Chapter 52: The Heist to End All Heist

The Changing of the Guard

New Arcadia (One Week Later)

The sound of a car engine filled the New Arcadia Skies as Ernesto and Neto found themselves driving into a landfill outside of New Arcadia and just outside of Bayou Phantom. Despite the sun being up and out the rain seemed to be at a constant downpour all day leaving both men a bit uneasy.

"I don't like this shit." Neto stated as Ernesto stayed on the dirt trail. "If Mark wanted to kill us right now would be the best time to do it." He added before looking around at the piles of garbage surrounding them. "They got us in a spot for the perfect ambush, they sniper spots, they can block us off, and we can probably find cover in the trash but with this place I assume Mark has made all the spots for us to use as covered rigged with explosives so-." He started only before Ernesto cut him off.

"It's a risk ese." He started with a hint of venom in his tone as he passed another corner. "But Onda's taken a hit financially thanks to the war Mark, this way we can make up the money we've lost…and cover the bills of everyone whose died fighting this war." He finished.

"You mean died fighting a pointless war." Neto stated. "What's the point of dying in a war if you're just gonna make friends with their killer later?" he asked.

"Tell that to the ese's who have lost Carnales on the street then hit the pinta and have to be friends with the same guy who pulled the trigger on them." Ernesto responded just as they reached the center of the landfill and noticed five cars parked in a semi-circle and a few familiar faces standing in front of them.

"Glad you could make it." Neto and Ernesto who heard Mark great them before looking up and noticing something that caught them both by surprise.

As per usual Mark was greeting them with both Lee, Jimmy, and Link standing beside him in their usual manner but what caught the duo by surprise was the rather prominent black eye that the Creole was sporting on the left side of his face.

"Holy Crap, looks like someone came up on the wrong side of Julio Caesars Chavez." Neto greeted with a sick smile while Mark merely chuckled.

"More like Rhonda Rousey, as you can tell I like my love rough and for what we're doing tomorrow I wanted it as rough as it could get." Mark replied with a slight chuckle.

"Well at least I know red can pack a punch because I know Ana ain't throwing punches at the moment." Neto retorted earning an angry look from Mark.

"Easy Neto!" said Task earning a look from the man of Mayan descent who gave the Lakota a once over.

"Your friend might have gotten over on her-." Came a familiar voice that cut Neto off as he turned his head and watched as Marco and Charlie stepped out of the shadows and eyed the duo down. "But he wouldn't have gotten the chance to do the same to us."

"How's your Irish friend?" asked Charlie.

"What the hell are they doing here?" asked Neto with venom in his tone.

"They're in on this heist as well like I said to pull it off we're gonna need all good hands." Mark replied with a slight smile before turning his head and looking to Jill who was standing quietly on the side of her car.

Neto knew the woman was from Los Santos and close to Mai, but he didn't know she had any connections of her own to BSU in New Arcadia. Let alone enough connections for Mark to want to include her in on a heist this big.

"Now that's the crews all here… I guess we can get down to business." Mark stated with a smile.

"What's the heist?" Ernesto asked with a seriousness in his tone.

"The Louisiana Federal Reserve." Mark replied earning a series of mixed looks from the group. "As you already know today is the start of Mardi Gras, the time of year where sin comes to life in New Arcadia where millions of people come here to let out all of their demons." He added.

"Also from a guy I learned the federal reserve is sitting on a total of six point eight billion dollars, a total of over five hundred million is set to be burned the day after tomorrow unless we can…apprehend it." He continued.

"This is a big job how with a lot of risk and a lot of security so how are we gonna pull this off?" asked Ernesto.

"Like he said tonight is the start of Mardi Gras that means one the biggest parade of the festival will be held tonight just a few blocks away from the Federal Reserve and from our contact inside the federal reserve many of their guys are gonna be taking off or taking breaks away from the office." Stated Jimmy.

"So they'll be outmanned?" asked Neto.

"Outmanned and outgunned and we'll be far enough away from the festival that if shots are fired they won't hear it and we can just slip in the crowd to make our escape." Added Marco.

"We'll be splitting up into two teams, you two will be with me and Marco we'll be infiltrating the Reserve and providing security for Jill here to open the vault. The vault and the reserve itself is directly above a sewer tunnel the same sewer tunnels run through the entire city. Lee, Jimmy, Task, and Charlie will be directly under us with a powerful drill strong enough to break the bedrock and we'll be able to get us and the money down into the tunnel where our speedboat will be ready." Mark stated.

"We maybe in a speedboat but if we're carrying all that money we won't get far." Retorted Ernesto.

"We'll only be carrying small duffel bags, the rest of the money will be going into barrels like those behind you." Said Mark as he pointed out four oil barrels behind the duo. "Those barrels are marked with tracers and oil. We bag the money up in plastic, the plastic keeps it safe from the oil, the oil keeps the water out, and the current from sewer sweep the money throughout the city where we go back later and collect it all." Mark finished before ending with the word. "Smart, thought out, and if we get arrested, and go to jail when we get out we'll still have the money ready for us when we get out in say…thirty years."

"If we live to see thirty years." Neto retorted.

"Well let's not get arrested." Mark stated with venom in his tone.

"It's risky…but doable!" Ernesto let out while Mark smiled and nodded his head.

"Then we're agreed then me and Marco will meet the two of you here tomorrow at six." Mark ordered earning silence from the duo before they watched him, Lee, Jimmy, and Link towards his Duke while Marco and Charlie made their way towards their own car with Jill doing the same.

"You really trust bringing them along?" asked Link as he slid into the backseat of Mark's car with Jimmy while the Creole and Chinamen sat up front.

"They won't wanna go to jail and they don't want to be in bad with Onda so they'll go along." Mark retorted as he started up the car.

"What's stopping them from shooting you in the head during the heist?" Jimmy asked.

"Why do you think I put you guys on the getaway, if they try something leave their asses in the sewer to get caught." Stated Mark as he drove out of the landfill with the other cars following him out.

"So are we gonna talk about what actually happened to your eye?" Lee asked with a seriousness in his tone that caused Mark to remain silent at his question.

Elsewhere

Cold, that was the first feeling Alison felt as she placed a bag of ice on her swollen red knuckles. She'd never thought she could put someone so hard. She'd had a few fights in her lifetime growing up in South Waston, but she'd never thought she could hit someone that hard in her lifetime. Let alone him.

She didn't know what came over her, only that after Mark had told her about his STD that he'd gotten from the woman he had sex with in the video. He claimed it was rape, but for some reason she didn't believe him. In her line of work when men told her they were sexually assaulted by a women things didn't click.

That woman was almost half his size and even if he was drugged he should have still fought her off. Instead he layed back and enjoyed it, he even finished inside her with no condom. Even if it was true or not she didn't believe it.

Before she could think more on the matter though she quickly made her way to her front door in order to check the mailbox but upon swinging it open she was caught by surprise and jumped back as she noticed a woman of Mexican and Irish descent standing exactly five five with long black hair and a black ponytail stood on the otherside and jumped back herself as she took in the sight of Alison who almost fell over at the sight of her.

"Sorry, I was just about to knock." The woman let out while Alison continued to eye her closely. "I am so sorry." She continued while Alison composed herself.

"No it's okay!" Alison replied while looking the woman up and down. "Who are you?" she asked.

"Right my name is Delilah." She retorted.

"Okay and why are you here?" the FIB Agent asked with a slight smile.

"I'm here to ask you about my friend who I haven't seen in years…Marcus Roman." She replied earning a confused look from Alison as she raised a brow at the woman.

Meanwhile

The sound of a door closing seemed to catch Joe by surprise as he lifted his head and noticed a familiar Somalian man entering his living room with an emotionless look on his face.

"Muujai, if you told me you was coming back I would have got you a ride." He said with a huff while the Somali Terrorist merely chuckled.

"With what soldiers?" the BGA member asked as he moved to take a seat across from Joe who merely kept his eyes glued to the man. "So what's the Army gonna do about Mark?" he asked.

"The Army has bigger problems to attend to." He shot catching Joe by surprise. "A few our brothers got shanked when those Aboriginals moved on the Asians in San Andreas and there's talk of retaliation on our side and we're dealing with a rat on the East Coast that's trying to cripple everything we've built in Dockington." He added while Joe remained silent.

