Chapter 8: The Kiss

After a long night of waiting, Harry finally awoke in the early morning. He opened his eyes to see various people surrounding him in states of disarray. Voldemort was sprawled a top the single chair in the room, sleeping peacefully but with a small frown present on his face. Snape and a woman who looked similar to Draco Malfoy were sharing a small couch that had not been there the day before.

Harry's head tilted in confusion. He wondered what everyone was doing in his room. He didn't remember how he got here. The last thing he remembered was seeing Bellatrix striding towards him in the gardens. His eyes widened. What happened after that? As he concentrated more memories from the previous day came to him. He remembered horrible pain and then being carried in strong arms. He blushed as he recalled the feeling of safety and security that came from being carried like he was precious and fragile.

As he looked around, he noticed the two men from before were leaning against the opposite wall and talking quietly. They looked as though they hadn't slept at all during the night. As he continued watching the brothers a blush crept across his face. They really were striking. Although similar to each other in appearance, they were relatively simple to tell apart. The older one was broader and had longer hair while the younger was taller and had an easy-going air about him.

While he admired them, Rabastan had turned to check on Harry again. When he saw that Harry was watching them both with a visible blush on his face, he smirked.

"Like what you see, sweetheart?" he asked.

At that Rodolphus whipped around to see Harry wide awake while Harry raised his eyes and blushed darker at being caught.

Harry drew the blanket sup to hid his blushing face from the two men.

At seeing Harry's embarrassment at being caught, Rodolphus slinked closer to the bed. The brothers went on either side of Harry, effectively boxing him in. While everyone had been asleep the two brothers had talked and admitted that they both wanted to pursue Harry. After seeing him at breakfast, they had been taken by his innocence and lot expression. They wanted to be the ones that he would depend upon and take care of him.

They sat down on the bed and each grasped the blanket blocking their view of Harry. They slowly pulled it down and gazed upon his flushed and embarrassed face.

"Nothing to be embarrassed about, darling." Rodolphus whispered.

As he spoke Rabastan reached out to grasp Harry's waist. He quickly pulled Harry into his lap and delighted in the small gasp that escaped from the surprised teen. Rodolphus quickly moved in front of Harry so he was sandwiched between the two brothers. Harry gulped as he took in the two towering men in front and behind him.

Even while sitting, the two men still dwarfed him. When Rodolphus gazed into his eyes, Harry became overwhelmed by the intensity of his gaze. He quickly looked down, but Rodolphus did not want to lose sight of those gorgeous emerald eyes. He gently reached a hand out to grasp his delicate chin. He slowly raised Harry's face until he had no choice but to look back into Rodolphus' eyes.

Once he had his attention and eyes on him, Rodolphus spoke.

"Don't hide from us, darling. We want to see those enchanting eyes. I know this is sudden but we were ensnared by your beauty and innocence. We want to take care of you, if you'll let us."

At that, Harry's eyes shown. He had longed for someone to appreciate him and care for him. This seemed too good to be true.

"I'd like that," Harry spoke shyly, "But who are you?"

At this Rabastan balked. They had forgotten to introduce themselves. They were so caught up in Harry that they neglected the most important step in a courtship; introducing themselves and stating their intentions.

"I'm sorry, sweetheart. My name is Rabastan Lestrange and this is my brother Rodolphus. We were so caught up in your beauty that it completely slipped our minds that we were not introduced to you at breakfast yesterday." Rabastan repented.

Harry smiled shyly and quietly professed his forgiveness. It had been a busy day yesterday and there wasn't much time for the brothers to introduce themselves.

At seeing the forgiveness in Harry's eyes, Rodolphus drew Harry forward by the chin. He lightly pressed their lips together in a chaste kiss. He couldn't resist those delectable lips after seeing them up close. Then Harry's head was turned so Rabastan could capture him in another kiss. As they shared him between them, trading chaste kisses back and forth, neither noticed the other occupants of the room waking.

"Rabastan, Rodolphus! Unhand my son at once!" boomed Voldemort.

Shocked, the brothers jumped away from Harry and stood with heads bowed. Harry was left slightly light headed and distracted from the kisses. He reached a hand up to touch his lips. As he delighted in receiving his first kiss (because he sneakily avoided Cho Chang during the DA meetings after she tried to kiss him), he failed to notice his father's growing rage.

Voldemort was enraged. His most trusted followers had taken advantage of his only son. His young child that he only just found. He would not stand for Hadrian being taken away from him so soon, so he leveled his most terrifying glare at the brothers.

"YOU WILL NOT TOUCH HARRY AGAIN! DO YOU UNDERSTAND! IF YOU DO KILLING YOU WOULD BE A MERCY" he screamed.

At hearing such a loud noise, Harry jumped and watched as the scene unfolded in front of him. With every word, he hunched further into himself. It was his fault that his father was so angry. If he hadn't been admiring the brothers then none of this would have happened. With that thought in mind, Harry walked up to his father fully prepared to receive punishment.

Upon seeing his son approach, Voldemort waited simmering in rage for his child to speak.

"I'm sorry father. It was my fault. I won't see Rabastan and Rodolphus again." Harry said with tears in his eyes. He would do anything for his father's approval, even if it meant letting go of the Lestrange brothers.

The Lestrange brothers' heads snapped up. They couldn't lose Harry, especially not after tasting his lips.

"My lord, we desire to court your son. We find ourselves captured by him. He will always be protected in our care." Rodolphus claimed, letting his seriousness shine through.

But Voldemort would not listen to reason. This was his son, HIS. Looking towards his son, he felt the words that threatened to spill out halt. Hadrian had looked at the two brothers in awe. Hadrian was astounded that they would be willing to court him even after facing Voldemort's wrath.

Upon seeing the looks Hadrian gave the brothers, he sighed. He pinched the bridge of his nose and turned towards his son. If it meant Hadrian would be happy then he would allow the courting.

"Hadrian, tell me the truth. Do you want them to court you?" Voldemort asked.

Harry hesitated. He did want them to be courted but he didn't want to disappoint his father. He froze in fear and indecision. But then he remembered, his father had said to tell the truth. What if this was a trap?

Harry sucked in a breath. He looked at the brothers and knew that he had to answer honestly if he wanted to be with them. After those short kisses, he knew that what he felt for the brothers was more than physical appreciation. With that in mind, Harry summoned his courage.

"I do."
