When Lauren awoke Blitz was sitting next to her. The others were in the midst of arguing. Lauren wasn't sure what it was about. Seemed like a lot went on while she was out. Suggesting Lauren was out for longer than a few seconds.
"Well if you hadn't butted in he wouldn't have gotten away," Dayu screamed at Wukong.
"What exactly were you going to do," Wukong mocked. "I saved your ass."
Dayu hollored back, "I would have filleted the bastard. Would have been a lot more affective than your stun gun. Now he's gone."
Dayu seemed to be taking this more seriously than Wukong for some reason.
"Did you see the size of that thing," Wukong reasoned with him,with a belittling tone. "You wouldn't have gotten close enough to even stab him."
"Fuck you I'm out of here," Dayu said and started to walk towards the path leading to the freeway.
Wukong walked up to Lauren, Blitz stood by and watched. No facial expressions to observe.
"You alright?" he asked.
"Yeah," Lauren said.
"Well, I'm out of here too," Wukong said. "Got work in the morning."
He patted Lauren on the shoulder and started for the path after Dayu..
Blitz stayed behind and looked at Lauren.
"Are we really walking away from this," Blitz asked.
"Walking away from what," Lauren asked
"We just got started," Blitz sounded astonished. "We also just got attacked for investigating... by monsters... or aliens... who knows. And we aren't going to try and figure this out?"
Blitz was right. Someone clearly didn't want us meddling in whatever happened here. But there was one thing Black was overlooking.
It was getting late.
"Lauren," She heard as both Lauren and Blitz turned to see the man who approached us.
They stood and stared at each other not nowing what to say.
"So you know who I am?" Lauren asked
"I don't know you," Bulk replied. He seemed to struggle to continue. Like he was searching for a way to explain it. "This is hard to explain but I've had interactions with powers rangers for years."
The look on our faces must have distracted him cause he stopped for a responce.
"Did you ever wonder why?," he asked. Lauren and Blitz weren't sure if they should weirded out or not.
"All your powers come from the Mystic Mother," He continued seeming really confident.
"So why give this thing to me, or the other Rangers," Blitz asked.
"Simple" he answered. "The perfect rangers"
He saw their confused faces.
" Like i said perfect Rangers, Mystic Mother is trying to make amends by creating rangers that are just as good if not better then Zordon's ever could be"
"So what's your interest in us?" Lauren asked. "From how you describe it doesn't sound like a good thing."
"Because" he answered. "Dont you want to be apart of something good."
