Here's the unfinished chapter. It's very short, but go ahead and read it if you want.

It was with high spirits that Foxy began activating. He had hope tonight; somehow, he felt like tonight would be a good night. He had no distinct reason to feel the way he did, he just did.

But he smiled as he slowly woke up. His couch somehow seemed even more comfortable than usual, and the silence in his room was very nice, he had been expecting Bonnet to keep him up (for it was his turn to take care of Bonnet tonight, and he knew it) but he heard nothing from her. That raised his spirits.

This is a good sign. If Bonnet's going to be tame today, then maybe things will work out.

With this comforting thought giving him extra backbone, he opened his eyes.

And then his smile vanished.

Something was different.

He had been expecting to wake up laying on his couch, staring up at the wooden ceiling in his brightly-lit room (Foxy liked to keep the lights on at all times on nights where Bonnet was with him, as it made him feel safer).

Instead, he was staring up at a familiar red canopy, one that certainly did not belong to him. The room was dim and certainly not as bright as he would have wanted his room to be when Bonnet was staying over.

Foxy sat up, confusion extinguishing his hope and confidence. He looked around him. He was sitting on a comfy red bed.

Wait...

He gazed around him. He was in a dimly lit room that did not belong to him. Nearby was a table, with a plate and rarely-used utensils sitting out. And, most egregiously of all, there was chicken framed on the walls, which was something that only belonged to the room of...

How did I get in Freddy's room? Foxy stammered in his mind. This is the definition of weird...did Freddy move me here while I was asleep? If so, I'm really curious to know what made him want to do so.

Foxy glanced at the door, which was closed. Maybe Freddy was outside his bedroom somewhere?

"Hey, Freddy, why did y-" Foxy began, intending to call for Freddy. But his voice died soon after speaking.

The voice coming out of his mouth was not his own voice. It was Freddy's voice.

"What? Why do I sound like...okay, Freddy, whatever you did, it's getting old!" Foxy called, still off-put by the fact that Freddy's voice was coming out of his mouth. However, he was given no answer.

Urgh...I must be seeing things. Foxy thought, shaking his head. He noticed that he spoke with his normal voice in his thoughts, a fact that, instead of calming him, made him even more uneasy.

He lifted his right hand to his head, thinking all he needed was to clear his mind.

But seconds later, he retracted his hand and stared at it in horror. His hand was not the white hand with pink nails he knew, but a dark blue hand that was slightly bigger than the type of hands he had.

Foxy lifted his other hand. It was an exact copy of the blue hand, but white colored. Then he looked down at himself, and he gasped. His body was rounder than it normally was, and his torso was accented with purple instead of pink.

He felt the top of his head again. There was a top hat perched there. He put his hand to his neck. His bowtie was not red, but black.

Top hat...black bow tie...round hands and torso...a blue-colored hand...purple accents...a voice that sounded like Freddy...

It hit him in one psychological impact that rocked his mind.

He didn't just sound like Freddy.

He WAS Freddy.

"No way...no way!" Foxy stammered, still sounding like Freddy. "How is this happening?! How am I inside Freddy's body?"

Confused and disoriented, Foxy threw open the door of the bedroom and walked out into the rest of Freddy's room. It looked the same as ever, too.

"This has to be some kind of dream! I'm imagining this!" Foxy told himself in a panic. "If I slap myself, I'll wake up back in my room, sounding and looking the same as ever!" Foxy raised his arm and slapped himself across the face. It hurt, but other than that, nothing happened. "It didn't work?! Oh, come on! Now what do I do?"

"Freddy! Hey! I'm coming up!"

Foxy heard Puppet's voice shouting from the hole where the ladder was. Foxy whirled around, unsure of what to do or how to react, so he waited as Puppet ascended the ladder and came up out of the hole, then walked over.

"Hey, Freddy. How's it going?" Puppet asked casually. "You don't mind me coming to visit today, right? I wanted to see how you were holding up."

"...hi." Freddy!Foxy replied, still unsure of what to say. Right now, he knew Puppet would only see and hear him as Freddy, and would not be able to tell it was really Foxy commanding the body. "Yeah, uh...thanks...for coming."

Puppet gave Freddy!Foxy a look. "Uh...you're sounding a bit more quiet than usual, Freddy. Is everything alright?"

"Well...no. Nothing's right."

"What's the matter?" Puppet asked.

"Puppet...I'm actually not Freddy. I'm Foxy, and I woke up inside Freddy's body."

The silence that followed this was palpable. Puppet was giving Freddy!Foxy the strangest look Foxy had ever seen.

"Goodness gracious...Freddy, are you sure you're alright?"

"Puppet, it's really me. It's Foxy, and I'm not lying to you!"

"Freddy...come on, you don't have to keep pretending to be Foxy. It gets old, y'know?"

"I'm actually Foxy, okay?! Listen, if you doubt that, I can prove it to you!"

Puppet was silent again. Then he sighed.

"Alright, then, 'Foxy'." Puppet said, and Foxy could tell that Puppet was just humoring him. "Say something that only Foxy would know."

Foxy didn't even hesitate. "A day or two ago we decided that I was going to take care of Bon-Bon and you take care of Bonnet, but we switch places every day or two and I know that you hate the system, but I made you promise to do it so that we can get Bon-Bon and Bonnet to start getting along!"