"I'm taking a plane out of New Arcadia to Dockington tonight. My services are more needed there." He shot back to Joe's shock and surprise.

"So you're just abandoning New Arcadia?" he asked with fear in his tone.

"Take a look around Brother Joe Marcus and his family now control some of the largest territories in the city, with the addition of those white boys from Sunbelt their numbers have swelled, and now just about all the Ward Bosses in the city are bowing to them. We have to accept defeat and leave now before they break open the final doors to your castle and kill everyone inside." Muujai retorted while Joe sat still in silence.

"If you want my advice brother I'd say take your nephew and leave the city before Mark has both your heads on sticks." He shot back before moving to the door.

"This city is my home." Joe shot back with a hint of venom in his tone.

"And you abandoned it when the hurricane hit so I suggest you do the same now." The Somalian man yelled out before heading out the door and leaving Joe alone to his thoughts without him realizing that the radio transmitter hidden in his lamp had heard every word of his conversation.

"Mark's gonna want to know this." Said Manfred as he pulled off his headphones before looking to Ren who merely nodded her head.

"I'll be sure to let him know." She replied while continuing to stare at the man of Indian descent.

"Are you sure you're okay, you went through a lot-." She started only for Manfred to cut her off and yell out that he was fine.

"I had faith in the past, but it wasn't as strong as my families. I can move on past it and I'll enjoy it better when Mark makes Dallas pay for what he's done." He retorted while Ren merely nodded her head before putting her hand on his shoulder and letting him know that he could come to her if he needed to talk.

Elsewhere

The drive back to the club wasn't long for Mark and the others as they found themselves stepping out of Mark's Duke and making their way inside when the youngest Roman cut them off and stopped them from entering the building.

"Manny's got word on Muujai's location so the time to act is at hand." He stated earning slight smiles from Lee and Jimmy.

"So we're gonna move on him tonight?" Lee asked while Mark shook his head.

"I promised Ana a long time ago that she'd get Muujai alive and if we go after him I can't be certain that he won't go down without a fight." Said Mark.

"So how are we gonna get him to her?" asked Link with a raised brow.

"I need you guys to get a message to Alison." Mark shot back to the groups confusion. "Tell her that he's leaving town tomorrow and to get some officers ready to make the arrest." he stated earning a nod from Lee.

"The FIB make the arrest, but the IAA will take him off their hands so both parties win." he retorted earning a nod from the Creole.

"Exactly, they both have their difference's, but I bet they can put them aside to take an international terrorist off U.S. soil." Mark finished earning nods from the group.

"You sure you don't want to talk to her yourself?" Link asked while Mark merely shook his head.

"Sorry but I need both eyes to see for tonight." Mark finished before walking inside of the club and noticing a few BSU members sitting around and talking amongst themselves while he moved pass them like a ghost before making his way into the back office where he noticed Courtney sitting at his desk looking down at his paperwork and keeping her gaze away from him.

He told Ana about getting the clap and she was disappointed but not angry, he told Alison and well the look of his eye told the story, and now he was gonna tell Courtney. In truth he was saving her for last because he assumed she'd be the most hostile. She knew when it came down to being faithful to one girl Mark was the last person to come to mind. She also felt that when it came to love, Mark's love for her wasn't as strong as it was for Alison or Ana so for her to hear that he'd gotten an STD may cause her to flip out.

As Mark moved to stand over her she quickly lifted her gaze up towards his and recoil at the sight of his swollen blackened eye. "Baby what happened?" she asked before rising from her chair and moving to grab the side of Mark's head so that she could examine his eye.

"It's nothing!" he lied, in truth his eye hurt like hell but he endured the pain it was punishment for his wrongs.

"No it is something, somebody hit you in the face." Courtney shot back with venom in her tone as she moved to pull Mark closer to her only for the Creole to push her away. "What's the matter with you?" she asked with venom in her tone.

"There's something I have to tell you." He started earning a confused look from the girl. "Remembers those days I was gone after I left for Sunbelt?" he asked earning a nod from the girl. "I was captured by the Azteca's." he continued only for Courtney to interject.

"Did they torture you?" she asked earning a slight nod from Mark.

"They tortured me…but not in the way you'd expect." He shot back only to receive a raised brow from the girl. "They drugged me, tied me up, -." He started only for Courtney to start saying "No" with tears beginning to form in her eyes. "Then they brought in this hooker and she…violated me." He stated earning a confused look from Courtney.

"She put something inside you?" she asked.

"No, she put me inside of her." He replied earning a raised brow from Courtney.

"That doesn't sound like torture." She interjected.

"It is if the woman gives you the Clap." He shot back while Courtney looked at him with a raised brow. "She gave you Gonorrhea?" she asked earning a nod from Mark.

"I've been treating it the last few days so now it's gone…but I thought you needed to know." He finished while continuing to look at Courtney who merely walked away from him.

"That black eye from one of your other girls you thought needed to know what you have?" she asked earning a hesitant nod from Mark.

"I didn't expect her to react the way she did…but I guess I had it coming." He replied while Courtney nodded her head.

"Nobody likes it when the man they love tells them he has an STD he got from another woman." She shot back while folding her arms over her chest and staring at Mark angrily.

"Is this the part where you beat me down to?" he asked with a seriousness in his tone while Courtney merely shook his head.

"Do you remember the day you saved me from that whore house?" she asked earning a raised brow from Mark who watched her closely. "I'll never forget that day. You came through the door like you were the police, wrapped me in your arms, kissed me, and held me like you'd never let me go again." She added with a chuckle. "You did all of that without even caring what had been done to me minutes before." She finished while Mark eyed her closely as she approached him and took his hands with her own.

"I'm not going to hit you and I'm not mad, it's hard to be mad when you've done so much for me." She replied with tears beginning to roll from her eyes. "Unlike those other girls I know you love me and you'd never hurt me." She added before giving him a quick kiss on the cheek and then moving for his ear. "I also know you're planning something, so unless you want me to get mad because of the secrets you'll tell me about it." She finished causing Mark to recoil at her declaration.

He'd kept the plans, talks, and everything else about the heist on a need to know basis with a select number of people in his inner circle. He'd kept Courtney out of the loop because he didn't want her to be apart of the life he lived anymore, but he guessed there was no other way to escape it.

She wanted in, so he'd guide her.

"We're robbing the Federal Reserve tonight." He let out earning a surprised look from the woman.

"I'm guessing we is you, Lee, Link, and Jimmy?" she asked.

"With a couple of other people." He retorted.

"You kill, you move drugs to dealers, you torture, and now you hit licks." She interjected while Mark chuckled.

"Actually we've been hitting licks since we were fifteen just never of this magnitude, but we have robbed banks, armed trucks, jewelry stores, and much more in the past." He replied while Courtney shook her head.

"Still, the Federal Reserve…how you gonna pull that off Mark?" she asked with a smile.

"Years of planning and the right moment to strike." He finished while Courtney shook her head.

"Just…just come back in one piece." She ordered while Mark nodded his head before moving to give her a quick kiss on the cheek. "And if you pull it off…we'll celebrate the way we should have been celebrating." She finished while Mark gave a slight chuckle before Courtney moved to give him another kiss this time on the lips that Mark quickly accepted.

As she moved to run her hands down the front of his pants and into his boxer shorts though Mark quickly pulled away from her to her surprise. "If we do that, I won't want to leave right now I'm already having a hard time pulling away from you…and there's still so much to do." He interjected before rubbing the side of her face and causing her to let out a small smile before pressing her cheek to his hand and giving him a small kiss on his palm.

"I'll be here waiting." She replied but just as Mark tried to move away from her she immediately pulled him back and moved to rest her head on his chest. "Hold me…for a few more seconds." She replied causing Mark to nod his head before clutching her tightly in his arms.

Rose District

The cobblestone streets of the Rose District always did bring a smile to the face of Alison. Her smile only increased as she noticed the many decorations and the people wearing the traditional green, yellow, and purple colors of Mardi Gras roaming the streets.

