Lucy POV
I watch as Randy leaves the room and I can't help but try to calm my pounding heart and the ache that is between my thighs, even though I just had some of the best sex of my life with Drew not even an hour earlier. Speaking of my husband, I forgo the library and head back up to our chambers and find him still fast asleep; the furs sitting extremely low on his hips, allowing the trail of hair that leads to his large member, to show prominently. I lick my lips at the sight of my husband, reminding me that I am still married to him and that I love him very much. Not to mention that seeing him stark naked still, stirs lust within me for him once more.
Quickly removing my dress and shift, I get back into bed next to Drew and rest my head on his broad and strong chest. The chest that belongs to a king. I feel Drew on instinct, curl his arm around me, holding me close and I frown at my earlier actions. While I don't regret what happened between Randy and I because I do truly love him and feel something for him, I feel beyond guilty for betraying Drew like that.
I cuddle in closer to his warm chest and nuzzle the hair on his pec, pressing a soft kiss there, whispering, "I love you, Drew," I tell his sleeping form.
"Hmm, I love you, too, Lucy," Drew rasps out, his voice gravelly from sleep and I look up from my spot to find him smiling sleepily down at me. "How long was I out for?" He asks me.
"Maybe about an hour. I couldn't sleep, so I went outside for a little bit before coming back and finding you sprawled out with the furs barely covering you…it made me all hot and bothered for you all over again. Do you think you have one more round in you, My King?" I purr, sliding my hand down his body to rub his member from over the furs.
Drew releases something between a groan and a growl at my teasing, but I feel him grow hard beneath my hand. "I most certainly do now. Do you want it rough or gentle? The choice is yours, My Queen," he says, flipping over to hover above me.
His devilishly handsome grin shines down at me and I can't help but bite my lip and run my hands down his body to grab his erection and position it at my wet entrance. "Give it to me rough, My King," I reply seductively and with one quick and swift thrust, Drew buries himself in me to the hilt.
I scream his name and it spurs him on to grab my leg and put it over his shoulder, opening me up more to him to do with what he wants. "Oh fuck," I cry out, grabbing Drew's forearm as he continues to pound into me. I wrap my leg around Drew's waist, digging my heel into to the top of his ass and with a grunt he presses a hard kiss to my lips.
"You're close, Lucy…I can feel it. Come on, come for me," Drew groans and reaches in between our bodies and find my sensitive nub, rubbing small tight circles. I cry out, thrusting my hips into his hand, trying to find more friction. "Feel me, Lucy," Drew rasps out and with a few more thrusts, it doesn't take long to send me over the edge when Drew tilts his hips, grazing the tip of his member against my sweet spot, causing me to explode around him.
It takes Drew a little bit longer, but when he finds his release, he grunts my name and buries his face in my neck as he orgasms loudly, shooting his seed deep into me with a groan. Collapsing on top of me, Drew quickly rolls off of me and pulls me into his side. "You're going to be the death of me little lady. I swear," Drew pants and I giggle up at him with a grin.
"You're a big, burly Scotsman, you have the stamina for this. It's you who is going to be the death of me," I retort playfully and sit up.
"Hey, where are you going?" Drew asks, grabbing my forearm and looks up at me with puppy dog eyes.
"Honey, don't we need to prepare for your good friend and ally Sheamus? Isn't he and his men suppose to get here any day now?" I ask him with a tilt of my head.
"You do look quite adorable when you do that," Drew says, sitting up and tucks a strand of hair behind my ear, "but you are right. He is set to get here tomorrow or the day after that at the latest. I blame you, darling. You're a very big distraction. Especially, when you're looking like that," he tells me and grin like the cat that got the canary.
"I am pretty cute, aren't I," I reply teasingly.
"You little devil, you. You've been hanging around Randy too much," Drew replies with a chuckle and shake of his head, getting out of bed.
"Yes well, there are only so many people to spend time with. If you'd like, I could spend time with the female servants and I don't know…gossip about their king? Good things of course," I retort, getting out of bed and dressed myself.
"That's actually not a bad idea. Not the gossiping part of course, my little trouble maker," Drew starts and rounds the bed to wrap an arm around my waist, pulling me flush against his naked solid frame, "but it could help you to get to know the ways of the Kingdom better and you never know, you might learn a thing or two," he finishes.
