A powerful evil phantom known as Ye Lin has come to our world to rule it. Meanwhile Quan, a Tai Chi Master has recruited the descendants of the mythic creatures: Peter, Willow, Walter, Chloe, and Chuck to be The Power Rangers Tai Chi. Together they defend their city of Atlanta Georgia as well as the rest of the world...
Previously on Power Rangers Tai Chi
Walter unlocks his ability to focus his chi into any part of his body and was able to defeat and exorcise Houyi. Later Sharane and her family decided to move out of Atlanta. A week has passed and Willow decided to meet with her ex boyfriend from her home town: Tyler.
THE PAST CATCHES UP PART 1
"Willow. It's been a long time!" Says Tyler. "Thanks for meeting me. I can't believe that you found me and I'm just here visiting in the city."
"Curtosey of my new friend." Says Willow." How long you been here?"
"I've been here for about a month." Says Tyler." I was actually looking for you."
"What?" Asks Willow Surprisingly."But why? After all these years?"
"Because I didn't like the way things ended between us." Says Tyler.
"I know. I never blamed you. I blame your family and the clan trying to hang me. I had to leave Bainbridge and start all over here. No one knows the real reason why I am here." Explains Willow. "It's been hard for me. But other things have changed and now I have other responsibilities."
"I can't imagine how hard it was for you." Says Tyler."I came to Atlanta to be with you.
Meanwhile in Ye Lins hideout, she watches a television interview about a scientist and his machine will allow him to crossover to different realms. But if the wrong hands it can be catastrophic results.
"Hmmm...interesting."
Black smoke appeared before Ye Lin. When the smoke cleared. It was a man and a woman. The man is over three hundred pounds and has the shape that of a sumo wrestler. He is also Chinese. The woman body however is very athletic and fit. She is Caucasian.
"You two identity yourself." Says Ye Lin.
The two kneeled before her.
"Master I am Hun humble and second in command. Your...father sent us to make sure that phantoms will overtake this world as planned."
"I am Suin my sword is yours to command."
"Hmmm...father must used a lot of his power to get you two here." Says Ye Lin.
"So why have their two of our phantoms sent back to the phantom world?" Asks Hun."
"Minor setbacks. These power rangers have a habit of getting in our way." Says Ye Lin."They need to get dispatched first or they will continue to get in our way."
"I can summon a phantom from my army ." Says Hun. The rangers will be eliminated by the end of the week."
"Hmmm... If you can pull it off then do it." Says Ye Lin. "You better not fail."
Hun started to chant his dark chi energy he summons a phantom from the phantom world and gave it instructions to find a host body and cause trouble to draw out the Rangers and kill them. The phantom files off and finds a homeless woman on the street and took over their body.
At the temple, master Quan lined the four rangers up and revealed the Darien rods.
"Rangers these weapons are the basics in fighting. But also if you focus your chi your Darien rod will transform into a weapon into an extension of yourselves. Now focus rangers."
The Rangers focus their chi and they start to flow their respective colors. Their Darien Rods have changed into different weapons. Peter has two swords, Chuck has a staff, Chloe has a spear, and Walter has nunchucks.
"Yes Rangers you are doing it these weapons are perfect extensions of yourselves. Peter these are the Drakon Swords. Walter the Deva Nunchucks are a perfect choice for you. Chloe the crecar spear is yours use it wisely. Chuck your SHI staff will be an effective weapon against the phantoms. You must practice with these weapons everyday even in battle."
"Right!" Says the rangers.
Back at Starbucks, Tyler's words rest on Willows ears.
"Wha...what...after all this time...you think it's that easy?"Says Willow. I've moved on from you and now I'm single and ready to graduate high school thus moving on to college. And I'm not going to let my past catch up to me not now not ever. Im sorry Tyler but you came all the way here for nothing."
Willow walks from the table out of Starbucks and out to the streets. Then she starts to see people running for their life. She feels that it has something to do with the phantoms. So she had no choice but to run towards the commotion. She cuts behind Alley so she can survey the scene. She looks and sees the Mojii and the possessed homeless woman causing terror. She creeps back in the alley and contact the others.
"Guys we got trouble! Downtown Peachtree center. I'll hold them off until you get here."