Mark had always promised her he'd take her to one of the parades, but she didn't think he'd be taking her to this one. So she would have to enjoy the parade from the outside table of the local coffee shop with the unfamiliar woman sitting across from her with a wide painted smile.

"So how do you know Mark?" Alison started off earning a chuckle from the girl.

"Me and Mark go way back since he was fourteen actually." She replied while moving to rest her hands on the table. "He was the kid who liked warm milk and ice in his coffee and I was the girl who gave him shit about it." She added with a chuckle earning a slight chuckle from Alison in the process.

"I used to work at Carl's Coffee in Sunbelt and Mark used to come in to drink his coffee and listen to poetry. They all did." She finished before reaching into her pocket and pulling out a wallet before presenting Alison with a picture of herself and a much younger Mark, Lee, Jimmy, and Link.

"You all look so happy…were you and Mark-." She started before Delilah cut her off.

"Of course not he was fourteen and I was well into my mid-twenties." She shot back while Alison merely chuckled with a slight blush. "There were some moments though when I told myself I couldn't wait til he was eighteen though." she added with a smile.

"Well why have you been away for so long?" she asked but just as Delilah went to respond though Alison was interrupted as a waitress approached her with a smile and took her order before walking away and leaving Alison a bit stunned as she looked over at Delilah and wondered why she didn't take her order but that was soon answered as she turned her head and noticed that Delilah wasn't in her seat but instead was lifting herself up from under the table.

"Sorry I dropped something, I'll order something when she comes back." She replied earning a nod from Alison.

"As I was saying though, the reason we haven't talked in so long is because I'm a singer." She replied earning a raised brow from Alison.

"Really what genre?" she asked.

"Indie Pop!" she replied with a smile. "Where do you think Mark found his love for it?" she added with a chuckle. "When he first met me I was just a cover artist singing songs from Fleurie, Florence and the Machines, and Daughter but when I started writing my own songs that when I got discovered and they pushed for me to let the rest of the world hear my music." She stated while Alison merely chuckled.

"So are you locally famous or international?" she asked with a smile.

"I was international, but right now I think the only people who'll remember me are here." She replied while Alison shook her head.

"Never doubt the strength and love of a loyal fanbase." She interjected with a smile. "So are you also affiliated with BSU?" she asked earning a loud scoff from the woman.

"I would never degrade myself to being one of them." She shot back to Alison's surprise. "They're another reason that me and Mark drew apart. I didn't like the idea of him joining a gang and he would often tell me that they weren't, but I knew what they were." She added while Alison nodded her head.

She was from Waston and saw firsthand what members of Brothers Stand United could do to their enemies and all those who wronged them. Whether they be good or bad they had blood on their hands long before Mark came into their picture.

"Then I bet you'll be happy to know that he's no longer with BSU." She retorted earning a surprised smile from Delilah. "He left after…he found out that Tasha was cheating on him." She added to her shock and surprise.

"Tasha cheated on him?" she yelled out with a shocked look on her face that almost made Alison jump. "That must have destroyed him inside, he loved her more than he loved himself." She added.

"It destroyed him enough to get him to abandon Sunbelt and come back here. A place he always said he'd never return to." She stated while Delilah nodded her head with a saddened expression on her face before she noticed the waitress starting to return with Alison's cup of coffee.

"I'm sorry I just remembered I need to go do something." She started cutting Alison off as she tried to respond. "I'll talk to you again tomorrow!" she continued before rising from her seat and walking away while Alison called out to her.

"That was weird!" she said just as the woman brought her a cup of coffee that she proceeded to drink alone.

3rd Ward, New Arcadia

The sound of a garage door rising up was the first thing Mark, Link, Lee, Jimmy, Davey, Eddy, Manfred, and Buck could hear as they found themselves walking inside of an abandoned autobody shop deep in the 3rd Ward but far from the hoods.

"So this is where we'll be stashing the money?" asked Buck.

"No this is where we're gonna be stashing ourselves." Mark shot back with a smile. "It's close to French Town so we can lay low here while the cops are searching the streets." He added.

"For how long we will be here?" asked Lee.

"All night, or at least until the streets cool down whichever comes first." The Creole shot back while moving to take a seat on the table.

"And while you guys are here we'll be fishing out the barrels of money before they get swept away into the Gulf." Added Davey.

"Yes, Neto and the others will know exactly how many barrels we took but not an actual amount. Bag our usual cut and put it away with the rest of the rainy day fund." Said Mark earning a nod from Buck, Davey, and Eddy.

"You guys give Alison that message?" he asked.

"She wasn't home and wasn't answering her phone so we left her a note at home where only she'd find it." Replied Davey earning a nod from Mark.

"That'll take care of our Muujai problem but what about our Joe and BGA problem?" asked Link.

"We intercepted a phone call from Sudan, BGA Leader there has given Muujai the order to leave New Arcadia and make his way to Dockington. Things haven't been going so well since the Natives moved on the Asians on the West Coast." Said Manfred as he looked to Lee who held back an angry expression.

"Did they say anything about Joe?" Mark asked.

"They bosses say leave him here, if he lives he'll still be the go to guy but if he dies then they'll just get somebody else to replace him." The Indian added earning a smile from Mark.

"Nah I got a use for Joe and by this time tomorrow…we'll there's gonna be a new king in New Arcadia." Mark finished earning smile from the group.

"And what about our problem in Sunbelt?" Lee asked this time not restraining his anger or hatred.

"The wheels are in motion for that as well." Mark shot back with an even wider smile while Lee looked at him with a confused expression.

Sunbelt City

Things in South West Sunbelt seemed to have finally calmed down for once as Miguel found himself sleeping in his bed when a loud knock at his front door stirred him awake and caused him to rise from his chair only to hear a loud crashing sound at the front door followed by someone screaming "SCPD!".

As Miguel tried to run for the backdoor though he was stopped as it came crashing open and two Caucasian men came running through and tackled him on the ground.

"How you been Miguel?" asked the lead man as he forced Miguel into a chokehold. He was a Caucasian man standing at five foot six with a shaved head, bright blue eyes, and a wearing a black leather jacket over a white t-shirt, blue jean pants, and boots.

"Fucking Delgado!" the Onda member screeched out as he the man applied more force around his neck to the point where Miguel could barely receive enough oxygen and he could feel himself starting to slip away.

"Nighty night you Mexican prick." The man yelled out before taking his phone and sending a text message to a number in New Arcadia.

New Arcadia

The song Little Talks by Of Monsters and Men was blaring loudly in Alison's bedroom as she found herself sitting down on her laptop going over a series of case files for known prostitutes not only in the New Arcadian database but the FIB and Sunbelt City databases.

She would find the woman who was in the video with Mark and she'd get answers, not because she wanted to help him but because she needed answers.

As she continued to search though her mind got away from her and went back to the woman she'd spent the day with earlier. Delilah, she was a character alright and she reminded her a lot of an old friend she once knew back in Waston. So young, talented, beautiful, and full of life.

She wished she knew more people like her but since coming to this city it seemed like everyone in her life was filled with death, lies, and complications. She lived in the sin city in the south and money, death, and drugs was what filled everyone's lives.

Before she could think more on the matter she found herself searching for one of the songs from the singer and once she did...she immediately found out why Mark fell in love with her voice. It was like that of an angel. Her voice was soft, heavenly, and elegant almost like that of an angel before long Alison soon found herself laying back as the words of the woman washed over her like a bliss-filled wave of peace.

Hours Later

The sound of soft whimpers could be heard in the background as Mark found himself along with Marco, Neto, and Ernesto dressing themselves in a pair of white dress shirts over black bulletproof vest, black slacks, and boots while three whimpering guards stood sat tied up in the background.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Neto yelled out while buttoning up his dress shirt.

"Don't yell at a dead man." Said Marco earning a look from Jill and Mark.

"You didn't say anything about killing these guys." Said Jill as she sent a look to Mark.

"That's because I didn't say anything about killing these guys." Mark pointed out while looking to Marco and Neto.

"Don't tell me you're going soft on me." Neto asked with venom in his tone.

"These guys have seen our faces it's not safe to let them live even if we do threaten them we can't take a risk with them." Said Marco as he eyed Mark closely before watching the Creole nod his head before reaching behind his back, pulling out his M9, shooting both men in the head, and watching their bloody bodies hit the ground with a thud.

