Elsa had no words to describe what she was seeing.

She was staring at the Parthenon, a magnificent, ancient and yet still withstanding building, if in ruins.

She had arrived in Athens a few hours earlier, accompanied by Kai, who had been tasked with making sure she arrived in sanctuary, but who had decided to take the Princess sight-seeing, especially since he didn't think she wouldn't be allowed to leave sanctuary too often once she got in.

Kai had taken her around much of Athens, looking at the most prominent places in the city, making sure the Princess enjoyed herself as much as possible before ending with the Parthenon, saving the best for last.

It brought such sadness to Kai's heart to see the Princess being shipped off to another country on the other side of the continent by her parents without so much as a second thought.

Furthermore, he felt guilty. Guilty because he had known that the Princesses would more often than not sneak out to play in the ballroom, but had never told them to stop, or informed the king and Queen because he simply could have never imagined that it would come to this.

"Your majesty, it is time." called out Kai to the Princess after looking at his pocket watch.

She only nodded in response and proceeded to follow along and entered the car that would be taking her to Sanctuary.

Half an hour or so later, they finally arrived at the entrance to Sanctuary, where they were allowed to pass through and enter the main section.

After arrival, they were immediately escorted through a grand set of stairs through a series of temples, which Elsa counted to be twelve, before they finally arrived at the final grand temple.

Seated upon what looked like a throne was a man clad in white robes, with a green mask and a gold helmet atop his head with an ornament that looked like a bat.

Elsa couldn't help but feel intimidated by the man and immediately gave a bow, dropping her head in respect to the man.

Seeming to sense her feelings the man got up from his chair and walked to her, stopping only a few feet away from her and Kai.

"There is no need for that child, here you will bow to no one, but Athena herself, were she to grace us with her presence."

Despite having been formerly intimidated and even afraid of the man, Elsa couldn't help but feel a soothing calm upon hearing the man's soft, reassuring voice, which did not contain a sliver of malice whatsoever.

The man then shifted his attention from Elsa to Kai. "I have been informed of the situation by their royal majesties and understand the situation completely. Princess Elsa will be from now on under the tutelage of the gold saint Aquarius Camus, who specializes in both ice and water.

He then motioned for an attendant to approach and upon doing so, Elsa noticed that he was carrying a chest of wood with intricate silver carvings.

Opening it, he took out a beautiful silver mask, with beautiful, aquiline features, surrounded by many intricate patterns that looked like vines and snowflakes.

"From now on Princess Elsa will wear this mask whenever she is in the presence of any man and may remove it when she is alone or in the company of other women, but only as long as she is sure no one else is looking."

"What!?" shouted Kai outraged. "You can't expect her to wear that thing all the time as if she is some monster that can't be looked at."

Upon hearing Kai yell at the Pope, the two guards posted at the door made a move to advance, but were stopped by the Pope who simply waved them away.

"I understand your anger, I really do, yet there is nothing I can do. The ancient laws of Sanctuary are very clear about this and all females with the exception of Athena herself must wear a mask to cover their faces while in the presence of anyone but a fellow female."

He then turned back to Elsa. "Take heed Elsa, '' I say anyone but a fellow female, but this is not entirely true. There is an exception to this. After you have donned this mask and a man is ever to see you without it for whatever reason then you have two choices, either love him . . . or kill him."

At this both Elsa and Kai gasped, horrified by the thought of Elsa having to kill someone that had seen her without her mask.

"You see Elsa, this is why keeping your mask at all times is such a serious thing, once a man sees you without it, you will only have the two aforementioned choices."

After that Kai wished Elsa good luck and bid her farewell and proceeded to leave on his way back to Arendelle.

Elsa would be lying if she said she wasn't nervous, she was extremely so. After all, she would be spending at least the next ten years in this strange foreign land where she would have to wear a mask for most of the time. It took everything she had to not burst into tears upon seeing Kai leave.

"Now Elsa, if you will," said the pope, holding out the mask to her, which she hesitantly took and proceeded to put on.

"Tell Aquarius Camus that the Pope summons him to the grand temple," said the Pope to one of the guards, who gave a nod and left the room at a run.

After what seemed like an eternity, although it was probably no more than a few minutes the guard returned and took his place at the door. Meer moments latter, the doors burst open once again and in entered a tall man clad in gold armour, with turkish colored hair and skin somewhat tanned, no doubt from the Athenian sun, as well as deep blue eyes, much like Elsa's, although his bordered on purple.

"Aquarius Camus," announced the guard, to which the man gave a nod.

This story will mainly, if not only take place in the saint Seiya universe, more specifically in the tv anime, although there might be some things from the manga included as well.

The Saints, specifically the gold ones such as Camus will be older than in the manga, more like the age they resembled in the anime, since it didn't really make sense to me as to why they'd be so young and/it's just better for this story.

Please review and enjoy the story.