Willow breaks contact and she morphs into action immediately runs in to fight the Mojii. She does several front flips and sweep kicks them to the ground. She draws her chi blaster and opens fire upon her enemies. Just then the other rangers showed up.
"Guys nice of you to join." Says Willow sarcastically as she opens fire upon more of the Moji.
"So this is why you didn't show up for training this morning." Says Walter.
"Yeah...yeah...sure." Says Willow hesitantly.
Chuck looks at Willow intently as if she was hiding something. Willow feels that Chuck's stare is burning a hole in her face.
"Good job on holding them off." Says Peter." Now let's take care of business. Follow our lead Willow we got some new weapons that Quan has given us."
The rangers stand in formation.
"DARIEN RODS!"
The Rangers summon their Darien rods and Willow was amazed on the new weapons. The Rangers then charge in and quickly dispatched the moji. The possessed homeless woman catches the heroes off guard and shoots a dark chi energy blast. They regroup and gaze upon the poor helpless woman doing Ye Lins bidding.
"Guys it's time to take it to the next level!" Commands Peter. Tai Chi weapons.
The Darien rods morphs into the Rangers individual weapons
"DRAKON SWORD"
"DEVA NUNCHUCKS"
"SHI LION STAFF"
"CREAR SPEAR"
"NUBIAN MACE"
"DECEDENTS OF THE ACIENT MYTHICAL CREATURES! POWER RANGERS TAI CHI!"
"I'll go first!" Says Chuck.
The green ranger goes in with his weapon and goes to attack the phantom. The villain blast at Chuck but the green ranger blocks with his weapon and he grabs the staff long ways and swings it and lands a powerful blow upon the phantom. Walter goes up next with his deva nunchucks maneuvering each one so fast that the phantom eyes can't follow. By the time phantom could get a read on Walter, he already been hit. Willow goes in with her mace swinging it wildly landing multiple hits on the phantom without getting in close contact. The phantom stumbles over not after Chole and Peter come in with their weapons. Managing to stab the phantom but it was only flesh wounds enough for him to submit and fall to the ground.
"Yes! Good work guys!" Says Peter. "Now to perform the chi exorcism so we can free this soul from their evil."
"I got I need the practice!" Says Chuck as he walks up to the defeated phantom. His hands glows green and the Tao circles forms around him and the phantom. Chuck puts his hands on her forehead and the black smoke came shooting from her mouth. And sending it back to the phantom world. The woman passes out in a coma. The Rangers hurried and got her to the hospital. They couldn't demorph due to the fact that that they would question the Rangers in their civilian form. An hour later back at the temple, Master Quan congratulates the Rangers on their victory.
"Rangers. Your skills are improving and the amount of casualties were reduced. Also your use of your weapons are impressive but you all still need more training. Right now before you all head home, you will morph up and train with your weapons for one hour before you go."
The Rangers bow to their master. But willows cell phone rings and she picks up.
"Hello!...Oh my god are you okay? Where are you? I'm on my way."
Willow hangs up her phone and immediately leaves the training session with Chuck concern he waits to follow her.
Willow makes it to the Westin hotel and heads up the elevator to the top floor. She goes and knocks on the door and it opens. It was Tyler with his arm in a sling.
"What happened?" Asks Willow.
"Moments after you left, a two of those things came in through the back and started to attack the people. So I had went in help and got them to go away. Not before one them broke my arm in three places." Answers Tyler."where were you?"
"I had a friend that was at the hospital I was afraid they may of attacked there. So I hurried." Says Willow." But you could of gotten yourself killed."
"You see that..." Says Tyler.
"See what?" Asks Willow
Tyler walks over to Willow and grabs her by the waste with his one good arm.
"I knew that you weren't over me!"
Tyler pulls Willow in and kisses her but she then immediately pushes him away.
"Your right! I'm not!" Willow says as she pulls Tyler in and she kisses him back. They both engaged each other and they started to take off each other's clothes.
Ten minutes ago outside the hotel building Chuck had followed Willow to the Westin and he sees her go in. He sprints across goes in and hides so she wouldn't see him. He sees her gets on the elevator. He takes the stairs to the top floor and he makes up there seconds after Willow makes it up there. He sees her go into the room and he listens at the door and he heard their entire conversation.. For hours he waited for her to come out be she never came. Angered, he leaves the Westin hotel feeling betrayed.