"Let's do this shit!" the Creole yelled out before making his way over to the armored truck the group had stolen from the two guards and climbed in the passenger seat while Ernesto took the drivers seat and Marco, Jill, and Neto climbed into the back before Ernesto drove out of the Junkyard and back towards Downtown New Arcadia.

Sunbelt City

Everything was finally starting to return to Miguel as he found himself slowly beginning to open his eyes and notice that he was lying in a hospital bed with arms strapped to the bed but to make things worse there was a throbbing pain in his neck and as reality started to come back to him his memory soon followed as he remembered running in Detective John Delgado, the leader of Sunbelt City's anti-crime and gang unit.

He'd had run in with the man's a lot in his youth, but he hadn't heard or seen the man in years. Last he heard the team was under investigation for a series of police misconduct reports and officer involved shootings. He guessed the Rifa's attack on the South West and them responding made the public turn a blind eye on getting cops who put a guy in a wheelchair as long as they were gang members.

As Miguel continued to think to himself on his situation on the otherside of the door his sister Carmen founding herself arguing with his arresting officer.

"You had no right breaking into the home of my deceased mother." She yelled out while Delgado shook his head.

"The house is in your mothers name and we got reports of someone squatting in there so we went in and with that area being a known Azteca cesspool my unit was given the order." He shot back.

"He lives there, and you had no right to arrest him." She shot back.

"I didn't say your brother was under arrest." Delgado retorted to the confusion of Carmen. "We found your brother with a rope around his neck and a chair under his feet." He shot back.

"You're lying!" she retorted before yelling something out in Spanish at the man while a woman of Punjabi Descent wearing a nurses scrub moved past them with a non-chalant look on her face as she entered the room of Miguel and noticed that he was now wide awake.

"You're awake." She greeted with a smile.

"Where am I?" he asked with venom in his tone.

"Holden Cross, you gave us all quite a scare when you came in." she retorted while Miguel gave a loud scoff as he watched her pull out a needle and begin to make his way over towards him.

"Where's the cops who put me in here?" he asked with venom in his tone. "I'm gonna make that bald bitches badge a trophy." He added.

"If you do I know who you should thank for it." She retorted before standing over Miguel with the needle in her hands. "Marcus Roman!" she added before moving the needle towards Miguel's neck only for instinct to kick in and force the Onda member to break one hand free from his restraints and grab the woman's throat where he proceeded to choke her.

"You're working for him." He yelled out while the woman pressed the panic button next to his bed and forced Miguel to look at the door as Delgado came crashing through with Carmen by his side.

"LET HER GO ASSHOLE!" he yelled out while keeping his gun trained on Miguel as he used the nurse as a shield.

"Miguel don't do this." Carmen shot back.

"She's trying to kill me, she's working for him." Miguel shot back.

"I don't know what he's talking about-." She yelled out only for Miguel to strengthen his grip around her neck.

"He sent her to kill me." He yelled out only for Delgado to squeeze the trigger on his Pistol and send a bullet into Miguel's shoulder causing him to let go of the nurse in order to grab his shoulder.

"You shot him!" Carmen yelled out as she took a swing at the cop who only moved back as another officer restrained her and pulled her out of the room while Delgado looked to the nurse.

"You alright?" he asked earning a nod from the woman as she tried to catch her breath and rise to her feet. "You're working for Mark?" he yelled out earning a chuckle from Miguel.

"Yeah and for the record his plan wasn't for her to kill you." Delgado retorted to Miguel's surprise. "His plan is what's gonna happen to you after Surgery." He finished before stepping back as a series of doctors moved to rush Miguel into surgery to dislodge the bullet from his shoulder.

New Arcadia

The drive to the back entrance of the Federal Reserve wasn't long for the group as they found themselves backing into a warehouse full of guards who were dressed the same as them and carrying a variety of weapons.

"Remember the plan keep your cool and don't draw too much attention." Mark said while picking up a Shotgun and watching as Neto did the same.

"This is your job but I'd appreciate it if you stopped treating us like we haven't done shit like this before." Neto shot back while Mark rolled his eyes before stepping out of the vehicle with Ernesto and Marco behind him.

"Transport Number?" asked one of the guards.

Transport two-nine-five-four!" Mark stated before watching as Marco pulled out a bag of money from the back of the truck. "We're making a drop off to the incinerator." He added while the man nodded his head.

"Alright then follow me!" he retorted before leading the group deep into the heart of the building where they noticed that much of the rooms had old fashioned metal bars instead of the more modern doors.

"Budget cuts?" Ernesto asked earning a chuckle from the man.

"You wouldn't believe it, I've worked at hundreds of banks across the South and I when I tell you this is the only place where everything is under lock and key that's saying something." The guard shot back.

"Can't beat old fashioned." Replied Neto with a chuckle.

"New Age is more effective." Mark shot back causing the duo to look at each other before the man led them into the backroom where they noticed not only the vault but the incinerator as well.

"Alright you can throw-!" the guard started before being struck over the back of the head by Mark with the butt of the Shotgun while Marco threw the bag of shredded paper into the incinerator.

"Time to do this!" said Mark as he moved for the vault with the other men while watching Marco close the only door allowing the guards into the building before heading back to the vault.

"You sure you can do this?" asked Mark as he looked to Jill who merely nodded her head.

"Just like riding a bike." She replied before beginning to work on the tumblers while Ernesto and Neto stood guard at the door.

As Jill continued to work on the door the second team consisting of Lee, Task, Davey, Eddy, Charlie, and Buck made their way through the sewer systems under New Arcadia before coming to an immediate halt under a spot Mark mapped as being directly under the vault with red spray paint.

"Should we get to work now?" asked Buck as Lee nodded his head.

"Mark said start as soon as we got here so let's stick to the plan." Lee retorted before looking to Task who opened up a duffel bag and pulled out a few charges of C4.

"This is gonna make one hell of a noise." The Lakota retorted.

"That's why they're gonna lock the vault back up when they get inside." Lee retorted.

"They'll be trapped inside." Task responded.

"That's why I said it was a stupid plan." Charlie added earning an angry look from Lee.

"They'll be trapped inside, but they don't have anyone on sight that can open the vault and they aren't just calling people up and asking for the combination. So in that time we have to blow open the vault, get the money into those barrels, and get them out of there." Lee stated with a smile. "It's risky, but this plan wouldn't be fun if there wasn't any risk." He added earning a slight nod from Task.

"Do you have it yet?" Neto asked.

"Almost…got it!" Jill yelled out with a smile as she finally managed to crack the code of the vault and watched as it opened with a rusty slide.

"Holy shit!" said Ernesto as he, Mark, Neto, Jill and Ernesto each took in the sight of the money filled room with wide eyes and looks of praise as they walked inside of the vault and immediately went to work and started wrapping piles of money in plastic wrap while Mark radioed to Lee and the others that they were in the vault.

"Alright we'll give you four minutes but after that we're blowing the floor." The Chinese man retorted over the radio as he watched Davey and Eddy continued to place charges.

Meanwhile

The song had finally ended, and Alison soon found herself returning to reality as she opened her hazy eyes and parted her upright lips as she smiled from almost ear to ear after hearing another beautiful song from the angel among humans known only as Delilah.

The girl didn't oversell herself to Alison and she was glad she didn't because hearing her voice without knowing just how good she was made her fall in love all the more with herself. After a few seconds she quickly moved to add a like to the song only to see that out of the sixty seven thousand likes two hundred had given her song thumbs down.

All she could say for them was to silently go fuck themselves.

As she moved to change to another song though something quickly caught her eyes in the comments section of the song. Comments usually came with good news or bad, but this comment seemed to stick out the most as it only featured three simple letters.

R.I.P.

Rest in Peace, it was the message many people gave loved ones as they crossed over to the otherside of life. As she moved to scroll further down into the comments section she quickly found more similar messages that either read Rest in Peace or saying how talented she was in a past sense. These messages confused her and left her slightly somewhat concerned as she quickly went into her favorite online Search Engine and searched for the young sister.