"Would it be alright if I did that after Sheamus and his men leave to go back home to Ireland? If it's alright with you, I'd like to be somewhat a part of what is going to be happening in the future," I ask timidly, not wanting to step past my boundaries.
"I can try and see how Sheamus will take to that. He is a very reasonable man. It's just, he feels that woman should not be involved in the discussions of warfare, but I'll see what I can do. We never know, you might have some sort of input that not one of us would come up with. And like I always tell you, My Queen, your opinion matters to me," Drew says and leans down to press a kiss to my waiting lips, deepening it.
Whimpering, I whisper hoarsely, "down, My King," pushing on Drew's chest, "we have to go back downstairs," I tell him, petting his hair that rests past his shoulders and run my fingers through it.
"Aye, I know. You're just very tempting…at all times," Drew growls playfully, "let's go down. I'm sure Randy is wondering where the hell I am," he chuckles and I can't help but return it.
"I'm sure. Although, I hope the two of you don't go at each others throats. You didn't part on good terms earlier. Then again, you did come into the dining hall rather angrily and immediately bombarded him and not so nicely. Could you please try and not do that when we go down?" I ask Drew, gauging his reaction to me coming to Randy's defense against him once more.
Drew growls low in his throat at me bringing up earlier, but I ignore it and don't wait for his answer; instead, I make my way down, knowing that Drew isn't too far behind. When I emerge at the bottom of the steps, Randy is across the room and when he sees me, his eyes light up, but I hold a hand up low, telling him to stay put. He stops short with a look of confusion, until understanding washes over his face when Drew shows up behind me.
A small scowl develops on his face, but quickly disappears and he becomes guarded when Drew and I approach him. "Hey Randy," I greet him with a smile and a hug.
"Hey babygirl," Randy replies, returning my hug, giving me a discreet little squeeze before releasing his hold on me and looks up at Drew, "Drew," he follows with, holding a hand out to Drew to take as a peace offering. Even though it should be Drew asking for it, considering he's the reason there is any sort of tension between himself and his best friend.
After a couple of moments and Drew doesn't attempt to take his proffered hand, I look up at him to find him staring…no glaring at Randy. I elbow Drew in the gut and he grunts from the impact and looks down at me with hard eyes. "Don't look at me like that. Randy is at least trying, you can do the same. You've been friends forever, so stop being an ass and shake his hand," I tell Drew, looking back up at him with hard eyes of my own.
I already know that Drew has let me come in between him and Randy because of his obsessive need to be protective over me, not to mention his possession over me. I haven't addressed him about that yet, but if he keeps it up or becomes worse where it's concerned, he is not going to have a happy wife and queen. Randy's done nothing of the sort. He's kept me at arms length until this morning when everything came to fruition between us. He's still not letting me come in between his and Drew's friendship even after what happened between he and I earlier.
When Drew doesn't budge, I groan out in frustration and throw my hands in the air, leaving the two of them to it because I give up.
Randy POV
"Lucy!" Drew calls for her and she ignores him. I don't blame her for that; he's being a complete and total jackass right now. She's trying to get everything right between us, but he's not having it because of the kind of relationship Lucy and I have. He doesn't like it. They may be married and he may be king, but it's not his call to make on who his wife makes friends with. As far as he's concerned, nothing is going on between me and Lucy. Unbeknownst to him, something is starting to blossom between us. And it's a mutual feeling.
"Just leave her, let her go," I tell Drew and he turns a feral eye towards me. I immediately get ready for a fight if need be because the look in his eyes tells me it's a very big possibility.
"Don't you dare tell me what to do where MY WIFE is concerned," Drew snarls at me, getting dangerously close to putting his face into mine.
"Don't start with me McIntyre!" I growl loudly, "I don't give a shit if she's your wife, she's my best friend and anything that happens with her concerns me. If she wants to be left alone, she's going to be left alone! She's your wife, damn it! Not some possession to do with as you please! To control," I ground out, getting angrier by the second and before I can even blink, I stumble back after being punched in the face.
