casper screeched like an animal in pain. He couldn't help but start sobbing as the tyrant started to strangle him.

"What were you even making on the window?! What the hell were you hoping to do?"

He paused when he heard something to his right. He side eyed the right hand window. It was snowing outside, badly. It was like a sudden blizzard. Snow pittered against the glass. He raised a brow. Then, a cold breath went down the back of Kibosh's neck. His eyes snapped wide open and he froze in place.

"He was calling for help." A deep, menacing voice stated from behind him.

Next thing he knew, he found himself being grabbed and flung down the hall, into the remains of the room.

Casper found himself being caught by warm arms, and gently laid on the floor. His vison was blurry, but he managed to focus enough to see a ram skull with glowing purple eyes. It was his grandfather. He breathed out a sigh of relief and relaxed a bit.

Krumpus frowned…well, as much as a skull can anyways. He yanked the fire poker out of his grandson's shoulder, who yelped in pain. He quickly pulled a vial of glowing blue water out of his coat and poured it on the wound, then he placed his talons on it and frosted the area. The water would heal him; the frost would slow the bleeding. He then pulled a medical rag out of his coat and placed it on the wound.

"Hold this here. I'll be right back. Rest, but stay awake." Krumpus instructed.

Casper couldn't hear him, but held the rag over his wound never the less, mostly to try and dull the pain out of instinct.

Krumpus stood back up and whipped around, walking down the hall slowly. Snow pittering across the windows aggressively. His hoofs left icy prints on the stone floor. As his long tale swept on the floor behind him, it left a trail of little purple flowers growing. His eyes stared daggers at the green ghost, who was attempting to get up.

As Kibosh got up from the ground, he summoned his ax, wielding it defensively.

"Who the hell are you? Another one of anti-ghoul's army?" He demanded.

Krumpus didn't say anything. He simply stared at the green ghost, tilting his head curiously.

"You do not know my power. I suggest you leave now, before I make you pay." Kibosh growled.

The skull headed beast proceeded to throw his head back in a loud laugh.

"So you're the one everyone's been talking about? I can't believe my eyes." He laughed cynically.

Kibosh sneered.

"He's ugly, he's pathetic! I don't know which is worse!" Krumpus laughed to himself.

"Pathetic little worm, you have no idea the trouble you're in. Without Hecate's gemstone, you're nothing. And that means I can finally give you a long time coming visit." He smirked deviously.

Bright purple vines grew out of the rubble and grabbed Kibosh's legs. He struggled, but couldn't get free. More vines shot up and grabbed his wrists, pulling him to the ground, forcing him to kneel to this stranger.

The ram knelt down, getting right in Kibosh's face. His cold breath making the ghost grimace.

"I am Krumpus. The king of cold, the prince of meadows, the bringer of nightmares, and the punisher of bad children…and someone's been very bad…" he gave a sharp toothed grin.

"I am not a child!" the ghost protested.

"No, but you are someone's child. At least, once upon a time…" Krumpus stated with a smirk.

"Besides." His tone turned dark. "You hurt my grandson. I am pissed off, and I wasn't known for mercy to begin with. I'd kill you right here. But there are many others who deserve to hurt you first. This world is not yet done with you…nor my world…"

"You are Casper's grandfather…What are you?!" the ghost snapped, wide eyed, struggling to get free.

"It doesn't matter. But know this, if you ever attempt harm upon my grandson, or those he cares for, I will torture you for the rest of eternity." Krumpus boomed with a growl.

Little flowers sprouted from the vines on Kibosh's wrist's, which bloomed and hardened into jingle bells. The vines' tightened and hardened into metal, forming cuffs. The ghost stared at the jingle bell ridden cuffs with astonishment.

"I strip you of all your ghostly powers, rendering you effectively human." The ram started simply.

Krumpus turned around to leave, but stopped and turned back to the struggling Kibosh. He proceeded to pick up the ghost and slam him into the stone wall behind him. The king groaned in pain, his vison blurring. Krumpus then walked several yards back and switched to quadrupedal form. He then did what rams did best. At top speed, he head-butted Kibosh's torso, sending them both crashing through the stone wall and into a court yard. The snow pelted down on them. The ghost found himself on his back, staring up blurrily. The ram grabbed him by his throat, pinning him to the ground, and proceeded to roar in his face. The roar sounded like a demonic elk being murdered. Then, Krumpus formed a purple, misty sphere in his hand.

"This is a warning of what you'll have to deal with, should you go against my will." He pressed the purple sphere into the tyrant's head, who immediately went slack. His eyes glazed over with lavender, he was paralyzed and unconscious.

Krumpus turned back and headed into the building, switching back to bipedal mode. He went down the hall. He took off his coat and wrapped his grandson in it, who groaned in pain. He was nearly unconscious. His grandfather picked him up, cradling him gently, and headed back towards the ice portal. He had one hoof in when he heard a commotion at the start of the hallway. He turned and saw a young woman with short blond hair, and a red outfit, standing in the doorway.

"CASPER!" she yelled out in concern.

"Bring me the Kleptor, and the white black pearl. Then you may see him." Krumpus stated ominously before disappearing into the portal, it shattering behind him.

Was the nightmare before Christmas reference too much? XD