Puppet looked wide-eyed. "...what? But...how did you know that...?"

"Because it's really me, Puppet! Freddy couldn't have known that; he wasn't even there when we agreed on that system!"

Puppet looked flabbergasted beyond belief. He was shaking his head in disbelief and amazement alike. "No...but how are you in Freddy's body?"

"I don't know! I just woke up and I was in his body, okay?" Foxy said, and then he paused and let out a deep breath. "Sorry, sorry, I'm just...confused how this happened."

"Let's sit down. Over there." Puppet said, pointing at Freddy's couch. Freddy!Foxy nodded and let himself be seated on the couch. Puppet kept standing, but he faced Foxy all the while.

"Hey...do you believe it's me, Foxy? For real?" Foxy asked Puppet.

"Hmm...well, it's a weird statement to make, especially hearing it from Freddy's mouth. But you knew about the deal we made with those hand-puppets, and like you said, Freddy couldn't have known that."

"And you don't think Freddy could've spied to figure it out?"

"Even if he did, he's forgetful. I feel like it would've slipped his mind if he had actually seen it. But I don't think he did."

Freddy!Foxy grinned. "I'm glad you believe me. I just don't know how this happened. How could I have ended up in Freddy's body?"

"As to that, I have no clue." Puppet replied. "Hey...wait a minute. If you're in Freddy's body...then what happened to your body?"

Foxy froze. "...we have to check. Right now."

Freddy!Foxy stood up quickly and raced towards the ladder, which he went down at top speed.

"Woah! Alright, alright, I'm coming with." Puppet said, and Freddy!Foxy could hear Puppet coming down the ladder with him.

Minutes later, Freddy!Foxy found himself thundering down the spiral staircase into his room, Puppet following.

When Freddy!Foxy reached the landing, though, he made a face as he saw what was sitting before him.

On his red couch, where Freddy!Foxy normally sat, Foxy saw his own body sitting there. His own body was munching on a cookie. Foxy watched the progress of his own jaw breaking the cookie apart.

Then his own body noticed him and spoke, saying: "Oh, hey guys. Nice to see you."

Freddy!Foxy was even more on edge. That was HIS voice he heard coming out of his own body, but he wasn't even in his own body. It all felt so surreal.

"...yeah, hi, Freddy." Foxy greeted slowly.

"Hey, wait a second. When did I get down here? I thought I was already down here." Foxy!Freddy said confusedly, eyeing Freddy!Foxy.

"I'll tell you how." Foxy sighed. "In fact, let's expand your question, Freddy, to 'How did we end up in each other's bodies?'! Because in case you haven't noticed, you're in my body and I'm in yours." Foxy said.

"What do you mean? Is that why you look like me and sound like me? Either you're right, or some cloning business is going on here."

"I'm not a clone, Freddy. It's me! Foxy! And you're in my body right now."

Foxy!Freddy looked down at himself. "Really? Is that why I sound like you and look kinda like you? I just figured somebody messed with me while I was asleep." Freddy raised his hands. "Wait, there's pink on my hands! But...does that mean you're telling the truth?"

"Yes, Freddy, yes, and we need to figure this out."

Foxy!Freddy blinked, and then nodded and stood up. "Darn right, we do! What's going on? Did you prank me for some reason?"

"No. Did you?"

"Not at all."

"Then who did this?" Freddy!Foxy glanced at Puppet for a second. "Was it you, Puppet?"

"Don't look at me. I'm as confused over this as you two are." Puppet said, shaking his head. "You're saying that you're Freddy even though you look like Foxy, and you're saying that you're Foxy even though you look like Freddy. I mean, based on what Foxy said, I have reason to believe he might be inside Freddy's body, but this is still confusing. If you two really did switch bodies, then I don't know how it happened, okay?"

"Mr. Wigglesworth, are you in here?" Freddy!Foxy called, looking around for his stuffed bear. He spied him sitting on the couch next to Foxy!Freddy. "There you are! Do you know what's going on?" Freddy!Foxy waited, but the stuffed bear was a lot more silent on the matter than Foxy expected. Foxy!Freddy, however, looked a little befuddled once Freddy!Foxy finished speaking.

"I feel like I can hear some kind of muffled words in my head...but I can't make them out..." Foxy!Freddy muttered.

Freddy!Foxy sighed. "Great, then he won't be any help." He looked over at the carpet, and was momentarily surprised to see nothing sitting there...until he remembered that Bon-Bon wasn't staying with him this week. "Wait a minute, where's Bonnet?"

Puppet and Foxy!Freddy looked around the room.

"Oh. I didn't even notice that she was gone." Puppet said. "Where'd she run off to?"

"She's probably out somewhere." Foxy!Freddy said.

"Probably. But...if she went out, then..." Freddy!Foxy thought, and he realized that Bonnet would have free reign to barge into Puppet's box and chase after Bon-Bon while Puppet was away. "...oh. Uh...yeah, once we figure out how to get back into our old bodies, we need to go check on Bon-Bon and Bonnet."

And yeah, that's all there is. Would've finished it, but I had ZERO motivation for this particular chapter. I was excited to do it at first, but then I just couldn't get excited by the concept. So I'm going to be working on the next one and leaving this one as is.

That's all.
