Hello, and welcome to a brand new story, now I know I've been creating a multiverse saga with other stories with the Nasuverse being a bridge point between each one, but I will point out that it goes beyond just that, as I look to span out and see the wider omniverse, and this story is going to dive into the realm of the foundation, there will be references to the anomaly that is turning the barriers of space-time into Swiss cheese but they won't be interacting with any of the other worlds that got caught by anytime soon until certain events in one of my other stories unfold in their later stages.

So before I begin I want to say that I will be adding the content of the light novel by Akira: Iris through the looking glass, and have the nameless teen dragged into the mess of the foundation be named after said author in honor. However the story is centered on my own OC as he unravels mysterious pertaining to himself and the greater span of the worlds around him.

Also I know it just says iris in the story info, I had no idea how to add more characters.

All SCP's belong to their respective authors. Let's go

Chapter 1: The Awakening

Nothing. He couldn't remember a damn thing, all save for his own name, Alexis, that was all he knew. Alexis was a young man around the age range of eighteen, he had slightly tan skin, cyan eyes and jet silvery white hair, an appearance that stood out amongst normal folk.

He was lost, not knowing what to do or where the hell he was, he simply woke up one moment in the back alley of a city, thankfully he was dressed and not exposed, wearing a white blazer with a red shirt underneath, black pants and white sneakers.

When he left the alleyway he got a look at his surroundings, a big city bustling with people, many pass him by giving him glances due to his semi unique appearance, though in there eyes he was probably one of those individuals that like to completely dye their hair an unnatural color, though he was not ugly. In his confusion he asked where he was and one person kind enough to tell him said he was in Manhattan, New York. Alexis decided to take a stroll, he tried to think about his situation but he nothing to go off of so questions constantly bombarded his head: How did he get here? How come he can't remember anything? All those thoughts plagued him throughout.

In his crisis inducing state of consciousness further thought was interrupted by an explosion that occurred up ahead just a few blocks. Panic would ensue as bystanders began to flee in terror, a loud popping would follow.

Alexis didn't know what was going on but his body told him to run, but instead of going away from danger he ran towards it, with no rhyme or reason. Curiosity? Who could tell.

"Dispatch this Officer Williams reporting! Swat teams are on scene and are currently engaging!"

A fire fight had broken out between law enforcement and a terror cell that had managed to set bombs in the New York Stock Exchange building.

Officer Williams was among the first responders pinned down by the hail of bullets. He saw to that any personnel not caught up in fighting evacuate as many people injured or not out as fast as possible. As he looked around the combat zone his eyes fell upon a silver-white haired young man that was hiding behind an SUV.

"Hey! Kid you need to clear out of-!"

He was cut off when another explosion went off on the first floor of a nearby skyscraper, apparently it had been blown at the supports as it slowly started to collapse in their direction.

Alexis saw the incoming doom and panic rose in him as he wanted to run to avoid being crushed, however, the moment of euphoria and adrenaline awoke something from deep within him, unknown to him as he slipped into unconsciousness his cyan eyes began to glow brightly, his body reacting on its own as he held his arms close and extended them out quickly, and a massive pulse detonated from him.

All around him reality seemed to grind to a halt as the skyscraper was almost upon him. He simply went up to the collapsing hulk of metal and concrete and proceeded to place his hand upon it, with one touch the skyscraper disintegrated, barely leaving a trace of its existence.

After that event everything seemed to go back into motion, and Alexis had collapsed, having blacked out moments before already. Officer Williams only looked on at what was a destructive scene now looking like nothing happened, the only traces of the skyscraper meant to crush him was the left over debris that already hit the ground, confusion of everything setting in as he looked at the fallen young man, he still had a lingering feeling like he had just been frozen still for whatever reason. Without further contemplating he pulled out a radio and called in a request for a retrieval team, he then unveiled some patches that had a symbol on them, and three bold letters that said S.C.P.

Alexis was having some sort of dream, or was it a vision? He couldn't tell. In his vision he saw countless events unfolding, all of which seemed to take place in different places, so many, for example he saw an event play out where he was witnessing a really fucked up world plagued by war, multiple factions fighting each other on planets and in deep space, in another vision he saw a demonic god like entity of scarlet color with a blood colored crown over his head marching his monstrous hordes over across the epochs, another vision showed a spiky black haired Japanese boy and pink haired fox woman with three golden tails confronting a lanky man with some kind of claw hand coming from his right shoulder.

So much running through his head, he wanted it to stop, he wanted it to STOP!

"AAGH!"

Alexis's vision was blurry, it slowly began to clear up and he found himself in a dimly lit room. As he began to move he noticed his hand bound by cuffs restraining him to the table. In his confusion he finally registered others that were with him, he saw two individuals that were wearing some kind of combat uniform and armed with assault rifles aimed at him, it was gray and they wore black vests, patches on their shoulders with a certain symbol and SCP adorned on it, he looked at the wall to find the same thing only it fully read, SECURE. CONTAIN. PROTECT.

Looking back at the security he looked at their helmets, their eyes covered by a tinted shield, and a mask over their mouths, he couldn't see their eyes but he could tell they were staring at him with contempt, ready to shoot if he was deemed a threat.

Sweat was pouring down Alexis'a forehead, who were these people and what did they want with him? Further thoughts were banished to the deep seats of his brain when the door in front of him opened up to reveal a man in a standard white lab coat, he had blonde hair and slung on his back was a shotgun, a black hat adorning his head.

Alexis gulped as he looked at the man, was he his executioner? He was then saw a young woman this time, a fellow researcher, she had red hair tied in a ponytail, she and had a slim figure, in her hand was a clipboard. The woman sat down in front of Alexis from across the table and started to write some things down, unlike the man she seemed friendly if on a professional level.

