It was an early morning in the Heeler Household and the family was sitting down at the kitchen table finishing their breakfast. "Alright kids, I gotta run. Have a great day at school, especially you son" Bandit said as he grabbed his brown bookbag for work and kissed his daughters heads then ruffled his sons hair. "Okay dad." Bluey and Bingo said as they went back to eating their bowls of cereal. "Thanks dad, you have a great day at work." Levon said with a smile as he continued to finish his toast. "Thanks mate, I will." Bandit said as he went over to kiss his wife on the cheek while she was checking the weather on her phone and drinking a cup of coffee. "You have a great day at work too Babe." Chilli looked and smiled at the gesture. "You too Babe." Chilli replied as she went back to checking the weather. "Bye kids, see you after work." Bandit said as he hurried out the door.

As Bluey and Bingo finished their breakfast, Levon took the dirty dishes to rinse them in the kitchen sink before loading them into the dishwasher. He suddenly felt being pulled into an embrace, he looked up to his mother resting her head on his while hugging him from behind. Levon was confused by the gesture, but loved his mother hugging him even if it was out of the blue. "You're a good dog Levon Heeler. I can finish the dishes, you and your finish getting ready for school. We'll be leaving in Fourteen Minutes." Chilli said as she watched her son hustle out of the Kitchen and upstairs. She couldn't help but smile before loading up the dishwasher with the remaining dishes that needed to be washed. Afterwards, Chilli heard her phone vibrate and as she dried off her hands to pick it up. She saw it was a text message from her husband who was replying to a photo she secretly took of their son loading up the dishes into the dishwasher. When Chilli read the reply it said: "I'm very proud of our son give him a hug from me. Love you all." Chilli smiled at Bandits text and replied to it.

Meanwhile, Levon and his sisters were finishing getting ready for school. "Alright, we brushed our teeth?" Levon asked as he went through a pretend check list. "Check." Bluey replied. "Done a tactical wee?" Levon asked. "Check" Bingo replied. "Do we have all of our school stuff." Levon said tugging on the straps of his bookbag with his thumbs. "Check!" Both Heeler sisters said with their bookbags on their back. "Alright then." Levon clapping and rubbing his hands together, he turned to make his way towards the stairs when he suddenly felt a tug on his tail. He turned to see Bluey had grabbed it and saw she had a saddened expression on her face, his brotherly instincts kicked in. "What's the matter Bluey?" He asked as he got down on his knee to talk at her level. Bluey twiddled her thumbs be replying to her brother, "I don't want you to go to another school. I want you to stay at Calypso's and play with me..." Bluey explained as looked down with sadness in her eyes,

Levon thought about it for a moment and knew what he needed to say to his sister. "Hey I got something very important you and Bingo can help me with, since we'll be in a hurry." Levon said as he reached into his bookbag, pulling out two envelopes and handed them to Bluey and Bingo. "What are these?" Bingo asked justifiably confused. "Those are envelopes containing letters for both of your teachers. It's important that you two make sure that Mrs. Retriever and Miss Calypso get them." Levon explained in a tone that was serious ,but friendly as to not make his sisters nervous. "Can I trust you two that you will give your teachers these letters?" Bluey and Bingo thought about it and looked the envelopes in their hands before answering. "Yes we promise." Levon smiled at their reply. "Okay, let's get downstairs and not keep Mum waiting." Levon said as him and his sisters made their down the stairs by the front door. When the Heeler siblings reached the bottom of the stairs the saw their Mum looking through her purse checking to make sure she had what she needed for work, when Chilli had everything she was surprised to see all of her children ready to leave. "Wakadu! Here you kids are, ready to leave and with SEVEN MINUTES to spare! I'm so proud of you kids!" Chilli said unable to contain her motherly pride. "Alright kids, pile into the car and let's get to school!" She said with excitement as her and the kids went out the door, but not before she grabbed the keys from the bowl by it and then locked the door.