To her shock the first thing to pop up was something that caused her eyes to widen in shock. "Twenty Year Old New Austin Singer Dies in Plane Crash Over Mountains in Iceland." Saying it out loud only seemed to bring more despair and concern to her as she quickly clicked on the article and started to read about how the young singer named Delilah died years ago in plane crash on her way back to Sunbelt after a hiatus in Denmark.

The article also featured a picture of the burned out wreckage of the plane and to Alison's surprise a picture of her funeral where she quickly jumped back as she realized that it was Mark, Lee, Jimmy, and Link who were the ones carrying her casket away from her church.

"This…this can't be real." She said under shaky breaths.

"How's it coming up there?" Lee asked over his Walkie Talkie while looking to Task and the others as they got the barrels ready.

"We're about over seventy-five million at least, but we're trying to wrap up just a little more." Mark started as he looked to Ernesto, Neto, Jill, and Marco and watched as they stacked piles of money and started to wrap them up in plastic while he stood over the middle of the floor where another set of C4 was placed from the top end.

Before they could finish wrapping though the light inside the vault turned red and the sound of an alarm blaring over a loud speaker caught them all off-guard as they looked to Mark before quickly moving to wrap up the last bits of money.

"Too late, blow it open." Said Mark as he looked to the others and watched as they pushed the money they had already wrapped to the side and taken cover at each corners of the vault.

"They've been made get ready to blow the charges." Lee yelled out while looking to Task who quickly pulled out the detonator and started to count down from five in order to give Mark and the others time to get away from the blast zone while the Creole also put his finger on his own detonator.

"NOW!" they both yelled out before covering their ears and pressing their respective buttons then watching as the C4 went up in a short violent explosion that blew holes in the bottom of the concrete and granite floors of the safe causing everything around them to shake and a piercing ringing noise to fill their ears after the explosion.

After a few more moments of being disoriented Neto was the first to completely come to and notice a hole in the middle of the floor that was about fourteen point five inches across. "I doubt that's gonna be big enough to get us all out." He said before watching as Mark quickly came through and looked at the hole with a slight grunt of anger.

"It'll have to do, start dropping the money." He ordered before grabbing two stacks of money that were wrapped in plastic and dropping them down into the boat at the bottom of the hole where Task and the others were on standby and quickly started picking up the money and dropping them into the barrels of oil.

"What are you doing?" asked Mark as he watched Jill put some money they hadn't wrapped into the duffel bag she'd brought in with them.

"We got money wrapped out might as well go out with full pockets." She retorted while Mark merely shook his head before turning back to the others and continuing to help them drop the money down the hole just as Davey and Eddy filled up one barrel, sealed up the lid, and dropped it off the side of the boat.

"I doubt we have enough time to setup new charges and make this hole bigger they're probably working outside that door as we speak." Marco stated earning a nod from Mark.

"I don't suppose you guys got enough C4 to make this hole bigger?" asked Neto.

"No, but I got some dynamite." Said Task as he pulled three sticks of the Explosive from his back pocket.

"It'll do!" said Mark.

"Are you insane that shit might kill us all?" Ernesto asked while looking to Mark with wide eyes.

"We're dead if they find a way to get those doors open in the next thirty seconds so we might as well take the risk." He retorted with a seriousness in his tone as he looked down at hole and quickly yelled to Task to light up the explosives after they'd finally gotten all the money down the hole, into barrels, and off into the sewer water.

"Soon as you light that shit up drive off and move the second boat, so it isn't damaged in the explosion." The Creole ordered.

"Alright but you guys need to take cover we don't need all of you dead or deaf." Lee retorted while Mark nodded his head with the others before moving the empty shelves of money closer to the hole for an extra barricade against the force of the explosion before moving to the corners of the wall just as Task lit up the sticks of dynamite and stuffed it into the floor just as Charlie drove the boat away.

"GET READ-!" Mark started before the dynamite went off in a violent explosion that knocked everyone in the vault off their feet and sent them each flying back with the concrete and steel from the bottom of the vault flying upward and hitting the ground in front of each of them.

"Goddamn it!" yelled out Neto as he struggled to rise to his feet with Mark and the others who each took in the sight of the now massive hole in the bottom of the vault before gaining their bearings and jumping down it.

"Okay, stick to the plan!" Mark ordered before leading the group to the boat and driving down the sewers while continuing to remain composed.

Elsewhere

While Mark and the others were trying to escape the scene of their crime Alison found herself sitting in her room trying to think about everything that had just happened to her. She'd ran across a ghost, there was no better way to explain it.

Delilah was a dead, she died years ago in a plane crash, and there she was sitting with her and having a full conversation with her as though she was alive and kicking. It didn't make sense, none of it made any sense at all.

Before Alison could think more on the matter though she was interrupted by the sound of her cellphone ringing causing her to quickly answer it and hear the voice of Locke on the otherside.

"Yes?" she answered with a hesitant voice.

"It seems like your friend threw us a bone. He tipped us off about a plane flying out of a private airfield in two hours filled with guns and foreign nationals and we're getting ready to move with NOOSE. I thought you may want to ride with us on this one." He stated earning a few seconds of silence from Locke before she nodded her head.

"Yeah I'll meet you back at the station in a few minutes." She replied before rising from the bed and making her way.

Meanwhile

The sound of the boat engine shutting off quickly filled the ears of everyone as Mark found himself stepping out of the boat on to a concrete slab next to a ladder that led to the surface with Marco, Neto, Ernesto, and Jill as they each found themselves each clutching a duffel bag of money with happy looks on their faces.

"We should be directly under the French District and with it Mardi Gras and over a million people to hide in between." Mark stated with a slight smile as he moved to climb the ladder with everyone else following behind him as he pushed open the manhole and quickly noticed that the coast was clear.

"All clear!" he said before climbing out of the sewer and helping Jill out and then Marco, and then Ernesto, but when he moved to extend his hand to Neto he quickly noticed the man of Mayan descent hesitate to take his hand and instead climb out on his own while the Creole before him merely rolled his eyes.

"Exactly how are we gonna blend in on these streets?" asked Jill as she looked to Mark who merely chuckled.

"Trust me ain't nobody paying attention to us right now." Mark shot back before leading the group out of the alleyway and into the streets where they quickly noticed that the middle of the road was filled with people in costumes and parade floats moving in a sea that left them all shocked and surprised.

"WHOA I'M IN NEW ARCADIA!" yelled a woman from the second floor balcony as she exposed her breast and found herself being barraged by many necklaces of beads in different colors.

"You were saying?" Mark asked with a smug smile as he and the others watched as a white college student who was obviously drunk off his ass moved to vomit on the side of the streets.

"So that's why your city always smells so bad?" asked Neto with a sick smile.

"Come on just move through the crowd." Mark ordered before sliding his way into the crowd of people with Neto and Ernesto following close behind him as the Creole pushed Jill to his side in a manner that got people to believe they were a couple while Neto and Ernesto caught the attention of one man who yelled something in Spanish thinking they were day laborers.

"Kids lucky I split his fucking skull." Neto said with venom in his tone. He wanted to say something or do something that would make the kid regret talking to him in such a manner but he knew it was best not to draw any attention in his current situation and he wouldn't want to be the blame if this plan went tits up mere inches away from the finish line.

"Shit!" said Marco as the group looked forward and quickly noticed a team of seven police officers pulling people out of the crowd and searching them and their belongings.

"Any ideas for this genius?" Neto joked while Mark growled before turning his head and noticing a KTM Pit motorcycle parked on the side of the road.

"Yeah I'm gonna create a distraction and you guys will use that as your chance to get back to the garage." Mark stated as the group watched him make his way over to the motorcycle with the others following behind him.

"That's risky!" Jill retorted.

"It is, but it's my heist and I always did like to lead by example." The Creole shot back as he reached into the back of his pants and pulled out his M9A1 Pistol before unscrewing the Suppressor he had on the weapon off and handing it back to Jill.

"You think you can get everyone to there safely?" Mark asked sending his gaze to Ernesto who merely nodded his head before watching the Creole push start the vehicle before leading the group away from him. "The things I do for results." he whispered under his breath before raising his Pistol to the air and firing off a single shot that caused everyone around him to scatter screaming at the top of their lungs while he merely rode down the street with the others watching him as he went.

