"A little more graceful in the arms, kids." Caroline said.
Today was a warm sunny summer day at the Temple. And Caroline was teaching a dance class for some of the younglings today.
The kids were all dressed in grass skirts and leis Gabby and Lamenta grew with their magic as Caroline was teaching them to hula dance.
"The most important part of this dance, is to be natural." Caroline said, dancing with the motion of the water in the Room of a Thousand Fountains.
"This is surprisingly relaxing." Ahsoka commented, mimicking some ocean hand movements Caroline did.
"Hula may be part of a long going tradition..." said Caroline. "But each story is different. And like the path of the waves in the ocean, every story told is unique in its own way."
"Sounds like something Summer and Aqualia might say about surfing." Gabby commented.
"Perhaps." Caroline chuckled. "Have I ever told you the story of the island princess who saved her island by connecting with the water?"
"No, you haven't, Auntie Caroline."
"You never even told me, Mommy." Lamenta said.
Caroline decided now would be a good time to break from the lessons.
"If you'll all gather 'round... I will tell you the story of a legendary island princess who was very much like a friend we know here. It all began a long time ago on a tropical island kingdom."
