Tonight, was the one night a year that you could see the best superstars across Raw and SmackDown battle it out for brand supremacy. One of the most historic pay-per-views in the history with many moments including The Rock winning his first WWE Championship at the 1998 event and joining the corporation. The Montreal Screw job in 1997. The first Elimination Chamber in 2002. But one of the greatest moments happened in 1990 when the legend known as The Undertaker debuted.
Since 1990, The Undertaker had become a legend in the WWE and had dominated for 30 years becoming one of the greatest in the history of not just WWE, but the entire industry as a whole. In those 30 years, he proved the WWE Universe with moments that they would never be able to forget. He had given wrestling fans some of the greatest performances at WrestleMania including his Hell in a Cell match against Triple H at WrestleMania 28 and his back-to-back matches against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 25 and 26. There was no other way to end his career than at the place where it all started: Survivor Series.
Two traditional survivor series matches were gonna occur tonight. For the men, it would be Team Raw consisting of Braun Strowman, Keith Lee, Sheamus, Riddle and Mr. Money in the Bank, AJ Styles. Team Raw was gonna take on Team SmackDown consisting of Seth Rollins, Baron Corbin, Kevin Owens, Jey Uso and Otis. But the question on everybody's mind was the condition of Otis since he was attacked last Friday night and it seemed like he wouldn't be able to compete. So, it left the question: Who was gonna fill in for Otis?
For the women, it would be Team Raw consisting of Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Peyton Royce, Lana, Lacey Evans was gonna take on Team SmackDown consisting of Bianca Belair, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Bayley and Natalya. Could SmackDown win and prove they are the superior brand or will Raw prevail and prove they're better?
Those questions will be answered tonight in the sold-out Toyota Center in the H-Town.
Cedric walked into the Toyota Center with a pair of black Louis Vuitton shades with a blue SmackDown t-shirt with a pair of black skinny jeans with a pair of "Royal Blue" Air Jordan 1. He had a gold watch on his wrist and his bag with his gear.
He had a bit of time off from the ring and decided to use that time to tighten up the definition on his body giving him that chiseled look that he loved so much. He had even grown out his facial hair giving him that more serious look that he needed if he was going to be stepping out of the midcard picture soon.
"The King has returned!" He heard making him look down at the ground and start chuckling before looking up and turning his head to see KC and Gary walking towards him. Cedric dapped KC and Gary up. It's been a while since they had really seen each other especially with their busy schedules being on different brands and such.
"Man, I'm glad you're here." KC said as he put it his arm around Ced's shoulders.
"I am too. At first, I wasn't gonna be here but then I got the call from Vince asking me to show up tonight for reasons I can't explain."
"Like what?" Gary asked.
"Didn't you just hear me say I can't explain why?" Ced rhetorically asked.
"Bro, come on! We the homies. You gotta bless us with the details." KC said, trying to pry for information as to why his friend was here tonight despite not being booked or announced.
"Can't. You're just gonna have to wait and find out just like everybody else." Cedric said with a smirk as KC and Gary followed making their way through the halls.

Inside the locker room, Cedric sat on a bench in his black ring trunks with Royal blue designs with his black boots, knee pads and wrist tape. Cedric was currently wrapping his wrist with the tape as the current WWE Champion, Joe Anoa'i AKA Roman Reigns walked into the room in his boots, cargo pants with his battle gauntlets and gloves on.
"You ready?" Joe asked as he took a seat.
"Yeah, it's just another night. My first Survivor Series match but it's not something I haven't dreamed about. It's not something I haven't planned out or thought about." Cedric replied. Joe chuckled as he shook his head, looking at the floor making Cedric look at him with a confused frown.
"That's not what I meant man. I meant are you ready for the main event scene."
"Yeah, I think I'm ready." Cedric smirked.
"Good, I'm happy for you man. I've seen the amount of work that you've put in and I've been watching you for a while. I think you have what it takes to be a good main eventer."
"Thanks man. I'm looking forward to our eventual match."
"I am too. Well, I'm gonna leave it to you so you can get ready for tonight." Joe said patting Cedric on the shoulder before walking out of the locker room, leaving Ced alone. Cedric smiled as he used his teeth to cut the tape and started to pat it down, making sure it was secure.
He lowered his head, letting the thoughts roam in his head. He knew his parents, his best friend, his fiancée and his son were all watching and now it was time to give them a performance to be proud of. He said a quick prayer for himself and rose up to his feet, proceeding to walk out of the locker room for the match.