"You got some balls to talk to me about how to treat what is mine! She married me, not you and I know you hate that fact! Well tough shit, Orton, cause she's mine!" Drew bellows out and I look at him, my own eyes turning feral after his unprovoked punch.
"You son of a bitch," I growl out lowly and throw my own punch to Drew's face, forcing him to stumble back as well. My body ignites when I feel the connection between Lucy and I get stronger when she runs back into the room after no doubt hearing our verbal sparring. She yells out when Drew lands the first punch, but what happened after my own punch is a blur.
"Oh my god! Stop it! Stop you two! Drew! Get off of him!" Lucy yells when Drew tackles me to the stone floor and begins laying punch after punch to my face. I feel her trying to pull Drew off of me, but her attempts are futile and I try my damndest to flip us in the opposite direction, away from Lucy, so she doesn't get caught up in the crossfire, but it's a failed attempt.
"Lucy," punch, "get back," I shove Drew, getting my own punch in, "I don't want you…fuck!" I yelp out when Drew gets me square in the nose, making it bleed profusely.
Lucy POV
"God damn it, Drew! Get off of him! Now! You're hurting him!" I cry out, tears beginning to form in my eyes at the savageness Drew is unleashing and not just on anyone, but his best friend. Drew wasn't even this brutal with my father and it scares me. I'm more afraid of him now than I ever have been.
Both men have created a very large audience and not one of them tries to attempt to stop them; all they do is stare. "You piece of shit. Thinking you're going to tell me what to do," Drew spits out, punching Randy in his arms that finally made their way up to protect his face from anymore blows.
"ANDREW MCLEAN MCINTYRE! GET OFF OF HIM NOW OR I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR THIS!" I scream at him and it seems to pull him out of whatever trance he got himself into. He stops and looks up at me with confused eyes, until he looks down at Randy and some regret develops in his blue eyes, but it's not 100% sincere.
"Lucy…I," Drew begins, but I shake my head and cut him off.
"No Drew, I don't want to hear it. You went too far this time. Just…get out of here; you've already done enough damage. Just go," I order him and get to my knees next to Randy, placing a hand gently on his cheek. "Oh my god, Randy," I whimper quietly, looking down at him and his battered face with so much agony.
"Lucy," Drew tries again and I turn my head in his direction with wild eyes and he actually has the decency to step back at the intensity behind my glare that's directed at him.
"I said get out of here!" I yell at him, tears running down my face and he finally realizes the severity of his actions. Without saying another word, Drew grants my wish and leaves the room. Now, to get rid of everyone else; they don't need to see one of their strongest soldiers and men broken down and beaten because of their king. "As for the rest of you. If you don't leave this room within the next ten seconds, you won't like the consequences I have waiting for you! And don't think I don't mean them because I mean every word with my life! GET OUT OF THE ROOM…NOW!" I bellow out and everyone has the common sense to listen to my demand.
Turning my full attention back onto Randy, now that we're alone, I look back down at him to find him looking up at me with something akin to being proud. Even after just have gotten beat up by his best friend. "That…was sexy…as hell," Randy struggles to get out, but he holds a pained grin on his handsome face.
I release a breathy laugh at his witty and very Randy-like comment. Randy lifts his hand up to frame my face and wipes the tears from my cheek with his thumb as he looks up at me in adoration. "Even after going through all of that, you still find a way to make a cheeky comment," I reply with a smile and cover my hand with his before taking it in mine.
"Of course I do, babygirl. I needed to find a way to put my favorite smile back onto your beautiful face," Randy responds and goes to sit up, but struggles in the process. I help him into a seated position before lifting my hand once more to gently cradle his jaw and lightly rub my thumb over the stubble on his cheek.
"You always make me smile, Randy; you have since day one. I just feel absolutely terrible and not to mention horrified that he did this to you. I never imagined he could do this to someone he loves, but I guess I was wrong and I'm so sorry this happened," I whisper, looking down in shame.
"Hey, look at me, baby," Randy whispers back and my head shoots up at his new pet name for me and meet his eyes to find confidence shining through his crystal clear blue eyes. "Is it alright if I call you that? When it's just you and me of course," he asks and I nod my head with a big smile that he returns, but only half-heartedly since he's in so much pain. "Good," he replies, "I'm going to be okay. Nothing is broken. And besides, this is not the first physical fight we've had. It might be one of the worst, but not the first," he reassures me, but I shake my head.