Elsewhere not from the Glasshouse Primary School, students at Michaelson Primary School were gathered in the hallways as it was early in the morning and classes weren't ready to start yet. A light grey coyote with patches of brown on left side of her face and covering the top of her nose with a black stripe running the top of it. She had brown eyebrows and on her stomach, arms and, legs. She also black covering her hands, feet, and tip of her grey tail. She looked in the small mirror in her locker to check her brown hair and the grey hair on the top of head, making sure it wasn't messy and it wasn't. She then grabbed an orange textbook that read MATH on it before closing the door to locker number 538. She looked to her right and smiled. Two of her friends, a greyish white Catahoula Leopard Dog with black and brown spots on her arms, legs and muzzle with light blue eyes. and a grey and light brown Cape Fox with green eyes came walking up to her. "Hey Chelsea!" Both girls said greeting their Coyote friend. "Hey Summer. Hey Millie." Chelsea said greeting the Leopard Dog and Cape Fox. "You're not gonna believe what I overheard Principal Newfoundland talking about!" Summer said unable to contain her excitement, having to her hands over her mouth to cover her squeals as to not make a scene. Chelsea the Coyote raised an eyebrow, clearly confused by her friends behavior. Millie the Cape Fox rolled her eyes. "Summer's excited because she heard the Principal saying that we're getting a new student. A Grey Wolf." Millie explained nonchalantly with a half smile .Chelsea chuckled at both of her friends antics. "Come on, we can talk more in Mrs. Greyhounds class." Chelsea said as her and her friends made their way to Math class.

The familiar Red Jeep of the Heeler family pulled outside to the front doors of Michaelson Primary School. Chilli put the car in park, but kept the engine, she deep breath and sighed. "Well here we are." she said as she looked at her son, who was looking at the front entrance of the school. "Yep." Levon replied as he unbuckled his seatbelt. Chilli sensed that her son was nervous, she unbuckled her seatbelt and placed her hand on his. Levon looked and looked his mother in the eyes. "Remember just do the best you can, we love you and to have a great day, okay sweetheart?" Chilli reassured him, Levon nodded in response and gave his mother a hug. Chilli smiled and gave him a kiss on the forehead, Levon opened his passenger door and grabbed his bookbag. Before he closed it, he looked his mother in the eye. "Have a great day at work and I love you Mum." he said. "Thanks Levon, I love you too." Chilli said as her son closed the door. She watched as he walked up to door and turned to wave at her, she then waved back and then watched as he took a deep breath before opening the door to the school and walked in. Chilli then watched as her son walked down the hallway and the door closed. She put her seatbelt back on before driving out of the school and onto the road towards her job at the Airport. Chilli turned on the radio to listen to some music to get her mind off watching her oldest child walk into the school, unfortunately for her the song Landslide by Fleetwood Mac began to play on the radio. Images of Levon growing up began to flood her mind forcing Chilli to pull over to the side of the road and try to compose herself. She vented out all of her emotions and wiped away the remaining tears before she continued on her way to work. It was hard, but she had to except the fact that all her children were growing up.

Meanwhile, Levon was trying to find his way to the principals office. When he wasn't sure where to go, a noise shook him out of his thoughts. He looked to his left down a hallway. A white Pitbull had his books knocked out of his hands by a Dun colored Kangal. "Next time, you'll watch where your going Pitbull." The Kangal boy said as he walked away laughing to himself. Levon watched as the Pitbull boy began to gather some of the books that were on the ground. The Pitbull boy sat on his knees trying to grab the three or four books off of the ground and he mumbled gibberish and how much hated getting picked on by that Kangal Boy. "Here you go." A voice shook him out of his thoughts, he looked to see a Grey Wolf holding one of his textbooks. "Thanks." The Pitbull said as he took the textbook from the Wolf boy. "My name's Levon Heeler." The Wolf introduced himself as he helped the Pitbull off the hallway floor. "I'm Peter Pitbull, thanks for helping me with these." Peter said gesturing to the textbooks in his hand. "No problem, say who was that Kangal kid?" Levon asked as he pit one of his bookbag straps on his shoulder. "Oh are you new to this school?" Peter asked visibly shocked at Levon's question, to which Levon raised an eyebrow. "That was William Kangal, but he mostly goes by Billy, he's bad news and it's best to stay out of his way." Peter explained. "Noted, so you wouldn't know where the Principals Office? I need to see him, so I know what classes I need to go to." Levon asked a little worried that he would be late on his first day of school. "Oh sure, you make a right and then you go straight from there. You can't miss it." Peter explained the directions to Levon. "Thanks Peter, I really appreciate it. You wanna hang out at lunch?" Levon asked to which shocked Peter. "Yeah, I'd like that." Peter responded with a smile and his tail wagging. Levon smiled and wagged his tail at the idea of having lunch with new friend he made at his school. "Okay I'll see around Peter." Levon said as he turned to leave for the Principals Office. Peter stood there in the hallway for a moment and smiled that he made a friend at school and turned to the opposite direction to head to class.

