When she was finished reading the thing she pointed to the Alliances offer of a colon.

"How about making our own colonies, dot get me wrong I don't want to risk putting Aincrad in any danger, but we do have a lot of monsters here and it's only a matter of time."

Heathcliff nodded at her words, up until now they had managed to keep the monsters away from the refugees, but it was only a matter of time before something managed to get through.

"That would help a bit, but if we did that, we would weaken Aincrads defenses."

"What I mean is that while I don't think any of the refugees would be stupid enough to try and take the castle, they aren't the ones we have to worry about." Kirito said to everyone.

"Then we should set up more than one way of getting on and out of the castle." Thinker the Leader of the Army Guild said to everyone.

"Let's say that we do start to unload some of the more dangerous monsters, we still have to worry about feeding and keeping them alive."

"Like it or not they are the only ones we can really rely on, there's a chance that everyone including the refugees will try to betray us in one way or another," Guilliman said to everyone.

No one said anything as the room fell silent again, this same event happened over and over again, for better or for worse the guild leaders were the ones that were making the big decisions and it would be them that everyone would blame if something went wrong.

"Then the answer is obvious, we use the bubble crystals to create a shield over whatever planets we control and we allow the air inside Aincrad to fill the bubbles."

"Gardening the planets will give everyone something to do and when the plants start to grow on their own, we won't have to worry about our food supply." John said to everyone.

"That leaves the issue of the monsters, which should we send out and which should we keep."

"If we send out too many weak ones, then it would destabilize the ecosystem, but if we send out too many strong ones then there will be a fight for dominance."

"Because of the power vacuum that will occur, so we have to be careful about how we handle this." Heathcliff said to everyone.

"Hold on, we're all overthinking this."

'I know how crazy this is going to sound but we all know that things like this tend to take care of themselves. The real problem here is the Alliance and the Minbari."

'If for whatever reason the two can make peace the Minbari will want to enter Aincrad, and I for one will not let that happen." Erick said to everyone.

'Which brings us back to how are we going to deal with everything, because no one believes we're Human and they think that we're some kind of advanced civilization that showed up to help the Humans here." Kirito said to everyone.

"Then I vote that we should meet all of our plans halfway"

'We set up not one but several colonies, and start to fill them with monsters." Heathcliff said to everyone but he raised his hand stopping anyone from saying anything before he finished explaining.

"We do demand, not ask the Minbari for reparations, and if they refuse them we take not just their technology but their people too."

The room began to fill with murmurs as everyone in the room began to look at each other, while it was true that the men in the room had joked about taking the alien's women none of them had been serious about it.

"My reasoning is this, they wanted to completely whip out Humanity and they did several times."

"Just look at those worlds, those colonies. For the people there it was the end of the world."

"I say that they have to pay with the same number of lives that they ended, we take women and small children, so that they can learn to live with the Humans and maybe just maybe both races can learn to live together."

"If we're going to do this, then we also have to think about how the Humans here will treat the Minbari prisoners.' John said to Heathcliff.

"Does it matter?" Guilliman said bluntly.

'They're prisoners of war, and all we have to do is look at our histories to know that even if the people of the Alliance hurt them it would still be acceptable, but your right."

"I suggest that we declare the prisoners as ours, but we only allow them to live in the colonies,"

"And if the people of the Alliance want something to do with them, then so be it, but they won't be allowed to torture or hurt them."Guilliman said to everyone.

"Does anyone else have anything to say?" Heathcliff asked everyone.

"I'll meet with the president of the Alliance." Asuna answered Heathcliff.

'Okay then with that this meeting is over." Heathcliff said to everyone ending the meeting.