"That's not the point, Randy. He had no right to hit you the way he did. I need to get you to the medical wing so I can clean up your face and tend to whatever wounds he gave you," I tell him and the look in his eyes that he has directed at me, has me caught under his intense gaze. "I want so bad to kiss you right now, but I know we can't," I whisper quietly so it doesn't echo throughout the large room.
"I know, baby. Believe me, I want to kiss you, too. I love those lips of yours and I'll never be able to get enough," Randy tells me and I blush at his comment. "God, I love your blush so much. I'm glad I'm the one to put it there," he says and lifts his hand to caress my cheek.
"Okay, mister ladies man. Let's get you cleaned up. Can you stand on your own or do you need help?" I ask him, getting to my feet.
"I got it," Randy tells me and slowly gets to his feet, following me down the few halls it takes to get to the medical wing.
Upon entering, there are two people occupying the area and they seemed intimidated by my appearance. But their reaction only grows bigger the second Randy appears behind me; towering over me, all bloody and bruised.
"My Queen! Please forgive us, we are almost finished," the smaller of the two females tell me and I nod my head.
"No worries. I hope everything is alright?" I ask as Randy sits down on one of the tables nearby.
"Oh yes. Just a little cut from one of the knives in the kitchen, nothing severe. Is…is Mr. Orton alright? He does not look to be in good shape," one of them asks, eyeing him and the look in her eyes is one I do not like. I smile gently at them, trying to not let my annoyance show that she was blatantly looking him up and down.
"I'm just fine, little lady. Nothing a good clean up and a little bit of TLC from my companion won't fix," Randy replies before I respond and they are lucky he beat me to it because my response wouldn't have been as nice. Somehow though, the one who was eyeing him seems to sense the hostility finally coming off of me in waves.
"I can tend to Mr. Orton's wounds for you, if you have else where you need to be, My Queen," the other one addresses me and my eyes snap over to her. Her eyes widen in shock at my quick change in demeanor.
"That won't be necessary; he is my problem to take care of. I'm assuming you're done here?" I ask, my tone not leaving any room for argument and I let them know that it wasn't a question, but a statement.
"Y–yes, My Queen. We were just finishing up when you walked in," she replies timidly and I nod my head and after a minute or so of them fidgeting to finish up, I watch them both leave the room in a hurry.
With a silent huff, I turn towards Randy and he looks at me in amusement with a lifted eyebrow. "What?" I snap at him and grab the necessary items I needed to clean his cuts and bruises.
"Want to explain what that was about?" He asks as he watches me before I turn back towards him with my items. I look up at him and he still holds that amused look on his face.
Getting a cotton ball, I grab the warm water and first wipe off the dried blood on his face and below his nose, trying my hardest to avoid eye contact with him. I know he knows exactly what he saw, he just wants to hear it come from me. "I don't know what you're talking about. It was nothing," I reply quietly as I continue to wipe off the blood.
"Lucy, talk to me; what was that all about," Randy asks again, taking the cotton ball out of my hand and sets it aside before lifting my face by my chin, forcing me to look up at him. "Lucy. What was that all about?" Randy asks me, once more and I sigh, taking his hand that holds my chin.
"I was jealous, okay," I say quietly, looking down again and play with Randy's fingers.
"Jealous?" He asks baffled and his hand that I'm play with, grabs mine and links our fingers together. "Lucy, baby. Look at me," he orders me softly and I look up at him with embarrassed eyes. "What in the world are you jealous of?" Randy asks me and lifts his free hand to my jaw and caresses it.
I nuzzle my face within his palm before looking back up at him, "I didn't like the way she was looking at you," I tell him and he looks confused for a second before realization replaces it.
"Of who? One of those girls?" Randy asks and I nod my head, "baby, you have nothing to be jealous of. Besides, I wasn't even looking at her, my eyes were solely on you until one of them addressed me. But it flatters me, not to mention sexy as hell that your possession over me is that strong. It makes me want you all that more," I growl out in satisfaction and grab Lucy by the waist, pulling her further in between my legs and closer to me. "You may be married to my best friend, but you're mine and I'm sure as hell yours. There is no other woman I want, Lucy," Randy tells me and I look up at him in disbelief.
