They were finding it harder to sponsor the girls. It turned out they had to get an approval from the higher council, or at least one of its members.

Lynn had asked her father in law. If anyone would understand where she was coming from, it would be him.

"We need to speak to the girls before we make any other decisions.", Sika said to her.

Lynn nodded.

"Of course.", she replied.

Rao felt a bit embarrassed asking Breanne over to his house to talk to his parents and grandpa. He liked his mom's idea, but did he have to be the one to invite them.

Seeing Breanne, he walked over.

"Hey", he said.

She smiled.

"Listen, my parents were wondering if maybe you and your friend here…", Sabrina cut him off.

"Sabrina. Not friend. Sabrina", she corrected.

"Sorry, Sabrina, if you two would like to come over for dinner?", Rao said.

Breanne looked at Sabrina and she nodded. Both girls smiled. Everything was going as planned.

"We would love too", she replied.

"Great, then you two can ride back with us after school. Plenty of room in the van", Rao said.

The girls nodded before he walked away. Breanne caught sight of Faith, and bit her lip. She was beautiful.

"Hey, focus. Please remember our plans. Don't go falling for that girl. We promised our families", Sabrina said.

"I know, Brina, but I can still look.", Breanne said, blushing.

Sabrina shook her head

Anthony took his seat beside Serenity. He kissed her cheek and she gasped before looking around.

"You can't do that here.", she whispered.

He sighed.

"No one gives a shit. Only you.", he replied.

"Wrong. Anthony, you have to marry a royal. I am not one. Kissing my cheek is a sign that you are giving up your royal title, and never in a million years will your mothers let you do that", she explained, even though he already knew this.

She faced forward, still feeling his eyes on her.

"But I will, for you", he replied.

She couldn't help it, and looked at him. He meant it, she knew, but she wouldn't let him give it up.

"Pay attention", she said, changing the subject.

He smiled before facing forward.

"Oh by the way, my mom wants to talk to you. Tonight", he whispered.

She looked at him.

"About what?", she asked.

He shrugged.

"Not sure. Maybe she knows about us", he chuckled.

"Not funny", she whispered.

Paisley couldn't take her eyes off Rao and Breanne. They would laugh and she would playfully slap his shoulder as she did.

"What did that pencil ever do to you?", Hazel asked, taking it out of Paisley's hand.

Paisley sighed.

"P, don't torture yourself. You know my cousin better than anyone. That girl, is so not his type. Trust me", Hazel whispered.

"But…", Hazel cut her off.

"No.", Hazel said.

Paisley bit her lip.

"Have you ever, you know, gone all the way with a boy?", Paisley asked.

Hazel blushed.

"Have you?", Hazel turned the question on her.

Paisley bit her lip.

"Pais…", Hazel gasped

"No, not like that. Not yet.", Paisley corrected.

Hazel nodded.

"But you want too?", Hazel asked.

"I mean, we do other things. He never pushes me for more, ever.", Paisley said.

"Good, he shouldn't.", Hazel smiled.

"Rao", Breanne gasped before laughing.

Both Hazel and Paisley looked in their direction. He glanced back at them and Paisley looked away.

After school, everyone was getting into the van. Rao took up his usual seat. Hazel looked back at him.

"Are you into the new girl?", she asked.

He chuckled.

"No, of course not. I'm just being friendly.", he explained.

"Then word of advice? Stop flirting with her, or at least stop doing it in front of Paisley", she replied.

He sighed before turning in his seat. He wasn't flirting with her. Was he? He saw Paisley walking towards the van, before she could sit next to him, Breanne did.

Paisley shook her head.

"Pais, come here", Rao said.

He looked at Breanne.

"Sorry, I am, but this is my girl's seat. You can sit with Faith though, that's my cousin", he said.

Breanne nodded and stood. Her eyes connected with Faith's.

"Do you mind?", she asked.

Faith shook her head no. Breanne sat beside her. Their thighs brushed and both girls blushed.

"So you two are cousins? Are you the one with two dads or King AJ?", Breanne asked.

