chapter ii. — uncle?

CAROLINE GLANCED at the spell that the mikaelsons wanted her to do on them. She found out that Bonnie agreed to help as she kind of has a thing for Kol as Stefan does for Rebekah. But also what is after them is something powerful that can cause an imbalance in nature. Her kids were at school while Hope was reading a book MJ had left for her.

Caroline scanned the spell frowning as she knew it wouldn't work. Caroline glanced up at them, "The cleansing spell won't work on any of you."

Bonnie and Freya frowned as they spent days looking for a solution. Elijah shook his head, "Why, Miss Forbes?"

Caroline shifted her eyes to him, "Because the spell done on all of you is originally to keep you apart but you all are together in the same room without any consequences."

Kol nodded, understanding her, "They did the spell wrong."

Caroline nodded, "Yea. But you still have a spell done on you which is just a slight of dark magic that will develop if not removed. You will need to siphon it out and put it into someone."

Rebekah eyes the blonde girl, already wanting her to be part of the family. Even though they didn't get along back in mystic falls, time had passed plus she wants to spoil her nieces and nephew. She shook her head snapping to reality, "Who can siphon it out?"

Caroline gave her sheepish smile, "I got that part covered, all you need to do, is figuring out who to put it into."

They all started in her with a look of amazement? As they realized how much the blonde girl has changed. Klaus kept his eyes on her the entire time, as he noticed her blonde hair is longer, her blue eyes shine more, and most of all she looks happier. He was selfish and wanted to be part of her happiness.

Hayley snapped to the blonde girl, "How do you know any siphoners? If you seem very busy here with five children."

They all look at her as Klaus gives her a warning look, "Hayley."

Camille nodded, "No she has a point. How can we even trust her?"

Kol gave a small chuckle, "Trust me, I trust her more than I ever trusted the both of you and that is that she has been gone for a while.

Davina glared at him, "That is the point. She could be plotting to kill you all?"

They all glared at each other while Caroline was staring at them in amusement. She is used to people discrediting her but she has grown to an amazing person. But it is funny how those three have something against her when she doesn't know them at all.

Caroline sat down on her couch as she cleared her throat, "You are all dramatic. The siphoners are my daughters, okay? So figure out the second step and the problem will be solved."

Elena hissed at her, "What is up with you?"

Caroline tilted her head shrugging not knowing her question. Elena narrowed her eyes trying to put fear into her while Caroline had an amused expression, "You left? Never come back and we find you with five kids, who aren't even yours?"

Caroline dropped her amused expression as it was replaced with a cold one. She narrowed her eyes as she eyed her dear old friend.

Caroline gave her a harsh look that, Elena flinced a bit as she whispered low, "What I do with my life is none of your concern. But mention anything about my children again, I won't hesitate to rip you apart. Understood?"

Elena nodded furiously at her while the others watched in fear and amazement. While Klaus eyed her like a love sick puppy. Caroline smiled at her as she clasped her hands together, "Now that is settled. Just bring someone you know has a lot of power, if you can't find one, I'll figure something out."

They all nodded while Klaus moved closer to her, "Thank you, sweetheart."

Caroline smiled at him, as the door opened entered the three teens and two little girls. Caroline went up to them as they all greeted her. Lizzie ran to Hope and wrapped her arms around her, "Hope!"

Hope returned the hug to her and did it to Josie, MJ, and Peter. She paused at Ned who crouched down, "Hello, I'm Ned."

Hope smiled at him as she introduced herself to him. While the Mikaelsons watch the scene with smiles on their faces. They had never seen Hope so happy before. Ned went to Caroline who introduced him to the others, "This is my other son, Ned."

Ned waved at them happily as they all introduced themselves to the boy. Caroline told her friends to give them a minute which they nodded as she went to the kitchen with her kids and plated their lunch. She plated, Hope one too. She smiled at all of them, "How was school?"

They all replied that it was good. Peter finished his bite as he faced his mom, "So, Fisk might have made a move against me. I think?"

Caroline sighs as she loved that Peter wanted to help with all of his heroes duties but the mother in her wanted to keep him safe. Klaus made his way to the kitchen, "You think?"

They all turned to see him and the others in the kitchen. Peter gave a them all a winced look, "Well last night, I might have ruined his shipment, but I might have accidentally fooled around. But me, MJ, and Ned fixed it!"

Caroline raised her brow, "How did you three fixed it?"

The three teens avoided her gaze. While the Mikaelsons siblings, Stefan, Bonnie, and Marcel stared at them all in amusement. Caroline turned to the twins, "Josie? Lizzie?"