When Levon arrived he opened the door to find a Shiba Inu typing on her computer. "Excuse me Ma'am." Levon said hesitantly as he stood in the doorway. "Oh why hello there. How can I help you?" The Shiba Inu asked with friendly smile. "I'm new to this school and I was told to meet with a Principal Newfoundland." Levon explained the Shiba Inu looked on her computer. "Of course, I just need your name." she asked. "Levon Heeler." Levon replied. "Okay, you have a sit and I'll see if he's available." The Shiba Inu said gesturing to one of the six chairs as she disappeared into a backroom, to which Levon assumed was the Principal's Office. He took a seat and placed his bookbag in his lap. As he sat there, a million thoughts flew across his mind. What if I'm late and I get in trouble? Will I get kicked out? What will Mum and Dad say?! Suddenly he remembered what his Mum said to him in the car just before he left. He took a deep breath and cleared his mind. "Mr. Heeler?" Levon snapped out of meditative state and saw the Shiba Inu lady had returned. "The Principal will see you now." She said as she sat back down at her computer. "Thank you Ma'am." Levon said as he got up and grabbed his bookbag to make his way to the Principals office. "It's no trouble and you can call me Ms. Charlotte." The Shiba Inu lady replied with a smile.

Levon stood at the door to Principal Newfoundland, he took a deep breath before knocking on it. "Come in." A deep voice called from behind the door. Levon opened the door and saw the back of the Principal chair was facing away from him. "Principal Newfoundland?" Levon asked as the chair began to turn around revealing a brown Newfoundland with a pair of reading glasses, looking over a folder possibly a file to a student. "Mr. Heeler, it's so nice to meet a new student at my school." Principal Newfoundland said as he placed the folder on his desk and took his glasses to place on there as well. "It's nice to meet you as well sir." Levon gulped nervously as he was intimated by the size of the Principal. "It's okay, I know my size is intimating to a lot of students, but I assure you Mr. Heeler that I am no more harmful then a moth." Principal Newfoundland said as he looked through his desk drawer. "Now here is the classes you'll be attending. I'm sure you can find your way to your first class and if you can't I'll write a hall pass for you in case your late." He explained as he handed Levon his class schedule along with some textbooks and a hall pass. "Thank you sir." Levon said as he turned to leave. "You're very welcome Mr. Heeler. Just be sure to keep your nose clean and you'll be fine." Principal Newfoundland said as he put his reading glasses back on. Levon nodded as he exited the office and made his way to his first class, MATH MRS. GREYHOUND ROOM A113.

At ROOM A113, Chelsea and her friends Summer and Millie were chatting like their other classmates with Four Minutes before class had to start. "I wonder what his name is." Summer said thinking about the Wolf of Mystery. "I bet it's something mystical." she said as she tried not to get over excited. "He's a wolf. Of course he'll have some mystical or mysterious name." Millie said as she chew on a piece of bubble gum. "Excuse me, are you talking about a new Wolf student?" The girls turned around to see Peter Pitbull sitting at his desk in the middle of the classroom. "Yeah Peter, why do you know something?" Summer asked. Peter then explained what happened to him in the hallway and how he met the Wolf of Mystery. "Did you catch his name before you came here?" Summer asked literally at the edge of her seat. "He said his name was Levon Heeler." Peter replied. "Heeler?" Chelsea and Summer both shocked and confused, while Millie raised her eyebrow. Suddenly the door to their classroom opened Peter, the girls, and a couple of their classmates looked to see if it was their teacher. Walking into their classroom was not their teacher, but Levon Heeler and Peter smiled in surprise upon seeing his new friend in his math class. Chelsea and Summer were understandably shocked while Millie raised both eyebrows.

