Lori #2 was trying to rest as Lori #200 walked in. She's seen the Original Lori, and technically, she hates it.
Lori #200 said, "The Citadel really is nice." Then, suddenly, she saw Lori #2 looking unnerved. "What's with you?"
"I just saw clones of Lori with the original mind of the Prime Lori." Lori #2 said. "And I have NEVER been this annoyed."
"You were just created yesterday." Lori #200 said, annoyed.
"I knew the girl was bad news, but I'd never thought I'd experience her being annoying and irritating." Lori #2 said. "And I don't want any other Child Clones going near her because of this."
"Wait, there's Child Clones?" Lori #200 said, surprised.
"Yes, and they're so innocent and sweet. I don't want anyone to lose that innocence." Lori #2 said.
"Look, why don't I just check out the Lori Clones for myself tomorrow morning, see if they're sweet and adorable." Lori #200 shrugged.
"12 and 16 seem to like them." Lori #2 said, getting up. "I should ask why. Where are they?"
"Next Door."
As Bedtime happened, Loris #12 and #16 entered their room, dressing up in their nightwear, and they were talking about the Child Loris and Nerdy Loris and what they did for activities.
"They were so precious." Lori #16 said. "They loved playing with each other."
"I showed her where she was going to learn, and she got that other Lori to come along back with her." Lori #12 said. Then, they heard a door knocking. #12 walked up to the door and opened it. She saw a curious Lori #2.
"Hi, Lori #2." Both 16 and 12 said.
"You spent a lot of time with those kids, didn't you?" Lori #2 asks, curious as she entered the building.
"Yeah, they're so sweet." Lori #16 said, happily.
"Child Lori #1 helped a shy Lori clone come with her!" Lori #12 said, heartwarmingly. "They're so cute!"
"And with more Child Versions of Lori on the way in the Cloning Process, they'll be so happy." Lori #16 said, eyes sparkling like water under the sun.
"You seem really close to them." Lori #2 said.
"What's wrong with that?" Lori #16 said.
"Nothing, but it's almost as if you have a mother-daughter relationship with those clones." Lori #2 said. "Maybe you could help with keeping Lori in a good light, because I may OR may not have found something bad about Lori."
"How bad could it be?" Lori #12 asks.
"It's best if you'd see the domed district Loris and maybe you'll understand." Lori #2 said.
"We're going to have more Lori clones in the citadel, so it's only a matter of time before they figure it out."
Lori #2 realized the clone was right. The younger clones will find out, and it might not be pretty if she kept lying about Lori's behavior. She was caught in a pickle, alright.
"Well, what should we do if they find out the bad things about Lori?" Lori #2 asks.
"We'll cross that bridge when we come to it." Lori #16 said.
That night, the Child Lori clones were asleep in their separate beds/rooms, dreaming of many childish things, they were like little angels when they sleep. Their night attire was the same as the older Lori's sleep attire, However, two child Loris can't sleep. They tossed and turned for hours, being unable to get used to sleeping in a room with a bunch of lookalikes.
Child Lori and Child Lori #10 sat right up, exhausted. They looked at each other and ask, "You can't sleep either, can you?"
Child Lori asks, "What should we do?"
"Maybe we can go to someone else to help us get back to sleep."
"I'm not so sure if we should leave at this time of the day..."
"Well, it's worth the try." Child Lori said, getting up. "I can find our Lori."
The two then got out of bed and quietly walked out of their room, while trying not to awaken any of the other clones, hoping to find an adult Lori to help them go back to sleep.
As they walked around, the girls found no one, not one single Lori was awake, not in the food court, not in the Soldier training room, not even in the cloning chambers.
"No one." Child Lori #10 pouted. "Not a single Lori is awake!"
They then stopped at a main place, bored outta their minds and exhausted, they have to find something to look for the Lori Clones. But what?
"Maybe if we call them somehow." Child Lori said, yawning. "But how?" Suddenly, Child Lori saw something like an intercom, and smiled. She walked up to it and saw the microphone and a button next to it. Child Lori #10 was worried.
"I'm not so sure that's a good idea." Child Lori #10, concerned.
"I have to try something." Child Lori said, pressing the button and activating the microphone. She then spoke in to it, "Excuse me, Loris...me and another me can't sleep!"
This woke up the entire citadel in a rude manner.
In their room, Lori #12 and 16 jumped out of their beds upon hearing that, falling on the floor. This isn't going to go well with the other Lori clones.
"Did they get out of their rooms just for that?" Lori #16 said, annoyed and stunned.
"Seems like they can't sleep." Lori #12 said, getting out of the room, hoping to find a way to keep this from going to far.
Unfortunately, by the time she got there, Several hundred Loris, some of them exhausted, most of them annoyed, were al ready there, with the two child clones looking nervous.
"Lori, why would you think of using the emergency intercom for this?!" Lori #16 said, annoyed and confused.
"We couldn't go back to sleep." Both Child Loris said, shy.
"What's going on?" Lori #2 asks, exhaustedly.
"Just two Children Loris having a hard time sleeping in their new surroundings." Lori #12 sighed.
"We're sorry," Child Lori said, innocently.
"We didn't mean it." Child Lori #10 said, tearing up.
"Someone should help them get back to sleep." Lori #12 sighed.
"Well, don't ask us." The Soldier Loris said, annoyed. "We're soldiers, not baby sitters!"
"Well, why can't they just stay with us?" Lori #16 said, curiously.
"They should stay with their friends." Lori #2 said, hastily. Fearing they may learn too much about the original Lori. "We can give them a Night Light. If we have one."
"They really seem like they're scared." Lori #12 said, sternly as she picked up one of the Child Loris and carried her. "They don't have to sleep in that room if they're not ready to."
"Seriously?!" Lori #2 said, annoyed.
"Look, it's just for one night." Lori #1 yawned, getting irritated by her fear of other Loris finding out about the original. "What's the worst that can happen?"
"Alright..." Lori # 2 sighed. "Fine, one night only, and that's it."
"Alright, everyone, get back to bed." Lori #1 said the crowd of loris dispersed and they went back to their seperate locations. Lori #1 and Lori #16 glared at Lori #2, who looked nervous.
"You need to cool it down with this Anti-Lori thing. It's getting on our nerves." Lori #1 said, sternly.
"I'm only trying to..." Lori #2 said, sternly.
"No!" Lori #1 said. "I don't care what you're trying to do, and I don't know what it was, but it's going too far. Just let them be, it could be a whole lot worse."
"Worse?!" Lori #2 said, annoyed. "How could it be worse than those girls losing their self confidence?!"
"I dunno? COVID-19 outbreak in the citadel?" Lori #16 said, concerned. The 2 left Lori #2 behind as she looked irritated. What if what's she's doing is wrong, and she's taking it TOO far?
