CH 5

We were now at a stalemate with Naruto in the middle as no one else movies as they know one wrong move could result in me or Naruto or even both of us getting harmed in the process as Sasuke stares at me with a cold look.

Sasuke"….hn, like you know what I regret Suki…stay out of this…" I glare at him not moving." I will do no such thing Sasuke I'm involved with this too!" I focus my chakra as lighting starts to cover his katana as I make some vines grow from the ground under me as I use them to pull Naruto back as I use my vines to wrap around my grass blade as I had it let go of Sasuke katana.

I smirk as when he tries hitting my grass-covered vine blame with his lighting covered Kanata nothing happened." Mhm, guess you didn't know vines don't conduct electricity, so sucks to be you now Sasuke!"

I swing my blade at him which catches him off guard as I swung my other fist at him as I have a lot of chakras focused into it" Take this!"

I go to punch him hard in the face, but just as I made contact he poofs and turns out it was a log in Sasuke place instead.

I cursed seeing this as I turn around but was too late as Sasuke was near the others as he had lighting coursing through his whole body as he made it spread out as it knocked back Naruto and the others as it did some damage to them.

I keep my guard up glaring at Sasuke and he jumps back up to where he was and raised his hand as he was starting to focus a lot of chakras now.

But, suddenly Orochimaru appeared and grabbed his hand stopping him. Orochimaru" now Sasuke, there no need to use that jutsu on them…"Kabuto appears on the other side as we all look up and glares at them.

Kabuto" Lord Orochimaru is correct, these leaf ninja could be useful for taking out Akatsuki members for us, it is easier to find your brother if they do all the dirty work for us.." Sasuke thought about this and put his hand down and put his katana back into its holder now.

Orochimaru smirks and looks down at us mostly looking at me. Orochimaru" be dears and do that for us, won't you…oh, Suki dear…my offer still for you to join us?"

He held his hand out to me as I glare at him even colder."…no a chance in hell…" I say with a cold tone in my voice as he sighs putting his hand back.

Orochimaru" what a pity,….well till next time." He keeps his smirks as all three of them slowly vanish in a burst of flames as I and Naruto stare at Sasuke as he looks back with an unchanged blank expression on his face as he too disappears.

Our mission to bring Sasuke back to the leaf village was a total failure as I clenched my fist in angry as I look down as even if I wasn't the leader of this group I still felt ashamed for not getting Sasuke a second time.

After some testing, we make the journey back home as Naruto was still down on not getting Sasuke back as I try to cheer him up as best I could as Sai comes clear for his mission from Danzo and that he now wants to do things for himself as a member of team 7.

Soon we get back to the Leaf as Yamato reports to Lady Tsunade who was shocked to learn we found Sasuke but didn't get him back, but was also stunned by the reports of details of Anbu ninjas assigned by Lady Tsunade that Danzo used to get Orochimaru to work with him.

Tsunade"…Danzo..damn him…thank you all I know the results weren't what you wanted." She looked at me and Naruto as we were still down about failing.

Tsunade" but I'm happy your all back safety, take pride in that and rest up for the next few days alright, you are all dismissed, but Yamato could you stay at."

Yamato nods as I, Naruto, and sai bows and leaves the Hokage office now.

Tsunade" was there anything else that happened?"Yamato looks at her and nods. Yamato" yes my lady, forgive me for not reporting this but Suki told me she went to Orochimaru hideout the night before we went, it seemed Orochimaru tried to get her to join and she got to see Sasuke but it seemed even she couldn't get him to come back…. It seems she knew he wouldn't change his mind this time…"

Tsunade listens and nods thinking I was insane to go follow Orochimaru like that but knows id do something crazy like this as she sighs. Tsunade" alright then thank you for that Yamato you may go now."

Yamato bows and leaves too as Tsunade sits back in her seat and sighs feeling like things going to get worse now.

Over the next few days instead of resting, I was working hard knowing what the next big thing to happen is when two Akstuki members show up soon.

"Let us see it's the immortal pair Hidan and Kakuzu…..and Asuma sensei is killed around this time too…to stop that I got to get rid of Hidan first…mhm his power works that if he gets someone blood then their cursed and any injure to Hidan the cursed one will feel that too….damn this power seems impossible to beat him… he can't be killed…how I get around that…"

I sigh trying to think of how to beat Hidan for sure unlike how Shikamaru did by blowing him up and burying him." He isn't killed just in pieces and buried….their got to be a better way….wait…if I can make him wilt away….could willow powers…and to beat Kakuzu his destroy his five hearts….I think I got it…"

I smile as I write all this in the journal I have been using seen I first came here as I get to work on my plan now.

During this time too Kakashi and Yamato training with Naruto as they figure out his chakra nature and from there he uses shadow clones to help with the process of his training.

I didn't mind this as Sai was doing training as well as I went into a deep part of the forest as I make hand signs." Summon Jutsu!"

After I put my hand on the ground a large cloud of smoke appears as from it was Willow, the Wilt Peryton. She hasn't changed much seen I first met her as she looks down looking at me.

Willow"Hello Suki, it's been a while seen you summoned me, what can I do for you?" I smile looking up at her.

"Hey Willow I just wanna ask you something, can an immortal be killed by wilting them?" hoping it somehow works as Willow thinks for a moment before answering me.