All of the fans had been waiting for this match tonight. All of the Raw Superstars were standing in the ring in their own perspective ring gears with Raw t-shirts. All of the SmackDown superstars were all standing on the stage with the exception of one.
Here comes the money! Money talks! Here comes the Money!
"Here Comes the Money"
The current commissioner of Friday Night SmackDown, Shane McMahon walked out onto the stage sporting a pair of "Royal" Air Jordan 1s with a pair of blue jeans and a blue SmackDown shirt with a black blazer. Shane walked out with the mic in hand as the fans were cheering for him while the stars of Raw were staring daggers at the SmackDown commissioner. Shane put the mic up to his lips as the music faded.
"It seems that SmackDown is a little outnumbered at the moment. Allow me to even the odds up a little bit." Shane said with a smirk as he lowered the mic as he turned his head and looked at the entrance way.

The WWE Universe in the H-Town were losing their minds as the former Intercontinental Champion walked out onto the stage after a month and half sabbatical from the WWE. Ced looked around the arena at the crowd with a frown on his face right before setting his sights on the Raw superstars in the ring. He spit out a spat of water in a mist-like form before making his descend down the ramp while his SmackDown teammates followed suit.
Ced grabbed on the ropes and used them to pull himself up on the apron before entering into the ring. Ced entered the ring and got right up in the face of AJ Styles talking trash as everyone else stood in the faces of perspective superstars. The referee started to get order in the ring and send wrestlers to their perspective corners while Ced and AJ kept jawing at each other.
Once the referee had gotten order, he rang the bell starting the match.
Ding-Ding-Ding!
Ced was the first to throw a blow as he clocked AJ with a right hand as AJ responded with a left. Ced threw another right only to get clocked with a left from AJ. Both men started to trade blows with Ced getting the upper hand hitting AJ with a series of right hands leaving him in the corner. The former Intercontinental Champion started to stomp Styles down into the corner with stomps to the midsection leaving him kneeling in the corner.
Ced grabbed Styles by his hair lifting him up to his feet and whipped him across the ring into the opposite corner. Ced ran towards AJ only for Styles boot to catch Ced in the jaw making him stumble back a bit. AJ came out of the corner, running towards Ced only to be clocked with a clothesline. "Young Simba" looked around into the crowd before walking over to AJ grabbing him by the hair lifting him up to a vertical base. He clocked AJ with a headbutt making him stumble into the ropes. Ced tried to whip "The Phenomenal One" into the ropes but AJ Styles reversed it.
Ced rebounded off the ropes and ran towards AJ. AJ dropped down to the mat as the former Intercontinental Champion went back to the ropes. Ced popped off the ropes and was caught with a dropkick to the jaw. AJ quickly went for the cover.