"My name is Dr. Gracie, the man with the firearm, who he SHOULD NOT! Have with him at the moment. Is Dr. Clef."

"Um? Doc-?"

"First lets start with your name." Dr. Gracie cut in.

"Alexis. Um who-?"

"What is your date of birth?"

"I don't know can I please-?"

"Do you happen to have any recollection of the events that took place prior to your coming here?"

"NO! Please can I ask a quick question?" Alexis asked.

"And what would that be?" Dr. Gracie asked.

"Where the hell am I?"

"Well Alexis you are in Site-17 of the SCP Foundation."

"What?"

"If I may ask, do you have any recollection of anything pertaining to a few hours ago?" Gracie asked as she continued to write notes.

"The only real memory I have is my own name, otherwise I don't know or remember anything."

"Severe case of amnesia. Tell me is that really all you can remember?"

"Yes."

"Alright then, we'll Mr. Alexis as of right now you are in custody of the SCP Foundation, our goal is to secure, contain, and protect anomalies wether they are common objects with unnatural properties or even entities. We keep them locked up in order to maintain normalcy for humanity, you may not know but the world is shrouded in mystery despite the modern age and alarmingly enough all sorts of things lurk in all dark corners of the world, it is our job to keep the order of normalcy against anything that goes bump in the night."

"So, what does this have to do with me?" Alexis asked confused.

"Since you can't remember I'll gladly bring you up to speed. Several hours ago you were in the middle of an attack in the city of Manhattan, you displayed a powerful knack for affecting the reality around when a building was about to collapse on top of you. One of our agents who was undercover as local law enforcement called in about after seeing passed out in the chaos. A whole building gone right in in front of where you were slump." Explained the man known as Clef.

Alexis didn't know how to digest the information, it was all to much for someone who knew so little.

"I don't understand, I don't feel any different from how I usually feel."

"Maybe your powers went dormant, still, since it is possible they may yet be used again then measures are to be taken, and you will officially be kept under the Foundation's custody from here on out." Dr. Gracie said.

Alexis started to feel stressed, unknown to him, he was unconsciously unleashing a psychic emission that was spreading through the facility, it was causing many of the contained anomalous entities to react in strange ways.

In a certain part of the facility there was a containment chamber that was sealed off by a six inch thick steal door was a woman, though not a normal woman by any means, at a surface level look, she was a very beautiful Korean woman, she had long black hair, a perfect curvy figure, and wore a blue, red and white outfit, that was where it all ended, her eyes were a golden brown color, a pair of fox ears adorned her head, and nine big wavy fox tails protrude from behind her.

This entity was SCP-953, the polymorphic entity, though a more common identity for her was a kumiho, a Korean nine-tailed fox, one of the most malevolent entities the foundation ever had locked up.

It was an hour passed her last feeding time, and she was sound asleep, however something stirred her, a psychic resonance, she could feel her own psychic powers absorb the signals, it was a young man, and he seemed distressed. 953 flashed a toothy smile.

"How interesting." The fox woman said.

Alexis was then taken to a containment room, he changed into an orange jumpsuit as the guards led him to his new permanent and likely permanent arrangements.

"Alright anomaly, this will be your containment room, get in." The guard ordered.

Stepping inside he looked around, not big but still spacious enough, he had a bathroom with a shower at least, and a bed, a closet with likely more jumpsuits but he didn't care.

"Not exactly a hotel room now don't you think?"

Turning around he saw Dr. Gracie.

"Since your an anomalous humanoid, you're free to make requests on what you want in your room, you can make a list and turn it in to see whether your request is accepted or denied, stay on good behavior and you can maintain this right, it can be revoked."

"Thank you, Doctor."

Gracie nodded before taking her leave.

"Tomorrow we will have your first test so make sure your rested."

And with that Alexis was left alone, he decided to lay on his bed and just think, constantly wondering how and when his life became so...insane. But as he mulled it over he began to feel droopy, and fell asleep not long after.

This...was just the beginning.

In another location, somewhere in (REDACTED), in a hidden chamber, thirteen individuals were in a meeting, each one shrouded by shadow. This was the O5 council, the absolute ruling authority of the Foundation.

"The meeting of the O5's is in session!" Called O5-1.

Standing in the middle of the chamber was a man with auburn color hair, some stubble on his chin and glasses. He wore a lab coat signifying him as a researcher, and most peculiar was a purple amulet around his neck.

"Dr. Bright, we have heard your query and have set this meeting up, but God help us if this is a trick-"

"Now why would I risk my neck to prank the O5s, I may be an immortal conscious cause of this damn amulet but even I would not go as far as to cross any of you, I'd sooner stick my dick in 682 than do that." Bright replied.

"A vulgar statement. Well? Show us what you discovered." O5-3 commanded.

Rolling his eyes, Bright proceeded to fire up the projector and give his discovery.

"Now I want to point out that the whole multiverse deal is nothing new to the Foundation, we've confirmed many realities exist and there are means to travel between them, as well as dealing with inter dimensional anomalies, though recently an event had occurred, something had happened that is causing the fabric of space-time to open up like Swiss cheese on an alarming level, multiple wholes opening and closing faster or slower depending on what's coming through, and there seems to be a dramatic increase in existing Hume levels."

The O5 looked on with interest and worry, could this be a sign of a K-class end of the world scenario?

"We've even detected psychic signals coming through each tear, my colleagues were able to decrypt the messages and one thing came up that caught alarm."

The next slide that showed was a two word phrase.

"War Approaches"