Willow"mhmm…in theory it can be possible but it is not easy, if the power isn't strong enough or quick, even an immortal could survive, but if you can destroy them right down to their last cell then they will have no chance of recovering, but it depends on power in the end."

I listen to all this knowing it wouldn't be that easy. But, is determined to do it." I know their risks to it but I got to do this Willow, it cants let the bad stuff happen when I have a chance to change the outcome…" I look at her as after some time bonding I came clear to all my perytons on my old life and old-world seen I trusted them a lot.

They of course were shocked to hear all this but were happy I trusted them so much as they swore to keep this a secret as I told them about stuff that will or will not happen depending on the choices I can change.

Willow" I understand Suki,…so they are a way for you to gain the power you need to defeat an Immortal, but…. It comes with a great risk that could destroy you…are you still willing to you it?" she looks at me with a serious look knowing her powers or not to be messed with carelessly as I nod at her.

" I know Willow…but I'm willing to do whatever it takes…" Willow nods at me seeing me as willing to go for it. Willow" understood so you will have to aim to do a half-beast transformation with me, Suki, your body has learned to handle a bit of my power when I'm in control for short times so this transformation is on a time-limited before it started to destroy your own body, so you must use it when you need it."

I nod listening to her as Naruto trains away I do my training with Willow to get used to her powers as I try making attempts of doing a half-beast transformation with her ut so far I have not been able to achieve it just yet.

I don't spend my whole time doing this as I also spend time with Neji going on a date with me ever so often as Neji recently got the rank of Jonin a while ago and Guy Sensei is still very proud of him and Lee was very jealous as Tenten was proud of him.

I did make a few trips to see Gaara as things were going well after the attack on the sand village as Gaara still scolded me for my reckless actions but was still happy to spend time with me.

I had thought of telling the truth to Gaara and Neji and even Naruto but I was afraid of telling them would be very damaging. "…not sure how they feel when I'm mentally much older than them all…yea I don't wanna see that happen, 'll keep it to myself…at least I got it off my chest and told my perytons…the fewer people know about my old life the better off ill be..".

While enjoying my time with my two loves I work hard to get stronger and master Willow powers along the way knowing I don't have very much time if I'm right about the timing of them showing up, so I make a note to keep an eye on Asuma sensei and their team missions and actions just to be on the safe side of things.

During the time of Training with Willow, I also make time to train with Beatha, the life of Peryton. Just in case I get badly injured that even medical ninjutsu cant fix as Beatha understood and gladly helped me out with training.

I trained hard in the forest for a good few weeks as well as I checked in to see how Naruto training was going with Kakashi and Yamato from time to time as I got to see their progress as so far it was going well for Naruto as he still struggles some times and has overdone it a few and had to rest for a few days.

One of the days Neji arrived at my house one morning while I was getting ready to go out training as my mother open the door and greets him knowing of my relationship with him and Gaara and accepts it.

Mebuki" ah hello Neji dear, please come in Suki upstairs. Make yourself at home" she smiled as Neji bows and walks inside.

Neji"thank you for having me here Mrs. Haruno." She smiles and laughs a bit. Mebuki"oh dear no need to be so formal with me, just call me Mebuki, I need to go now see you soon Neji" she smiles at you and leaves now as Neji heads upstairs.

Neji got to your room and knocks on the door as I hear it." Come on in" I was sitting down at my dresser brushing my hair looking in the mirror as Neji walks in as I turn and smiles at him.

"oh Neji it is you, sorry I'm still brushing my hair, the price I got to pay for really long hair." Smile as he walks over kissing me on the forehead as I blush a bit.

Neji" it's fine Suki, let me help you." He takes my hairbrush and stands behind me and brushes my hair, as I found this very relaxing as I look at him through the mirror." So what's the reason for this surprise visit? Not that I'm not happy to see you of course."

Neji smiles brushing my hair gently. Neji" I know your training a lot and I'm happy I get to spend some time with you, but I was hoping you go out with me today and come to my house for dinner, id like to introduce you to the rest of my family if you are ok with that?"

I hear this and smiles at him" oh that sounds nice sure Neji I'd like that very much." Neji nods as he finishes brushing my hair and ties it how I normally do and steps back as I stand up turn to him.

"Thanks so much, Neji, and I can't wait for later." smiles as Neji nods and leans closer to me and kisses me gently as I blush at this and slowly kisses him back.

Neji blushes a bit and wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me closer continuing the kiss as I wrap my arms around his neck.

We keep this up for a few more minutes till we pull back blushing and panting a bit. I smile at Neji."…. I could never get tired of that at all Neji…"

Neji nods and kisses me on the forehead again and nods. Neji" I'm glad, I enjoy these times we have alone together,….I hope they keep happening….uhh, I mean." He goes a bit red embarrassed how he phased that.

I laugh at how cute he is being now as I kiss him on the cheek." Hey hey it's ok Neji I know you wanna spend more time alone together that's normal to feel….i think it's cute you think like that…" smiles as he holds tightly in his arms.

I smile resting my head on his shoulder enjoy this very much as after a few minutes of being held Neji lets me go and takes my hand as we head off to have a date today as I was nervous about the dinner at his family's household tonight.

And that's it for now, wasn't the end bit sweet, so what's going to happen, will Suki stop Asuma sensei death? or how will she handle Willows Wilt powers and most trouble of all, how will she handle going to dinner at the Hyuga household, well just got to wait till next time ^^ take care and bye bye ^^