Outside of New Arcadia

"We got shots fired in the French District." Yelled a voice over the radio in Locke's SUV as he found himself, Sawyer, and Alison each gearing up outside of an airfield with other NOOSE Officers when the call came in.

"You think we should switch objectives sir?" asked a NOOSE Officer as he sent a look to Locke who merely shook his head.

"There's always shots being fired in the French District and always at the parades. Let another department deal with it, we got bigger fish to catch." The Police Captain said proudly as he looked to the airfield where he quickly noticed a group of men making their way towards a white Jet that was parked on the airstrip.

"Looks like they're getting ready for take off." Said Sawyer earning a nod from Locke.

"Well they're in for a rude awakening." Said Locke as he got on his radio and quickly gave the call to move in before hopping into his black SUV with Alison who moved to cock her Pistol just as the first SUV exploded past the chain-link gates and sent them flying open as they came speeding towards the jet.

Their arrival didn't go unnoticed though as a few of the men quickly bolted and tried to run from the officers only to be stopped as on foot officers chased them down and quickly wrestled them all to their ground and handcuffed each of them.

"Check the plane!" Locke yelled out as he watched Alison and Sawyer quickly make their way onto the plane and notice that there were only three men in the plane all of which were still in their seats looking at them each with mixed looks.

"Put your hands in the air now!" Alison ordered as she looked to the first man, a shaved headed African American man, then she looked to the second who was around Mark's age that looked to be in his late teens or early twenties, and then she finally pointed her Shotgun to the last man.

Upon catching sight of the Somalian man she immediately recognized him as she kept her gun trained on the man's head and muttered "Muujai" under her breath. Her action didn't go unnoticed though as the youngest men quickly jumped from his seat with a Pistol in his arms that he was moving to turn to Alison only to be cutoff as Sawyer shot him once in the stomach and sent him falling back into the seat a bloody mess.

With the momentary distraction to both officers Muujai quickly jumped from his seat and knocked her Pistol from her hands before putting his right arm around Alison's neck and pulled her further to the back of the plane. "Come any closer and I will break her neck." He yelled out with venom in his tone to which Alison quickly remembered Mark's words about this man about how he was a terrorist, a war criminal, and someone who would kill without a second's notice.

With that going through her mind Alison quickly elbowed the man in the stomach and reached into the back of her pants to pull out a Revolver that she had hidden in the back of her pants and firing a single shot that hit the Somali man in the foot, successfully blowing off his biggest toe and sending him falling back screaming in pain.

"Shit are you okay?" Sawyer asked while watching Alison keep her Pistol trained on the man.

"Get an ambulance here." She ordered with venom in her tone as she felt her heartbeat increase in her chest as the blood from the man's foot started to stain her shoes.

Elsewhere

The sound of police sirens seemed to be becoming more and more louder as Mark found himself speeding down a new street out of the French District with three police cars giving chase to him.

"Alright let's see what you got." He said under his breath as he increased his speed and made a sharp turn that the officers seemed to mimic without any problem only to slow down as they watched Mark speed into incoming traffic with a few cars honking at him as he sped past a red light.

It was a slowdown but nothing more than a minor inconvenience to the officers as they continued to give chase causing Mark to lick his lips in satisfaction as he turned down another street and then another before finally reaching his destination, a steep hill in the middle of the road that led to a pretty high drop.

"I've always wanted to do this." He whispered out while continuing to ride up the hill with the three police cruisers following him up as he continued to give the bike everything he could muster before finally reaching the top of the hill and gunning the engine. "HELL YEAH!" he screamed out as he finally hit the drop and went down the hill with the speed of a bat out of hell and was almost taken off the ground.

As he turned his head to the back and took in the sight of the three police cars though he watched as they each came crashing down like meteors and hit the ground with enough force that one of them lost a hubcap and another lost an entire tire while the last broke all the windows inside of it.

This left them him with only two cars left and the youngest Roman already saw a way to get rid of them. He soon turned down another street and back down the another street with a red light and without any fear ran it the second it hit red and watched as two cars collided with each other causing the two police cars to stop in their tracks as they noticed their route was blocked.

"I'm fucking great!" said Mark as he quickly rode the bike into an alleyway before hopping off of it and beginning his long trek back to the garage.

Upon arriving there though he quickly spotted Neto and Ernesto sitting on one side of the room counting the money they'd put in a duffel bag while Lee, Marco, Charlie, Jimmy, Task, and Jill sat on another counting the money they'd brought with them.

"We pull it off?" Mark asked with a slight smile.

"Davey, Eddy, and the others are in the sewers now recovering the barrels and they should be back here in a few hours." Lee stated earning a slight smile from Mark as he slapped hands with the man before giving a loud chuckle.

"Hey we aren't celebrating until we get the money." Said Ernesto earning a chuckle from Mark.

"Don't be so hard man if I wasn't straight edge I'd have a drink right now." Mark retorted with a chuckle.

"Still might be able to." Neto shot back with a sick smile.

New Arcadian Police Department

Word had spread fast about the capture of Muujai not only on the streets but through the various departments of the NAPD and the FIB as Locke found himself being the central focus for all questions being answered about how they captured the man.

Amongst those also being questioned was Alison. She'd finished up her first round and quickly stepped out of the interrogation room with a serious look on her face that soon disappeared as she was approached by Steve who quickly moved to bring her in for a warm hug that the woman hesitated to return.

"Are you okay?" he asked.

"I'm fine, he had me for a few second's, but I got out." She replied before looking into the interrogation room where Muujai sat in silence.

"I would scold you for but not listening to me, but I think I'd be wrong in this instance." Steve stated as he looked into the interrogation room and spotted the sitting Somalian.

"International Criminal slash terrorist wanted in multiple countries and multiple agencies. Drug, Weapons, and Human Trafficking are just at the top of his rap sheet." He added while Alison nodded her head before hearing her cellphone ringing and stepping away from the man so that she could answer it.

"Hello?" she asked with a seriousness in her tone.

"I see you picked up Mark's gift to us." Came a familiar voice that caused Alison to shutter for a second.

"Ana!" she retorted.

"It's not gift wrapped but it is worth a lot to a lot of people and could mean a lot of promotions for all." She added while Alison sent a look back at Muujai.

"What do you mean by gift to us?" she asked with a raised brow.

"You don't really believe the IAA is gonna let you keep someone like an international terrorist in the hands of the NAPD?" she asked earning raised brow from Alison. "You were there but it was their operation and I doubt they're just gonna hand him over to you either." She added whole Alison gave a slight chuckle.

"I doubt they'd just hand him over to the IAA as well." She retorted.

"Come on Alison we both know Muujai is more than just an international terrorist. He's got some major power in the American Prison Systems and we can't risk him going back inside. Mark is trying to end a war in New Arcadia by taking him and the BGA leadership that's already in the state out of the equation, but he can't do it with Muujai alive and calling shots from a prison cell." The IAA Agent responded while Alison remained in silence.

"The local police aren't going to like this." She retorted.

"They don't have to like it but at the end of the day they'll get their medals and should be happy about that." Ana retorted with a slight chuckle.

"How are you by the way, I heard about the whole drowning thing?" she asked with concern in her voice.

"I'm doing fine, thanks to Chayton, but I doubt this is over yet." She retorted.

"You all need to find a way to come to an end with all of this." Alison retorted.

"Baba Yaga will forever be a threat as long as Devlin is in control as for Neto…I guess Mark found a way to peacefully resolve that." She stated to the confusion of Alison.

"Wait what do you mean?" she asked only for Ana to give her a goodbye before hanging up her phone and leaving the woman even more confused as she was approached by Locke.

"You did good today Agent Trueblood." He said with a smile earning a nod from the girl. "Some of guys are going out for drinks to celebrate and we'd like it if you came with us." He stated earning a few seconds of silence from Alison before she finally responded with a yeah and followed the group out of the building.

"Aren't you gonna respond to that break in and robbery at the Federal Reserve?" Steve asked as he watched the group walk away.

"Not in our district Pal." Sawyer shot back as he walked away from the FIB Agent who merely stood back shaking his head.

