"Well? Who's we? Have you agreed to let me help?" Walker asked once more.

Twitch took a few moments to consider, then answered with, "Only if we make it out alive."

"Good, then let's get to it. But I have to warn you, the guys outside are highly trained, nothing like the morons you've been fighting."

"How were you able to identify them?"

"Identify them? I called them here, asked for their best, and here they are."

"Are you insane? Why would you give away your location and endanger the lives of everyone here?"

"To prove something to them."

"Prove that your pride is going to kill us all?"

Walker rolled his eyes and looked out the window, "We'll be fine."

"Walker, how are we going to deal with these guys by ourselves? We won't be fine when they come in and surround us."

"We're not alone, I have a friend who's going to help us out. He'll also take Charlotte out of here; you can trust him."

The door opened and a rather large and buff doctor walked in.

"Speak of the devil, there he is."

"Walker," the doctor called, "I got what you asked for, and some extra too."

"Good, then let's get to it. Ready?" he looked at Twitch.

Twitch looked at both of them, then at Charlotte, and sighed, "Might as well."

The three rushed to the back of the hospital along with Charlotte being pushed by the buff doctor in a wheelchair. They arrived to an ambulance and the doctor stopped and opened the backdoors. Revealing gun crates in place of medical equipment.

"You're not a doctor, are you?" Twitch asked the large man

"That obvious, huh? Yeah, no. Name's Clint, I'm a small-time arms dealer, mostly do business with Walker here and a few other clients."

"You're certainly forthright about your occupation."

"Guess I got nothing to hide, right Walker?"

"Well, you got nothing to show either. Anyways, what do we got in these crates?"

Clint pointed at each crate, telling the two what weapons were in them.

"I'll take the M4, MP7 too." Walker said.

Clint nodded, "and you?" he looked at Twitch.

"Is this even legal?" Twitch asked.

Walker rolled his eyes, "Just give her a FAMAS and get the vegetable out of here."

Hereford Base

One hour before hospital raid

"C'mon! You can do better than that Ela! When'd you get so bad at using that gun of yours?" Thatcher yelled.

"I don't know! It's like it just has more recoil now!"

"You fuckin' muppet, more recoil, pfft, you just suck at using it!"

"Not my fault nothing is consistent around here!"

"Consistent? Like your aim? Look at the spread on that target down range! Nobody is going to die from that! Do I have to notify this to your sister?"

"If you say anything to Zofia I swear I'll make you pay."

"Uh, excuse me? I was told to meet the instructor here." a Recruit behind them squeaked.

"Yeah, that'd be me," Thatcher spoke up, "But I got a question for you. Did ya just arrive at base or something? Because you're pretty damn late to practice, wanker."

"Yes sir! I came in just 10 minutes ago! I would have come earlier but this big Russian guy kept talking to me about his LMG and wouldn't let me go!"

"So, who told you to come to the range?"

"Another Russian guy sir."

"Kapkan?" Ela asked.

"I don't know, but I wouldn't feel safe around him if I were a hostage. Kind of a weird feeling actually."

"Then that'd be Fuze your talkin' about. Heh, for a second, I thought you were just lyin' to me, makin' up excuses as to why ya late. But I'll give you the benefit of a doubt, I'm nice like that. Anyways! If you're here for instruction, why don't you warm up and shoot down range, show this green haired fuck how to aim."

"Yes, sir!"

Outside the indoor range, several vehicles rolled up to the front gate of the base. A soldier came out to inspect each and every one of their IDs. He came to the window of the car in the very front.

"ID please."

"Yeah, sure."

the driver went to reach for his pocket, but then a man in the back seat peaked out the window and shot the guard in the head with a silenced pistol.

The driver turned around and said, "Really? I didn't make these fake IDs for no reason, did I?"

"We're going to take them out anyways, so let's not waste time."

One of the men came out of the vehicles and opened the gate for the cars to go through while hiding the body of the guard afterwards.

"Sadist 1, this is Red Bull, we're in position, over." one of several Recruits near the training grounds of Hereford base reported.

"Red Bull, this is Sadist 1, wait for the fireworks, then enter and say hello." the soldier with the silenced pistol ordered,

"Roger that, over."

Inside the training grounds building, the announcer stated, "Bomb has been located, proceed to defuse."

Hibana, along with Ash, Finka, Montagne, and Zofia, were on the attacking side. On the defending was Jager, Bandit, Kapkan, Lesion, and Rook.

Hibana went to rappel on a window in the back while Ash blew open the front door and rushed in with Montagne. Zofia and Finka were on the roof.

"I'm almost in position," Hibana reported in, "I'm breaching the window!"

"Roger that Hibana." Zofia answered. "Ready?" she turned and asked Finka.

"Always."

"Hey, you think those recruits outside are eager to have their turn with us after we kick Bandit's ass?" Zofia added.