As Levon took his seat in the front by the door, the girls looked at the features that stuck out about him. "O.M. Gosh, look at those spots on his body." Summer said. "The tip of his ear is missing. I wonder how it got like that?" Millie added. Chelsea on the other hand couldn't comment as she was looking at every detail from his face to his yellow eyes. "Psst, Hey. Levon." Peter said trying to get the attention of his new friend, the girls suddenly froze like deer caught in the headlights. They saw Levon's ear twitch and turned his head in their direction, well Peter's direction. Peter subtly waved at Levon, to which he smiled and waved back. "O.M. Gosh, his smile." Summer screamed in her head as her heart started to beat like crazy. As Levon turned his attention back to his textbook, the door opened once again to reveal their teacher. A greyhound entered the classroom and placed her cream tote bag on her desk. "Okay class, I hope you had a nice fun weekend. Now, please call out your name while I take attendance." Mrs. Greyhound said as she began to call students by their names at random. "Levon Heeler?" she called on his name last. "Here." he replied as the other classmates began to whisper and mutter amongst each other. "Mr. Heeler, it's always nice to have a new student in our school." Mrs. Greyhound said quickly welcoming him with a smile, which he felt relived to not have to introduce himself. "Alright class, if you turn your textbooks to page Fifty." she said as she began math class.

When the bell rang and all the students got up to head to their next class, Peter hurried to catch up to Levon. "Hey, it's awesome that we have the same math class." Levon smiled. "Yeah, I hope we share the same schedule." as he pulled out his schedule to see what class he had to go next. ART MR. POITEVIN HOUND ROOM B311. A tan and white Poiteven Hound was explaining colors and how new colors can be created by mixing them. Levon loved this class, he loved drawing and maybe he could learn to paint with this class. It was unfortunate that Peter wasn't in this class, which killed his excitement a bit. Levon continued to write down notes that seemed important until the bell rang and it had to make his way Lunch.

Levon made his towards the Lunch Room, his tail began to wag as he saw Peter standing not that far from the lunch room. He made his way over to his new friend, "Hey peter. How's your day going?" Levon asked as him and Peter began to walk to the Lunch Room. "It's going fine. How about you?" Peter asked a little excitement, Levon couldn't help but smile at his friends mannerisms. "Hey, we have an outdoor lunch room. So if you wanna eat outside we can." Peter suggested as they both arrived and the lunch room was filled with chatter and laughter of various students. It was packed if even they could find a seat, it would be too loud to one think to their self. As the Pair came outside the saw a three to five available tables. Levon noticed that aside from him and Peter, the only other dogs out here were three girls sitting at a table in the center of the table. A Coyote, a Cape Fox, and a Catahoula Leopard Dog. Levon recognized them from Math class as him and Peter decided to sit under a huge shady tree.

Chelsea and her friends were seating at the outdoor lunch table talking when she noticed Peter walking with the new kid. "Guys, check it out." Chelsea said as Peter and the Wolf boy sat under the shady tree. Millie and Summer turned to see caught their friends attention, "Peter's so lucky to hang out with the new boy." Summer sighed as Millie rolled her eyes. "Why don't I just go over there and talk to him." Chelsea suggested as she got up from her seat. "No! Wa-." Before Summer could reply, Millie covered Summers mouth. "Yes, for the love and sake of everything with of all creation please go talk to him. For all our sake. " Chelsea laughed at her friends antics as she walked over to the big shady tree while Millie wrestled Summer to the ground to prevent her from stopping Chelsea, to which she rolled her eyes and smiled at her friends antics. Meanwhile Levon and Peter began to show what they brought for lunch, "I've Sausage Rolls, what about you?" Peter asked. "I got a grilled Turkey and Cheese sandwich." Levon replied as the two began to eat. Levon felt he was having the best first day at his new school and was enjoying hanging out with Peter. He couldn't wait to hang out with him tomorrow and possibly make more friends, he thought as he took a drink from his water bottle. "Hi." A voice called out shaking Levon from his thoughts, he looked up to his left and saw a Coyote girl leaning over with hand behind her back with a smile.