The twin girls look at their mother and their older siblings, they sigh as they stuffed their mouths with more food. There was a knock at the door as the five kids ran upstairs dragging Hope with them. The others watched in amusement as Caroline sighs heading to the door.

She opened the door revealing the one and only Tony Stark who made his way to the apartment. Caroline sighs as she eyed him, "What did they do now?"

Tony noticed other people but he ignored it as he faced her, "They hacked into the FBI database and erased some footage."

Caroline tilted her head, "I don't know if I should be proud or mad."

Tony shook his head, "Definitely proud, it takes a lot of skills to do that. I came here because they need to be more careful, it can be traced back. I rerouted it as it came from the opposite side of the world."

Caroline nodded at him in gratitude, "Thanks Tony."

Tony nodded leaving her home, "Anytime sunshine. Oh, before I forget, can you tell your sisters, I need to speak with them."

Caroline nodded as she shut the door and turned around with Kol and Stefan full of excitement, "You know ironman."

Caroline gave them a teasing smile as she nodded. Kol eyes widen, "Holy shit, Peter is spiderman? That means my nephew is spiderman!"

Caroline stares at him dumbfounded as Klaus comes behind her as she turns to him and mouths to him, "What?"

Klaus had a smug look on him as he paused at her ear, "They are our kids, sweetheart."

Klaus pulled away enjoying the rosy blush displayed on her ivory skin. But the thing is she did not deny it which gave him some hope. Caroline faced the room, "Umm not trying to be rude but can you all leave, so I can lecture them?"

Damon dragged Elena out but he glared at her on their way out. Marcel made sure that he took Davina with him, as a reluctant Hayley and Camille left. While the siblings stayed with Bonnie and Stefan. She raised a brow at them.

Stefan had an excitement in his eyes, "I want to meet spiderman."

Kol nodded in agreement. Caroline rolled her eyes as she muttered, "I will be back."

Caroline went upstairs as she entered the twins room knowing that they would all hide in there. She peaked into the room as they all gave her sheepish smile. Caroline sighs as she picks up, Hope as she noticed her staring at the twin braids with ribbon.

Hope smiled at her pointing at the green ribbon. Caroline nodded as she split her hair in four parts while she talked to the older kids, "I'm not mad, just be careful next time."

The three teens nodded at her. Ned sighs as he looks at her, "We are sorry momma."

Caroline nodded as she twisted the green ribbon on the redhead. She finished her braid and kissed Hope, on the forehead. Hope wrapped her arms around her, "Thank you."

Caroline nodded as Hope went to play with the twins and she turned to three teens, and filled them in on the situation as to why the Mikaelsons and her friends were there looking for her help. Peter stood up, "We can help."

Caroline nodded as she had a smile on her face, "I know you can, but the only thing we need is to put it in someone. Come on let's go downstairs."

They all went downstairs as Hope ran to Klaus, "Look, Care did my hair."

Klaus smiled at her, "I see my littlest wolf, you look beautiful."

Caroline sat on the couch with Peter and Ned on her right side, MJ on her left side and Josie on her lap, while Peter carried Lizzie. Kol eyed Peter, "How did you become spiderman?"

Freya smacked Kol in the shoulder, "You don't just ask that."

They all chuckled at that as Kol let out a, ow. Peter eyed his mom who nodded, he faced Kol, "Bit by radioactive spider and it gave me powers."

They all took a moment to process that, they wanted to question even further but decided not to. Stefan smiled at him, "Do you the hero stuff by yourself?"

Peter shook his head, "I could never do it by myself. Ned is my guy in the chair, he is always hacking and making sure I have a clear view. Em, is the leader, she plans everything and if I need extra help she comes to the rescue."

They all nodded at that. Bonnie eyed the curly hair boy, "How did you learn to fight?"

Peter did not think as he blurted it out, "Mom taught me."

Peter gasped as he and Ned winced, while MJ rolled her eyes, "Losers."

While the others turned to Caroline who was avoiding their gaze. Klaus narrowed his eyes, "What does he mean, love?"

Kol shook his head, "Better question, where did you learn to fight?"

Josie peaked at him as she did not see anything wrong with telling them what she knows, "Mommy and aunt nat and lena are black widows."

Ned stood up as he faced the three little girls, "You all want to help me build something?"

They all nodded as Lizzie, Josie, and Hope followed him upstairs while Peter and MJ stayed with Caroline. Elijah turns to Caroline, "What does the little one mean, Miss Forbes?"