"Ha, probably not. They just came in yesterday I heard."

Just then, several explosions rocked the base and the two could see the flames and smoke rise from the distance from on top of the roof they were on.

"Shit, what was that?" Rook asked behind a desk with his MP5.

The announcer reported that they were under attack, and that the training has ended.

"Red Bull, this is Sadist 1, you're clear for entry." the man said when he exited his vehicle and went inside a warehouse filled with ammunition and explosives, "We're going to take out their munitions depot, leave that area once that happens. Over and out."

The Recruit in the front of the line turned to his men and said, "Let's meet up with our friends inside, shall we?"

They entered into the training grounds and saw Hibana with Bandit moving toward them.

"Hey!" Bandit yelled, "What's going on out there?"

The Recruits raised their weapons at them and started firing.

Bandit and Hibana got clapped and fell to the floor.

Afterwards, they went to the front entrance of the training building and each took a pair of thermal imaging goggles from their backpacks and pulled out some smoke grenades too.

Rook looked out the window to see them below at the front entrance, he looked behind them and saw Hibana and Bandit on the floor. He concluded that the Recruits had either betrayed them or were spies.

He turned and saw Jager and Kapkan behind him, "The Recruits outside shot down Bandit and Hibana!"

"What? We have to warn the others! Where are they?" Kapkan whispered.

Rook pulled out his phone and looked at the cams and saw Montagne going down the stairs, heading straight for the front entrance where the Recruits were.

"Hey! I heard live rounds go off, what the hell is going on?!" Montagne met the Recruits at the front doorway.

The recruits lifted their rifles and started firing at him, but thankfully he was quick enough to extend his shield to protect him.

The Recruits pushed forward and one of them went around to flank Montagne.

"Going to flank!" he yelled.

Suddenly, Ash spazzed out of a corner and started firing hails of bullets at him, which forced him to take behind cover.

"Ash is on me! Pop your smokes!"

The Recruits threw their smoke grenades and activated their thermal to see through them.

The Recruit that was being rushed by Ash now had the advantage as she couldn't see him, but he could see her. The Recruit went to peek her from the smoked cover, but immediately went back as she started firing closely, but blindly near his head as she retreated back into the main hallway to take cover behind Montagne's shield through another doorway.

"Ash! Stay behind me, we're retreating up the stairs!"

"Roger that!"

Rook was watching them from the cameras, he turned to Jager and said, "Ash and Monty are coming up the stairs, go get them! These guys also have smoke and thermal, but thankfully we have a few bulletproof cameras to see through that!"

"Alright! I'm heading down!" Jager yelled.

Back at the indoor range where Thatcher and Ela were, they saw Recruit's worse than Ela aim and were amused until the explosions occurred.

"Shit, are we under attack?!" Ela asked.

"Don't know, but let's assume we are. Use the guns you have in your hands now, let's get outside." Thatcher ordered.

Behind a door to their left that exits the range and leads to a hallway, they heard gunshots and bodies dropping and yelling.

"I guess we are under attack!" Ela yelled.

"We'll get out through the other door, watch my back!"

They opened the other door leading into a larger, empty hallway, they made their way down the hallway toward one of the exits when, all of a sudden, smoke grenades were thrown into the hallway.

"Watch out! Smoke grenades, turn left from here!"

The grenades exploded and the three turned to the left down another hallway.

"Turn right into the cafeteria!"

They burst through the cafeteria doors and closed it shut. They ran and flipped over tables to use as cover.

"These cunts must have thermals if they're so willy nilly about throwing those smokes. You still with me rookie?"

"Not for long." the Recruit whispered.

The door they closed blew open and five men entered the room guns blazing. The Recruit next to Ela grabbed her and used her as a human shield and stole her pistol from her hip holster and aimed it at her head.

"You're surrounded. Make a move and this hot piece of ass is getting domed. Throw down your weapon!"

Thatcher looked all around him and saw the men with goggles staring right at him with their weapons aimed to kill. He sighed and dropped his rifle to the floor.

"Thatcher, no!"

"I can't let them hurt you, Ela, your sister would kill me."

"Then let me spare you that fate, Brit!" the Recruit holding Ela yelled. He aimed the pistol at his head instead of Ela's and was about to fire when a flashbang flew into the middle of the room blinding them all.

When the flash went away, they saw a single man slitting one of the enemy combatants' throats as he laid on top of him with a curved blade.

"Amateurs." the man mumbled.

Ela picked up her pistol from the dead combatant behind her and pointed it at the man, "Identify yourself!"

"Woah, easy Ela, that's a legend your about to shoot." Thatcher stopped Ela.

The man got up from the corpse and turned around, revealing the bearded face of an old man in a profession where men die young.

"I'm going by Zero today." Sam Fisher told the two, "Need some backup?"