"Randy, you can't hold onto me forever and while I don't want it because I want you all for myself, as terrible as it is for me to say because I'm married to the King of Scotland and your best friend, no less, I can't hold onto you forever either. You do need to find someone that is not me, who makes you happy. As much as I'm going to hate that day when it comes…"I continue to rant and Randy silences me by framing my face with both of his large hands and presses a hard kiss to my lips.
I feel him wince into it due to his split lip, but he doesn't pull back, he deepens our kiss and it turns me into a whimpering mess. "I love you, Lucy," he breathes against my lips, resting his forehead onto mine, "I don't want anyone else. I know I can't have you all to myself and while that's not what I want, I'm okay with it because I at least get to have some part of you cause you allow it. I know Drew is the victim in all of this, but right now, I can't bring myself to care because I love you so much," he tells me and I look up at him with so much emotion.
"What…what happens if he finds out? I'm afraid of what will happen. The stories I've read about the past of when a queen is unfaithful to her king. Before our first kiss earlier, I told Drew that you didn't mean that way to me and that I'll never look at you the way I do him; that he doesn't need to worry. I lied straight to his face, Randy," I whisper and bury my face into his chest.
Randy POV
"Shh. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it, but you have my word when I say that I'll protect you with my life," I whisper back, pressing a kiss to the top of her head.
"I know you will," she whispers backs and pulls away, looking up at me and I wipe away the tear that slipped from her eye.
"Don't cry, sweetie; we're in this together, okay?" I reassure her and Lucy nods her head with a small smile.
"Okay," she replies quietly and I return her smile, leaning down to press a soft kiss to her lips.
"I still need to clean your wounds and you need ice for the bridge of your nose; he got you pretty good with that hit," Lucy tells me and I roll my eyes with a nod.
"Oh believe me, I know he did. It hurts like a bitch," I grumble and wince when she cleans the cut above my eye with the alcohol soaked cotton ball.
"Sorry," she whispers with a sad smile as she continues to clean the cut above my eye before moving to the one on my nose.
"It's alright, I forgive you," I wink playfully and Lucy swats my arm in retaliation. I grab her by the waist and pull Lucy in up flush against me, letting my hands slide down to rest on her hips, giving them a little squeeze. "I really wish I knew what you looked like underneath all of this," I rasp out and Lucy looks up at me, lifting her eyebrow in the process.
"Now you're just being fresh. I am still your queen, Randal Keith Orton," I playfully scold him and purse my lips in amusement when he looks down at me in shock and I know what he's going to ask. It's almost as if he and I can finish each other's thought and questions. "How do you think I know?" I smirk, putting everything away before I grab the healing ointment to put on his wounds.
"Just so you know, you are the only one I will let call me by my full name, let alone call me Randal," I growl, lowly and seductively.
"Let me guess. Is it because I'm your favorite person and that you love me?" Lucy asks, trying to be cute.
"You already know you are, you little tease," I continue to growl and pull her back up against me and don't ask for permission for my next course of action; I just do it. I grab Lucy's ass and press her up against me and I know she can feel the effect she has on me by the gasp that leaves her mouth.
Lucy looks up at me with wide and shocked eyes and I let my own speak for me. "Is that? I do that to you?" She asks me in complete astonishment.
I nod, "you do, Lucy. You have no idea the effect you have on me and in more ways than one. You don't know how badly I want you, Lucy, but I'm going to let you make that decision for us. If you don't want to take it in that direction with me, I'll completely understand," I tell her and she looks lost on what to say. I quickly take her hands in mine, "Lucy, don't feel like you have to make that decision right now. I can see in your face I'm overwhelming you with all of this," I tell her, afraid that I'm making her uncomfortable. I'm starting to think what I did was a mistake by the look on her face. "You know what, forget I said anything. We just only confessed our feelings for each other and here I am broaching the idea of sex. I'm just gonna go get the ice myself. I'll leave you alone and I won't bother you anymore," I say, hastily leaving the room and a silent but baffled Lucy in my wake.