AJ looked around with a frown as he bent down grabbing Ced by the head and neck looking to mount more offense but Ced pushed him off and jumped-up clocking AJ in the back of the head with an enziguri. The former Intercontinental Champion quickly regained his senses and grabbed AJ Styles by his hair throwing him in the corner before tagging in Baron Corbin.
"The Lone Wolf" quickly entered the ring, backing up a bit from the corner before Ced whipped AJ Styles into Corbin. Corbin damn near took Styles' head off with a massive clothesline. Corbin looked at the Raw corner talking trash as he grabbed AJ by his hair lifting him up to his feet. He caught AJ Styles with a forearm to the face that sent him stumbling back into corner. Corbin walked towards current Mr. Money in the Bank and kicked him in the gut making him groan in pain before whipping him across the ring.
Corbin ran towards AJ but AJ quickly got out of harm's way jumping out onto the apron. "The Lone Wolf"s chest collided with the turnbuckle. Corbin went to grab Styles but Styles ducked and thrusted his shoulder in the gut of Baron Corbin making him hunch over catching his breath as AJ Stood there on the apron. AJ gripped onto the top rope and jumped up looking for some offense but Corbin caught him with a hard right dropping off the ropes.
Corbin looked towards the Raw corner talking trash before walking over to the SmackDown corner tagging in Jey Uso. AJ crawled over to the corner and used the ropes to pull himself up to his feet. Jey ran towards AJ only for AJ to roll out of harm's way allowing Jey to collide with the turnbuckle. AJ rolled to his corner and tagged in Matt Riddle.
Riddle quickly entered the fray and went towards Jey throwing forearms at the former multiple-time Tag Team Champion. Riddle had gotten Jey into the corner and continued to throw forearms in the face of the former Tag Team Champion. Riddle whipped Jey across the ring into the corner. Jey's back collided with the turnbuckle as Matt Riddle ran towards Jey clocking him in the face with a high knee out of the corner. "Jey Uso from Team SmackDown has been eliminated!" Almost 7 minutes into the match and we got the first elimination of the match-up. This left 4 SmackDown superstars to take on 5 Raw superstars. The stars of SmackDown jumped up off the ring apron and started to huddle up on the outside of the ring, coming up with a gameplan.
The Raw superstars stood in their corner coming up with a gameplan. Everyone seemed on the same page with exception of Braun who tagged himself in and jumped off the ring apron. "The Strowman Express" came in like a speeding bullet train running towards the huddle of SmackDown superstars. Ced jumped out of the way allowing the other superstars to take the blunt of the blow. Ced looked down at his teammates and looked up at Braun who was staring him down as he bent down grabbing Corbin and throwing him into the ring. Braun continued to stare down Ced and walked towards the ring apron, using the ropes to pull himself up onto the apron and into the ring.
"CAN WE GET ON THE SAME DAMN PAGE! AND WORK AS A FREAKING TEAM!" Braun shouted at his teammates as everyone looked in fear. Riddle excitedly stuck his hand out making Braun tag him.
Riddle hopped over the top rope and kicked Baron Corbin in the chest making Corbin howl in pain as he rose up to a vertical base. Riddle kicked Corbin in the chest with another kick making hum stumble back into the corner. Riddle with another kick to the chest. Riddle attempted to go for another kick but Corbin caught the leg and clocked Riddle with a right hand to the jaw sending him to the mat. Riddle stumbled back to his corner and tagged in Keith Lee as Corbin stumbled towards the SmackDown corner and tagged in Kevin Owens.
Both Owens and Lee slowly entered the ring as the fans cheered. For some fans this was a dream match, Kevin Owens and Keith Lee. Two men with nearly the same wrestling style and nearly the same background. Both two men who came from the independent scene and dominated in NXT and made their way to the main roster. For Owens, this was his chance to get back into the WWE title picture with a good performance here tonight.
Owens and Lee slowly circled around the ring before locking it up in a collar elbow tie-up. Owens and Lee both struggled for control as they used their strength to vie for control until Lee managed to get the advantage transitioning the hold into a collar-elbow tie up. Owens backed Keith Lee up into the ropes and pushed Keith Lee into the ropes. As Lee rebounded of the ropes, he clocked Owens in the shoulder with a pounce that sent him almost flying. The crowd cheered as Owens crawled towards the corner and used the ropes to pull himself up in the corner.
Keith Lee ran towards Owens but Owens quickly jumped out of the way allowing Lee to collide with the turnbuckle pad. Owens walked towards Keith Lee and started to pile in the shots only for Lee to push Owens into the ropes. As Owens bounced off the ropes, he was rocked with a clothesline from Keith Lee. Keith Lee walked towards Owens, bending down to grab him by the head and neck and threw him into the Raw corner.
The fans cheered as Braun Strowman entered the ring. Lee grabbed Owens by the wrist and whipped him into a hard right hand by Braun Strowman. Owens stared up at the ceiling with a hand on his jaw as Braun walked over to the SmackDown corner staring down the various members until he got to Ced. Ced stared back at Strowman with a smirk as Braun walked back over to Owens who was starting to get up onto a knee. KO was rocked with a headbutt from the 6'8, near-400 pound "Monster Among Men" that had him stumbling into the Raw corner.
Owens in deep trouble as Braun clocked him with right hand and started to compile a series of stomps to the midsection taking the wind out of him. Braun grabbed Kevin out of the corner and clocked him with a clubbing blow to the back of the spine sending Owens crashing down to the canvas. The Raw corner was applauding as Braun bent down grabbing Kevin Owens pulling him up his feet. Owens, out of desperation, caught Strowman with a left hand. Strowman shook the blow off and backed up into the ropes. When he rebounded off the ropes, he kicked KO with a dropkick making the fans cheer. Braun walked towards his corner and tagged in AJ Styles who looked at Kevin Owens with a smirk on his face.
Owens slowly reached a vertical base as Styles stayed on the apron looking to pick his moment. Styles used the top rope to springboard onto the ropes before jumping off clocking Owens with a Phenomenal Forearm putting Owens flat on his back.

