When they don't understand the fight

I want you to tell them what you want them to do

Most of all, save us

I know you can

Cole and Leila arrived at Derek's with the rest of the teens, their truck following the beat up old jeep into the lot.

They hopped out of their ride, as the rest filled out of the jeep. Cole nodded at them, and Stiles looked around confused for a moment, before stalking off after Scott. The girls followed behind them, the wolves snickering to themselves. As they filed into the building, things got more tense. The only sound was them all shuffling into the elevator.

When they walk into the loft, they find the Sheriff, Mara, and Derek examining something on the desk. They made their way over taking their respective spots. Cole stood in between Derek and Mara, Stiles stood next to his dad, Scott stood on Derek's other side, and Leila moved up the spiral stairs to sit in front of Peter who Cole finally noticed.

"Okay. You see this? This is how they got in when it was initially robbed."

The sheriff traced a path on the blueprint in front of him, leading inside of the building.

" It's a rooftop air conditioning vent. Leads down inside into the wall of the vault, which is here. One of the robbers was lowered into this shaft."

He traced down another path next to the vault inside the walls.

"Now, that space is so small, it took him about 12 hours to drill into that wall, which is stone, by the way. Then throughout the rest of the night, they siphoned the cash up to the guys back on the roof through that one little shaft in the wall. Boom."

They all nodded, everyone closely examining the prints.

"Can we all get in there?" Mara asked, squinting doubtfully at small space.

"Yes, we can, but very, very barely." Stiles replied.

"And they also patched the wall, obviously, so we're gonna need a drill of some kind. I'm thinking maybe a diamond bit…" He began.

"Look," Derek cut in "forget the drill."

Stiles looked at him with wide eyes. His disbelief was clear.

"Sorry?"

Derek continued as if he hadn't heard.

"If I go in first, how much space do I have?"

Stiles sputtered, still looking at him in disbelief. He took on that sarcastic deamour he always did.

"What do you... what do you think you're gonna do, Derek? You gonna punch through the wall?"

"Yes, Stiles, I'm gonna punch through the wall." Derek replied. His face was unmoving. Stiles stared at him for a moment, as if unsure if he was pulling his leg.

"Okay, okay, big guy. Let's see it. Let's see that fist. Big, old fist. Make it, come on. Get it out there. Don't be scared. Big, bad wolf." Stiles prodded.

Derek held up his clenched fist after enough annoyance.. Stiles put his open palm about 6 inches away from it. Cole snickered, knowing what was to occur.

"Yeah, look at that. Okay, see this? That's maybe 3 inches of room to gather enough force to punch through solid co…" Derek's fist shot out, closing the gap and impacting the teens hand.

Scott and the sheriff look incredibly shocked, as Stiles is spun, pulling his hand to his chest. He let out a string of pained noises and gasps, bent over himself.

After a few moments of silentstaring from everyone else , he popped up.

"Yeah, he can do it." The boy sputtered.

Mara rolled her eyes in Derek's direction.

"I'll get through the wall." He reiterates, relaxing his arm at his side. " But who's following me down?" He looked around the room slowly, but his gaze settled on Peter.

"Don't look at me." Peter replied, raising his brows. "I'm not up to fighting speed yet, and honestly, with Isaac out of commission, you're not looking at very good odds for yourself."

"So I'm supposed to just let them die?" Derek snapped at him.

"One of them is already dead." Peter bit back lowly. Mara shot him a warning glare.

"We don't know that for sure." Derek replies, tone dangerously low. Peter refused to be intimidated.

"Do I have to remind you what we're up against here?" The older wolf hisses, standing in his place. "A pack of alphas. All of them, killers. And if that's not enough to scare your testicles back into your stomach, try to remember that two of them combine bodies to form one giant Alpha." He moves around Leila who rolls her eyes at the show of testosterone, down the steps, his tone calming down. "I'm sure Erica and Boyd were sweet kids. They're gonna be missed."

"Can someone kill him again, please?" Stiles comments, before backing behind Scott after a low growl from Cole. Peter holds his nephews stare.

"Seriously, Derek. Not worth the risk."

Derek turned away from his uncle leaning on the stair support, back towards the table. He looked across it.

"Are you with him?" He barks out, but to his surprise, Mara shook her head no.

"I'll go in with you." She states, ignoring Peter's irritated glare. Derek nods in silent thanks and turns to the two boys.

"What about you?"

"Yeah, if you want me to come…" Stiles starts.

"Not you." Derek cuts him off sharply, crossing his arms.

"Got it." He replied weakly, turning away, to see Cole snickering at him, again.

"I don't know about Erica. But if Boyd's still alive, we have to do something. We have to try." Scott said to Derek who nods at him as well. Derek turns to Cole.

"No." Mara interjects sharply, voice taking on that dangerous tone. Derek backed off immediately. Cole shrugs at him, tossing her new lacrosse jacket onto the chair.

"Alright, let's go."

Scott moved towards the door, followed by Derek. As Mara brought up the rear, Leila walked down the stairs, stopping her as the boys exited. She pulled something out of her bag, placing it in Mara's palm.

Mara quickly closed her fingers around the glass vial, shoved it in the pocket of her sweatshirt and gave Lei a peck on the side of the head. She turned and continued out the door.

"I can't take waiting around like this, you know? It's nerve-racking. My nerves are racked. They're severely racked. Racked." Stiles rambled, pacing around Derek's modest living room. Peter ignored him, continuing to read. Cole looked up from next to Peter where she was curled up on the couch, reading as well.

"I could beat you unconscious and wake you when it's over." Cole replies, a deceptively sweet smile on her face. Stiles continued on, as if he hadn't heard her.

"You think Erica's really dead?" He directs towards Peter.

"I don't think, I know." Peter replies, eyes still focused on the novel in front of him.

"I just... I don't understand the bank, though, okay? Wha... like, why wouldn't they chain them up in some underground lair or something? They're an Alpha pack, right? So shouldn't they have a lair?" Stiles attempted to reason, causing Cole to snicker. Peter lets out a sigh, placing his book pages down on his chest.

"They're werewolves, not bond villains." He interjected, looking thoroughly unimpressed.

"Wait a sec. Wait a sec." Stiles starts again. "Maybe they're living there. You know? Like, maybe the bank vault reminds them of their little wolf dens.".

Cole full on snorted at that.

"Wolf dens?" She prodded.

"Yeah," Stiles responds with faltering confidence. "wolf dens. Where do you guys live?"

Peter looked at him, face straight.

"In an underground network of caves hidden deep in the woods."

Stiles looked between him and Cole, who was matching Peter's expression.

"Whoa, really?" He asked excitedly. Peter sneered and picked his book back up.

"No, you idiot. We have a house outside the city."

Unfortunately Stiles had just begun.

"Okay, fine, but still, that just proves that there's something up with the bank." He began rambling again. "And why wait around for the full moon, huh? Why not just kill them whenever they want to?"

Peter threw his head back against the couch.

"Maybe they think it's poetic." Cole adds, sarcasm lacing her tone.

"They've already had three full moons to be poetic." Stiles snaps back.

"And here you've only had one full hour to be so annoying…" Peter began, before a yell interrupted him.

"Guys! Get in here!" Leila beckoned urgently from where she was examining the blueprints of the bank.

Both Peter and Cole were up instantly, and Stiles followed suite, though with much less grace.
