Alot of changes happen within the Masaki household. Choosing the prefect one for him, Tenchi lets his wants get in the way and soon realizes what he is soon to lose. Sometimes, the grass is always greener on the other side. New faces come into picture, same as some old reoccurring memories and Ryoko soon learns the true meaning of love, and what it really feels like.

Often abbreviated as "GPC"; defined as "confidently convinced as being better than every other law enforcement agency in the galaxy". Their proof? Four letters: S.I.F.O. Starring Kiyone and Mihoshi as they join a squad that solves cases more subtly than most. With teammates like an academy classmate, a short lieutenant, and an eccentric detective, they're ready for anything.

The Masaki girls never met Tenchi. Still befriending one another on Earth, they returned to become tyrants, unchecked by personal responsibility. Now their irresponsible behavior threatens the galaxy. But the three Chousin Goddesses have an enjoyable solution...
