South Park Elementary. The classes had just ended, and the students were all leaving the building. Among them was Stan, accompanied by his friends Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman and Kenny McCormick. Stan looked exhausted.
"Goddammit, today was Hell!" He commented.
At this point, the four of them stopped by the entrance, ignoring the other students passing by them.
"The Eighth Graders were at it again?" Kyle asked, concerned. "They just don't leave you alone, do they?"
"No!" Stan replied, a bit irritated. "They just keep going with 'Shelly Marsh this', 'Shelly Marsh that', like if she was some fucking celebrity!"
Elaborating this further, the Eighth Graders had spent the whole day bugging Stan with questions regarding Shelly, like "what shampoo does she use", or "does she go to gym". One of them even had the nerve of asking him something about her underwear. Stan almost punched the guy in response.
"Well, you can't deny that she grew a bit. She looks pretty good." Cartman noted. Stan wasn't pleased at all by that remark.
"No shit! She just needed to remove that headgear, and boom! The guys are all over her!"
"(Not to mention those freaking boobs. Just like her mom's.)" Kenny added, with his muffled voice as always. He even gestured with his hands to emphasize the size of said boobs. Stan was now even more irritated.
"Shut up, Kenny!" He exclaimed.
By now, the school was almost desert. Noticing that they were alone on the premises, the group started walking toward the street ahead of them. Stan sighed.
"But seriously, guys, this whole thing's driving me crazy!"
Cartman stopped the group in their tracks, having recalled something. "I heard that one of those guys offered 50 bucks for a picture of her."
"So…?"
"Think, man, it's some easy money."
Stan put on an incredulous face. He couldn't believe what he just heard. "Are you shitting me? Do you know what she'd do to me if she found out?"
"I'm just saying that-"
Having enough of Cartman's opportunism, Kyle confronted him, now irritated as well. "Then don't say it, fatass! Didn't you hear that he wasn't interested?"
"Screw you, Jew! Nobody asked your opinion!" Cartman then faced Kyle in defiance. Stan intervened before a fight could ensue between the two of them.
"You guys, you guys, that's enough!"
They glared to each other one final time before backing away from each other. With the situation defused, Stan declared.
"Listen, I had a rough day, and I'm tired, so I'm going home. See you guys tomorrow."
He departed, leaving the other three boys by themselves.
Upon arriving home, Stan opened the door and the first thing he noticed was his sister Shelly watching TV, laid down on the couch with her belly up. Her body was occupying all of it. He walked up to her.
"Uh, Shelly, you're all over the couch." He noted. One could hear the tiredness in his voice.
She shrugged. "So…?"
"So, I need to sit."
She now pointed below her. "There's plenty of room on the floor."
Stan then grunted in exasperation. Because he was too tired to dispute with his sister over his right to sit on the couch, he took a simpler solution and went to his room to rest.
Afterwards, Sharon came out of the kitchen with a full plastic bag in hands. She walked up to her daughter.
"I thought I heard Stanley. Has he arrived from school already?" She wondered.
"You just missed him. He went to his room, I guess." Shelly answered, pointing to the stairs.
Sharon then looked up the stairs. "Oh well." She turned back to Shelly and held up the bag. "Could you take this trash outside, please?"
Shelly sighed, annoyed. "Now?"
"Yes. Now." Sharon handed over the bag to her and left. Shelly stared at the bag in her hand and sighed again, this time resignedly.
I should've let Stan sit here. Then Mom would've asked him instead of me, she thought.
Not wanting to lose any more time of her show, Shelly quickly went outside and put the bag into the trash bin. She then took a moment to breathe and look at her surroundings before heading back inside. She failed to notice that from afar, someone was hidden behind a tree, taking pictures of her with their phone.
It was Cartman.