Levon didn't understand this feeling that overcame him, it was just a girl he talked to girls before and yet somehow he felt every part of him freeze up. But there was something different about her that made feel something in the pit of his stomach, to him she was the most beautiful thing of all creation, from the style she wore her hair to how she smiled. He found himself mostly drawn to her eyes, the pools of golden yellow that he could stare into them for an eternity. Levon needed to find out what her name was, he had to know. "Just ask her name, it's a simple question! Just say hi right back to her, that's how talking works..." His inner thoughts screamed at him, he desperately wanted to talk to her. "Hi, my name is Levon." he replied finally fighting away the beast that was social anxiety back into it's cave, at least for now. "Oh hey Chelsea." Peter said as he swallowed his lunch. "Chelsea? That's a nice name." Levon thought to himself as he placed his half finished sandwich back in his lunch box. "Hey Peter, you guys want to come with at our table?" Chelsea asked as she looked over to her friends, who had stopped wrestling with each other and were now looking at the trio. "Sure, is that cool with you Peter?" Levon asked as he got up and offered a hand to help his friend up. "Yeah, I don't mind." Peter said taking Levon's hand as he was pulled up to his feet.

The boys took a sit at the table as Chelsea introduced her friends. "Levon, these are my best friends Millie and Summer, " She said as Levon and Peter sat down at the lunch table. "Hi." Levon said with a wave. "So what made you come to this school?" Summer asked her curiosity getting the better of her. "My Mum and Dad thought it was time for a change." Levon said scratching his cheek with his finger. "How are you liking it here so far?" Chelsea asked she sat down next to him. "So far, it's been going good. The teachers have been real nice." Levon explained. "What class do you have after lunch?" Millie asked. Levon pulled out his schedule and looked at the last class he had before school would be finished for the day. "It says I have Gym with a Coach Boxer." Levon said surprising everyone at the table. "We have that same class too!" Summer said with excitement, slamming her hands on the table. "Easy, don't scare him off." Millie said pulling her friend back down to her seat and back into the realm of calm. "Oh, cool." Levon said smiling. Before they could continue their conversation the bell rang signaling the end of Lunch. "AWW." Summer groaned in disappointment. "It's okay, we can all walk to Gym together." Levon reassured her as they all got up to head to their final class of the day. "Oh yeah." Summer perked up.

"ALRIGHT THEN! My name is Coach Boxer and today since you all are new to my class, we are going to over the basics for today and work our way up as the school year progress'!" A black Boxer with white on his chest explained to his class. "I am going to give you your gym uniform for the duration of my class." He explained as he pointed to bench with a bunch of folded T-shirts with the name of the school in capital lettering in a grassy green color. "You boys and girls will go into separate locker rooms to change every day you come to my class." Coach Boxer explained as his students got up and grabbed a t-shirt and proceeded into their respected locker room. As all the students got changed and sat back down on the floor of the Gym, Coach Boxer began to take attentance. "Peter Pitbull?" "Here." "Chelsea Coyote?" "Here." "Millie Fox?" "Here." "Summer Leopard Dog?" "Here." After calling on more students Coach Boxer made it to the last three students. "William Kangal?" "Here." "Reggie Wild Dog?" "Levon Heeler?" "Here." After taking attendance Coach Boxer began to go over basic stretches and simple beginner exercises.

The final bell rang for the day and after the kids got changed, Levon, Chelsea and their friends went to their lockers to grab their bookbags and waited outside the front door waiting for their parents to pick them up. "So, your last name is Heeler?" Chelsea asked Levon after Peter got picked up by his dad in a black Hummer like vehicle. "Yeah, My Mum is a Red Heeler and my Dad is a Blue Heeler." Levon explained as he saw the familiar red jeep come up. "There's my Mum. It was nice meeting you Chelsea, see you tommorow!" Levon said as he ran to get in the front seat. "Hey Honey, did you have a great first day of school?" Chilli asked as her son put on his seatbelt. "Yeah! It was great!" Levon answered excitedly with his tail wagging as a result. Chilli smiled as they began to pull away from the school to pick up his sisters. Chelsea watch as the red jeep disappeared from her view and smiled at how she made a new friend.
