CH 7

I get to sleep soon after as for now the night was peaceful for me as hours pass and morning soon comes. I yawn as I wake up and sits up and yawn while rubbing my eyes. I stretch a bit then gets out of bed.

I walks over to my dresser as I looks in the mirror as my hair was all messy."…damn that's some bed head I got…oh well no one apart from my folks sees me like this.." was about to try brushing out the monster of a bed head when I heard sounds from outside my balcony.

I get up and walks over opening the curtain a bit to look out as I smile as I see a black crow as he had something on its leg. I know it's Itachi's crow as I open the balcony door as I step out petting its head as it lands on my arm as I step back inside.

"great I've been waiting for something from Itachi." I take the paper from its leg and unrolls it as I look at the writing on it. My fears were confirmed as Itachi has told me that the Immortal pair of Hidan and Kakuzu were on the move and were in the land of fire now likely heading for the leaf village.

If I'm right about the timing that a group with Asuma will go to investigate a nearby temple and encounter Hidan and Asuma dies. I know no matter what I got to be a part of that team to change that outcome.

I have been training with Willow when we came back from seeing Sasuke again. I haven't fully mastered her power as it's a lot much harder than I thought it be but I can still do what I need to do to take down Hidan but it still comes with a big risk on my life.

I thought this over a lot not finding any other way to stop him without someone losing their life. I was worried about this but knows I got to do this to avoid the worse outcome.

I thank the crow and write a message back for Itachi thanking him and hope he is doing ok as I tie it to the crow leg and let it fly off now as I close the door and I go and gets dressed now ready for what's to happen as I go off to see lady Tsunade.

Luckily for me, I runs into Shikamaru as we chat for a moment and turns out he was heading to the Hokage office too as we both heads there now together.

Once we walks into the room we see Tsunade with Asuma sensei and Shizune too as it looked like they were having a serious talk. Seen it was us two that came in they decided to tell us what's going on as it's what I thought as there was an urgent mission about possible Akatsuki members at a nearby temple.

Hearing this I insist I go on this mission as I plead with lady Tsunade to let me go too. She looks at me seeing the look in my eyes that I'm going to be doing something reckless as she sighs knowing ill go regardless as she agrees to let me go and even Shikamaru too and a few other jonins too along with Asuma and Shizune.

She gives us more details on where to go and that we all be leaving soon as they have Asuma as the leader of our group as we all nods and bows thanking lady Tsunade as we all leave her office as Asuma tells us to be ready tomorrow morning by the village gate.

I and Shikamaru nod at this as we head back to our places to get our stuff ready for tomorrow. For the rest of the day, I mentally prepare for the upcoming encounter knowing it won't be easy at all.

I just tell my parents I'm going on a mission tomorrow as I don't share the details as not to worry them as I pack my bag for the trip."….mhmm chakra pills, seeds…ninja tools, scrolls…first aid….ok then I prepare some food in the morning…I got this."

Tries not to feel so scared about it as I go out to the forest to get in some last-minute training as o focus on all my plant style jutsu as I have to focus on long-range attacks knowing I can't let Hidan swallow my blood or I will be in big trouble.

Hours go by as soon stops as I pants a bit from all my training as I hurry home to eat dinner with my parents and then heads off to bed now.

I shut my eyes able to get some sleep during the night as time passes by as its soon morning and I wakes up early as I get dressed being quiet not to wake my parents as I pack a lunch and put it in my bag as I leave the house heading for the gate now.

Once I arrive I see Shikamaru, Azume, Shizune and a few other chuinn too. Asuma makes sure we're all here as he goes over the plan. Getting to the temple will take roughly a few hours from the village as when we get close we try and see what the situation is before we act.

We all nods at this and we all heads off now keeping together and having our guard up knowing were facing dangerous enemies.

I was at the front with Asuma to use my chakra sense skill to alert us of any strong chakra user I can sense. We all keeps going as the time passes as I told us all to stop as we stops on some tree branches.

"they're just at the entrance of the temple…theirs two and they're very strong….I think it's the Akatsuki Asuma sensei…" I glance at him as he nods and asks for Shikamaru input on what we should do as Shikamaru thinks for a minute.

Shikamaru" we don't know what they can do yet so we were better off attacking from a distance to see what their ability to do….Suki and I can start, I can trap them and Suki and use her jutsu to attack them, then depending what they can do if we have to change our plan or not."

I nod agreeing as Asuma nods as he gives us the go-ahead to go as we both nods as we jump out and lands down near the entrance as the Akatsuki members see us now.?"huh who the hell are these two…new offerings to Jashin?"

The guy with the scythe grins at us as the other man looks through a book then looks at us.?" Mhmm…neither are in the bingo book…mhmm the girl…she the one Sasori and Deidara captured instead of the one tail…"

I look at them glaring." Yea, I remember…but this time we're here to get ye, I figured you are after Naruto for his tailed beast..but sorry that not going to happen.."I cracked my knuckles looking at them ready to fight them.

The guy with the scythe laughs at us. Hidan" haha! What a spirited girl, I like that, instead of being an offering, you can be a follower to Jashin with me girly!" I glare at him more as I glance at Shikamaru" you ready?"

He nods and quickly goes and uses his shadow possession jutsu to hold them in place as I quickly make some hand sign." Plant style jutsu: thorned Vines!" I throw down some seeds as they rapidly grow into vines with sharp thrones as they lash around and swing to strike both Hidan and Kakuzu.

But both just before my vines hit them some burst out from Kakuzu back as we see lots of black threads and a mask comes out and breaths out fire from the mask as it burns my vines and as the fire came at us we both had to jump back as this broke Shikamaru shadow possession jutsu freeing the two.

"damn it should have known they have some hidden tricks.." I had already known about this as this is a dangerous jutsu Kakuzu can do with his multiple masks. Knowing to defeat him they all have to be destroyed.

I do have Willow powers but I can only use it for a limited time as using it was still highly dangerous so I can use it at the right time." Well, we found out something about them…I did so some research on these two…but defeating them won't be easy…we can't let them get close mainly the guy with the scythe, he called Hidan and the masked guy is Kakuzu.

Shikamaru nods and signals for the others to join as Asuma and the others appear too all ready to fight the two Akatsuki members. Hidan grins readying his scythe. Hidan" all alright! Time to give so offering to the almight Jashin! Hahaha!" He and Kakuzu charge at us now.

Alright, time for a lovely cliffhanger ^^ I think this counts, I hope to show what Suki looks like with Willow power, I did one before but wanna do a new one, so keep an eye out for it and the next ch, till next time bye bye and take care ^^