Caroline cringed as she shook her head, "It's a long story but I used to be a black widow assassin."

They all took a moment to process that. Rebekah had softness in her eyes, "How come no one knew?"

Caroline shrugged, "I was trying to move on from that."

Kol faced her, "Wait Nat as, in Natasha Romanoff?"

MJ faced the man, "She is our aunt, so when I said I had two assassin aunts I meant them and obviously mom."

Peter faced them, "It was cool, so I think like about a year ago they took this whole organization down and it was crazy because there was this guy and he was like 'I am going to kill you all" but then mom and aunt nat with aunt lena where like 'not if we do it first' then…"

Caroline covered his mouth, "Not the time Peter."

Stefan pouted, "It was getting good."

Kol nodded in agreement. Klaus did not know what to feel as he just felt like taking her and her children back to New Orleans and making sure nothing happens to them. There was a buzz when Peter's phone went off.

Peter ran to his room changed to his suit and jumped out the window, "Bye mom."

Caroline shook her head as a smile was on her face. Kol faced Caroline, "Can he take me swinging?"

They all rolled their eyes at him. Bonnie had a small smile on her, "Kol, you need to stop fangirling."

Kol gasped, "How can I not when I have the coolest nieces, and nephews!"

They all did not say anything as Caroline faced Klaus who was sheepishly smiling at her. MJ snorted, "So, I'm calling you all uncle and aunt," she pointed to Klaus, "and dad now?"

No one protests as they will enjoy that very much. MJ snickered at that but she and the others had a plan to bring Caroline and Klaus together, it might be weird but it will be nice to have a dad.

She stood up, deciding to join Ned as she paused at Caroline, "We have a weird family, mom."

Caroline smiled at her as she walked away. Caroline turned as Kol pointed at her, "See! She did not deny it."

Caroline chuckled at him, "You guys want to stay for dinner?"

They all signaled a no, minus Klaus. Caroline nodded as they all parted their ways, leaving behind Klaus who had a sheepish smile on him. Caroline tilted her head, "So, my kids will call him uncle, now?"

Klaus took a step forward with his face closer to her as their lips nearly touched, "I think the right term is, our kids, sweetheart."

Caroline moved her gaze to his, "Just like that?"

Klaus nodded as he wrapped his arms around her waist, "Whatever is yours, is mine and that includes the kids as well. I will protect them with all I have, ensuring they have good future."

Caroline put her arms around his neck as she put her head against his shoulder, "You can't just say stuff like that."

Klaus tightens his hold, "And why not?"

Caroline pulled away, "You will be willing to raise five extra kids? Three teenagers who have a hero complex and two little girls with magic abilities."

Klaus nodded pulling her closer to him as he just wanted to feel her warmth, "Yes. Now, we all know I'm not the good guy in general but I will do my best to make sure they will make the right decisions."

Caroline shook her head as she had a soft smile on her, "You are still crazy after so long?"

Klaus showcase his famous dimpled smile that makes her weak as he whispers to her with raspy voice, "I told you, I will wait for you, however long it takes."

Caroline was going to reply when they heard a thump on the floor. The couple turned to see the two teens and three little girls on the floor with sheepish looks on them. Klaus had chuckled at him, "Eavesdropping?"

They all avoid his glance. Caroline smiled at them, "Shouldn't you be eying Peter?"

MJ and Ned nodded as they ran back to keep an eye on him as the three girls ran to the couple. Hope tugged on her dad's shirt, "When Peter comes back, can he take us swinging?"

Klaus was not sure if it was a good idea but he nodded to her anyway. Hope squealed as Lizzie grabbed her hand and they ran upstairs, "Is going to be fun!"

Caroline had a smile on her face as her gaze went down, "Josie?"

Josie clinged onto her mother as Caroline bent down to pick her up and took her to the couch with Klaus following her silently. Caroline pulled back, "Jojo?"

Josie did not reply as she buried her head into her mother's soft curls. Josie was a very timid little girl. She sighs, "When is night time, can I sleep with you?"

Caroline rubs her back as she whispers to her, "Always!"

Josie nodded as she pulled back and glanced between Klaus and her mother, "Sorry to bother."

Klaus shook his head as he gave her a smile, "Is never a bother, little one."

Josie smiled brightly at him as she turned to Caroline offering her pinky, which Caroline wraps hers around. Josie gave her delicate smile, "Pain only makes you stronger."

Caroline nodded as she repeated the words back as Josie hugged her and hugged Klaus as she whispered lightly to his ear, "I'm glad momma chose you."

