The Secret Life Of Casualty.

Chapter 475.

"What happened here?" By some miracle, Jan and Dixie had turned up at the hotel, and got busy sliding a spinal board under the young blondes back, putting a pulse oximeter on her finger, and an oxygen mask over her face.

"She collasped. " Iain told both paramedics, who he considered as his mates.

Dixie's eyes widened. "Again?"

"Yep, " Iain nodded, sadly.

"Everythiing alright, Mr Dean?" A worker, who worked in the creche, come out holding both babies.

Iain nodded, taking Ben while Dixie took Sophia.

"Hiya, darling" She whispered to the young girl.

It was time for them to leave Spain and get Ruby some help that she needed.

Ruby was moved to a side room, for rest when a woman walked in. Iain briefly knew this woman as Kirsty Clemants, a nurse that used to work here.

"Kirsty, what are you doing here?" He asked.

"Zoe told me you might need someone to talk to. " She said, setting herself at the end of Ruby's bed.

Ruby's eyes widened as she realised what Kirsty must be talking about. Iain reached for her hand.

"I'm here to help, you." She told Ruby.

"Collasping is your body's way of telling you that you need food."

Ruby shook her head.

"Ruby, you need to eat, " Iain told her.

Not eating was her punishment for her feelings of guilt over her brother.

Kirsty brought her in a small meal and left them to it.

"Come on, Ruby, please" Iain said as she just stared at the food.

Have written Kirsty in a good while, so I hope that she wasn't too badly out of character.