Louisiana Heavy Security Prison (Sudan)

"Alright inmates back into your cells." Yelled an African American corrections officer as he watched with sharp eyes as the inmates of Cell Block B made their way back to their cells.

Amongst the wave of dangerous convicts was Jerome Tyson, but on the streets of Dockington he was known as Diamond and he was a rather high-ranking member of the Black Guerilla Army. It was no secret that states would often send gang leaders to different prisons in different states to serve out their sentences and it was no secret that this method seemed more to expand territories and reach instead of hindering them.

It was how Onda and NS spread out of San Andreas and all over the West Coast, it was how the AV spread across the country so fast, and it was how Dockington branches of the BGA and Undertakers Prison gang spread their influence into the Louisiana Prison System.

At the end of the day it was Joe who was calling things on the streets but it was this guy who was controlling things inside and reaching out to the leaders in different states. He was a high value target inside and outside of the prison.

As the doors to his cell shut though he quickly turned his head and looked out his cell door and noticed a familiar man still standing outside alongside the African American guard with a serious look on his face.

"How you wanna do this Curtis?" the African American guard asked as the Roman by blood gave a sick smile before opening his mouth.

"Open up cell blocks B1, B3, B8, B12, B13, B21, and B25." He ordered earning a nod from the guard who did as instructed and made his way into the guard station where the main controls were before opening up each cell Curtis called out with an emotionless expression before watching as nine African American inmates in each cell stepped out with homemade shanks, weights, and steel toed boots that were often worn for the rodeo.

"Open up cell block B2!" Curtis ordered earning a scared look from the African American inmate in cell B2. He was a one of Diamond's soldier in the BGA and often did most of the main dirty work and once his unit was marked for attack everyone in the unit knew what was about to happen.

As the man's door came sliding open the nine African American men came rushing in and immediately started beating the man down with only the sounds of his screams echoing in the background as the men beat him unconscious and slammed his head against the hard walls of his cell.

"Open up cell block B3 and make sure this one leaves in a box for what he did to Tiny." Curtis ordered earning another frightened look from the man inside B3 who was another BGA Soldier who actually killed a New Arcadian Gangster a few months prior named Tiny for refusing to follow their orders.

With that said the New Arcadian Gangsters showed no mercy in their assault as their rushed into the man's cell and stabbed him multiple times in the stomach, back, arms, and legs over fifty times.

"I don't think this guy is breathing." Yelled out one New Arcadia gangster.

"Stab him some more." Curtis yelled back causing the gangsters to stab him another ten times.

"He's gurgling!" yelled out the same gangster.

"That's okay stab him some more." Curtis shot back with a slight chuckle.

"He's dead!" he finished.

"Alright move on to the next unit." Curtis shot back with little emotion in his tone as he ordered the opening of another cell and watched as his gangsters ran inside and started to assault another BGA Supporter.

It went on like this for what felt like an hour but really only a few minutes had passed. Curtis would yell out the cell of a BGA member or supporter and his guys would go in and beat him down or kill him if he'd done something wrong to them. The other inmates in the unit who weren't affiliated with the BGA took notice and many of whom found themselves watching everything play out with mixed looks on their faces.

The only one who was really worried was Diamond. He knew Curtis was saving him for last so all of those who got their asses kicked can see him fall and take notice that the BGA aren't the ones running the blacks in prison instead New Arcadia ruled all.

"You know who we want now." Said Curtis as he looked to the cell of Diamond and watched as the man got in a defensive stance and threw a punch at the first inmate that ran at him only to be taken off-guard as the other two gangsters stabbed him in his back, sides, and legs before grabbing him by his arms and dragging him out of the cell and dropping him down in front of Curtis who looked down on him with a smile.

"This comes from my cousin and everyone else in New Arcadia you BGA bitches think you can push around." Curtis said with venom in his tone as he looked to one of the gangsters in the group.

He was by far the largest man of the group standing at a height of six foot seven and weighing well over two hundred ninety pounds in steel toed boots. To the shock of all the inmates in the block the man moved to climb one of the metal tables and stand atop it with a serious angry look on his face.

"The Army will be after you." Diamond let out before spitting out a few teeth.

"And the Roman's will be ready!" Curtis shot back before sending a look to the large man who quickly jumped from the table and came down feet first on top of the man's head with enough force to shatter his skull and squish it until it was a bloody mess on the floor.

"I think we're done here!" Curtis let out with a sick smile.

Sunbelt City (Hours Later)

The curfew had ended a two hours ago and it didn't take Ernesto long to be on the road back to Sunbelt with Neto in the passenger seat as they entered the outskirts of Sunbelt and stopped their car in front a rather large gated facility known as Hard Home Mental Institution.

Upon pulling up at the front door and making their way inside they were quickly greeted by the sight of Carmen who ran up to Ernesto and only yelled at him "Where were you!"

"Where is he?" Ernesto asked with fear and sadness in his tone.

"They won't let me see him." She retorted while Ernesto moved to the front desk and noticed a blonde haired Caucasian woman sitting behind it with a serious look on her face.

"I'm here to see my son Miguel." He ordered.

"And as I told your daughter sir your son has been flagged and is unable to have any guest at this time." The woman replied to the shock of Ernesto.

"Flagged, he's only been here a few fucking hours how could he be flagged?" Ernesto asked with venom in his tone.

"Because he's made the last few hours rough." Came a new voice that caused Ernesto to turn his head and notice a Caucasian man with short white hair standing behind him with a serious look on his face.

"And who are you?" Ernesto asked with venom in his tone.

"Doctor Cason, I'm your sons caregiver." He replied.

"My son doesn't need care." Ernesto retorted with venom in his tone.

"Your son was arrested in the midst of a suicide attempt by hanging himself." He shot back to the shock of the Onda member. "He then attacked the officers in a move they described as an attempted suicide by police and while he was in the hospital he attacked a nurse and an officer had to shoot him just to get him off of her and we can only assume that was another suicide attempt." He stated earning a confused look from Ernesto.

"That's bullshit Miguel would never try that." Yelled Carmen while Ernesto remained silent as his mind flooded itself with the memories of Miguel trying to commit suicide using a hotel pool.

"I'm guessing from your expression this isn't the first time Miguel has tried to take his life?" the doctor asked causing Carmen to send a look to Ernesto who continued to remain silent.

"How long will he be here?" Ernesto asked.

"The officers who arrested him were carrying out a search warrant but he's still being charged with Assaulting an Officer but they're willing to let those charges go if he stays here and shows signs that his behavior is improving but as of now that hasn't shown just yet." The retorted earning silence from Ernesto.

"I'm guessing those flags won't be lifted until he shows progress?" he asked earning a nod from the doctor before silently cursing himself.

"Damnit Mijo!" he said under his breath with a hint of sadness and frustration in his tone.

While Ernesto was silently cursing himself Miguel found himself sitting in a padded cell in an all-white straight jacket with an emotionless look on his face before he heard the sound of his doors opening and slowly turned his head to the blinding lights from the outside world.

"Glad to see you're adjusting well to your new settings." Came a familiar voice that caused the man to turn his head and notice a more than familiar face entering the room with a smile on his face before kneeling down in front of him. "I must say though it's a little too good for you with everything you've done to hurt us." Lee stated while eyeing Miguel who gave a low growl before moving to stand up and attack the man only to be knocked down as Lee kicked him the knee and watched him hit the ground with a thud.

"You're wearing a straight jacket do you really thing you stand a chance right now?" the Chinese man asked with a serious smile on his face as he slammed his boot down on the back of Miguel's neck to keep him in place.

"Fucking Mackey?" Miguel strained out with venom in his tone while Lee merely chuckled.

"Owed us a favor from a long time ago and we always collect our debts." Lee retorted with a slight smile. "Also you keep trying to move on our guys at the University of Sunbelt but I bet you never realized that most of our guys and girls there are actually students, and when they aren't students anymore they're graduates, and when they're graduates they're employed in the places you'd least expect." He added.

"That nurse!" Miguel started.

"Girlfriend of someone from the Sunbelt Chapter whose now shaking up with us in New Arcadia because of you." Lee interjected.