Braun Strowman entered the fray and clotheslined both Ced and Rollins, dropping them as they rolled out of the ring. Corbin seemed distracted as watched Strowman seemingly go after his partners. Little did he know, Sheamus stood behind him stalking him, waiting for him to turn around as Riddle and Lee went to the apron. Baron Corbin walked right into Sheamus' trap and was dropped with a Brogue Kick putting him flat on his back staring at the lights. Sheamus tagged in Matt Riddle who started to climb up onto the turnbuckles while the fans cheered. Riddle jumped off the top rope hitting Corbin with a Floating Bro before going for cover.

Ced stood up and locked eyes with "The Monster Among Men" as the fans cheered anticipating their showdown. Unbeknownst to him, Sheamus was in the opposite corner stalking waiting for him to turn around.
Ced turned around and Sheamus came running towards him like a freight train looking for the Brogue Kick to take him out but instead took HIS OWN TEAMMATE OUT AS CED JUMPED OUT OF THE WAY. Keith Lee slowly rose to his feet looking at Braun as he panted for his breath. He looked around the Toyota Center at the WWE Universe, looking conflicted. It was a matter of his ego at the moment. He put his ego aside and made the tag to Braun, placing a smile on the face of Braun as he stepped over the top rope into the ring while the fans started to boo Braun.
"YOU'RE GONNA GET THESE HANDS!" Braun shouted as he raised his arms. Unbeknownst to Keith, Ced ran around the ringside area and grabbed a hold of his feet, pulling him off the apron and throwing him into the steel steps before jumping onto the ring apron.

He had just won his first ever Survivor Series match in his second year, what an achievement to help Team SmackDown win. The referee raised Ced's arm in victory as Ced stared down Seth Rollins who leaning up against the barricade looking at Ced clutching his ribs in victory with a smirk.

Cedric walked through the hallways of the Toyota Center tearing off his wrist tape as he had a towel wrapped around his neck. He was wlaking through the hallway up until he heard his name being called making him turn around.
"Cedric." He heard as he spun around to face the person who called his name. His eyes went wide as Mark Calaway AKA "The Undertaker" was the one behind him who called for him.
"Hey Cedric. My name's Mark. It's nice to meet you." The famous 30-year veteran said as he held a hand out for Cedric to shake. Cedric quickly took the handshake and gave the veteran a friendly smile.
"It's a pleasure to meet you sir."
"I've seen some of your work. You got what it takes to be a star in this company. I wish you luck on your career. Consider this 'Taker's stamp of approval." Mark said as he patted Cedric on the back before walking off leaving Cedric standing there with a smile. He had just gotten the stamp of approval from The Undertaker which probably just earned him some say so or some status in the WWE.
"Damn, I just got complimented by The Undertaker." He smiled as he looked on. He shook his head and continued to make his way to the locker room.
