Pico is a 12-year old boy who works at the beach bar to assist his grandfather. While on an errand he is kidnapped by a mysterious organization and converted him into an INHUMANOID. After two years he broke free and tried to resume his normal life, but upon learning that another boy met a similar fate, Pico resolve to stop this organization. Featuring KAMEN RIDER THE FIRST