"When my father finds out about this-." He started only for Lee to apply more pressure to the man's neck.

"Where do you think your father was in your time of need Miguel. He was watching the back of my brother, who maybe black but seems to be more like the son he always wanted but wasn't blessed to have." Lee shot back while Miguel tried to break from being under his boot.

"By the time you see him he'll be looking at Mark like he's his son and you'll just be a bad memory. We put other people in this place once before you may see an AV member whose taking a liking to eating his own shit." He added while Miguel layed in silence.

"You're gonna lose your mind in here Miguel and you're either gonna kill yourself or we'll call and orderly to help you finish your suicide attempt." Lee added before kicking Miguel as hard as he could in the stomach and watching him spit on the floor and stain the padded floors.

"I had to kill the woman I loved because of you and I can't kill you just yet, but I'm gonna make sure you suffer in the meantime." He yelled out before kicking him once again before moving to walk out of the room.

"We'll see each other again." Miguel coughed out with venom in his tone as he eyed Lee with anger.

"Yeah and I'm gonna smile when I see how you're withering up and dying in here." He replied before shutting the door and leaving the Onda member in the dark with only his thoughts to fill his mind.

Downtown New Arcadia

The sound heavy breathing and the door slamming open could be heard from almost every other room in the apartment complex as Joe came speeding through his apartment door like man with no home training as he immediately ran to his room and started to search for his split kit.

Everything was about to go downhill for him now. It didn't take word to his street long that Muujai was arrested and Joe knew it wouldn't be long before the BGA came looking to him for why that was the case. The Somalian National had more power and reach inside the prisons than outside and inside of the Louisiana Prison System meant that the power he wields outside will only spread here.

That meant it was time to run and hide before the BGA had time to track him down and he finds himself inside of one of the Somalians stews.

"Going somewhere Joe?" Came a familiar voice that caused heavy set man to whip his head around backwards and notice the familiar sight of a man standing behind him with his back blocking the only exit with a slight smile on his face.

"Marcus." He said with fear in his tone as he eyed the youngest Roman who merely smiled at him.

"I told you at the end of the day I would be the one who stands tall at the end of our war. I beat the BGA, the 4th Ward, and even gangsters from Carcer City and Sunbelt City while you sat back and hoped, prayed, and probably even sold your sold for my death but at the end of the day…I'm still right here standing." He stated with venom in his tone and a smile on his face.

"So is this the part where you kill me?" Joe asked while looking to the combat knife on Mark's right hip with fear in his eyes while Mark merely chuckled.

"If I wanted you dead Joe I would have killed you a longtime. You were never a real threat to me and you still aren't." He finished while Joe eyed him closely. "To tell you the truth Joe I kinda need you alive." He added the confusion of the New Arcadian Kingpin.

"You see Joe the only reason you're on top of things in New Arcadia is because you like to make back alley deals and the police turn a blind eye to you, but if I take the number one seat in this city they'll be on my ass like a fly on shit." He stated while Joe shook his head.

"So you want to keep me alive to keep all eyes on me?" He asked.

"At the end of the day you look like you're still at the top of the mountain but I'll be the one calling all the shots in New Arcadia and the surrounding parishes." Mark stated while Joe chuckled.

"The BGA will kill me if I help you." He retorted.

"The BGA will kill you if you don't help me, because right now it looks like you sold out Muujai to the police to save your own ass." The Creole shot back to the shock of Joe. "Think about it Joe, you work with me and you get protection and the BGA won't come near you but if you don't I'll make sure they find you. The Choice is yours Joe." Mark finished before moving to walk out of the room only to stop in his track and wish Joe a goodnight as he left.

"Motherfucker!" Joe whispered out with anger in his tone.

New Arcadia

Things were slowly starting to return to Alison as she opened her eyes and quickly realized that she was now back at home in her bed with a note resting on the dresser next to her bed.

"You partied pretty hard and deserve a day off for all you've done thank you Locke!" she read with a slight smile before rubbing her forehead in anger as the feeling of a massive hangover hit her like a freight train.

"Try drinking some Ginger Ale." Came a familiar voice that caused Alison to whip her head around with blinding speed as she noticed a familiar woman sitting on the dresser next to her bed with a smile on her face. "Eating Ginger is a good home remedy for a hangover." She added only to watch as Alison jumped out of the bed and landed on her butt while looking at her with a scared expression on her face.

"Something the matter?" Delilah asked with a raised brow.

"You…you're dead, I saw the article." Alison yelled out while Delilah merely chuckled.

"Yeah I probably should have told you that when we were getting coffee yesterday." She replied while Alison stood in silence. "If it makes you feel any better you should feel lucky most people can't see me." She added.

"How this isn't real this can't be real." Alison stated while rubbing her head and closing her eyes before opening them up and seeing that Delilah was still standing in front of her with a smile on her face.

"Well now that you've got that out of your system maybe we can talk like civilized people." She replied.

"Are you even people and how can I speak to you I don't even know you." Alison yelled out with venom in her tone.

"I thought you might say that so I brought some familiar faces who may be able to help bring everything into perspective." Delilah stated only for Alison to raise a brow at her before she felt two different sets of hands clap down on both of her shoulders and leave a slight chill in her body as she slowly turned her head and noticed a familiar African and Puerto Rican American do standing behind her.

"Hey big sis." Viktor greeted as Miller merely smiled at her while Alison stared them both down wide eyed and somewhat scared and afraid.

The duo were dead, she knew they were dead. She'd felt their pulse, seen their bodies, and watched them be lowered into the Earth with sadness in her heart that she may never see them again, but here they were looking as alive as they day she'd last seen them.

"How?" she whispered out with a hint of sadness tone.

"We took an oath to fight alongside Marcus Roman and protect our brothers and all those we care about. Not even death can keep us from breaking that oath." Stated Miller while Alison continued to stare at them as they moved to take a stand next to Delilah.

"Why…how?" she started only to be cutoff by the duo.

"We're here to deliver a message about the war that is coming your way." Delilah stated to the confusion and surprise of Alison.

Authors Note: Sorry for the late update I've been doing a lot of things these last couple of weeks and that took out a lot of the time I had for writing this chapter and as you can see a lot went on from the heist to the arrest of Muujai, and the dismantling of the BGA in Louisiana's Prisons.

I know a lot of you probably wanted to see Alison lay Mark on his ass for sleeping getting Gonorrhea, but it would have been a really short scene like he tells her he got it, she cries, he tries to explain further, gets knocked out, and she runs off fast.

If you read Onkwehonwe's latest chapter of Concrete Soldier, you might have already known about the heist and the hints that Miguel was locked up in an insane asylum. It's a fucked-up thing to do to him but Mark and Lee had to do something fucked up in retaliation for everyone he killed.

I know the heist was kinda short and not really action packed but that's mostly because in GTA you get the option of the subtle heist or the loud explosive heist and just for the sake of realism I went the subtle option.

The scene of Curtis and the New Arcadia gangsters attacking the BGA members in prison was based off a prison story I heard online about a guy who was in a prison and the Shotcaller on his unit called out the names of the cell doors he wanted open and guys would rush inside and beat up the guys in the cell. He didn't explain the reason for it but he also got his ass kicked that day even the Shotcaller in one instance because he called out the name of his own cell without realizing it.

The character Delilah is visually based on Lindsey Morgan who plays the character Raven on The 100. Originally, I wanted to introduce her a longtime ago as a friend of Mark and the others who died in the past. She was also a first love interest not only for Mark but also Link, Lee, and Jimmy who each will admit in the future to having a crush on.

As you may remember the ghost of Laurie visited Lee last chapter to tell him about the approaching war, this chapter the ghost of Delilah approached Alison, and next chapter I can promise another ghost reaching out to another BSU member that will appear off-screen but will be mentioned, as well as Alison having a deep conversation with two more ghost of Mark's past.

Stick around for next chapter though as Mark and all of BSU deal with the fallout of the events of the last chapter of Concrete, Alison through some advice from ghost re-evaluates her love for Mark, Dallas makes one final play on BSU, and Task finds himself trying to help the Rifa's in a new mission.

Thank you all for reading have a good day Zilla 2000 Out.