"King AJ. Serenity is uncle Liam and Uncle Seth's daughter. My mom and Rao's mom are sisters. Uncle Liam is their brother.", Faith explained.

"Big family", Breanne said.

"You have no idea how big", she chuckled.

She already knew all this, her mom and aunt trained her and Sabrina on who was who in that family.

"They are the best though", Faith smiled.

As they pulled up to the castle, Breanne grew more nervous. Sabrina took her hand.

"Just answer all their questions. If our moms were right, they will give us a chance before throwing us out. Mom said Lynn was a sucker for second chances", Sabrina whispered.

"Then remember to call her Queen.", Breanne whispered back.

Sabrina rolled her eyes. The van stopped and the door was opened by a guard.

"Hey kids, how was school?", Liam asked with a smile.

"Fine. I have a test on Friday", Romeo said.

Liam chuckled.

"You'll do fine", he said.

"And I have a field trip coming up", Rosey said.

"Lucky, can I come?", Liam asked.

Rosey laughed.

Liam's eyes found Breanne and Sabrina. He didn't even need to ask to know whose daughters they were.

He swallowed.

"Who is this?", he asked.

Rao stood by his uncle.

"This is Breanne and Sabrina", he introduced.

He nodded and shook their hands.

"Follow me girls, the Queen and King are waiting on you", he said.

The girls nodded and followed. Rao squeezed Breanne's shoulder before letting her go.

"Why does your mom want to meet with them?", Paisley asked, as Rao walked her to her house.

"Something about sponsoring them. Black Diamond is too far for them to keep traveling back and forth.", he replied.

"So then, they will be moving in?", she asked, worried.

"Something like that.", he replied.

He could see the worried look on her face. Taking her hand, he stopped them. She looked up at him.

"Pais, what is going on?", he asked.

"Do you like her?", she asked.

"She's cool", he shrugged.

"Not what I mean", she mumbled.

"Babe, I love you. Do I find her attractive? A little, but, my heart is yours. It was a fleeting second", he explained.

She bit her lip.

"My dad told me once that, if I gave myself to someone, it would have to be the person I know will be my future Queen. The person I could never live without. I would never do anything to lose you, because I am not me without you", he said.

She smiled.

"You will be my future Queen, Pais. Once my parents announce that I will be taking over, I will announce you as my future Queen.", he said.

She nodded.

"What's going on?", Dean asked, suddenly appearing.

Rao and Paisley releases their hands and stepped back from each other. Dean and Peyton had a feeling something was going on between Rao and Paisley.

"Just dropping her off, sir", Rao answered.

Dean nodded.

"Always looking out for my princess", Dean said.

"Of course. She is my best friend", Rao replied.

Dean nodded and looked at Paisley.

"Go on inside and help your mom", Dean said

Paisley nodded and kissed her dad's cheek before going inside. Rao excused himself, Dean stopped him.

"Those girls you brought, be careful with them, Rao.", he said.

Rao nodded before Dean disappeared inside his house.

Breanne and Sabrina sat patiently in the office. Family photos hung around it. So different from their up bringing.

The door opened again and the King and Queen walked in. Another man joined them.

"Who are you, exactly?", Roman asked.

"Breanne Helmsley. My dad is Hunter Helmsley and my mom is, Bayley Helmsley", Breanne said.

"How? Your mom wasn't pregnant with you the last time I saw her. I just want to understand", Lynn said.

"I get it. You don't trust us, but we aren't our mothers.", Breanne said.

"Let us determine that", Roman replied.

"My mom was allowed to visit my dad in prison. We moved to Black Diamond to be closer to him and Earth X. I don't have a relationship with him, and I don't want one", Breanne said.

They looked at Sabrina and she smirked.

"Should I just start calling you daddy now?", Sabrina asked.

Lynn rolled her eyes. Breanne elbowed her.

"Fine. My name is Sabrina Banks, I don't know who my dad is. She won't tell me", Sabrina shrugged.

"Figures", Lynn mumbled.

Roman pinched her leg under the desk.

"Tell us why we should sponsor you", Lynn said.

"Alright, I will start", Sabrina replied.

She knew how nervous Breanne was.
