LindaAndrewsfan: Thank you for the review. Glad you loved it.

Sweet - as - honey: Thank you for the review. It honestly broke my heart to split up Brax and Ricky. But he may turn up again. I just can't seem to let the couple go, you may be right about both couples ending up hurt. I think she's glad that Cal is a doc, but in a way I needed to hurt Ricky and the baby to stop Cal and Brax arguing. Really looking forward to revealing Taylor's revenge chapters.

The Secret Life Of Casualty

Chapter 239.

Taylor was sitting in the living room, a piece of paper in front of her as she made a list of the things that her and Cal would need from "Baby Boutique"

Cal was upstairs getting dressed, he put on his jeans, tee and decided to leave his jacket off. He walked down the stairs.

"Are you ready?" He asked.

Taylor smiled and picked up her handbag. She locked up the front door while Cal started the car.

Cal drove himself and Taylor to Mother Care.

The couple didn't know where to start. There were shelves of neatly stacked baby grows, little booties. Taylor felt like things were finally going right for her and she was pleased.

Cal had arranged to have the cot, pram and changing table delivered while Taylor put a car seat, blankets, bottles, bottle steriliser, bibs and baby grows in to the trolley. She headed to the till and asked Cal for his bank card. Cal pulled his wallet out of his jeans and unclasped the strap, getting out his card. He put the items in to the trolley and put his card in to the machine and waited for it to process, when it did he put in his pin and waited for it to go through.

Cal opened the boot and loaded in the shopping. He shut the boot and walked around to the drivers seat, getting in and putting his seatbelt on. He turned on the engine and started driving home.

Ricky walked in to the kitchen and poured herself a glass of water as she searched her bag for her pills. Taking a gulp of the water, she put the tablet in to her mouth and took a deep breath, deciding to go for a walk. She put Casey in to his pram and grabbed her handbag, leaving the flat.

The next morning Cal was off work as was Ethan, so Cal asked if his brother was free to help him set up the baby's room. Ethan told him he was.

Ethan read the instructions for setting up the cot.

Taylor was out, catching up with Ricky, on how the baby was after the scare, Ricky said it was fine. Taylor nodded as they both took a sip of their coffees. Well, Ricky's was decaf. They bid goodbye and Taylor started the walk home, to the new house that her and Cal had brought as the flat he had shared with Ethan they had brought after Matilda's death, would be way too small to bring a baby home to.

"Taylor come here a minute " Cal called as he heard the front door open.

Taylor walked in to the bedroom. She gasped.

The cot was underneath the window, complete with the mattress, blankets. The wardrobe was against the wall, which were currently white. The changing table was against the far end of the wall.

"Do you like it?" Ethan asked, he still wasn't sure of Taylor's motives towards his brother, but he owed it to Cal to try and have a civil relationship with her as it would be an uncle to the baby.

Taylor wrapped her arms around Cal. "I love it "

"Good" Smiled Cal as he dropped a kiss to her hair, she snuggled up to him, Ethan looked on as he couldn't stand to see Cal get conned by Taylor again and he knew that if she conned him it would cause a rift between him and his brother. And the last thing Ethan wanted was to fall out with his brother, because if he did, he knew who he would blame.

Next chapter: Ricky attends her scan, but is given shocking news, how will her and Cal cope?

What gender would readers like the baby to be? I'm unsure what to give the couple as Ricky carried Casey in "Home & Away " and Cal had Matilda for a brief time.