Klaus felt his heart flutter with warmth as he gave the little girl a squeeze, "Me too, little one."

Josie pulled back as she put her index finger signaling shush sign which Klaus returned to her as they both had a smile on their faces. Caroline eyed them as the little girl ran upstairs, she turned to Klaus who shrugged. Caroline smacked him playfully on his shoulder.

Klaus had never felt so much of a domestic feeling then this right here and he never wanted it to end. He sighs looking at her, "How did you come to have the twins? You don't have to answer."

Caroline gave him a soft smile, "Is okay and I'm not too sure as they are mine in a way as I carried them and gave birth to them. All I know it was magic related but they did pick up some my physical traits. While the other three, I adopt them; funny enough to save them."

Klaus nodded as his eyes widened, "Saved them?"

Caroline smiled at him, "They are always in trouble, something you should get used to."

Klaus smiled at her as he shifted closer, "Caroline, are you saying what I think you are saying?"

Caroline nodded, "But take it slow mister."

Klaus wrapped his arms around her as he nuzzled into her neck, inhaling her scent. Caroline giggled at him, "What are you doing?"

Klaus did not answer as he nuzzled further into her neck, making sure his scent stayed on her. He mumbled across her skin, "I hope you know, I don't plan on letting any of you go."

Caroline brought her hand as she massaged his curls as she whispered lowly, "Even though it will be so chaotic living under one roof?"

Klaus nodded as he pulled away, "Caroline, this is all I ever wanted."

Caroline chuckled as she placed her head on his chest, "Then you do know you will be interrogated by my two sisters and foster parents."

Klaus shrugged as he did want to make a good impression but hid it, "They could disapprove of me and I wouldn't care because all I want is your approval."

Caroline felt the butterflies in her stomach as part of her has always known it was going to be him. She was going to say something when Peter came to the room. He took his mask off as his face was bloody and he sat on the couch. Caroline rushed to get a first aid kit.

Klaus went to his side as Peter had tears in his eyes. Klaus knew this part of Peter going out would take time to get used to because all he wanted was to kill the person who did this to him.

Klaus stared at him as he spoke to him softly, "What happened?"

Peter tried to get the words together but he felt sob caught in his throat. Peter just threw himself to Klaus as he sobbed. Klaus caressed the boy, "Is okay. You are safe."

Caroline came to the room with worry in her eyes as she gently put her hands on her son's face. Peter let out a watery laugh out, "Hi, mamá."

Caroline smiled as she wiped off blood on his face, "Hi, baby."

Caroline finished cleaning his wounds. Peter gave her thank you to both her and Klaus as he feared he might have freaked him out. Peter mumbled a small apology to Klaus. Klaus shook his head, "Is okay. Now, what happened?"

Caroline caught Klaus's cold tone, as she knew if whoever messed with Peter he would like to ruin them. Peter smiled at him as he leaned on to the couch. Peter looks between the two, "He was waiting for me and outsmarted me."

Peter felt the anger in him as he clenched his fist, "If I was second late there would have been three people dead now."

Caroline sighs as she glances at him, "Peter, sometimes we can't save anyone in this type of job, we can try to do our best and that is all that matters."

Peter shook his head as he faced his mother, "I know that but if I was smarter, I would have noticed his plan all along."

Peter stood up as he went upstairs. Caroline sighs as she faced Klaus who had anger in his face, "Don't."

Klaus gritted between his teeth, "Caroline, look how he came. That can not go unpunished."

Caroline brought her hands to his, "I know, but this is different. He will need to figure it out. Look trust me, this is different from the way we handle things but Peter he is so good, he will figure it out."

Klaus sighs as he clasps his hands on her, "I have a feeling, I won't like this."

Caroline gave him a sheepish smile, "I'm pretty sure besides Peter, MJ will give you a headache."

Klaus groans as to what would caused the teen girl, get in trouble. Klaus grabbed Caroline as he buried his head into her golden locks.

He just knows this part will be hard for him to get used to but he will try for them, but if they hurt him or any of them too far, he won't hesitate to rip anyone apart that hurts his children and his love. Caroline tugged him a bit, as a way to comfort him.

"Come on, big bad hybrid, it is time to retire your villain life and learn to be a hero."

"Really funny, love."

as this really is just story with a lot of fluff moments!!

also Natasha and Yelena will visit but not yet!!

I kind of want to do bashing but I never written full on bashing so any ideas on who and based on what?

also I want Caroline to be pregnant because of all the fluff moments with Klaus and the kids and it will be slow before the kids even call Klaus dad or before Hope adresses Caroline as mom
