Before I start this story: Happy Birthday to RedHood123. Here's a story he suggested in his Random Stuff 5.
We begin this story at 101 Dalmatian Street in Camden Town (Bow-wacka-wow!) where Delgado was watching Balamory on the family TV. He was humming along to the theme song, until Dylan and Dolly came into the room, both looking utterly emotionally drained with grief.
"Delgado, we have messed up news for you." The latter informed.
"Yaya Panda's grandmother was taken to the hospital yesterday due to a severe illness." Dylan added. "And unfortunately, she had passes away in her sleep last night because of it."
"That's sad, but I can't see the telly." Delgado replied, which prompted Dolly and Dylan to move out of the way.
"Her funeral is being held this weekend at the mainland." Dolly added. "We'll be going with everyone later today."
"Although, there's this one thing." Dylan butted in. "You won't be able to come since the church doesn't allow handicapped people."
"Unbelievable!" Delgado retorted, with disgust. "Why would they not allow disabled people?! Even then, I like having everyone here."
"I know, but we're hoping the lady looking after you is nice." Dolly replied, hoping to lift his spirits.
The doorbell rang. When Dolly answered it, it was a mysterious man.
"Have you seen Gavin?" He asked.
"No." Dolly replied.
"He's got ginger hair, an orange coat, and a nice hat." The man explained.
"Still haven't seen him." Dolly replied.
As the man left, calling for Gavin, a woman walked by.
"I'm Mrs Baskerville." She greeted. "I got a call to babysit Delgado."
"Thanks for coming on such short notice." Dylan greeted. "It's nice of you to agree to this."
Later that day, the Dalmatians departed to the mainland, leaving Delgado home with the babysitter.
"Now, let's do some chores." She said, in a firm voice.
"Okay then..." Delgado replied, slowly.
After a long day of doing chores, Mrs Baskerville made Delgado Beef Stew and a Strawberry for dinner.
"I'm allergic to Strawberries." Delgado informed.
"Shut up!" Mrs Baskerville replied.
The next day, Mrs Baskerville took Delgado to a hill for a long walk.
"Mrs Baskerville, we've been walking for three hours." He panted. "Can we please turn back?"
"Heavens, no!" Mrs Baskerville retorted. "Walking is good exercise, and it's better than being cooped up at home all the time! While you're at it, get a job!"
Delgado has had enough of her being strict, so he decided to finally stand up for himself.
"I've had it!" He snapped. "Ever since you first came here, you've been strict enough to boss me around, not even letting me enjoy myself! I told you yesterday that I was allergic to strawberries, yet you didn't even care in the slightest!"
Mrs Baskerville began to realise how strict she was being.
"You're right." She replied. "I'm so sorry for how I was. Let's go back, and everything will be different."
So, the two went back to have a nice time.
The next day, Mrs Baskerville had to leave early due to a meeting with her job, leaving Delgado home alone until the Dalmatian family came back later that day. They asked him how it went, and Delgado said that she was the best babysitter he ever had.
Secretly, he was pleased that he made a strict woman nice.
Once again, happy birthday RedHood123. I think I made a birthday story for you on the day you made me one.
