A/N: Basically, Encanto happened the same, but everyone was ponies. Instead of a door, the Madrigals got their cutie mark and powers.
Mirabel looked at her family. Her entire family looked over at her with admiration. Mirabel was sure this was the first time her family stared at her like this. She still had no clue why she didn't have a cutie mark, but that didn't matter right now.
Mirabel walked towards the door to the new Casita. With tears of joy in her eyes, she placed the doorknob in the hole. Magic coursed through everyone's veins. When the family was finally not overwhelmed, they noticed Mirabel had disappeared into thin air.
The earth pony didn't know where she was. Mirabel knew she wasn't in Encanto anymore. She knew she probably wasn't on Earth anymore. Mirabel was in a new plane of existence. Mirabel wondered if she was dead.
A flock of yellow butterflies flew over to her. They turned into young male unicorn. Mirabel recognized the man, even though she had never met her before. "Abuelo?" Mirabel asked.
"Mi mariposa," Pedro said. Mirabel ran to hug her Abuelo. He wrapped his hooves around her.
"Am I dead?" Mirabel asked.
"No," Pedro responded. "You have finally uncovered your true destiny."
"I have?" Mirabel asked.
"Yes," Pedro said. "You saved the miracle. You helped your sister uncover her true destiny. You were able to remind your Abuela why the miracle was even born. You are ready to fulfill your destiny."
Before Mirabel could ask questions, he disappeared into white light.
The family looked through the village. The candle lept from Alma Madrigal's hands. The candle turned into Mirabel and appeared on her flank as Mirabel's new cutie mark. Once she stood up, the family could see wings on Mirabel's back. Her wings expanded, her family watching in awe.
Mirabel looked at her wings. So this is what Abuelo meant when he told me about my destiny. "Mira, your head," Abuela said. Mirabel raised his hoof to her head. She could also feel a horn on her head.
"You've become an alicorn," Dolores said. "I didn't know that was possible. I thought it was something people were born as. Royal families specifically arranged marriage for alicorn babies. There are no records of someone becoming one."
"It's a miracle," Alma said. "And she's our miracle."
Mirabel was speechless. She had a lot to learn, but she was excited.
